How to keep yourself Motivated

What is Motivation?
Motivation is what drives you toward your goal, and keeps you going even when you feel like giving up. There exist two types of motivation:
Positive Motivation and Negative Motivation.
Positive Motivation: Positive motivation is when you are passionate about achieving something and you want it desperately.
Negative Motivation: When you do something because of the fear of losing something is negative motivation.
I think Positive Motivation works the best for people.
So motivation essentially is a way to do and achieve something you want. There are times when you don’t feel like waking up early, but when you assign a reason to get up early you do that with excitement.
If you have motivation for anything you want to achieve, you can sustain efforts for much longer. First and foremost
Believe in Yourself. Have the confidence and repeat to yourself that you can achieve anything once you decide and plan.
Set your goal. While you set your goal make sure you are sticking to them.
One goal at a time: Having several goals at a time can sap your energy. So have one goal and be dedicated towards it.
Effort: Even if you feel like giving up and see hurdles in your way which frightens you, just don’t give up keep persisting. Because if give your attention to obstacles means you have been distracted.
Reinforce: Reinforce your goals daily, get your brain used to them. So that it can detect what you want and help you achieve them.
