Physical Fitness is something which is very important in every human’s life.it is status of wellbeing and can be brought up by having an healthy diet with planning and proper exercise also be need.

At recent time’s we have come across this horror and incurable virus called “covid-19″ or corona virus, which has shaken the globe and many people died due to its fast spread and has low metabolism with less immunity in their system. In order to achieve a good metabolism and immunity a person should have a very good health condition meaning he/she should have a very good physical fitness to fight back with the virus so yeah IT IS IMPORTANT TO have physical fitness

Many people in this corona lockdown are doing exercises maintaining health, taking care of diet, doing yoga, practicing dance and many more to maintain proper weight so the fatness or laziness not to effect their their life.so my humble advice to all to do the same as the saying goes ”STAY FIT STAY FINE”
