In 2021 due to lockdown, Life has taken a serious turn which made us insecure about our future. Many people have lost their loved ones due to the pandemic. The students are unable to get the clarity about what is going to happen next and It creates a lot of panic in youngster’s mind. The thoughts like suicide and harming ourself often comes in our mind. Only way to deal with such problems is to go to a Psychologist and attend some session. Now a days, There are so many influencer and motivational speakers who provide online session for student suffering from depression.
Many cases of suicide have been noticed due to Lockdown. Most of the cases is due to depression and anxiety. It is time when everybody feels lonely and needs somebody to support and motivate them. Government should start campaign to spread awareness regarding dealing with mental issues and depression. It can surely help every individual to overcome from the fear of being alone. Life is hard and It takes a lot of courage to live it under such harsh circumstance. It doesn’t mean that Suicide can only be a solution of it.
If you every feel lonely, try to share your emotions with the people you are most comfortable with. Try to be busy as no such thoughts can come in your mind. Always try to do those activities which makes you feel happy . Mental health should be our prime focus to deal with and try to do some meditation and yoga. It keeps us more focused in reaching our goals in life.
