Chaos!

If you look around yourself, don’t you ever feel that everybody is stuck in their own chaos? It is like, everybody has a huge heap of problems which they are busy solving all the time. Yet somehow we are being preached to have everything “sorted out”. What career to choose or which place to settle or what kind of company you want to work with or how clear you should be to make others understand how you feel? Oh, that took a leap! Saying about being “clear” of how you feel, is itself is a myth. Sharing or listening is a whole different thing. But don’t you ever feel that you yourself are unable to understand what is going on in your head? There is this turmoil in your head which doesn’t have an explanation. You don’t know why you feel that particular way, yet you feel it. And this, when it comes to sharing you are incapable of expressing it. Sometimes just for the sake of sharing your make up things in order to justify that commotion in your head, which is wrong!!!!

Sometimes this feeling can last a while. Recently I had been there. I knew nothing about why I was feeling the way I was feeling. It lasted half a month. And it was so strange to explain why I was feeling that way. Whenever I used to explain it, it felt like a constant nagging. It was like, during these hard times you have food, shelter, clothing, electricity what else do you need to be happy? Does it really work that way?

I simply want to let you all know sometimes it is okay to be in chaos. It is okay for your mind to be in turmoil, to be in such a phase where nothing seems to make you happy. You don’t need to be “sorted ” always, be it your mind or life. Give things time. Let your mind recover at its own pace. Eventually, you will return to being back as you were but stronger.

And that day, you will know how important it is to give yourself a break, your mind a break from being okay all the time.

Education

Education is by far the most important thing in your life. Everything in your life can go wrong, everyone who have right now can turn their backs on you but education will always be there with you. No matter how low you might be education can always pull you up. Dont waste your precious time and money having the fun which can be enjoyed later too. Focus on what is important. Focus on what can give you a decent livelyhood. Sometimes you might not be having enough resources but if you have determination to fulfil your dreams , you will always find a way out. Dream my friend. Dream of bigger things in your life. A person who dreams and has the zest to complete them is the most motivated and enthusiastic person you will ever meet. Have that zest to complete your dreams. Make education your priority because if you have right kind of education, my friend you are the richest person in the world.

How Important is our MENTAL HEALTH!

As we all know that we have lost one of the brightest actors today, Sushant Singh Rajput. He committed suicide in his apartment. God knows what he was suffering through. Hence today it is very important to address how important our mental health is. We need to break that “taboo” of calling people suffering from depression or anxiety sick or mad. Depression and anxiety is a very serious issue that needs to be addressed. People often make fun of people who actually suffer from these. It is not something people enjoy doing. It takes away lives. That’s how severe it is. Depressed people don’t have anything different from us. They talk normally, behave commonly, but you might not know what goes on in their head. Hence help people out. Be gentle and kind to people around you. With this increasing hatred in mankind among each other, such issues are on a rise. Let’s pledge today that in a day you will make at least one person smile. You might not know how your smallest gestures might save a person’s life.

Be a RAY OF HOPE for someone!

We are in the midst of a catastrophe. So much has been happening around lately that it has become really difficult to cope up. In the middle of this hardship, we often forget how badly our mental health can be affected. There are people who have anxiety problems, maybe depression, having a pattern of excessive overthinking , is stuck because there is no one to show them a positive viewpoint. Sometimes people who don’t undergo such vexatious things are so busy in their own little world with the petty issues that they often tend to forget to help the people who are actually undergoing agony.

Hope is the most important part of any individual’s life. Hope can be for anything, a hope for a good future with a better job, a hope for a person who thinks you are worthy enough to spend a lifetime with, a hope of getting good grades, a hope of owning a house one day, a hope to travel the world, a hope to build an empire and several more. Hope is the thing that keeps us going. Sadly, in the middle of this crisis, there are many of us who had lost their hope, desire, confidence. They think so low of themselves sometimes that they start to loath themselves which someday can even lead to taking their own lives.

Everyone needs a supporting hand whenever they feel low. A right person or right guidance at the time of darkness can bring a ray of sunshine in anybody’s lives. So it is very important to have a heart that is ready to give. One doesn’t need to do some extravagant things for being that ray of hope. It is the small gestures that count.

Appreciate such people once in a while. Ask them what is bothering them and talk to them about it. Give them time. Tell them how their dreams and goals are waiting to be fulfilled. Tell them of how worthy they are of every ounce of love. Tell them how their presence affects your life. Tell them that they are beautiful in their own ways. Tell them they are perfect and need not change for somebody but themselves.

Be a ray of hope for someone. You don’t know you might just make someone’s day better with your tiny gestures.
