Unemployment-hindrance to development

Unemployment became a never ending war problem in front of our country .But the outbreak of covid19 make this problem more dense. Now along with the problem of unemployment the problem of disguised employment is in front of us. Unemployment means the numbers of individuals in the state are finding jobs for which they are fit, and they are willing to, but not getting that. Or simply a person is willing for a paid job or searching for one. It is a curse to society and decreases the economic growth of the country. The particular age group of unemployment is adults. The main reason for unemployment is the rapidly increasing population is one of the most affecting factors of unemployment. Slow economic growth, industrial growth is also the main reason for unemployment.
Unemployment leads to an increase in poverty and sets back the economic growth of the country. The women’s unemployment rate is higher in rural areas than in urban sectors of the country. Unemployment also misguides or makes our youth helpless to do criminal activities. The migration of people from rural to urban areas for the search of the job also affects it. As the demand for jobs is high and the number of posts is less. Unemployment is also a reason for our youth is getting addicted to drugs. Due to lack of a job, they get addicted to drugs, alcohol, and may even get into criminal activities. The government, as well as the society or we, should focus on population control and make people aware of its ill effects, long-time advantages, and ways to control which help the government to provide jobs to needy ones if there are some limited members.
Agriculture is the backbone of our economy. Agriculture in India is not developed enough to accommodate all the unemployed youth. Our agriculture is still dependent on old and traditional ways of farming. And our education should also be upgraded as it mainly focuses on practical aspects of learning, should offer the vocational course and with that indirectly it will give the job to teachers.

teenybopper on a year that made all the difference

Being caught inside — and missing the achievements that usually mark transitioning in America — was desolate, bewildering, discouraging and surprisingly choking. However, numerous likewise astonished themselves. They fortified with kin, found nature, discovered little solaces in Zoom-school, messed around, worked out, cooked, composed, sang, moved, painted and made recordings. Furthermore, maybe generally significant during a period of life zeroed in on sorting out what your identity is, they reevaluated themselves. However, albeit so many adapted honorably, this age will always show signs of change. As one 16-year-old put it, “Leaving a mark on the world is way misrepresented.” This week, a year after the World Health Organization proclaimed Covid-19 a pandemic, we share their accounts. In this uncommon undertaking, we picked a small bunch of passages to show what teens have lost — and what they have found. Underneath each picture, you can discover altered and dense passages from their specialists’ explanations that can reveal to you more about the work. Regardless of how old you are, as you read you may ask yourself an inquiry, as well: How has this year tested and changed your age?

“Simply inhale” turned into a mantra. I advised myself to get past the basic things. Setting aside the effort to reflect, I understood why the Saran Wrap was choking out me — I was the person who pulled it tight. Indeed, it was set there by my obligations and the vulnerability of our reality, however I was able to give up. I let go of all that wasn’t serving me, and took a profound breath.Ever since I was a youngster, I anticipated my eighteenth birthday celebration. I figured I would out of nowhere acquire long stretches of information and have the ability to change the world. Much to my dismay how troublesome the time of my retirement from adolescence would be.

At the point when mumbles of isolating were turning into a reality, my family and I were trapped. My mother, a fundamental specialist and single parent, worked the entire day while my more youthful kin and I went to class. On top of attempting to move on from secondary school, I must be a mother for a preschooler and a grade-schooler. My eighteenth birthday celebration went back and forth, and I was as yet unchanged Stevia.

I took a gander at the most recent couple of months and understand this is the thing that experiencing childhood in a worldwide emergency looks like for low-pay families. Being isolated caused me to acknowledge the amount I have been denied of my adolescence and that I’ve been a “grown-up” for most of my life. My photograph addresses awakening every day with the pressure of not understanding what life will toss at you, yet making an insincere effort in any case. I snapped this picture one morning as my kin were all the while dozing four feet from me. The light was getting through the window so flawlessly, and it was one of only a handful of seconds of quiet I had encountered since March.

Mob lynching-to what extent correct?

Mob Lynching is an open punishment applied by a gather that does not have the authority to do so. Most times, lynching occurs when a group believes that a person has committed a crime, even if it has not been trialed or convicted. lynching’s practice may include public hangings, tar, and feathering, or other forms of extreme punishment or execution performed in public. Lynching differs from uncommon types of punishment because the public performs it outside the legal system. This is often handled by a group of people. Lynching is a mob justice in which ordinary people come together to terrorize or punish someone they think violates a legal, moral, and social standard. Today in our society cases of mob-lynching occur in the name of homecoming, love jihad, cow protection, and self-defense camps, the longstanding issues of communalism against the community are being expressed now as violence. The crowd is making a target of people .also many cases recorder where There is an attempt to provoke communities suffering from such attacks.

The instant “justice” of the crowd also reveals the breaking of people’s confidence in law and order. mass lynching cases are mainly caused by the spread of rumors, suspicions, or religious beliefs. If we understand the events in what order they happened then, we may consider that some were the consequences of caste-based horrors, some were because of religious beliefs, and the rest was because of false news or rumors.

No doubt we should respect religious beliefs, but what if few people kill a person based on suspicion or suspicion? But the main question is that too what extend it is justified to take law in the hands. And to do injustice with someone in the name of the justice. Now need of the time is that government itself investigate the matter and give punishment to those who are culprit.

Evil corruption

Corruption refers to a form of criminal activity or dishonesty. It refers to an evil act by an individual or a group. It includes activities like bribery or embezzlement. Most people in positions of authority are susceptible to Corruption. Corruption certainly reflects greedy and selfish behavior. Bribery is the most common method of Corruption which involves improper use of favors and gifts in exchange for personal gain. the favors include money, gifts, company shares, sexual favors, employment, entertainment, and political benefits. Also, the personal gain can be – giving preferential treatment and overlooking crime.

One important way of preventing Corruption is to give a better salary in a government job. Many government employees receive pretty low salaries. so they resort to bribery to meet their expenses. So, government employees should receive higher salaries. , high salaries would reduce their motivation and resolve to engage in bribery. By Increasing the number of workers we can curb Corruption. In many government offices, the workload is very high. This provides an opportunity to slow down the work of government employees. Consequently, these employees then indulge in bribery in return for faster delivery of work. Hence, this opportunity to bribe can be removed by bringing in more employees in government offices.

Strong laws are very important for stopping Corruption. strict punishments need to be meted out to guilty individuals. Furthermore, there should be an efficient and quick implementation of strict laws. Applying cameras in workplaces is an excellent way to prevent corruption. Above all, many individuals would refrain from indulging in Corruption due to fear of being caught. Furthermore, these individuals would have otherwise engaged in Corruption. Furthermore, the politician supports them due to the benefits they receive. Corruption is a great evil in society. This evil should be quickly eliminated from society.

Prominence of education

Education is the act of discovering things around us. And so the prominence of the education in a person life. To discover the real meaning of life. We need to educate not ourselves but our environment also. Education helps us to easily recognize and deal with any difficulty and makes balance throughout the whole life in every aspect. Education is the first and foremost right of every human being. And therefore we have the right to education in our constitution. Without education we are incomplete and our lives are useless. Education helps us to set a goal and go ahead by working on that throughout life. It improves our knowledge, skill, confidence level, and personality. It empowers us intellectually to interact with others in our life. Education brings maturity and teaches us to live in a society with changing environment. For adaptability, education is a must. It is the way to social development, economic growth, and technological development. For being a proper social person we need to educate ourselves.

However, the education system in every area of the country is not the same so the proper growth and development of the people and society vary according to the weak and strong education system of the particular region. The future of our country is the youth and the more our youth will learn more advanced our nation will become.

Agony of covid19

COVID has not only affected us by entering our bodies but the agony of Losing family members, jobs, income, a completely disrupted education system, and constant fear of what next have severely damaged the peace of people. Even doctors, nurses are under the agony of constant threat and tremendous work pressure. Oxygen plants are being constructed and vaccines are being produced, however, what the mind has been going through cannot be cured by steroids or vaccines.

These are some of the thoughts that haunt many of us who are infected or have lost people close to us due to COVID. Whenever we surf the internet through information pieces or even when we watch the news, we see they offer COVID helpline numbers, hospital details, and other valuable information on how to tackle COVID. In the same way, we can have a COVID Mental Health support helpline, wherein people can interact with therapists or more precisely connect to somebody who can listen and feel empathetically.

At this point advice like yoga, meditation, or “keep yourself engaged” does not work. There has to be sharing, there has to be handholding throughout the process of recovery. To heal completely from COVID or COVID implications the mind needs to be healed as well and we all have to pay attention to this

It is Better to have Brains than Beauty

Remember that the most beautiful things in the world are the most useless, peacock and lilies for instance. It is better to have brain than beauty, that is not only useful for us but also for society. It is very known fact that “beauty is but skin-deep”.

Beauty fades with the passage of time where as the brain and mental faculty improves and grows with age. We become wiser and more experienced.

The impact of our brain on our personality is but an acknowledged fact.

Therefore, we should try to improve our mental faculty and do something for society to be a part of the nobles causes.

Health OR Wealth

The wealthy are not happy and can never be so, as wealth is the root cause of their unhappiness. In fact it is the universal truth that a healthy man lives a much more happy and content life, than a man blessed with wealth. We all are aware of the old adage ‘ Health is wealth ‘. Thus, we see that there are many things besides wealth, which can enrich us and help us lead a full and wholesome life.

“Superfluity comes sooner by white hair while competency lives longer”, said William Shakespeare in his play ‘Merchant Of Venice’. Wealthy men indeed age faster with worry, while healthy competent men live longer.

Therefore, in order to be happy we should work for noble and social causes, so that we could ‘ leave our foot prints in the sands of times’.

Mental Sickness

Covid-19 has shaken the entire world. Even though Major Pharma companies have developed vaccines intending to end the pandemic. we are still struggling to find an end to this pandemic. One of the issues that India faces is the delay in immunizing the population again Covid-19. The delay is partly due to overpopulation. And If the vaccines are not effective against the new variant, it needs to be redesigned to combat the new variant, prolonging the pandemic.

Due to covid, our country has to suffer Major economies struggle to cope with the health care burden as millions of infected people need hospitalization for several days, depending on the severity of the disease.

No one knows when lockdown will be enforced again to control the situation. Many are losing their families and not allowed to attend the final rites due to strict quarantine and lockdown measures. Along with these major problems This disease has seriously created mental health issues, and it may take years to recover from such mental health conditions. Governments have to set up a separate budget to manage increasing mental health issues. The freedom to move around has now been crippled by Covid-19, and most people in lockdown are confined in a small space, limiting them to have face-to-face interactions with their dear ones and friends. It has affected people from all walks of life and has led to mental health issues. It is hard to find a common solution to all as mental health issues differ from person to person. Students are the worst affected community as Many schools and colleges have resorted to online teaching, which isn’t as good as a regular session.

The digital screen has now become our portal to communicate with the outside world. Many children have lost their parents in this second wave in India and have become orphans since then. There were several appeals to the Government of India requesting to support the children who have lost their parents/guardians/adopted parents. In such a drastic situation people are feeling alone. The best thing to overcome negative thoughts is by performing regular meditation and yoga, listen to music, news, recall sweet memories, watch favorite movies, plays, and read books. Only by overcoming our negative thoughts we can overcome mental sickeness.

MOTHER’S LOVE

There is nothing that can come close to the love that a mother feels for her children. Women are inherently good mothers. Till birth women carry their young and then continue their love & affection throughout their childhood and even into adulthood. Every Mother always makes sure that their children are safe and happy throughout their childhood. It is the love for their child that a mother feels that drives these feelings. No one can describe in words the feeling that a mother has towards her children. In fact, most people do not understand unless they become a mother themselves. Love always encourages us in any falls which come in life. She is the only person who has no demands except our best future.
A Mother always wants best for her child and never compromise on anything related to her child. Parents protect their child from any difficult situation and provide him all comfort that they can afford. Mothers love is not only about pampering her child but also about letting her child know the moral and cultural values.A good upbringing makes the better future of a person and a mother does an excellent job to give the best future for her child. She converts a house into a home; she works as a superwoman because to keep managing household works and to fulfill all family members’ requirement on time is no easy task at all.
If we talk about working ladies than we can’t even imagine how she would manage all things together. I am proud of my mother who has nurtured me along with doing a job and also managing home properly. After birth, a child finds his mom as the first friend who plays with him along with extra care and nourishment. She interacts with her child as a friend and keeps watching all her child’s activities.A mother never feels tired while playing with her child and always fulfills all his demands without thinking of her. A mother is like an angel for her child. When a child born; it is the mother who easily understands the feelings or requirements of her child. She spends every second around her child for fulfilling his all needs. Since childhood, our mother keeps telling us what is wrong and what is right in a manner to build us as a good human being and also encourage us to do good things in life.
She loves and cares us without any personal greed. The fragrance of a mother can easily be recognized by her newborn child. Since birth, a child is being observed by his mother. For providing a child all comforts she does all needful. All mothers are pure by heart and want all the best things in their child’s life whether it is any toy, clothing, education and the values. Motherhood is the best part of life a lady can have. It is a full-time job without any salary but it worth’s a lot for a child. Mother’s love is something that can feel, mothers love is like a blessing by God, mothers love is everything. People who escape from the love of their mothers are really very unfortunate.

Importance of Trees

From childhood, we’ve heard that trees are our satisfactory pal however in realistic existence, we didn’t see anyone who treats trees as their pals. Even though they may be the most treasured existence supply on the earth. They benefit each life form in a direct or oblique way. And the earth is connected to them to maintain a herbal balance. In this essay on store trees, we are discussing the reason why our buddies want saving.

They nourish us and defend us in lots of approaches. Additionally, they keep our environment inexperienced and smooth. So, it becomes our duty to pay off them for the matters they do for us by way of saving them. Except, massive timber are extra useful than small ones due to the fact they capture greater carbon, seize greater water, combat the heat, clear out greenhouse gases, offers refuge from warmth and daylight, and so on. So, it may be stated that we depend on them extra in preference to they on us.

Benefits and significance of trees
As we have mentioned the advantages of trees in quick however right here we’re going to speak about them in element. Flora and bushes fight the climatic modifications which might be destroying the earth. In addition they clear out the air that we breathe and soak up all the damaging chemical gases and odors from the surroundings. Additionally, they soak up the damaging carbon dioxide and offers out oxygen.

They may be true for the diversity of flora and fauna. They give us meals, safe haven and many more things that we can’t matter. Besides, they in no way demand something from us and also save you soil erosion, water evaporation. Peculiarly, they manage and manipulate the consequences of wind, sun and, rain.

Why should we save trees?
The human has turn out to be aware and severe about this problem and started doing the nice they are able to do to store bushes. The woodland departments and authorities have banned the unlawful slicing of trees. And they are going virtual as a way to shop paper for you to reduce the range of trees reduce down for making paper.

Other than that, the wooded area area after reducing of bushes need to be replanted with new ones. Also, we must train our youngsters to plant trees and ask them to pass it on their pals and buddies.

The least that we will do is to plant a few pots in our home rooftops or lawn and ask our neighbor to do the same. Additionally, if we see the removal of a tree then we ought to inform the neighborhood authority approximately it to create consciousness. Specially, strict laws have to be made for people who illegally or without permission reduce those trees for his or her personal blessings.

The numerous existence form is able to live to tell the tale on this planet because of flora. If we dispose of plant life from the earth even for sooner or later then the survival of guy turns into difficult.

Besides, they’re the supply of water and clean oxygen on the planet. Cutting of trees will lead to destroying the human existence on the earth. So, the time has come that we to be aware of the problems we will be facing due to large deforestation and we should start taking preventive measures to stop it.

RELIGIOUS STEREOTYPES ASSOCIATED WITH LARGEST MINORITY IN INDIA

India is a country dominated by religion. Constitution framers also had this concern, while drafting it that how would democratic state ensure equality for every citizen in the country. The resultant concern was depicted in the form of Article 15 and Host of rights under Article 25 to 28. Even if, the constitution did not explicitly used the word “Secularism” as it was adopted, still the spirit could have been figured through these articles. But, Substitution of word “Secularism” was done through 42nd amendment of the constitution. Even if the constitution ensures the principle of religious freedom and right to dignity, Several Instances in the form of Massacres, portrays the impact of religious stereotypes playing a major role than the guarantees by the constitution. The Killing of More than 1000 people, mostly belonging to the largest minority community in India in Godhra Riots 2002 was a major setback to the secularism guaranteed by the constitution. When a person tries to understand the reasons associated with such events, one has to take into consideration the religious stereotypes been falsely rumoured from years in the country and how the politicians have taken mileage of such stereotypes and filled their vote banks, Instead of sweeping these false rumours and slamming those who speak of it.Some of the Stereotypes such as Hearing an Islamic name and thinking of him/her belonging to an educationally weak background, but this stereotype gets smashed in the face, when one gets to know that APJ Abdul Kalam, who also belonged to same community and His education level was at par with top intellectuals around the world. Another Stereotype is that “they are very unclean”, The largest Minority community in India has a significant amount of population residing in western nations, where they are well off and such stereotypes do not run over there, Thus judging any community through their personal spheres is not a practice that has to be encouraged rather, it acts as a defaming agent. Some of the questions, also part of such stereotype are: Are You Pakistani, Are You a terrorist.Further, the list of such stereotypes are not exhaustive but the importance of discussing them and resorting to reduce such stereotype threat should be something on the priority list. Stereotype threat effects are very robust and affect all stigmatised groups. Stereotype threat leads to a vicious circle. Stigmatised individuals experience anxiety which depletes their cognitive resources and leads to underperformance, confirmation of the negative stereotype and reinforcement of the fear. We find that majority of stereotypes with respect to the minority community comes from those individuals who are themselves at self-doubt or under some threat which reduces their cognitive mind to think of repercussions of such statements. India has already faced fierce riots and massacres where huge numbers of civilians have been killed and it forces us to think upon such expectations. It is a high time that people have to take efforts to destroy these stereotypes, so that India could breathe fresh air in its diversity.

Friends meaning

WHAT IS FRIENDSHIP?

The defining characteristic of friendship is a preference for a particular person. However, different people may have distinct definitions of and requirements for friendship. For example, very young children may refer to someone as their “best friend” two minutes after meeting, while very shy people or individuals from reserved cultures may report having only a handful of friends during their entire lives.

There’s no absolute definition of what does or does not constitute a friendship. However, some common traits of friendship include:

  • Some degree of commitment, both to the friendship and to the other person’s well-being.
  • A desire for “regular” contact with the other person. “Regular” contact could occur once every two days or once every two years.
  • Mutual trust, concern, and compassion.
  • Shared interests, opinions, beliefs, or hobbies.
  • Shared knowledge about one another’s lives, emotions, fears, or interests.
  • Feelings of love, respect, admiration, or appreciation.

Anthropologist Robin Dunbar theorized there was a limit to how many friendships an individual can have. In general, most humans have up to 150 friends, 50 good friends, 15 close friends, and 5 intimate friends. These numbers have shown to be consistent across time, from hunter-gather societies to the age of social media.

FRIENDSHIP AND GENDER

Culture strongly affects people’s understanding of friendship. In the United States and many other industrialized wealthy nations, women tend to have more friendships than men and to invest more energy in those friendships. Romantic relationships are, for many men, a sole or primary source of friendship. So as children grow into adolescents and adolescents become adults, boys may have fewer and fewer friendships.

Cultural norms suggest that women are “better” at friendship, more communicative, or more in need of intimacy from friends. This can create a self-fulfilling prophecy in which women are more likely to have friends. Women also spend more time investing in their friendships. A man might only talk to his closest friend once every few months, while on average, women in the U.S. tend to talk longer and more frequently to their friends.

Among people in long-term relationships, women tend to do more work to sustain friendships and other close relationships. This might include sending Christmas cards, remembering birthdays, making phone calls, and updating friends on major life events.

Researchers are increasingly sounding alarm bells about an epidemic of loneliness. Loneliness can shorten a person’s life and erode their health. It may even pose greater public health risks than smoking. This suggests that gender norms about friendships may actually harm men’s health. As marriage rates decline, men without friendships may feel progressively more isolated.

Gender may also affect whom one chooses as a friend. A 2018 study found that gender discrimination can decrease the likelihood that a person will form friendships with members of a different gender. Cross-gender friendships can foster empathy, break down gender barriers, and undermine gender stereotypes. Gender norms that undermine these friendships may therefore perpetuate gender stereotypes and misogyny.

FRIENDSHIP ACROSS A LIFESPAN

Lifelong friendships can be immensely rewarding. People may draw inspiration from talking to those who knew them when they were young. Lifelong friends connect people to their history, offer insight on how a person has changed and evolved, and are often deeply connected to one another’s families. These friendships offer a sense of permanency and consistency that can be deeply reassuring at times of ambivalence, loss, or anxiety.

Sustaining a friendship across a lifespan, however, can be difficult. People’s interests and lifestyles change as they age. In childhood, a friendship might be based upon geographic closeness or a single shared interest. So a move or a change of interests can affect even long-term friendships.

Some barriers to sustaining lifelong friendships include:

  • Changes in lifestyle. For example, if one friend has a child and a marriage and the other does not, the two may struggle to relate to one another.
  • Geographic distance. Childhood friends often walk next door or hitch a ride from a parent to see one another. When time together requires a plane or long car ride, the friendship is harder to nurture.
  • Time constraints. People’s lives tend to become more demanding as they get married, have children, become caregivers for aging parents, embark on challenging careers, and accrue more financial obligations. Finding time for friends can be difficult in adulthood, especially when friends have very different lifestyles or do not live near one another.
  • Cultural values surrounding friendship. In the U.S. and in many other countries, romantic relationships are treated as the primary and most important relationship. This can cause some people to value their friendships less as they enter adult romantic relationships.
  • Shifting understandings of friendship. There’s no “right” way to have a friendship. One of the challenges of sustaining a friendship is finding a shared understanding of what the friendship should look like—how frequently to talk, what to talk about, how openly to discuss disagreements, etc. As childhood friends grow up, their desires for their friendships may change. This can leave one friend feeling like the friendship doesn’t offer enough, while the other friend feels the friendship demands too much.

True friends

“Good friends care for each other…close friends understand each other, but TRUE FRIENDS stay forever…beyond words, beyond distance, beyond time…!”

Many of us have friends in our lives over the years. Some friends we make as children and then lose contact as we grow older. Other friends we make as adults and stay in touch with as long as we are in close proximity to and it is convenient to keep in touch but then over time one moves away or busy schedules slowly pull us apart and we start to lose touch.  Those friendships fall into the “good friends” or “close friends” as the opening quote cites. But then there is that last group of friends – those we call true friends – they are those we have a mutual caring about, and we understand each other’s hearts, and where bonds are formed between us that span any distance in proximity and where the bonds run so deep that no amount of time apart or lack of words will change the way we feel about that friend. These are our true friends, and when one comes into your life cherish it!

As a child our family moved often and so I was constantly making new friends each place we moved. Often the contact was lost with friends in past locations, although my memories of them were treasured. As an adult it is often harder to find the time to form those deep friendships outside your immediate family members because we are all trying to juggle a million balls in the air with work and church and service and community all while trying to give our greatest attention to our own children and spouses  where it rightfully belongs. And as a single mother for many years of my life it was even more difficult to make time for friends because playing the role of two parents by yourself while also being the sole support of your family was overwhelming to say the least.

But even during those challenging years there were individuals during that time who came into my life that I consider my truest of friends. They are individuals who saw me through tough times and who always saw the best in me despite any of my shortcomings. They picked me up at times I was down. They stood by me when I felt alone. They taught me things about life and about myself with patience and understanding. They lifted my children’s spirits and made them laugh when they were going through tough times of their own. They forgave at times when I was grumpy or obstinate. They loved me without judgment and without expectations. They gave me hugs, even at times that I may not have deserved one.  These true friends were individuals who were there for me…maybe not always in person or in word every time, but always in heart…and knowing that helped me through incredible challenges throughout the years.

True friends just do that – they help us grow and change for the better.  They support us in good times and bad. They can make us laugh when all we want to do is cry. And no matter how far apart time and distance may cause us to grow from one another, and even if death takes one of them from this world to the next, we always have the comfort of knowing that these true friends are still there for us, even if only in spirit, cheering us on and wishing us the best, because that is what true friends do for each other.

“A strong friendship doesn’t need daily conversation, doesn’t always need togetherness as long as the relationship lives in the heart, true friends will never part…”

When someone is genuinely your true friend they leave an impression on your heart that will never go away…not with time and not with distance. True friends secure a place in your heart forever.  I am forever grateful for the true friends in my life, both those who are alive and those who have passed away, thank you so much for being my true friends!

First Genetically Modified Rubber in the world – sapling planted in Assam

The worlds 1st Genetically Modified (GM) rubber sapling was planted on the outskirts of Guwahati in Sarutari research farm by Rubber Board of India. It was developed in Kerala based Rubber Research Institute of India (RRII). It was exclusively made for Northeast geography and is expected to withstand the climate of this region.

Additional copies of gene MnSOD (manganese containing superoxide dismutase) is in GM rubber plant. This modification is believed to make the plant immune to severe cold condition during winter which majorly affects the growth of rubber plant in the region. The crop is also expected to reduce the maturity period of rubber indicating chances of early yielding.

Why Mothers are supposed to be Selfless?

Why Mothers are supposed to be Selfless?

During the high wave of covid in India, someone shared a picture of a women cooking while wearing a nebulizer attached to oxygen support. The picture triggered debates on twitter.

Our culture sings of mothers thus they possess the highest esteem a woman may ever have. Goddesses are worshipped as mothers on a huge scale. But the same culture and the people associated barely give support to mothers in the practical ways.

It took long for our government to realize their sexist policy allowed only women employees of the central government organizations to avail child care leaves. The idea of motherhood implying to adjustments and sacrifices has been reinforced generations after generations in some form or the other. While women are the birth-givers naturally, the idea of women and especially mothers being the exclusive caregivers is just a widely accepted social norm. The idea of caring and nice women is so intense that most of the girls are socially engineered to be convinced that caregiving is their highest moral duty.

While caring and sacrificing for another makes us human and this needs to be cultivated but not when they are expected exclusively from one gender in service of the other. Also childcare and domestic duties which are often seen as ‘women’s duties’ should never be carried out at the cost of their own aspirations and freedom. The traits of being nice and caring are not a part of the female DNA but they are developed knowingly and unknowingly by the society. The society requires all girls and women to be feminine. But neither all females are feminine nor all feminine are females. Women are praised to be feminine so that they can be feminine. Every mother might not be convinced to be the only caregiver for her child. A women may not like to take care of the family’s domestic chores. And these ideas need to be normalized.

COVID19

COVID19

INTRODUCTION :

The coronavirus family causes illnesses ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS), according to the WHO.
They circulate in animals and some can be transmitted between animals and humans. Several coronaviruses are circulating in animals that have not yet infected humans.
The new coronavirus, the seventh known to affect humans, has been named COVID-19.

SYMPTOMS OF COVID19?

  • Common signs of infection include fever, coughing and breathing difficulties. In severe cases, it can cause pneumonia, multiple organ failure and death.
  • The incubation period of COVID-19 is thought to be between one and 14 days. It is contagious before symptoms appear, which is why so many people get infected.
Infected patients can be also asymptomatic, meaning they do not display any symptoms despite having the virus in their systems.

ORIGIN OF COVID19 :

  • China alerted the WHO to cases of unusual pneumonia in Wuhan on December 31.
COVID-19 is thought to have originated in a seafood market where wildlife was sold illegally.
  • On February 7, Chinese researchers said the virus could have spread from an infected animal to humans through illegally trafficked pangolins, prized in Asia for food and medicine.
Scientists have pointed to either bats or snakes as possible sources.

INSTRUCTIONS FROM WHO?

The WHO recommends basic hygiene such as regularly washing hands with soap and water, and covering your mouth with your elbow when sneezing or coughing.

Maintain “physical distancing” – keeping at least 1 metre (three feet) between yourself and others – particularly if they are coughing and sneezing, and avoid touching your face, eyes and mouth with unwashed hands.
Avoid unnecessary, unprotected contact with animals and be sure to thoroughly wash hands after contact.

Plastic: A villain in disguise

Photo by Leonid Danilov on Pexels.com

The invention of Plastic changed the face of the Earth. It saw the light of the day in 1869 when John Wesley Hyatt synthesised the first polymer to replace ivory. Ivory was costly and animals were culled for its production. Then came Bakelite, the first fully synthesised plastic, produced in 1907 by Leo Baekeland. Since then we have come a long way. We started small but now we have an assortment of plastics. It has become an inseparable part of our lives. Once a celebrated invention has become a burden on our planet.

Threats from plastic that are raising concerns worldwide include the following-

—Plastics does not decompose easily and hence remains in the environment for a long time.
—If they are incinerated during waste disposal, toxic fumes are produced directly into the atmosphere like dioxins, furans, mercury and polychlorinated biphenyls apart from soot (carbon).
— Plastics serve as a surface for the transport of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) to aquatic animals. POPs are organic chemical substances that remain in the environment for a long duration.
—It can be consumed by animals leading to death. The news about finding plastics in beached whale carcass is frequent. The weight of plastic inside large whales often leads to drowning induced death.
Microplastics which are plastic pieces smaller than 5mm are major pollutants. Through this plastics enter into the food chain because microplastics can be consumed by fishes, which in turn are consumed by others fishes or by humans. In a recent study, microplastics were found in the human placenta.
— Microplastics like Bisphenol A (BPA) can act as endocrine disruptors (ED’s). This means that plastic can cause hormonal imbalances. It affects sex hormones in humans and can disrupt menstrual cycles in females.
— Reduces soil fertility
— Reduces water seepage into the ground affecting groundwater level

Actions to curb single-use plastic
In the past, the government resorted to banning single-use plastic. This failed to achieve the desired target of zero plastic. Perhaps a new way of doing things is the need of the hour. A behavioural nudge can do wonders. Its efficacy was proved during Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. It includes incentivising actions that promotes voluntary avoidance of Plastic use. This can be done via awareness generation and educating young minds to become responsible adults.
Legislation can facilitate phasing out the plastic. Draft Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2021 were recently released by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. It aims at phasing out single-use plastic in three phases. A circular economy that is based on the concept of recycling and reusing, is another solution. India collaborated with Australia to work in tandem and develop a circular economy.
Globally actions like the Stockholm Convention on POP’s and the latest UNEP’s counterMEASURE are steps that work against plastic. Many non-governmental organisation and individuals have raised their voices against the burgeoning issue of plastic pollution. In the end, the people have to be the final piece of the puzzle that can solve the problem.

Today we are on the cusp of a big transition. We have a choice that will decide our future- a choice to eliminate the use of single-use plastic or continue to live unsustainably. The right choice today will give the generation next shot at living a good life, enjoying the luxuries that we enjoy.

FOOD

INTRODUCTION :

Food is the fundamental requirement for people to remain alive. As indicated by Abraham Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, an inspirational mental hypothesis, Food is an intrinsic physiological need alongside water, warmth, and rest. This tells the significance of Food in everybody’s lives. Food is the need of each living organic entity. Along these lines, we mustn’t squander Food.

VARITEY OF FOODS :

the human body needs an assortment of the accompanying five supplements – protein, carb, fat, nutrients, and minerals – which comes from the Food we eat to remain solid, dynamic, and useful. Initially, protein is needed to assemble, keep up, and reestablish blood, muscle, bones, and skin, and organs in the body. Quality food propensities keep you sound and get you far from illnesses. Try not to eat lousy nourishment since it influences your wellbeing, and it has not many of the supplements your body needs, and a great deal of fat, sugar, and salt, which your body can undoubtedly get a lot of.

CATCHY FOODS FOR KIDS :

Kids can be prepared to eat nutritious suppers just as getting a lot of activities and satisfactory rest each day. These positive wellbeing propensities will assist youngsters with developing further and stay solid, cooperate well with others, and reduce the inclinations that they will get overweight or corpulent.

CONCLUSION :

In this manner, every one of the dishes have various preferences. Everything is accessible from natural products to vegetables, from Dairy food to fish. Various nations have their strength of dishes. India is a spot that is known for flavors, Africa is a terrain of sauces, Europe uncovers esthetical greatness of Food and opens up new possibilities and advancements for the people who regard and like eating.

FAMILY

FAMILY

INTRODUCTION :

My family esteems are what I take so dear to my heart since they have made me what I am today and I plan on passing these extraordinary qualities to my kids in future. Each family has those things, acts and qualities that they hold in high regard and they value to such an extent. These vales have become a piece of them: most occasions, it is the thing that separates the qualities in every family and somehow or another it makes or damages the eventual fate of the relatives. Same applies to my family, we have some set qualities that has become a piece of us and it has made my life much better on the grounds that I have improved as an individual who isn’t simply important to himself yet additionally to the general public on the loose. I will be offering a portion of these qualities to you.

A PORTION OF MT FAMILY ESTEEMS INCLUDES :

1. Trustworthiness:

This is a rule that is exceptionally ensured in my family. My father has this truism that, “genuineness is the best approach.” Ever since I was nearly nothing, my family has shown me how to be straightforward and the advantages that exist in. In some cases, my folks even test us in manners we were not expecting and an award is given to the individual that comes out legitimate. This is one of my family esteems that I appreciate so a lot and I am glad that it is the thing that my family hold in high regard.

2. Consideration to Others:

This is anything but a typical quality to all. My mother has this conviction that if the world and everyone in it gives love and grace to each other, there will be no contempt and wars will be annihilated. This is a family esteem that we treasure to such an extent. I figured out how to show love to everyone. In any event, when we didn’t have a lot, my folks will in any case provide for the individuals who are poor. My father says that the world resembles a waterway, we would in the end stream into each other later and you don’t have a clue about the future, the individual you assisted today with being help to you tomorrow.

3. Training:

This is a worth that has been passed from one age to another in my family. My father would say that training is the best inheritance you can provide for a kid. My family does everything in their ability for you to get a sound and profiting training. The securing of information is additionally very significant. We all attempt to acquire and more information since we as a whole have a family motto that says “information is power and that force makes me a saint.”

4. Dress and Appearance:

This is a strict worth we treasure in my family. My father would say that you are tended to the manner in which you dress. I would prefer not to be address wrongly and give out an off-base impression. Thus, our appearance truly matter a great deal to us and the manner in which we dress.

CONCLUSION :

Every family has one thing or the other that they hold in high esteem and tend to pass on from generation to generation. This is what makes a family a united sect not because we are related by blood but because of we share the same values.

CONCLUSION :

Life is lovely when you acknowledge each easily overlooked detail and disregard those that make you endure. It’s our own viewpoint that makes our life cheerful or hopeless, so one should have an uplifting outlook towards life to make it occurring and commendable.

AFFORESTATION

AFFORESTATION

INTRODUCTION :

Afforestation is an action that alludes to the act of planting trees and plants in a ruined land that needs green cover. The principle objective of this cycle is to make another backwoods on fruitless land. Be that as it may, numerous individuals confound the terms afforestation and reforestation. The term reforestation recommends the replanting of trees in the backwoods that is bit by bit turning out to be deficiency in trees and plants and afforestation, then again, is the way toward fostering an all-new timberland which never existed.

GREEN PLANET :

Our planet earth is consistently falling apart because of the insensitive exercises, which has at last exhausted the green cover on the earth. Elements like overpopulation, abuse of normal assets, deforestation and contamination have added to the decrease of timberlands in the world.

NEED FOR AFFORESATION :

Afforestation is the need of an hour as the earth is consistently confronting contamination and abuse. Because of expanding populace, there’s more interest for industrialization and urbanization which has subsequently prompted deforestation. Huge spaces of woods are dissipated to satisfy the always expanding needs of individuals. Henceforth, it is urgent to comprehend the current circumstance of the earth and energize exercises that protect the green cover on the earth.

GLOBAL WARMING :

To battle a dangerous atmospheric deviation, natural irregularity, soil disintegration and contamination, we need to enjoy afforestation and reforestation exercises in order to save our planet from the evil impacts of desertification.

Afforestation advances the economy of the country as woods supply crude material and different things that have extraordinary business use. It likewise forestalls soil disintegration and works with improved maintenance of water. Planting more trees builds the oxygen level noticeable all around and individuals can take in the outside air and along these lines stay sound and there are various different advantages related with afforestation.

CONCLUSION :

Hence, we must promote afforestation as it keeps the environment healthy and also maintains ecological balance. Government and people should make combined efforts to encourage the process of afforestation.

DOWRY

DOWRY

INTRODUCTION :

Endowment is the blessing that is given intentionally by the lady of the hour’s dad. This is an old framework and it’s anything but a custom that was made to assist the love birds with building up their new homes. The framework is peered downward on in the public eye now thus numerous lives have been lost on account of this framework. Indeed, even many instructed guardians anticipate their little girls in-law acquiring endowment and a great deal of blessings from their family. This is a route for them to build their riches. There is enactment that has been forced to quit tolerating share however and still, at the end of the day endowment actually wins in our country.

EXSISTENCE OF DOWRY :

How the presence of the settlement framework came to be is difficult to follow however it has existed in India for the longest period. A great deal of the time families take a gander at having a young lady kid as a responsibility on account of all the abundance they should part with as they think about this as a misfortune. They don’t esteem their worth in a genuinely adoring manner however they view at it’s anything but a foreboding shadow over their heads. This entire stage is the most exceedingly terrible in a lady’s life on the off chance that they need to go through it as it’s anything but a sickening cycle where it causes them to feel sub-par as they are continually alluded to as setback to the family. This framework then considers a ton of aggressive behavior at home and this goes unreported all through the country.

PUNISHABLE CRIME DOWRY :

Numerous young ladies and families need to go through this cycle when managing this framework is an exceptionally old framework and it’s anything but a custom that was made to assist the love birds with setting up their new homes. The framework is peered downward on in the public arena now thus numerous lives have been lost on account of this framework. Indeed, even many instructed guardians anticipate their little girls in-law getting share and a great deal of blessings from their family. This is a route for them to expand their abundance. There is enactment that has been forced to quit tolerating share yet and still, at the end of the day endowment actually wins in our country.

In India share is a culpable wrongdoing. Need is normally given to reports against settlement and this to shield little youngsters from this treachery. Settlement violations are never revealed and in this manner aggressive behavior at home is continually expanding at a high rate. The significant justification the expanding number of wrongdoings is the absence of mindfulness and instruction. Numerous young ladies are continually rebuffed due to this framework that prompts them confronting passing somehow.

CONCLUSION :

End Dowry framework is acceptable except if and until it is considered as a blessing given to the lady by her folks. On the off chance that the husband to be folks are requesting cash to get hitched as a “Share” then, at that point that is totally off-base and illicit.

SAVE GIRL CHILD

SAVE GIRL CHILD

INTRODUCTION :

The presence of human existence on the earth is unthinkable without the equivalent support of the two ladies and men. They are similarly liable for the endurance of mankind on the earth. They are additionally responsible for the turn of events and development of a country. In any case, the presence of the lady is for more significant than men. Since without her we can’t consider our reality. In this way, to save people from termination we need to take measures to save young lady youngster.

It’s a typical practice in India where individuals cut short or kill young lady kid on birth. Yet, they ought to be saved offered equivalent chance, and regard and freedom to go on throughout everyday life. Aside from that, the destiny of progress lies in their grasp as they are the foundation of our creation.

FOR WHAT REASONS THE GIRL CHILD NEED SAVING ?

There is different evil in our general public, one of which turns out to be the longing to have a kid. In Indian culture, everybody needs an optimal mother, sister, spouse, and little girl. Yet, they never need that young lady to be his close family member. In addition, there are other social disasters in the public arena that powers numerous guardians to try not to have a young lady youngster. These other social wrongs are share passings, female feticide, and some others.

STEPS TAKEN BY THE GOVERMENT TO SAVE THE GIRL CHILD :

  1. For saving young lady kid the public authority has taken numerous drives and dispatched numerous missions to save them. Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao (Save the young lady youngster) is the latest drive began by the public authority to effectively urge individuals to save the young lady. Aside from that, numerous NGOs, organizations, corporate gatherings, common liberties commission run different mission to save young lady kid.
  2. The wrongdoing against ladies is a major boundary to the turn of events and development of the country. Be that as it may, the public authority views this issue appropriately and for halting female feticide they have prohibited the sex assurance ultrasound, amniocentesis, and output tests in the emergency clinics and labs. The public authority makes this load of strides mindful society that young ladies are an endowment of God and not a weight.

OUR PARTICIPATION :

A young lady kid merits a day to day existence where she is treated as equivalent to a kid. Also, she ought to be adored and regarded like others. She partakes in the turn of events and development of the country similarly. Additionally, she buckles down for the improvement of society and country. They have additionally demonstrated their value and stand equivalent to young men in each field. Consequently, they have the right to make due as their endurance implies the presence of humankind.

For saving young lady the initial step begins with our own home. We ought to support our relatives, neighbor, companions, and comparative with save them and make others mindful of it. Likewise, we should cheer our relative to have a young lady youngster instead of a kid.

POVERTY

POVERTY

INTRODUCTION :

We can characterize neediness as the condition where the essential necessities of a family, similar to food, sanctuary, dress, and training are not satisfied. It can prompt different issues like helpless literacy, unemployment, unhealthiness, and so on A needy individual can’t get schooling because of absence of cash and along these lines stays jobless. A jobless individual can’t sufficiently accepting and nutritious nourishment for his family and their wellbeing decrease. A frail individual does not have the energy needed for the work. A  jobless individual remaining parts poor in particular. In this manner we can say that neediness is the main driver of different issues.

CAUSE OF POVERTY :

As per the Noble prize champ South African leader, Nelson Mandela –”Destitution isn’t regular, it is artificial”. The above assertion is valid as the reasons for destitution are for the most part man-made. There are different reasons for destitution however the most significant is populace. Rising populace is putting the weight on the assets and financial plan of nations. Governments are finding hard to give food, cover and work to the rising populace.

Different causes are-absence of instruction, war, cataclysmic event, absence of business, absence of framework, political precariousness, and so on For example absence of business openings makes an individual jobless and he can’t acquire enough to satisfy the fundamental necessities of his family and gets poor. Absence of instruction forces an individual for less paying positions and it makes him more unfortunate. Absence of framework implies there are no ventures, banks, and so forth in a nation bringing about absence of work openings. Cataclysmic events like flood, quake likewise add to neediness.

In certain nations, particularly African nations like Somalia, an extensive stretch of common conflict has made neediness far reaching. This is on the grounds that every one of the assets and cash is being spent in battle rather than public government assistance. Nations like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and so on are inclined to catastrophic events like tornado, and so forth These calamities happen each year making neediness rise.

GOVERMENT NORMS TO REMOVE POVERTY :

The public authority of India additionally took a few measures to annihilate neediness from India. Some of them are – creating employment openings, controlling populace, and so on In India, about 60% of the populace is as yet reliant upon agribusiness for its vocation. Government has taken certain actions to advance agribusiness in India. The public authority built certain dams and trenches in our nation to give simple accessibility of water to water system. Government has additionally made strides for the modest accessibility of seeds & farming equipment to advance horticulture. Government is additionally advancing cultivating of money crops like cotton, rather than food crops. In urban areas, the public authority is elevating industrialization to make more positions. Government has likewise opened  ‘Apportion shops’. Different measures incorporate giving free and mandatory schooling to youngsters as long as 14 years old, grant to meriting understudies from a helpless foundation, giving financed houses to needy individuals, and so forth.

Destitution is a social insidiousness, we can likewise add to control it. For instance we can essentially give old garments to needy individuals, we can likewise support the instruction of a helpless youngster or we can use our available energy by showing helpless understudies. Recall prior to squandering food, someone is as yet resting hungry.

FAILURES ARE THE PILLARS TO SUCCESS

Success is a long journey with many obstacles coming in the path, however, these hindrances are a part of the process. The success comes from continuous learning and the true learner is the one who makes mistakes. No one is perfect, yet near perfection can be achieved through attempting and making mistakes. Individuals’ lives are full of ups and downs and it becomes necessary to respond to these difficulties in a positive and favorable manner that helps the individual to experience and learn something. It is the individual perspective towards a situation that matters the most and bring certain consequences.

Success and failure are two faces of the same coins. There is no final success without the experience of failure. In the process of hustling for the success, an individual has to conquer the hardships. The actually teachings come from the failures, however, the individuals are afraid to fail and give up. The persons who accept the challenges and face the failure are the one who are able to climb the ladder to success. Density also favors them; as it has been said, “God helps the one who are willing to help themselves”. Thus, the individual must have that attitude to write their own fate.

Failures and setbacks are disheartening, but it is a major part of the individual life since childhood. As a child, no individual was able to learn walking without falling or tumbling; we fall, we stand again and run. It is the individual spirit that encourages them keep working hard to achieve the goals and built a life they desired for. Success is an aggregate of hard work, dedication and determination. It is not necessary that every individual action can bear a sweet fruit, sometimes, the results are not correspondingly equal to the efforts. However, it definitely takes the individual a step closer to the goal, failures teach lessons and provide incomparable experience to the individuals.

A determined person will look for the positive aspect in every situation, even if they fail. The failure works as a teacher that highlights the shortcomings in the efforts and helps to improve. One should work upon the things that were lacking in the last attempt and prepare for the next try accordingly. Consistent efforts and improvements can visibly bring great results. A person who learns from his failures and work upon them for betterment, are definitely bound to be successful in their life.

Spirit and optimism are necessary elements for overcoming the failures. The individual should be willing to enjoy and celebrate every moment of the life. The success after a number of failures feels more pleasing and is cherished more. The failures are a sign of trying and learning something new. It has been widely said that a person who never failed has never tried something new.  Therefore, one should believe in making mistakes, learning from them and keep the efforts on.

The history emphasis that all the renowned personalities have been a failure for once in their life, but, the reason for them being successful today is their unbreakable determination and fortitude. People need to accept failure as a part of their lives and should not stay in denial when they encounter disappointment. There is long list of people who faced number of difficulties in their lives and still outshined the world through their constant efforts. Few of these personalities are:

Bill gates, the second richest person on earth, he is a Harvard University dropper. His first business named, Traf-O-Data was a huge failure, but he didn’t give up and founded Microsoft in 1975. Now, Microsoft is the world’s largest PC software company.

Other such personality, Walt Disney, the most famous and loved person in the animation industry once faced huge failure. He was unable to join the United States Army and was compelled to drive an Ambulance. Later, he founded Walt Disney company and mickey mouse, which was a grand success for him and he set-up the Disney brother studies to make many more animations. Further, he founded Disney Land and Disney Park.

Similarly, J.K. Rowling, the author of the famous series of novel Harry potter once lived a life full of poverty and depressed. Her novel was rejected by 12 publications and now the sequel is a one of the most favorite among the people of all age groups. The popularity of the novel can be known from the fact that there was a series of movie produced upon the book and it has such a huge fan following.

Therefore. Success is a journey full of difficulties, and the journey is more joyful as compared to the destination. The individual should have the patience and determination to hustle continuously and enjoy the journey. Success is not a one-day task, it takes a number of bricks to build a castle and similarly, success is a long process that can be achieved through small steps.

Linear Variable Differential Transformer(LVDT)

Introduction:

It is a common type of electromechanical transducer that can convert the rectilinear motion of an object to which it is coupled mechanically into a corresponding electrical signal. A LVDT linear position sensors are readily available that can measure movements as small as a few millionths of an inch up to several inches, but are also capable of measuring positions up to ±30 inches (±0.762 meter). Hence, a LVDT is a linear position sensor with a proportional analog output.

Construction:

LVDT is a transformer consisting of one primary winding P and two secondary winding S1 & S2 mounted on a cylindrical former. The two secondary winding have equal number of turns and placed identically on either side of the primary winding.

Construction of LVDT

A movable soft iron core is placed inside the former. Actually the movable core is made of nickel iron with hydrogen annealed. Hydrogen annealing is done to eliminate harmonics, residual voltage of core and thus provides high sensitivity. The movable core also is laminated in order to reduce eddy current loss. The assembly of laminated core is placed in a cylindrical steel housing and end lids are provided for electromagnetic and electrostatic shielding. The displacement to be measured is attached to this movable soft iron core.

Working of LVDT:

Since the primary winding of Linear Variable Differential Transformer (LVDT) is supplied with AC supply, it produces an alternating magnetic flux in the core which in turn link with the secondary winding S1 and S2 to produce emf due to transformer action.

Electrical Equivalent circuit of LVDT

Let us assume that the emf produced in secondary winding S1 is Es1 and that in S2 is Es2. The magnitude of Es1 and Es2 will depend upon the magnitude of rate of change of flux (dØ / dt) as per the Faraday’s Law. The lower the value of ‘dt’, the more will be the emf induced.
But lower value of ‘dt’ means that core is moving faster. Thus LVDT- Working Principle: we can say that the more is the movement of core, the greater will be the magnitude of emf induced in secondary windings.

To get a single output voltage from the Linear Variable Differential Transformer (LVDT), both the secondary winding are connected in series but in phase opposition. Due to this connection, the net output voltage E0 of the LVDT is given as below.
E0 = Es1 – Es2
Since the secondary windings of LVDT are identical and placed symmetrically on either side of core, therefore under normal position the flux linkage of both the secondary winding S1 & S2 will be same.
This means Es1 = Es2 and hence net output voltage E0 of LVDT = 0. This position of soft iron core is called NULL position. Thus NULL position of Linear Variable Differential Transformer is the normal position of movable core where the net output voltage is zero. Now, as the core can either be moved toward right or left to the null position. Let us now consider such movement of core under two cases.

secondary winding are connected in series but in phase opposition

Case-1: Core is moved left to the NULL position
When core of LVDT is moved to the left of the NULL position ‘O’ as shown in figure above, the flux linkage of secondary winding S1 will become more than that of winding S2. This means the emf induced in winding S1 will be more than S . Hence E > S2. Es1 Es2 and net output voltage,
E0 = (Es1 – Es2) = Positive.
This means that the output voltage E0 will be in phase with the primary voltage.

Case-2: Core is moved right to the NULL position
When the core of LVDT is moved toward right of NULL position the emf induced in secondary winding S2 will be more than that of S1. This means Es2 > Es1 and hence net output voltage,
E0 = (Es1 – Es2) = negative.
This means that the output voltage of LVDT will be in phase opposition (180 degree out of phase) with the primary voltage.

Applications of LVDT:

There are various applications of LVDT:

  1. LVDT is used in those applications where displacement ranging from fraction of a mm to few
cm. As a primary transducer, it converts the mechanical displacement into electrical signal.
  2. The LVDT sensor works as the main transducer, and that changes dislocation to electrical signalstraight.
  3. This transducer can also work as a secondary transducer.
  4. LVDT is used to measure the weight, force and also pressure.
  5. Some of these transducers are used to calculate the pressure and load.
  6. LVDT’s are mostly used in industries as well as servomechanisms.
  7. Other applications like power turbines, hydraulics, automation, aircraft, and satellites.

The Great Blue Hole

The blue hole is a large ocean cave or pit formed by carbonate sediments found in river sands or islands. Blue holes are usually made up of waves of pure water, the sea, or a mixture of both. Examples include the South China Sea-Dragon Hole, Belize, the Bahamas, Guam, Australia-Great Barrier Reef and Egypt-Red Sea.

The blue hole formed during the last winter which is 2 million years ago. The current sea level was 100 to 120 meters lower than the current sea level. Then the soil was eroded by the erosion caused by the rains and the chemical footsteps, but these were submerged at the end of the ice age.

There were many types of fossils in the blue hole through which the possibility of many creatures living in the blue hole is found. Other life forms found here include marine life and marine fossils, as well as crocodile and turtle fossils found in blue holes. This place was famous by Jacques Courteau who said it was one of the top five scuba diving sites in the world. He brought a ship in 1971 named Calypso to the hole to make a note on its depths.

From the investigations the holes origin is a typical karst lime stone formation which is formed stages leaving ledges at the depth of 21m, 49m and 91m. The great blue hole initially measured depth was 215m and as expedition by the Cambrian measured it’s hole depth as 124m, this differences in measurement is because of the ongoing sedimentation in measurements.

Two submarines in 2018, December descended into the blue hole which is to map it’s interior and the team was able to complete a 3-D map of 1000 foot wide hole using Sonar scanning. They discovered many things and one among them was a layer of hydrogen sulfide at a depth of 300 feet approximately. The water is at that depth blow is dark and lacking of life.

Devils Bridge

Devil’s Bridge is used for dozens of ancient bridges, primarily found in Europe. Most of these bridges represent significant technical achievements in stone or masonry arch bridges and ancient architecture. Due to their unusual design, they were the subject of passion and stories in ancient and medieval Europe.

Each of the bridges of the devil usually contains myth-related myths or folk tales about its origin. These stories vary widely depending on the area and beliefs. Some have the devil as the builder of the bridge, relating to the danger or impossibility of such a bridge, which must first last or remain, which can only be built by the devil. Others have the knowledge to build such bridges as a gift from the devil to mankind as part of a deal, agreement or bargain between the devil and the local people, usually in exchange for their souls.

The bridges under Satan’s bridge category are so numerous that they form a special category of myths about them. Some myths, for example, have elements of elements from deceptive oral stories such as The Devil, The Covenant of Spirits and Master Builder Myths. One version of the story presents the bridge builder and the devil as enemies. As it is in the case, that often reflects the fact that the St. Gotthard Pass at Teufelsbrücke, these bridges were built under those challenging conditions that required the bridge to be successfully completed and its glorious position in the effort on the part of the heroic commitment builders and community.

In other versions of the myth he makes a pact with an old woman or a simple herd devil. In this version the devil agrees to build the bridge and instead gets the first soul to cross it. After building the bridge (often overnight) the devil is overpowered by his enemy, for example by throwing bread to lure a dog over the bridge, which will eventually go down into the water and bring peace to the community. In the case of Steinerne Brücke in Reagansburg, Chevy Satan speaks of helping a race between the builders of the bridge and the cathedral (actually a later construction), and there is a slight bump in the middle of the bridge which is said to have resulted from the devil jumping furiously when he was deceived by his gift.

The masterpiece would lead only to the completion of a small stream in Hamburg in Teufelsbrück, the carpenter had a covenant with the devil, who promised the first soul he would cross the bridge. On the day of the inauguration, when the priest and the district councilor were discussing who should get off the bridge first, a rabbit crossed it and the disappointed devil disappeared. A statue represents the legend there. The legend of Ponde della Madeleine in Borgo a Mozano, in the province of Luke, tells of a local monk, often a Saint Julian, who contracted with the hospital, the devil. On the day of childbirth, the monk sets fire to a dog or pig and tricks the devil into crossing the bridge.

At Chen, a thirteenth-century hearer tells of an architect who sold his soul to Satan and then continued to repent. M. of Sense. Le Guerrero cast out the devil with holy water and a demonic formula beginning with the words Wade Retro Satan, which he repented of. This formula was sometimes incorporated into the design of the famous St. Benedict’s Medal. Most bridges that have received Devil’s Bridge appeal are significant in some respects, often overcoming technical barriers to bridge construction, but sometimes serve for its aesthetic grace, or for its economic or strategic importance to the community.

THE REDEMPTION AT HACKSAW RIDGE

Hacksaw Ridge as the name implies that was the site of some of the bloodiest fighting during the Battle war of Okinawa 74 years ago. Like many former World War II battle sites, time and nature have swallowed the carnage and muted the cries of the wounded and dying soldiers. This is a true story based on the war and this book is taken from the movie.  This book is written by Booton Herndon. This Hacksaw Ridge the movie focuses on the World War II experiences of Desmond Doss, an American pacifist combat medic who, as a Seventh-day Adventist Christian, refused to carry or use a weapon or firearm of any kind. This main character Desmond Doss walked into the bloodiest battle of World War II’s Pacific theater with nothing to protect him but only which saved him were his Bible and his faith in God. A devout Seventh Day Adventist and conscientious objector, Doss had enlisted as a medic and refused to carry a rifle. All the soldiers left but he was at the battle to save the army man’s who were suffering from the pain. He was able to save seventy five soldiers he had a motive that one more lord one more please let me know to find one more by repeating these words. He had found all the soldiers in the United States of America including some Japanese soldiers who were attacking United States but he didn’t consider that an all he was medic so he saved as much he can. When he was given first aid and he must send them so that he took a rope tied in a tree and around the soldier who is wounded and he gave is full strength by letting down without injury by doing like this for the seventy five soldiers. His hands are burnt and the blood was bleeding and when he was rescuing the last soldier from pain he was a officer. But at the time when he was rescuing the officer the Japanese soldier saw Desmond and the officer shooted the Japanese soldier and he was laid in a cloth by shooting and Desmond was carrying and running he didn’t care about the death. Eventhough he had a fear about his life but his ultimate goal is to save people who are wounded in the war. In the last after saving all the soldiers Desmond also will come down because most of them was dead and those who were alive he saved them. Then slowly all recovered so again they come up to fight this time while fighting to trick the Americans these Japanese showed the white flag to stop the flag and they throwed bombs those who were near them. In that Desmond was among the soldiers so got injuries he thought he is going to die in that time to he asked for bible. Then however Americans won the battle in the field against the Japanese. The Japanese held the high ground, and yet they still lost the battle, and hence why the Japanese officer in charge killed himself, not through fear of being caught, but because he would have felt shame in not achieving the victory he assumed was theirs by right.  So this was the story it was full of Desmond a brave man who is not caring about his life but others life.

Tourism

Tourism is the process of traveling from one place to another. According to the World Tourism Organization’s definition of a trip as tourism, a person must travel within a one-year period of “leisure, work, or other purpose away from his or her usual environment. Also, the traveler should not be paid for the place he or she traveled through.”

Tourism is the largest industry in the world. In 2010, 940 million international trips were made. This figure shows a growth of 6.6% over 2009. In 2010, global tourism reached $ 919 billion. World tourism declined from the second half of 2008 to the end of 2009 due to the recession of 2009. The bird flu that rocked the world in 2009 reduced the number of international tourists by 4.2% compared to 2009. Tourism is a major industry in many parts of the world. Tourism Transportation depends on five sectors: food, accommodation, leisure and entertainment and tourism services

The transportation, telecommunications, and hospitality sectors did not expand in ancient times. Thus the majority lived their lives in the villages where they were born. However, veterans, merchants, and religious people had the opportunity to go elsewhere. Many went there when the Chola kings invaded Sri Lanka and South Asia. Notables have been there. Historical records show that Tamil merchants visited many places from ancient times. Tamils went to many places to worship at religious places and to spread their religion.

The travelers stayed with the residents of the place where they went for food and envelopes before getting the business hospitality spread. The houses had shrines. It was customary to feed and accommodate travelers coming home. Feeding, especially for religious elders, was considered the best blessing.

The rich built monasteries and provided food and temporary shelter for passers-by. It is noteworthy that the caste system was maintained in many of these monasteries. Tourism is considered by many to be the most lucrative sector in Third World countries. External contact and interaction are credited to locals. At the same time tourism has many disadvantages and riches.

The third world power business class is building at great expense the high-comfort zones they need to attract Westerners to Third World countries. It is built to push aside essential infrastructure and services. Such zones magnify the imbalance within the country. Critics say tourism revenues go into the realm of power rather than public development.

In countries such as Sri Lanka and Burma, tourism helps governments perpetuate violence. No matter how many ethnic issues erupt, foreign travelers continue to visit Colombo, Kandy and Galle in Sri Lanka. Tourism is also a major source of revenue for Burma’s dictatorship. Many foreign travelers also come to Sri Lanka, Thailand and the Philippines to engage in sexual exploitation. Poor boys and girls are exploited in this degrading manner. The West does not control these.

Bermuda Triangle

The Bermuda Triangle is also known as the Satanic Triangle, is a loosely defined area in the upper part of the North Atlantic Ocean where many aircraft and ships are said to have disappeared under mysterious circumstances. According to the U.S. Navy, this triangle does not exist and the name geographical names are not approved by the U.S. Board. The general public believes that these disappearances are due to paranormal energy or the action of extraterrestrial life.

There is significant documentary evidence that a number of cases have been inaccurate interpretations or have been compiled by the following author. And the number and nature of these disappearances are similar to any other part of the ocean. A number of official agencies have recorded that the following events, which could not be significantly investigated and explained, remain. The boundaries of this triangle include the Florida Strait, the Bahamas and the entire Caribbean Islands and the Atlantic East to the Azores; Still others [who?] Add the Gulf of Mexico to it.

A place on the Atlantic coast of Florida; [San Juan, Puerto Rico; And the Mid-Atlantic Island of Bermuda are referred to as triangular borders in many popular writings. Most of the crashes are centered on the southern border around the Straits of the Bahamas and Florida. This area is the busiest shipping area in the world. Ships pass through it daily to ports in the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean. There are a lot of luxury ships. Entertainment planes have always flown between and between Florida and the islands. From the north, a lot of commercial and private flights go to Florida, the Caribbean, and South AmericaAmerica.

The first article in a magazine that expressed triangular thinking in writing was EVW. Mention should be made of the news that Jones published on September 16,1950.Iff had written that many aircraft and ships were missing. It also mentioned that a group of five U.S. Navy bombers, Flight 19, went missing during a training operation.

Writers have used numerous paranormal ideas about the triangle to illustrate these phenomena. One explanation is that this is a technique that survives from the mythical lost continent Atlantis. Sometimes, an underwater rock formation called the Bimini Path on the island of Bimini in the Bahamas is said to be associated with the story of Atlantis. This area is set within the triangle by some definitions. Those who believed in the views of the evaporator Edgar Cayce predicted that the Atlantis source would be discovered in 1968, referring to the discovery of the Bimini Path. Believers call it the formation of a path, wall, or other structure, although geologists say it is natural.

Compass problems are one of the most commonly used terms in many triangular cases. Although some have speculated that abnormal magnetic waves may be present in the region, no such waves are known to exist.Planned extermination operations can be of two types: combat operations and piracy operations. Enemy logs have been checked during a number of incidents; The sinking of many ships is attributed to submarine attacks during World Wars and is documented in various order books. The reasons for many more incidents of this type are yet to be proven.

Human error is one of the most common causes of missing aircraft or ships during official investigations. Knowing that humans will make mistakes, intentionally or accidentally. It ends up going into a great tragedy. The Bermuda Triangle is no exception. For example, the Coast Guard cited a lack of proper training in the treatment of volatile benzene | benzene waste that VA Fox lost in 1972. Human stubbornness may also have contributed to the loss of business tycoon Harvey Conover’s cruise ship, the Revonok, as he sailed on the edge of a storm on January 1, 1958, in South Florida. Many losses remain unresolved as the broken vehicle is no longer available for inspection. This is a fact that is shown in many official statements.

Thus this Bermuda triangle is a mythical place in the world And no one knows wheather it’s stories are true or it’s just a mythical story, hope the future scientists will put an end to this puzzle.

The state of Transgender People in India

The Central Government has informed the Kerala High Court that currently, transgender persons are not legally allowed to enter the National Cadet Corps and the armed forces. The Government also stated that it is their prerogative to create a new division for the third gender. In light of this statement, let us look at the rights afforded to transgender people under the law.

In India, the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019 protects the rights of transgender persons and provides for their welfare.

A transgender person is any person whose gender does not match with the gender assigned to that person at birth. This includes:

  • A trans-man or trans-woman
  • A person with intersex variations
  • Any genderqueer person
  • People having socio-cultural identities such as kinner, hijra, aravani, jogta, etc.

Educational institutions which are funded or recognised by the government must provide inclusive education and opportunities to transgender people under the law. These educational institutions are not allowed to discriminate against transgender people and have to treat them on an equal basis with other people.

No establishment should discriminate against any transgender person in matters relating to employment, including recruitment, promotion, etc. This applies to establishments including government bodies, companies, firms, cooperatives, associations, agencies, and other institutions.

Further, no person or establishment can discriminate against transgender people by denying them healthcare services. Transgender people cannot be denied access to goods, accommodation, benefits, opportunities, etc. that are available to the public. Moreover, no one can deny a transgender person’s right of movement and right to occupy or purchase any property.

A transgender person has the right to be recognised as such a person, and has a right to self-perceived gender identity. Any transgender person can apply to the District Magistrate for issuing a certificate of identity as a transgender person. In the case of a minor child, the application should be made by the parent or guardian of the child.

  • Transgenders do not enjoy a legal recognition in India like most of the Asian counterparts.
  • However, some states like Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Odisha recognise transgenders as the third gender.
  • The Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Bill, 2016, intended towards the protection of transgenders is yet to be passed.
  • The Bill defines a transgender person as one who is partly female or male; or a combination of female and male; or neither female nor male.  In addition, the person’s gender must not match the gender assigned at birth.
  • The bill includes trans-men, trans-women, persons with intersex variations and gender-queers.

The law punishes anyone who:

  • Forces or convinces a transgender person to get involved in forced or bonded labour.
  • Obstructs a transgender person from having access to a public place to which other people have access.
  • Forces or causes a transgender person to leave a household, village, or other place of residence.
  • Injures or endangers the life, safety, health, or well-being of a transgender person.

The punishment for doing any of these acts is imprisonment of six months to two years, along with a fine.

Le Serpent D’ Océan

Le Serpent D’ Océan, I don’t know how many of as knew this. This is situated on the Frenchshore at saint Brevin-les-pins. In that shore a massive metal sculpture of a serpent is situated and it is created by Chinese- French artist Huang Yong Ping, actually this is based on the rough iconography of Chinese mythological dragons and this is a 400- foot long art monster.

This art is posed in a slithering movement which is only a bones of a snakes which is made up of a dull metal frame that gives a life like quality to the sculpture.

The skeletal serpent was unveiled and entitled Serpent D’ Océan, in 2012 as a part of Estuaire art exhibition and involves international artists to create many long-scale sculptures using the environment surrounding the Loire river between Nantes and Saint-Nazaire.

This sculpture has a message which seems to a environmental nostalgia that the man’s mistreatment of ocean not only killing the ocean but also the life of the ocean. The curve of the serpent mirror the twist and turns of the nearly saint Nazaire bridge which links the piece to the very modern improvement.

The serpent D’ Océan which is given it’s location on the shore can be seen strange living creature in the ocean and can be seen as preserved skeleton depending upon the tide level. This is really a scary and also a fantastic art work.

emotionally independent

We all know the unpleasant feeling of being dependent on someone or something. You remember all the times your parents gave you money for something, you needed money to take a ride, borrow something from your friend and so on. You felt uncomfortable and a little disappointed by the fact that you had to rely on others to survive your day. Then, as you were growing up, you realized that you can do most things yourself. You gained knowledge, started a job, found your own place, increased your income and got out of debt, brought a car and everything you needed and became independent. Or at least you thought so. You settled down and everything was looking great at that time. But then many thoughts started popping up in your mind. Many unpleasant memories, unsaid words, feelings and emotions you didn’t enjoy, even people from the past. It was all in your head, that’s for certain. But it became much more important and crucial and suddenly you couldn’t enjoy all the things you’ve accomplished and worked so hard for.

Maybe you abandoned your inner world because you were concentrating too much on the outer self with its material objects, people, circumstances and primary needs. Suddenly, all that was inside started to affect what was outside and the balance was lost. At that moment, you became emotionally dependent. Mentally dependent and spiritually dependent. And worse, you realized that you’ve always been that way.Emotional dependence is a state of mind which we have all experienced at some point. It’s when your mind is full of uncertainty, you are indecisive, other people manipulate you and affect you in some way, you let everyone treat you the way he wants and feel vulnerable, dependent, weak and confused. It is often said that with all the things going on in the world today, we just can’t become fully independent. But there are some things to work on that can keep it to a minimum and let us be free and enjoy life. Here’s a quick guide to be emotionally independence:

  1. ACCEPT YOURSELF-Stop denying who you are or who you were. It’s nice to have a great desire to improve yourself and become that new “you”, but first you have to get to know the one you have now. Be aware of your strengths and weaknesses.
  2. LET GO OF THE PAST-In my opinion, one of the worst ways to live your life is to be stuck in your past. To constantly get back to it, remember past events and people and to be full of regrets. Some people always think that they could have done better if things had been opposite. They wish they hadn’t done this or that. It’s a vicious circle and once you’re in it, you forget to live your life and soon end up being a sad person with no joy and dreams.
  3. DECIDE FOR YOURSELF-Living consciously and being emotionally independent requires making reasonable, logical decisions and most importantly ones you take on your own. Stop relying on others to do things for you, or manipulate you only because they are more decisive, sociable or in control of the situation. Define exactly what you want from life and don’t be afraid to say it out loud. You will also need to trust yourself and become more confident in what you say, do or think. Think for yourself and even if you make mistakes, accept that and just try to do better next time. But don’t let others push you, change you mind and decide for yourself.
  4. DON’T GET TOO ATTACHED TO PEOPLE-Everyone loves his family, kids, friends, pets and relatives, but some people tend to get too attached to others and that rarely ends well. We do our best when we act as individuals and have our own point of view. So spare some time to analyze you relationships with the people in your life and decide whether you are too dependent on someone. If you see the world through someone else’s eyes you most probably depend too much on them. It’s better to expect less from others so that they won’t disappoint you, because that will hurt your feeling and won’t bring peace to your family.
  5. TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY- This is something you’ll have to do one way or another if you are willing to reach success, happiness, mental stability and emotional independence. It means that you are completely aware of your thoughts, actions and feelings and accept them as they are. Take responsibility for how you feel, because no matter what, you are the one who chose to feel that way. Realize that you are the only one who is responsible for everything that has happened to you. You are in charge of what you say, how you look, how you react yo things, how you feel and how you behave. Understand that, take responsibility and move on learning how to be emotionally independent. It will be much easier this way.
  6. ACCEPT JUDGEMENT AND CRITICISM-People love to talk about others and to point out their bad sides. They do it all the time. But how you are going to react is up to you. Whatever you do, there will be someone to judge it. So don’t try to please everyone and answer people’s expectation. I know that every human being wants to be accepted by others and we feel good when they like us but we are dependent on people’s opinion. To start living a free and peaceful life, you need to stop yearning for attention and acceptance and to just do what you think is right.

It’s better to trust your intuition and heart rather than relying on what society thinks is right. The best way to react to criticism is with understanding. Try to put yourself in the position of the one judging you and who knows maybe he has a point there and you are doing something wrong. Or by judging you, he is actually expressing how he feels inferior to you. Or maybe he has some issues and this is the only way he can let all the anger he keeps inside go. Express compassion, be kind and show love. Most of the times this is all people need and the minute they receive it from someone, they give the same in return. So, that’s how to be emotionally independent.

Universal Motor

Introduction:

A Universal motor is a type of electrical motor which can run on DC supply or single phase AC supply of same voltage with similar characteristics are called as Universal motor.  Universal motors are series-wound (i.e. the armature and field windings are in series), due to which high torque is produced and they can run at high speed (about 3500rpm). These motors run at a higher speed on DC supply than they run on AC supply of the same voltage. This is due to the reactance voltage drop that is present only in AC and not in DC.

Connstruction of Universal Motor:

In Universal Motor, some modification are done which lets it run on AC supply as well as on DC supply. However, the construction is similar to that of Series Wound DC motor.

Construction of Universal Motor

It consists of a stator on which the field poles are mounted. Field coils are wound around the field poles. Both the stator field circuit and armature of a universal motor are laminated. Lamination is necessary to reduce the eddy currents that are produced while operating on AC.

The rotary armature is of wound type having straight or skewed slots and commutator with brushes resting on it. The commutation on AC is poorer than that for DC because of the current induced in the armature coils. Hence, the brushes which are used in this motor have high resistance.

It is manufactured in two types:

  • Non-Compensated Type (Low H.P.)- The Non-compensated type has two poles, having entire magnetic path laminated. Armature is of Wound type.
  • Compensated Type (High H.P.)- The Compensated type has distributed field winding consisting of main field winding and compensating winding.
Compensated Type Universal Motor

Working of Universal Motor:

When Universal motor is fed with a DC supply, it works as a DC series motor. In this case, when the current flows in the field winding, it produces an electromagnetic field. The same current also flows in the armature conductors. When a current-carrying conductor is placed in a magnetic field, the conductor experiences a mechanical force. This mechanical force causes the rotor to rotate. Fleming’s Left-hand rule gives us the direction of this force.

When Universal motor is fed with AC supply, a unidirectional torque is produced. This is because the armature winding and the field winding are connected in series and are in the same phase. Hence, when the polarity of the AC changes, the direction of the current in the armature and the field winding also changes. The direction of the magnetic field and the direction of armature current reverse so that the direction of force experienced by armature conductors remains the same. Hence, whether AC or DC supply is supplied, universal motors work on the same principle that DC series motors work on.

Properties of Universal Motor:

  • They run at high speed.
  • They have high starting torque.
  • They have Compact size and are lightweight.
  • They are noisy because of the commutator and brushes.
  • The efficiency of universal ranges from 30% for small motors to 75% for large motors.

Speed-Load Characteristic of Universal Motor:

Application of Universal Motor:

Universal motors are used in applications where high speed and good speed control is necessary. The various applications for which universal motor is used are:

  • Universal Motors are used in table fans, hairdryers and grinders.
  • They are used in portable drill machines.
  • They are used in polishers, blowers and kitchen appliances.

ORGAN DONATION

ORGAN DONATION

INTRODUCTION :

Organ gift is characterized as the expulsion of organs from a body and relocating it’s anything but another body, by careful methods. Organ gift occurs from various perspectives. Except if it is consensual, it’s anything but legitimate.

The requirement for new organs usually arises when a person loses an organ to some accident or stops functioning. For example, patients with acute liver cirrhosis may require a liver transplant. A liver transplant is usually done by removing a small part of the liver from a healthy person’s body and transplanting it.

Likewise, organs like the retina of the eye, and kidneys can be donated. These organs remain functional for a few hours after removing them from the patient’s body. In the case of a heart transplant, it must be done immediately after removing it from the dead person’s body. However, a heart transplant can be done only when the donor is declared brain dead by doctors.

Organ transplant dramatically depends on the availability of human organs. Organ transplantation is the only way of saving the lives of patients who have had terminal organ failure. Patients with two dysfunctional kidneys cannot live, so kidney transplant is necessary to keep them.

Due to the vast disparity between the availability of and demand for organs, few patients are lucky enough to get organ transplantation, at the right time. Organ donation follows a very detailed procedure.

Firstly, a person can sign up and register for donating his organs. In this case, a person voluntarily consents to donate his organs after his death. After he passes away, the doctors remove the eyes and other organs that can be preserved from his body and stores them. These donated organs are used to help patients in need of organ transplantation

IMPORTANCE OF DONATION :

Professionals must do organ transplants because it is a surgical procedure. An organ transplant is also a touchy topic and must be done intricately. There are different kinds of organ donations. Autograft refers the transplantation of tissues from one site to another site. The skin of legs is often removed to end a damaged area of another part of the body.

Isograft refers to the transplantation of organs between genetically identical individuals. This is a safer process because it runs no risk of the immune response, which leads to rejection.

While transplanting as an organ, it is essential to know whether the organ matches the patient’s blood group and body. On several occasions, it has been seen that organ transplant has failed because the patient’s body has been unable to accept the organ from the donor.

CONCLUSION :

Organ transplantation is a delicate issue but can save the lives of many people. It is an extremely excellent way of serving society. Our deeds live on after we die, and this is a way to ensure that people will remember us for our contributions.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized that reforms with conviction and incentives have improved the ease of living especially for poor and middle class, ease of doing business and fostered centre-state bhagidari.

The Prime Minister also lauded the States and said they were able to raise an extra Rs 1.06 lakh crores in 2020-21 amid financial crunch across the world.

In a blog post in LinkedIn, yesterday, Mr Modi said states were able to raise an extra 1.06 lakh crore rupees in 2020-21. He said this significant increase in availability of resources was made possible by an approach of Centre-State bhagidari.

It may be recalled that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had earlier forecast the country’s Economy will grow rapidly and it will result in overall and equitable prosperity among the people of the country.

In May 2020, as part of the Aatmanirbhar Bharat package, Government announced that states would be allowed to enhance borrowing for 2020-21. Mr Modi said an extra 2 percent of GSDP was allowed, of which one percent was made conditional on the implementation of certain economic reforms.

He said this was a nudge, incentivising the states to adopt progressive policies to avail additional funds. He added that the results of this exercise are not only encouraging but also run contrary to the notion that there are limited takers for sound economic policies.

The Prime Minister said the four reforms to which additional borrowings were linked had two characteristics. Firstly, each of the reforms was linked to improving the Ease of Living to the public and particularly the poor, the vulnerable, and the middle class. Secondly, they also promoted fiscal sustainability.

ALWAYS PROUD TO BE AN INDIAN

Teachers

teacher (also called a schoolteacher or formally, an educator) is a person who helps students to acquire knowledge, competence or virtue.

Informally the role of teacher may be taken on by anyone (e.g. when showing a colleague how to perform a specific task). In some countries, teaching young people of school age may be carried out in an informal setting, such as within the family (homeschooling), rather than in a formal setting such as a school or college. Some other professions may involve a significant amount of teaching (e.g. youth worker, pastor).
In most countries, formal teaching of students is usually carried out by paid professional teachers. This article focuses on those who are employed, as their main role, to teach others in a formal education context, such as at a school or other place of initial formal education or training.
Duties and functteacher’s role may vary among cultures.
Teachers may provide instruction in literacy and numeracy, craftsmanship or vocational training, the arts, religion, civics, community roles, or life skills.
Formal teaching tasks include preparing lessons according to agreed curricula, giving lessons, and assessing pupil progress.
A teacher’s professional duties may extend beyond formal teaching. Outside of the classroom teachers may accompany students on field trips, supervise study halls, help with the organization of school functions, and serve as supervisors for extracurricular activities. In some education systems, teachers may be responsible for student
many countries, a person who wishes to become a teacher must first obtain specified professional qualifications or credentials from a university or college. These professional qualifications may include the study of pedagogy, the science of teaching. Teachers, like other professionals, may have to, or choose to, continue their education after they qualify, a process known as continuing professional development.
The issue of teacher qualifications is linked to the status of the profession. In some societies, teachers enjoy a status on a par with physicians, lawyers, engineers, and accountants, in others, the status of the profession is low. In the twentieth century, many intelligent women were unable to get jobs in corporations or governments so many chose teaching as a default profession. As women become more welcomed into corporations and governments today, it may be more difficult to attract qualified teachers in the future.
Teachers are often required to undergo a course of initial education at a College of Education to ensure that they possess the necessary knowledge, competences and adhere to relevant codes of ethics.
There are a variety of bodies designed to instill, preserve and update the knowledge and professional standing of teachers. Around the world many teachers’ colleges exist; they may be controlled by government or by the teaching profession itself.
They are generally established to serve and protect the public interest through certifying, governing, quality controlling, and enforcing standards of practice for the teaching profession.

EVERY CLOUD HAS A SILVER LINING

EVERY CLOUD HAS A SILVER LINING

INTRODUCTION :

An old maxim loaded up with parcel of inspirational tones. We as a whole face terrible circumstances throughout everyday life, yet we should zero in on the beneficial things in each bad stage. An individual dealing with muddled issues in life may not see an approach to emerge from them. Each dim passage has a promising end to current circumstances, and each issue has a definite shot arrangement within reach.

In each cloud, there is a bright side behind each cloud, there is a sun sparkling.” This maxim implies that in difficult stretches we ought to never lose trust since it will consistently prompt more promising times. You can either have a sad end, or you can have perpetual expectation. The decision is yours! For those continually anticipating the best, achievement goes with them along over the long haul of life. They will dominate the craft of extending their psyche’s viewpoints and understand the odd thought that we have significantly more in us than we might suspect. There is definitely more in life than our unaided eyes can see, as the wings of creative mind know no restrictions.

A foreboding shadow is a difficult situation, misfortune and most exceedingly terrible occasions throughout everyday life. Issues resemble foreboding shadows that discourage the sun from sparkling, yet in the event that we take a gander at the edges, we may see the daylight like silver. The silver lining is a craving for development, and an opportunity to go ahead throughout everyday life. This alludes to the possibility that there is an answer for any issue in our life, and we should discover it. On the off chance that we get disappointed by the issue, we will acquire certainty and make certain there is something positive after the issue.

GLIMPSE OF PROVERB :

One should pray fervently and show restraint. We ought not surrender and fault our destiny; we need to sit tight for a happy time frame in life to come. Life is a mix of periods of light and dull. We people have a propensity for differentiating ourselves to each and every other individual that we see. We are accustomed to discouraging ourselves regardless of how very different we perhaps than the other individual. We accept others look better, have better knowledge or character or possibly better karma. Notwithstanding, what we neglect to comprehend is that each individual has a couple of qualities and shortcomings.

We are for the most part fine in one thing we don’t perceive all in all. We are on the whole like mists, some are rising, some are little, however we as a whole have a silver lining. Since you are bombing this doesn’t mean you are not great. It simply implies you must strive to arrive at your objectives. Actually like a dawn, there will be one mark of time when you comprehend your expectation and the importance of your essence in this universe.

CONCLUSION :

This can be conceivable on the off chance that one has dominated the craft of capitalizing on the smallest light of chance arising in absolute murkiness. Satisfaction lies in the most profound distresses. The precept shows us never-ending positive thinking. The employments of difficulty are incredible. The distresses and cataclysms might be deciphered as a gift. They engage us intensely to confront the more critical incidents of life. Just when one carries on with life’s battles would one be able to turn into a full man. The message of expectation is disguised behind each cataclysm.

STUDENTS CAREER DEVELPOMENT

CAREER DEVELPOMENT

INTRODUCTION :

Each and every one of us has faced a certain junction or a cross-road at some point in our lives that has had a major impact on our lives. This can be both a professional crossroads or personal crossroads. But in this essay on career, I would like to talk about the cross-road that we see in our professional career. It’s not just the students who would have faced a dilemma in deciding a career, even employees past 30 years of age face this crisis.

When a student’s face its called a beginner’s crisis, but when an employee 6 years down the lane faces dilemmas in his or her career choices, then its usually called a mid-life crisis or mid-career crisis. Midlife crisis is a term that refers to people who are having second thoughts about their career a few years down after working in the same. There might be plenty of reasons for these some of which may be an everyday monologue, fatigue, salary issues, professional growth issues, internal office dilemmas, etc. In this essay on career, I am going to talk about both the type of career choices

THOUGHT OF CAREER :

A student’s life is the first crossroad that we face in our lives. By keeping certain factors in mind, there is plenty of career choice a student can choose from. Some of the popular career choices are engineering, medicine, arts, and commerce. Which career to choose and on what terms is something that every student will have to worry about.

CRITERIA TO CHOOSE A CAREER :

  • Passion: The word passion sounds cliche, but it is an important criterion to consider before choosing a career path. If everyone follows their passion and chose a career accordingly, then the concept of a mid-career crisis wouldn’t have occurred in the first place. Every one of us would have dreamt of something during our childhood. We all wanted to become a police, a cricketer, an actor, a doctor or an engineer. But not everyone follows and listens to the child in them. We ultimately give up on our passions and choose a safe career which will give us a good salary. Risk-taking is a part and parcel of life and no one should regret not doing something 80 years down the lane when they are on their death bed.
  • Stability: Financial stability, as well as job stability, is something that should be considered as an important criterion. Because the world is increasingly changing and many industries are being taken out by emerging technologies. So before choosing a particular career path, the stability as the well the salary factors should be taken into account
  • Future prospects: Future prospects, both in terms of your interest in the field as well the survival of the field itself, in the next 20 years should be taken into consideration. A Mid-career crisis can be avoided if future prospects are evaluated properly. Certain industries might fall and certain might become the next biggest phenomenon. People who are serious about their careers choose a path which has a long-lasting prospect
  • Satisfaction: This is another important factor while choosing a career path. A good salary, a nice work environment and a good location might give some people the job satisfaction they need, but there are some people who are not affected by any of that. The only thing that matters to them is the job itself. Usually, a job that is socially helpful is the ones that provide true satisfaction.

CONCLUSION :

Choose your career wisely

INDIA AND THE QUAD

The world is constantly changing at a rapid pace as new power centres emerge and old ones rejuvenate. China’s aggression in its maritime and land domain is a perfect example of the quick and rapid changes taking place in India’s neighbourhood. In this setting, the Quad’s four members, including India, have stepped up their efforts to protect their interests in all areas, including political, economic, environmental, and security. In the Indo-Pacific area, India has substantial strategic interests. It will need to build strategic alliances such as the Quad grouping to protect its interests against China’s unilateral growth in aggressiveness.

What exactly is QUAD?

The Quad or Quadrilateral Security Dialogue is an informal strategic dialogue involving India, Australia, the United States, and Japan, which is an island nation. Its goal is to make the Indo-Pacific area “free, open, and wealthy.” Shinzo Abe, the former Japanese Prime Minister, first proposed the Quad grouping concept in 2007. The concept could not be pursued at the time since Australia had apparently withdrawn owing to Chinese pressure. Another cause for the Quad’s demise was Japan’s new pro-Beijing government and the reaffirmation of the India-China connection.
All four members of ASEAN re-entered talks to reestablish the quadrilateral security partnership during the 2017 ASEAN summit. They paved the way for the development of a new policy to preserve the Indo-Pacific region’s crucial water routes free of foreign influence, particularly Chinese influence. In the face of China’s aggressive postures in the region, the organisation now seeks to promote a “free and open Indo-Pacific.” India. Japan and the United States were in negotiations to invite Australia to Malabar for a quadrilateral coordinated naval exercise.
The Quad grouping will get a new military dimension as a result of this military exercise. These four countries have made it clear that China’s growing assertiveness in the Indo-Pacific area must be controlled. Apart from restraining China’s growing power, the Quad also ensures that the Asian region is free of uncertainty.

The Quad is also a gathering of democratic countries that will undoubtedly aid in the promotion of democratic, rule-based, diverse, cooperative, and inclusive ideals. It will be more sustainable if the countries are able to balance their interests and include more substantive dimensions apart from the current cines.

First Leaders' Summit: QUAD

Quadrangle Dimensions

DIPLOMAT -Diplomatic The Quad is a meeting place for diplomats. Quad sessions have attempted to address the Indo-Pacific region’s bigger agendas. Members have a high level of policy coordination on issues such as maritime security, terrorism, cyber security, and connectivity, all of which have an impact on the rules-based regional order. Even ASEAN collaboration, which is beneficial to maintaining peace and prosperity in the Asian area, can be supplemented by the Quad.

INTELLIGENCE– Intelligence Quad isn’t a strategic partnership yet. As a result, the amount of intelligence that can be shared among its members is limited. Regardless, there are indicators of increased information exchange in a number of military sectors, including marine domain awareness.

Because the Quad member’s key military assets are spread across the Indian Ocean, this vast geographical range offers a strategic advantage. In the marine industry, information sharing may be improved to combat concerns such as maritime terrorism and piracy. All four countries are developing information networks, with Australia, Japan, and the United States agreeing to share defense-related data. India has also started laying the groundwork for intelligence exchange with the United States and Japan.

MILITARY-The Quad’s military component does not play a significant role in deterrence. Military coordination between the Quad’s four members is restricted. Military-to-military interaction is, however, required. There are steps that may be taken to strengthen military readiness for any situation in the Indo-Pacific. The Indo-Pacific region’s states must develop their capacity. It will also be necessary to transmit military technology and defense equipment. States in the region continue to rely on larger powers like Russia and the United States. India can also play a supporting role in bolstering the regional governments’ military capability.

ECONOMY-Quad’s economic component will involve regional connectivity and economic integration. China’s Belt and Road Initiative has had a considerable impact on existing infrastructure development standards. China provides funds to a number of developing countries, which they employ to meet their infrastructure demands. Through the Indian Ocean, regional connectivity initiatives should strive to connect Far West Asia and Central Asia with South-East Asia. To promote regional connection and secure mutual interests in trade, commerce, connectivity, peace, and prosperity, investments in critical infrastructure should be made.

China and the Quad Nations

The Quad’s four members have some common concerns about China’s expanding power in the region, as they are all affected by China’s growing influence in their different spheres of influence.

USA- The United States has maintained a continuous policy of limiting China’s growing influence in East Asia. The Quad is seen by the United States as an opportunity to reclaim influence in the Indo-Pacific region. In its national security plan, national defense strategy, and Pentagon report on the Indo-Pacific strategy, the United States has referred to China as a strategic foe.

AUSTRALIA-Australia China’s rising interest in Australia’s land, infrastructure, politics, and universities has been a source of anxiety for the country. Taking into account the continent’s overwhelming economic reliance on China, it has maintained its commitment to a comprehensive strategic engagement with China. It is attempting to break free from its crippling reliance in regards to China.

Japan- Japan has expressed its displeasure with China’s territorial encroachment in the region. As a result of its extensive trading links with China, Japan must strike a balance between its economic requirements and territorial concerns.

INDIA-India China’s violations of international conventions, incursions of Indian borders, and buildup of military infrastructure, among other things, have constituted a severe threat to India. India must stand up to Chinese encroachment on its frontiers, protect its land and sea rights, and safeguard strategic autonomy.

India’s Benefits or Possibilities

What A Formalised Quad Means For India And The Indo-Pacific

For India, there are border clashes, the repercussions of the One Belt One Road Initiative, and the geopolitical implications of the China-Pakistan economic corridor. The Quad has numerous benefits that help it overcome these obstacles. India has a number of opportunities.

  1. A boost in defense spending China invests more on defense than Japan, Australia, and India combined. The participation of the United States in the organisation will provide India’s defence sector a much-needed boost, as it will aid in technology transfer and defence collaboration.
  2. Borders that are secure With China’s encroachment on India’s frontiers, Quad could prove to be a useful ally in limiting Chinese influence in India’s border regions. Both China’s and Pakistan’s involvement in pressuring India has exacerbated the situation on the northern frontiers. Quad can help to keep things in check in this circumstance.
  3. Indian Ocean Sustainability The Indian Ocean is the only ocean in the world named after a country, India. In the Indian Ocean region, India has the obligation of providing net security. India, along with the Quad nations, can challenge China’s String of Pearls or Maritime Silk Road, as well as its debt trap diplomacy, to provide sustainability and prosperity in the Indian Ocean region.
  4. The Act East Policy of India With India’s participation in the Quad grouping, India’s Act East policy, which aims to improve economic, geopolitical, and cultural links with the large Asia-Pacific region, will be strengthened. It will also give a boost to SAGAR’s mission. SAGAR(security and growth for all in the region)
  5. The Region’s Stability India is concerned about the United States’ waning importance and the rise of China’s influence in the Indian Ocean and Asia. Instabilities in the regions that harm India’s interests may result from the imbalance caused by such a circumstance. As a result, Quad grouping may provide an opportunity to instill stability in its surrounding region.

Quadrilateral Challenges

Though the Quad Grouping has many tangible benefits, it also has a number of issues that must be addressed in order for it to be a success. These problems include the following:

  1. An Ambiguous Vision Despite the possibility of cooperation, the Quad remains a vehicle with no clear strategic goals. The separate interests of each country in the grouping can also be used to determine this. India seeks to advance all of the region’s security and economic interests, whereas the US wants a formal alliance.
  2. Non-alignments India’s foreign policy is based on the non-alignment idea. To confront the Chinese menace, India will need to forsake its non-alignment strategy and join a formal alliance with the US and two other countries in the form of the Quad.
  3. China’s ties with ASEAN China has lent the ASEAN area a large sum of money. It also has a number of strategic infrastructure projects and military bases in several ASEAN countries’ islands. Following the RCEP (Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership) agreement, China’s influence in ASEAN has risen even further.
  4. There is no consensus among members. Each member of the Quad has a different strategic interest. They anticipate the Quad as a means of furthering their own interests and achieving their goals. There is no shared vision among the Quad members. Though progress has been achieved in several meetings among the members, a long-term vision document is required.

Next Steps

The Quad will have to develop its own distinct perspective. It will have to move beyond China’s centricity and be open to accommodate each other’s interests in order for “talks of a Free and Open Indo-Pacific” to become more than just that. To evolve, the Quad should focus on building a strong regional framework and collaborating with all regional parties.

UNSPOKEN BOND: FRIENDSHIP

FRIENDSHIP, THE UNSINKABLE SHIP

They say a friend in need, is a friend indeed. We would have at least one friend in our life like that. We may or not be speaking with them at present, but there would have an unwritten agreement between you that whenever you meet again, things would remain the same between the two of you.

There is not particular phase in which you have to find a friend. There is no rule that you should have found your partner in crime at a particular point of life. For some, it maybe from kindergarten, for some they wouldn’t have found someone until they started working. The time doesn’t matter really, it is the person. This sentence doesn’t only fit for relationships, it fits for friendships too, in fact, more so for friendship.

It is the unspoken communication that speaks tons between two real friends. The numerous times where we stand for each other, defend each other in the absence of the other. It is a blessing to find someone who understands our craziness, our thought process and not judge us for it. If we find someone like that, no matter the distance and who comes in between, the pure feeling and loyalty for each other is unbreakable.

There are different types of friends, many of us in our life may be our friends, but there would be just a select few, say one or two to whom we turn in the time of need. The one who causes trouble, the noble one, the one who is terrified of everything, the talkative one, the studious one from who we get notes, the one who keeps everyone together and many more. Every friend group would be made of at least a few of those above mentioned categories.

It is the trust and loyalty that keeps friends together. There isn’t a perfect friendship per se, each and every one is unique to itself. There may be fights, where we swear to each other we wouldn’t talk to them ever again. But then when we see them again, that laughter from your heart will erupt and you will end up laughing for hours on end. Not only then, even after years, those memories will be etched on your heart, saying “Remember when we….”

It is for that exact reason why we need friends. No matter how loving family we have, there needs to be at least one person where we can show our goofiness and actually enjoy being ourselves. It is for that exact reason, the promise of laughter for years on end, that we need friends. Finding someone like that is difficult, but when you at last find them, your life will be changed forever. Not even fights, ego, distance can separate you from each other.

At the end, every friendship starts with “I thought you were an idiot at first”  and grows to “You’re still an idiot, but I’ve grown to like that about you.”

The healthcare system in India can be divided into two parts viz urban and rural areas and both have a significant differential gap in terms of treatment, not because of uncommon diseases but due to lack of adequate infrastructure and health experts, besides several other challenges in the system. However, the objective in this article is to bring out the challenges which the public and private healthcare systems are currently confronting with.

Fund Allocation & Inadequate Infra

The gap in fund management by the administrations should be understood and be balanced. Not enough funds are allocated for public healthcare in India and the inequality in urban and rural facilities is well known. International Music day

International Music Day or World Music Day is a concept too good to believe and the best part is that it actually exists. Yes, International Music day or the IMD was initiated on the 1st of October in 1975 by Lord Yehudi Menuhin. It was first organized by the International Music Council on 1st of October, 1975, in accordance with the resolution taken at the 15th General Assembly in Lausanne in 1973.The International Music Council (IMC) or the guardian of the IMD was founded by UNESCO in 1949. The IMC is the world’s largest network of organizations, institutions and individuals functioning in the field of music. The International Music Council encourages and fosters musical diversity, access to culture for everyone and unites organizations in some 150 countries worldwide in building peace and understanding among people cutting across class, culture and heritage.

The IMC in its bid to establish a global harmony through the music, celebrates the International Music Day and with special focus on organizing musical events, radio and television programs and press recordings. Amidst all this the onus is also on building up an environment more conducive and hospitable to music-on the practice, consumption and the general aura of music. So, an important zone of interest is also struggle against the pollution of the sound environment and quite interestingly the IMC proposes that each country should maintain a few moments of silence on the International Music Day, and use that silence to listen to music played out in main city squares.

On International Music Day, the desired aim is to create a global atmosphere of music, a platform for people to come together with their diversities and mingle to make one unified whole. Like any other artistic or cultural celebrations the day is generally to celebrate art and to successfully realize these activities, it is essential to mobilize all means at our disposal in the 21st century-the radio and television, concert societies, opera companies, amateur societies; a great many different types of localities should all be used to their best advantage. In various countries the day is the perfect opportunity to organize grand concerts by roping in the greatest musical artistes of our. Also common are random musical events and talent shows to seek out the new and emerging musical artistes- to build up a treasury of the old and new in the world of music. Music after all is the greatest unifier in humanity and all significant social events have musical pieces dedicated to it. No event is better recognized or defined than by music which defines and completes a perfect human social and aesthetic experience.

International Olympic Day 23rd June

The International Olympic Day is celebrated on June 23 to bring attention to the importance of sports in everyday life. The goal of International Olympic Day is to encourage people to participate in sports in large numbers. National Olympic Committees are deploying athletic, cultural, and educational events that address everyone – regardless of age, gender, social background, or sporting skill – based on the three pillars “move,” “learn,” and “explore.”

The current Olympic Games were inspired by the ancient Olympic Games, which were held in Olympia, Greece, from the 8th to the 4th centuries BC. The International Olympic Committee (IOC) was created in 1894 by Baron Pierre de Coubertin, who laid the framework for the Olympic Games.

History

Doctor Gruss, a Czechoslovakian member of the International Olympic Committee, delivered a report to the 41st Session of the International Olympic Committee in Stockholm in 1947, proposing that a day be set aside to commemorate Olympic Day. In 1948, the organizing committee eventually agreed on June 23 as International Olympic Day to commemorate the founding of the International Olympic Committee at the Sorbonne in Paris.

Significance

The day is observed to encourage more people to attend the Olympic Games, to raise knowledge about the event, and to promote the Olympic Movement. The National Olympic Committees are deploying sports, cultural, and educational events based on the three pillars – “move,” “learn,” and “discover” – to encourage participation regardless of age, gender, social background, or sporting skill. In certain countries, the event is taught in schools, and in recent years, several NOCs have added concerts and exhibitions as part of the Olympic day.

People have suffered greatly as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, both physically and mentally. During these trying times, exercise and workouts have become even more crucial for maintaining our health.Furthermore, the Olympic Day has evolved into much more than a race. NOCs all around the world are also hosting educational and cultural events that attract individuals of various ages, genders, athletic abilities, and social backgrounds.

Olympic Day is based on the three pillars;

1. Move

2. Learn

3. Discover

“Move” encompasses a wide range of physical activities suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Individual and team sports, as well as the Olympic Day Run, are all part of it. As a result, move is an appeal to the general public to participate in physical activities and be active on Olympic Day.

“Learn” refers to learning the lesson of humanity, education, HIV prevention, human trafficking prevention, female empowerment, health consciousness, environmental legislation, reconciliation, local community development, friendship, and respect for all people.

“Discovery” is about promoting and inviting individuals to try new sports and activities they’ve never tried before. It is also an opportunity for them to become acquainted with sports that they may not be familiar with or that are less popular in their location.
