Who decides Independence?

I was happy until I realized,

one inch of my body if shown will seduce many other guys in the world.

I asked World:Why?

World answerd: If you are given freedom you will be spoiled.

I asked again why not for boys?

The world said: He is more responsible and knows how to manage.

I thought I was happy but wasn’t, which made me to chose Independence.

Do you think above lines relate to the situation you are facing ? Now a days these superstitions think that if a girl child is born than it is not good to the family.

Government has introduced “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao Yojana” in order to create awareness and improve the efficiency of welfare service intended for girls in India.

Objectives of the campaign:

  • To protect girl child.
  • To provide education to the girl child and enable participation.
  • To help in removing gender based discrimination.

Eligibility for the scheme:

  • A family with the girl child below 10 years of age.
  • There should be a Sukanya Samriddhi Account (SSA) in any bank, opened in the name of the girl child.
  • The girl child should be an Indian citizen. NRI’s are not eligible for the scheme.

Campaigns versus Mindset(perspectives) of the people.

Campaigns are done to educate amd create awareness among the people. But there are few people who still thinks that it is better that girls should sit in their home. If they are are given independence there will be high chances of rapes.

Mary Kom, The Boxer, who made India proud in International level.

We all know various women’s who work in different fields like sports, educational sector, corporate ,film industries etc if these women’s were not given the opportunity to grow will they be in our top news everyday?

Therefore, it is not only the government who takes the initiatives but the people who need to change their perspective regarding the independence of the women. It is not that only women’s should be given an opportunity. The main basis of this article is to convey regarding the gender biasness. It is high time to cooperate with everybody rather than comparing.

So who decides Independence? It’s you who take a firm decision and move forward. Independence is just a term it is the mindset of the people which needs to be changed.

#We are humans. Stop discriminating.

People’s Perception towards NGO(Non Government Organization).

How many of yours dream is to work in MNC’s ? I know many of you say yes. But do you ever thought of working in NGO’s. Why is that so we are always behind highest salary packages.

What is a NGO?

There is a saying, what can make you happier than helping others. Similarly, Non Government Organization is a non profit organization which promotes educational, cultural activities and work for the betterment of the society.

Work Together for the betterment of the society.

How NGO’s work?

Many of you are quiet curious about this. All you want to know is that how are the volunteers gonna make money. Here are your answers:

  • Existence of an organization with the intention to provide services.
  • Appointment of volunteers. Here they are the person whose intention is not make money out of it.
  • Collecting/Raising funds to execute the plan and supervising the activities.

People’s perception regarding NGO:

Money versus Social Work concept. What do you think weighs more?

  • Waste of time: We dreaming to work in topmost industries never think of joining hands with NGO’s or just to contribute a percentage of salary towards the cause.
  • No Income: Why do people always run behind money? Yes this is an organization where they help others and make their lives living worth it.
  • No support: yes, this is the main drawback. But don’t you think effort from your side is also necessary. If you start for a good cause then you gonna achieve success.
  • Risk Factor: Who do think was the warrior during this pandemic situation? Yes of course, along with doctors, sweepers the volunteers for such organization are also the warriors. They provided food, shelter to large number of people.

To conclude, Don’t think about what people think if I might start or work in NGO. It is always you who takes the decision and let’s not forget that sharing is caring. So join your hands with NGO’s and be brave as warriors.
