Love yourself means accept yourself as what you are. Love plays different roles in everybody’s life. When you love yourself you may feel something special which no one can’t give you. No matter how you are and what you are, all going to be end one day so why you making yourself in trouble by thinking about your stuff.
People who are biting about you and criticizing about you won’t stop. Unless and until when you stop hearing them. So don’t take other people words, just be yourself for that first love yourself.
Many people stuck towards depression, anxiety, grief, loneliness, displeasure and Unsatisfactory. Do you people think when and how all these begun. It’s initially starts when you trust somebody very deeply. So ask yourself why are you like that. And also ask yourself, I may know how to love other one, why not myself?
yes, instead of trusting others, why you are not trusting yourself ? If somebody come and says you are not capable of doing that or this. You may feel worried and incapable of yourself. Right! Don’t carry negative words which make you down. You know yourself and how you capable so honestly trust you with your own confidence.

Loving yourself means loving every aspect of yourself – even the not so good parts. It’s letting go of your past in hope of your future. It’s trusting that everything happens for a reason and your mistakes are merely lessons learned. Life is too short to spend time regretting the things who made you who you are.
