Sometimes for no reason we started feeling irritated and do a bad conversation with a person in front of us. It is simply called toxicity when we feel very toxic in a relation, it can be friendship or anything else. You know what, toxic things can convert our smiles into upset face.

We feel when we are not happy in our life, we are not happy in our life, we are not happy from what we are getting and when someone gives negative vibes.
Here is a simple solution to overcome from toxicity is that try to make yourself happy, spread happiness, be with them who gives you positive vibes, have a conversation with yourself at least once in a day, stay away from those who gives you negative vibes.
