FEAR.

Leave your fear.

Hii wonderful’s,

Today I came up with a very familiar topic. And my topic is about “FEAR”.
Fear – being afraid to do or speak out something. Everyone is having their own fear.
-Fear of starting, something fresh or new
-Fear to speak out i.e., to share views.
-Fear of losing our loved ones
-Fear to face the failure
-Fear to face the truth and so on.
Because of our fear we are really losing so many of our opportunities, chances and happy moments.

Let me share a story.
There once was this criminal who had committed a crime. Anyway, he was sent to the king for his punishment. The king told him he had a choice of two punishments.

He could be hung by a rope.Or take what’s behind the big, dark, scary, mysterious iron door.

The criminal quickly decided on the rope.

As the noose was being slipped on him, he turned to the king and asked:

“By the way, out of curiosity, what’s behind that door?”

The king laughed and said:

“You know, it’s funny, I offer everyone the same choice, and nearly everyone picks the rope.”

“So,” said the criminal, “Tell me. What’s behind the door? I mean, obviously, I won’t tell anyone,” he said, pointing to the noose around his neck.

The king paused then answered: “Freedom, but it seems most people are so afraid of the unknown that they immediately take the rope.”

Like those criminals who missed their chance of escaping (or getting released) because of their fear, we missed many things because of our fear. But sometimes we even get feared, because of doing something unfair, as our conscience pricks us, for doing so.

Whatever it may be, let’s us take a STEP forward to Overcome our fear. And let’s us not do anything against our conscience.
That’s ok, what is going to happen.
-We may Get scoldings
-We may Face failures
-We may Lose someone (for speaking out/correcting a person)

That’s completely ok, As I said, in my previous content,’ living peacefully without any fears do matters than anything’.

Asusal at the end of the day everything is your choice
“Whether you gonna stay with fear or gonna leave your fear, decision is with you”.

Think about it.

Best of luck!!!

Have a good day.

HELEN KELLER

Hi all,

None of us here can say that I don’t know about Helen Keller. And yes today my topic is About “Helen Keller”

Helen Keller (1880–1968) was an American author, political activist and lecturer. At 19 months old, Keller contracted an unknown illness described by doctors as “an acute congestion of the stomach and the brain”, which is now thought to have been scarlet fever or meningitis. The illness left her both deaf and blind, completely shaping the way Keller would live her life.

Living in Tuscumbia, Alabama, by the age of seven Keller had already developed more than 60 home signs (self-developed gestures created in order to communicate) that she could use with her family. She also learned how to tell which person was walking into a room from the vibrations of their footsteps.

Despite being blind and deaf, her family were determined she have the same opportunities as everyone else and so in 1886, inspired by an account in Charles Dickens’ American Notes of the successful education of a deaf and blind woman, they sent Keller and her father Arthur H. Keller to find physician J. Julian Chisolm (an eye, ear, nose and throat specialist) for advice. After being told to get in touch with the Perkins Institute for the Blind, the school’s director Michael Anagnos asked 20-year-old former student Anne Sullivan, herself visually impaired, to become Keller’s instructor. It was the beginning of a 49-year-long relationship, where Sullivan grew from governess to companion.
It was 1887 by the time Sullivan and Keller first met at the girl’s house and teaching began with showing Keller to communicate by spelling words into her hand. The first word was “doll” for the doll Sullivan had bought Keller as a present.

At first it was difficult because Keller didn’t realize that every object had a word uniquely identifying it. A breakthrough moment came when Keller realized the motions Sullivan made on her one palm, while cool water ran over her other palm, symbolized the idea of water. She quickly demanded to know the names of all the other familiar objects in her world.

From that point on Keller flourished in her education. In 1894, Keller and Sullivan moved to New York to attend the Wright-Humason School for the Deaf, and then to Boston two years later to be taught by Sarah Fuller at the Horace Mann School for the Deaf.
Soon after, Keller entered the Cambridge School for Young Ladies and then in 1900 gained admittance to Radcliffe College, Harvard University. Keller’s education was paid for by Standard Oil magnate Henry Huttleston Rogers and his wife, who she was introduced to via her friend American author Mark Twain. Keller and Twain were firm friends for around 16 years and she was able to recognize Twain in a room from the smell of his cigars.

Those who didn’t know Keller well viewed her as isolated, but she was very in touch with the outside world. She was able to enjoy music by feeling the vibrations of the beat and she was able to have a strong connection with animals through touch. She was delayed at picking up language, but that did not stop her from having a voice.

In 1904, at the age of 24, Keller was the first deaf-blind person to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree and throughout her education she had learnt to speak, leading her to give speeches and lectures on aspects of her life. Keller also learnt to “hear” other people’s speeches, by reading their lips with her hands. She also became proficient at using braille and reading sign language with her hands.
After studying, Keller used her experiences and channelled them into becoming a speaker and author, and she became an advocate for people with disabilities. She was also politically active and considered herself a suffragette, pacifist and radical socialist, as well as a supporter of birth control.

As a member of the Socialist Party, Keller actively campaigned and wrote in support of the working class from 1909 to 1921. Many of her speeches and writings were about women’s right to vote and the impacts of war. Always trying to improve, she had speech therapy in order to have her voice heard better by the public. With her radical views, the Rockefeller press refused to print her articles, but she protested until her work was finally published.

Keller also sought to make even more of a difference and in 1915 age 35, she and George A Kessler founded the Helen Keller International Organization, which is devoted to research in vision, health and nutrition. Five years later, Keller went on to help found the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU)—a nonprofit organization whose stated mission is “to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed to every person in this country by the Constitution and laws of the United States.”
In the years and decades following, Keller continued to make her voice heard through various books (she published 12 in total) and the talks she held. In total she travelled to over 40 countries, mostly accompanied by her lifelong companion Sullivan, who had remained a huge part of Keller’s life up until her death in 1936, when Keller held her hand in her final moments.

Keller devoted much of her later life to raising funds for the American Foundation for the Blind, but after suffering a series of strokes in 1961 had to spend her remaining years at home. In 1964, President Lyndon B Johnson awarded Keller the Presidential Medal of Freedom, one of the United States’ two highest civilian honors. The following year she was elected to the National Women’s Hall of Fame and the New York World’s Fair.
Keller died in her sleep on June 1, 1968 at her home Arcan Ridge in Connecticut, a few weeks short of her 88th birthday. A service was held in her honor at the National Cathedral in Washington DC and after cremation her ashes were placed next to her companion Sullivan.

Keller’s lasting impact can be felt in the legacy of works she published, the speeches she made and the organisations she founded. Keller was a role model and proved to the world that deaf people are able to communicate just like everyone else and showed people they are just as capable given the right tools to do so.

Despite of all her struggles she found herself. And now our trun to find our own self in the midst of difficulties.

Have a hopeful day.

IMPACT OF ONLINE SHOPPING OVER DIRECT (SEDENTARY) SHOPPING.

Hi everyone,

ONLINE SHOPPING which means purchasing of commodities or services over online internet] by using the sellers websites directly, which is provided in an application way Now a days online shopping or purchasing has become a growing trend Online shopping ensures displaying of same product at different prices, as each seller fixes different prices accordingly As it makes the work of purchasing much easies everybody started to use it.

As of 2016, people can make their online shopping by using desktop computers, laptop, tables computers, and smart phones The concept online shopping was developed by MICHAEL ALDRICH’ an English inventor, innovator and entrepreneur, in the year 1979. Though it was developed in 90’s it was not that much familiar and not much used by the people. But now at seems the number of digital buyers in Asia pacific is projected to pass the 1 billion mark for the first in 2018, which account 60% of all internet users in the region.

HOW CUSTOMERS ARE TEMPT TO GO FOR ONLINE SHOPPING

1. SHOPPING TIME

People are mostly attracted towards online shopping because it saves much of their time. If they go for shopping, through sedentary shops it will consume much of their time. Now a days people just want to do everything in casiest way, so online shopping attracted them most

2. PROMOS/ADVERTISEMENT

Usually people are much attracted by promos and advertisements, it is rather a psychological mechanism that is responsible for these feelings. Constantly advertising for something tempts customers very much, which makes them to go for it, in this way online websites advertises their website/application and its products constantly in televisions, in you tube (while playing a video, in-between advertisement will be coming without the option of skipping), in newspapers, in social medias etc Hence, constant advertisement made people to go for online shopping.

3. ATTRACTING OFFERS

Offers, discounts, free delivery, lucky coupons etc.which lunes customers predominantly Especially women are much fascinated by such offers and discounts. It’s women nature off going to cheapest product. So online sellers provides offers in such way. that people will be unable to avoid shopping online. For eg 50% off, free shipping etc.

4. ENLISTING PRODUCTS AS PER CUSTOMERS TASTES, PREFERENCE AND TRENDS

Tastes, preference and trends varies from customer to customer, and from place to place Online sellers will be analysing the current trends and preferences of the market/people, therefore they will be enlisting those things first in their websites/application Scrolling the lists provided by online sellers, makes people enthusiastic and thrilling Availability of vast choice to select, people constantly goes for online shopping.

5. AVAILABILITY OF ALL NECESSARY DETAILS

Usually people will buy any product only after getting necessary details Lack of information or details about the product will ensure ‘no purchasing Hence online sellers will be likely to provide sufficient information’s as per the customers requirement. Usually people will be looking for the following details

.Price of the product.

. Its features (in details)

. Availability of offers or discounts, if any.

. Ratings for the particular product.

. Additional benefits attached to the product, if any.

. Price of the similar product of different brands etc.

These are the very common things which a customer will be seeking for any products As all these details are made available in online shopping people are lured by it

Finally it becomes a habit of the person. Once a person felt comfortable with online shopping automatically he/she will be going for online shopping, irrespective of price. As it becomes habit of an individual, price of the product does not affect their purchasing According to APRIL LANE BENSON, a psychologist specializing in compulsive buying disorder said “All of these are triggers for people who are compulsive buyers”

HOW FAR ONLINE SHOPPING AFFECTED DIRECT (SEDENTARY)
SHOPPING

Direct (sedentary) shopping means nothing but a traditional way of buying goods. It is away of going to shops/stores directly and making purchase. In olden days direct shopping were in habit. In recent days only the online shopping habit emerged. It’s due to the growing technology and laziness of the people. Online shopping has a great impact on direct(sedentary) shopping. The following are the impacts of online shopping on direct(sedentary) shopping

1. AFFECTED SALES OF SEDENTARY SHOPS/STORES

Online shopping affected direct shopping very much. Not all the shop sellers will be able to sell their product through online, as it is expensive. Constant purchasing of products through online affected sales of sedentary shops where they used to sell their products from being in one place, because people changed their purchasing habits. They totally moved from the habit of going to a shop directly and purchasing ed products.

2. AFFECTED SELLER- BUYER INTERACTION

In direct shopping there exists seller- buyer interaction, which is an important essence of trading. In direct shopping it allows buyer to negotiate price and allow them to touch and see the product, but in online shopping it does not provides negotiating facility and touching facility. While having seller- buyer interaction it gives more knowledge to seller about buyer buying behaviour and expectations But online shopping lacks all these essence.

3. CONCENTRATION OF BRANDED PRODUCTS

Online shopping gives more attention branded products. If a new brand wants to enter into an online selling it has to spare more amounts In a stores/shops there exist both branded and unbranded products, low income and wealthy people will be purchasing accordingly as per their financial status. Online selling keeps on promoting branded products like, Jockey, Levis, Prisma, etc online shopping affects the sale of unbranded products which may have a good quality and fair price then brand

4. UNEMPLOYMENT

Online shopping resulted in unemployment How means, in stores/ shop there works more people like in selling department, supervising department, billing section etc. But emergent of online shopping resulted in reduction of employing more people in shops, because as there is reduction in sales level, a stores earnings level went down, which affects payment of salary to employees, So automatically shop owners remove employees from their shops. In online shopping there is no requirement of more employees, as one person will be delivering 2-3 yrs at a time.

5. EXTINCTION OF SOME PRODUCTS

Online shopping will result in extinction of some products. If a person goes for direct shopping he/she will be purchasing the products of both small scale industries and handicrafts products Persisting increase in online shopping brings extinction to the products of small scale industries, handicrafts product and also brings extinction to some of our ancestor’s commodities.

CONCLUSION

As discussed above, online shopping has a greater level of impact over direct (sedentary) shopping. Constant increase in online shopping will result in the fall off direct shopping habit, which is a traditional form of buying and selling of goods/products. Online shopping affects the growth of sedentary shops/stores, as people are being addicted to online shopping they ignore to go purchase things in sedentary shops This results in the decrease in their earnings level, it affects their trade, it affects their standard of living. It also results, in the decrease in the level of their contribution to nation’s GDP. Growth need to be in a balanced level. It should not affect any part of the society.

As an upcoming generation it is each and every one of ours duty and responsibility to contribute our part towards our nation’s GDP. To do that we as younger generation should not encourage online shopping quiet often.

Hope so it was useful.

Have a wonderful day.

One day, the old farmer fell sick and decided he should bring unity among his sons. He called his sons and asked them to bring few sticks. They brought the sticks. The farmer asked the eldest son to tie them in a bundle. He then asked them to try their strength to break it.Each of the sons tried to break the bundle but failed. LIFE HACKS.

Hi all,

Today I am gonna share some life hacks.

What do life hack means? A life hack (or life hacking) is any trick, shortcut, skill, or novelty method that increases productivity and efficiency, in all walks of life. The term was primarily used by computer experts who suffer from information overload or those with a playful curiosity in the ways they can accelerate their workflow in ways other than programming.

Popularization-
The term life hack was coined in 2004 during the O’Reilly Emerging Technology Conference in San Diego, California by technology journalist Danny O’Brien to describe the “embarrassing” scripts and shortcuts productive IT professionals use to get their work done.

AVOID NEGATIVITY.

Hi all,

Today I am going to share a way to turn the negative vibes into a positive vibes.

Story time:

Once there lived a deaf frog. This frog was really obsessed with climbing trees but because he was too young, he thought he couldn’t do it. But one day, his bursting enthusiasm got the better of him and he decided to climb a tree anyway.

So he went to the jungle to make his dream come true. But when the other frogs saw him going to the jungle, they followed him too. They were concerned he would try to climb a tree and injure himself, therefore they would try to stop him. However, when they reached there, he had already started climbing a tree.

Once they saw him climbing a pretty tall tree, they started shouting and jumping in order to stop him. This caught our frog’s attention and he looked down to see all these other frogs jumping. However, because he was deaf, he wasn’t able to listen to their warnings. He got excited and thought they were there to support him, to cheer for him. He then starting climbing even faster.

Each new branch that he reached, the frog below panicked more and started to shout and jump even more than before. But by now, the frog was so sure of their support that he kept climbing like the tree like a pro. Each new branch, they shouted ‘you can’t do it, come back down’, while interpreted that ‘you can keep going’, and thus, he climbed all the way up.And once he was there, at the top of the tree, living his dream, the frogs below were ashamed of their negative beliefs and therefore, were silent. But they started shouting and jumping again, but this to appreciate what our deaf frog had achieved!”

Moral:

Have a deaf ear to the obstacles and negative comments, rather use them as motivation to achieve your goals.

Try to see good in all.

Have a positive day.

HELP OTHERS.

Hi everyone,

Today I am going to share a story,

Once there was a small boy named Shankar. He belonged to a poor family. One day, he was crossing through the forest carrying some woods. He saw an old man who was very hungry. Shankar wanted to give him some food, but he did not have food for his own. So he continued on his way. On his way, he saw a deer who was very thirsty. He wanted to give him some water, but he did not have water for himself. So he went on his way ahead.

Then he saw a man who wanted to make a camp but he did not have woods. Shankar asked his problem and gave some woods to him. In return, he gave him some food and water. Now he went back to the old man and gave him some food and gave some water to the deer. The old man and the deer were very happy. Shankar then happily went on his way.

However, one day Shankar fell down the hill. He was in pain but he couldn’t move and no one was there to help him. But, the old man who he had helped before saw him, he quickly came and pulled him up the hill. He had many wounds on his legs. The deer whom shankar had given water saw his wounds and quickly went to the forest and brought some herbs. After some time his wounds were covered. All were very happy that they were able to help each other.

Whenever you get a chance to help others, help others. Whatever you give, you will get in return.

Have a lovely day.

ENTHUSIASM.

Hi all, Today my topic is about “ENTHUSIASM”.
Enthusiasm is an important essence of life.

What do enthusiasm means?
A feeling of energetic interest in a particular subject or activity and an eagerness to be involved in it.

Now story time; There was a highly skilled carpenter who was just about to retire. He was retiring after a long and dedicated career in building houses. He was master in his work and was extremely famous for his extra ordinary work.

At the very beginning of his career, when he joined a prominent contractor, he had been required to make a very special promise. The carpenter had to promise the contractor that every house he built, would be built as if it was the most important project he had ever been given. He also had to promise that every house would be built with full of creativity, dedication, love and care.

Getting ready to retire, the carpenter went into his boss’s office to inform him about his plans. The carpenter said, “The house I have just completed would be my last. I would like to retire from the services now.”

The boss said, “I am sorry to see you are leaving our organisation. May I request you to be kind enough to do a final favor for me?”

The carpenter replied, “Please sir, tell me what can I do for you?”

The boss said, “Just build me one more house, then you’re free to go.” The carpenter, who respected his boss to a great extent, agreed and immediately started to work on the new house. But unlike every other house he had built over the past few years, he did not use the full extent of his expertise with this final one. He took every shortcut he knew, to finish the project in record time. The only reason behind it was, he wanted to begin his second innings after retirement at the earliest. He cut corners, used inferior material and hurried to get the task over with.

Within weeks, the carpenter completed the house. And finally, the carpenter called his employer and showed him the house.

The employer was very happy and grateful to him. He said to the carpenter in a gentle tone, “Thanks for doing this personal favor for me”.

Then the employer handed over the carpenter some papers and keys to the front door and said, “These are for you. The house you just built is my parting gift for all your years of hard work and dedication.”

The carpenter was astounded. He could not believe that the home he had just built was his own. If he had known this, he would have put his very best into it.

From this story we learned that whatever we do, enthusiasm is must

By Being enthusiasm, what you will gain;
* Boosts your confidence level.
* Helps you to see the positive side in all.
* More Peace of mind at the end of each day.
* Improves your focus.
* You can easily achieve your goal.
* Helps you to enjoy each & every minute of your life.
* Broadens your thinking.
* Can absorb/learn more.

So now on, whatever you do, do it with enthusiasm.

“Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.”

Have a beautiful day.

VIDEO MARKETING.

Hello everyone,
Just spare few minutes in reading this context, for sure you are going to take something with you.
Today I chose an interesting topic which is a growing trend in advertising method. Definitely today’s topic will help you, to get to know about  video marketing and why it is important.
As it is an era of digital marketing, every small to big business people are advertising their commodities through online, which became very common.
Generally online advertisements are done either by Posters or by videos. And most of the company will have their own websites.
Each and Everyone of us would have come across with various posters in Instagram, Facebook and in their websites.
For example:50%off on so and so products, combo offer etc.

Then, what is video marketing/ advertising?
In simple terms, video marketing is all about advertising a company’s product through an attractive and beautiful video.
Some of the examples are lactocalamine, purple (beauty products), lucious, Spotify, bitcoins etc..
We would have seen these companies, advertising their products through videos, which will pop-up in between the YouTube videos, hotstar and all other applications which are used for watching programs.
Video marketing is now even used by various gaming industries and also by matrimonies.
For example:Tamil matrimony and such other matrimonies and for games decorate your home, MPL, rummy circle. Com etc.
But have we ever thought, why they are advertising through videos.
what is the purpose/importance of Video marketing while advertising online ?

Here’s the reason, ‌
‌1. Videos and pictures are more attractive than words. Currently, most of the skills and lessons are learned by watching videos, because things which we see, will automatically get registered in our mind at times even it convinces us to go for it.

‌2.If that’s the case video advertisement will attract a huge group of people, irrespective of age difference.

‌3. Also It Breaks language barriers, as the video does have the capacity of explaining the details by itself .

‌4. Also, it is an easy way of approaching consumer.

‌5.Also, it act as a stimuli, it stimulates consumer to go for the product, whether they need that particular product or not, by continuous video advertisement a seller can convince a consumer , as the advertising video pops up nearly 3-4 times while watching a single video, whereas it is not possible with pamphlet, flex and other advertising methods.

‌6.Also,the seller can easily reach out consumer from all over the world, as the video is uploaded to most commonly used Portals/applications.

‌7.video marketing is considered as an effective way of advertising also it is a smart way of selling a commodity, as online. shopping becoming trend.

Video marketing is generally done to make consumer to feel easier and comfortable because through videos consumer will come to know most of the availing features of the products, which will convince them for purchasing it.
The above points are the reason why video marketing is important in digital marketing.

So, all the budding business people and all growing business tycoons make use of this Video marketing in a beautiful and effective way were you can accomplish your target sooner. But don’t forget to add your own ideas and surprises.

My suggestion, if  a seller brings 3D effect in video advertising ,it will help him/her to attract much more consumer.
And I am pretty sure that each and every one of us would have purchased at least one product after watching the video Advertisement.

And yes, I am among them.

As everything is getting Digitalised, adopting to innovative digital marketing is necessary.

As we are getting adopted to it, we also want to use it properly and effectively .

Thanks for spending your time in reading this context, hope so it was useful.

Soon will catch you up with another interesting topic.

Have a nice day.

“WILL YOU BE MY GIRLFRIEND.”

Hi all,

Today I thought of sharing a, lovely story, “I CAN’T BELIEVE YOU’RE MINE” written by Aknier.

It was a glorious,colorful autumn.

We’d just left the coffee shop. When we walked by, she had giggled and pulled me inside, saying, “c’mon, let’s be basic white girls and get some pumpkin spice!”.

I don’t like coffee. I never had. But when she handed me my cup and looked into my eyes while I tried it, it was the best thing I’d ever tasted.

My hand still tingled where she grabbed it.

As we walked through the park with our drinks, a light drizzle began to fall. She pulled out an umbrella from her bag, I pulled up my hood and hunched my shoulders.

Don’t be silly, “giggled, pulling me under the umbrella with her. I couldn’t help out but laugh too, her laugh is infectious.

As the sun started to shine again, she pulled me down to sit on a bench. She beamed down at me, and I could only gaze back adoringly.

“So Ava…” She began. I knew this time of voice, it’s dangerous.

“Who do you like?” She whispered, and I looked away. I wanted to say,
‘ you, you, a thousand times you. You’re the only one I can ever think about. You’re gorgeous and sweet and funny and..’

Instead, I shrugged my shoulders and looked down at my cup.

She looked at me with a cautious smile.
“If I tell you mine, will you tell me yours?”

“Okay.” I said.

“The person I like …is YOU.”

I drop my drink.

“I’ve been wanting to tell you for a while though. I know you’re not interested in me, but I–“
I put my hand over her mouth.

She looks at me in surprise. I take a deep breath.
“Nancy, I -“
My voice catches in my throat.

She removes my hand from her mouth, leans in a tiny bit closer. “What is it?’ she asks, looking concerned.

Because I can’t seem to form the words, I tell her how I feel the only way I can.

Before I can lose my courage, I lean forward, pressing my lips to hers.

I think, ” I can’t believe this is happening.”

Finally getting courage, I grab her hands, pulling her to her feet.
“Nancy, “I say.
“Will you be my girlfriend?”.

She squeals, jumping up and down in that way that I always thought was simply adorable but we never able to tell her.
So I tell her now.
“You’re adorable.”

I’ve never seen Nancy blush before, either, but she does. She pulls me into a hug, and I rest my head on her shoulder.

“So, is that a yes?” I whisper against her skin and she giggles, grabbing my hands and spinning me around.
“Of course that’s a yes, silly!”
She laughs.

“Good.” I say.
“Because now I can do this again.”
Finally I can’t believe she became mine.

Hope so, you enjoyed reading this story.

Have a lovely day.

DREAMS.

Hi All,
Today My topic is about ‘DREAMS’.
What is a dream?
-The occurrence of images, sensation ideas during our sleep.
– Sometimes we used to tell our wish and aim which we want to fulfill also a dream.

But today i am going to share some interesting information about dreams(which occurs during our sleep).
*Generally dreams last only for 5-10 minutes.
*Dreams occur mainly in the REM(Rapid-eye Movement) stage of sleep -when brain activity is high and resembles that of being awake.

Lucid dreams:-
Lucid dreaming is the conscious perception of one’s state while dreaming. In this state the dreamer may often have some degree of control over their own actions within the dream or even the characters and the environment of the dream.

A Nightmare:-
A nightmare is a bad dream.
It happens because of stress, conflict, fear, trauma, emotional problems etc.
But for a nightmare you no need to worry as it is not a real one.

Many experts say dreams exist to:
*Help solve problems in our lives
*Incorporate memories
*Process emotions.

The following are some  examples of a dreams and it’s interpretation by freud.

1.Dreaming about someone dying is Interpreted as.
End of something and the beginning of something new.

2.When you dream that you miss your train Or plane is interpreted as.
You have missed or may miss some significant chances to achieve your goals or objectives.

3. When you dream of being  naked in a crowd is interpreted as.
      Desiring to be noticed.

4. When  you dream, that you’re falling is interpreted as.
Desiring to return to a state such as childhood where one is satisfied and protected.

5. When you dream, that you’re flying is interpreted as,
     Desiring to be admired.

But many of us may not remember our dreams when we woke up.

If you wish to remember your dream, do follow these ways;
1. Maintain a dream journal every morning after you wake up.
2. Schedule your sleep for a consistent sleep cycle.
3. Make it a habit to actively try to recall your dreams.
4. Try to get good sleep at night. 5. Try to wake up consistently each morning.

The dream concept is a vast. What i shared today, is only a small portion about it.

Hope so it was useful.

Have a cool day

LEARN TO APPRECIATE

Hi everyone,
Today I came up with an amazing content.
And my today’s topic is “LEARN TO APPRECIATE”.

Appreciation is a ‘wonderful word and a great motivation, which helps a person to move strongly and positively and happily’..

But Are we appreciating others or appreciating our own self??
And most of our answer will be ‘NO’. We do not appreciate our own self neither appreciating others. Instead, we are blaming and criticizing (not all but most of us).

Have we ever appreciated, *Our Mother for cooking us a delicious food, for keeping yourself healthy, for taking care of us.

Have we ever appreciated,
*Our father for guiding us, for supporting us financially, for boosting us.

Have we ever appreciated,
*our own sister for helping us.

Have we ever appreciated,
*A person who giving his/her best.

At least, have we ever appreciated our own self, for giving our best. No. We are not. Appreciation is necessary, we should appreciate.

Let’s us learn to appreciate each other.
Let’s us learn to appreciate small things.
Let’s us learn to appreciate everyone’s small efforts.
Let’s us do it.

But at the end of the day, it’s up to you whether you gonna appreciate or not.

The decision is left to you.

Choose wisely.

Have a wonderful day.

Keep smiling ❣️

GROW UP.

Hi cutie’s,

Today I gonna share a lovely story, which I read recently. And I do want you all to read this, for sure you gonna love this. This story is about 87yrs old lady.

The first day of school our professor introduced himself and challenged us to get to know someone we didn’t already know.

I stood up to look around when a gentle hand touched my shoulder. I turned around to find a wrinkled, little old lady beaming up at me
with a smile that lit up her entire being.

She said, “Hi handsome. My name is Rose. I’m eighty-seven years old. Can I give you a hug?”

I laughed and enthusiastically responded, “Of course you may!” and she gave me a giant squeeze.

“Why are you in college at such a young, innocent age?” I asked.

She jokingly replied, “I’m here to meet a rich husband, get married, and have a couple of kids…”

“No seriously,” I asked. I was curious what may have motivated her to be taking on this challenge at her age.

“I always dreamed of having a college education and now I’m getting one!” she told me.

After class we walked to the student union building and shared a chocolate milkshake. We became instant friends. Every day for the next three months, we would leave class together and talk nonstop. I was always mesmerized listening to this “time machine” as she shared her wisdom and experience with me.

Over the course of the year, Rose became a campus icon and she easily made friends wherever she went. She loved to dress up and she reveled in the attention bestowed upon her from the other students. She was living it up.

At the end of the semester we invited Rose to speak at our football banquet. I’ll never forget what she taught us. She was
introduced and stepped up to the podium.

As she began to deliver her prepared speech, she dropped her three by five cards on the floor. Frustrated and a little embarrassed she leaned into the microphone and simply said, “I’m sorry I’m so jittery. I gave up beer for Lent and this whiskey is killing me! I’ll never get my speech back in order so let me just tell
you what I know.”

As we laughed she cleared her throat and began, “We do not stop playing because we are old; we grow old because we stop playing. There are only four secrets to staying young, being happy, and achieving success. You have to laugh and find humor every day.

You’ve got to have a dream. When you lose your dreams, you die.
We have so many people walking around who are dead and don’t even know it! There is a huge difference between growing older and growing up.

If you are nineteen years old and lie in bed for one full year and don’t do one productive thing, you will turn twenty years old.

If I am eighty-seven years old and stay in bed for a year and never do anything I will turn eighty-eight.

Anybody can grow older. That doesn’t take any talent or ability. The idea is to grow up by always finding opportunity in change.
Have no regrets.

The elderly usually don’t have regrets for what we did, but rather for things we did not do. The only people who fear death are those
with regrets.”

She concluded her speech by courageously singing “The Rose.”

She challenged each of us to study the lyrics and live them out in our daily lives.

At the year’s end Rose finished the college degree she had begun all those years ago. One week after graduation Rose died peacefully in her sleep.

Over two thousand college students attended her funeral in tribute to the wonderful woman who taught by example that it’s
never too late to be all you can possibly be .When you finish reading this, please send this peaceful word of advice to your friends and family, they’ll really enjoy it!

These words have been passed along in loving memory of ROSE.

REMEMBER, GROWING OLDER IS MANDATORY. GROWING UP IS
OPTIONAL.

We make a Living by what we get, We make a Life by what we give..

When I read this story, I came to my sense and questioned myself.
Am I really growing up?
Or
Just growing older?
And I found my answer.

Now,it’s your turn to find out..

Best of luck!!!

And do share this to your lovely friends and family and help them to grow up.

Have a lovely day❣️

JUST A MINUTE.

Hi hello,
Today what should I write.
A story, a trending news, a joke. Whatever, it’s my choice. Isn’t it!! .
Yes, in life everything is our choice.

Let me share a beautiful story,
Once a man got lost in a desert. The water in his flask had run out two days ago, and he was on his last legs. He knew that if he didn’t get some water soon, he would surely die. The man saw a small hut ahead of him. He thought it would be a mirage or maybe a hallucination, but having no other option, he moved toward it. As he got closer, he realized it was quite real. So he dragged his tired body to the door with the last of his strength.

The hut was not occupied and seemed like it had been abandoned for quite some time. The man entered into it, hoping against hope that he might find water inside.
His heart skipped a beat when he saw what was in the hut – a water hand pump…… It had a pipe going down through the floor, perhaps tapping a source of water deep under-ground.

He began working the hand pump, but no water came out. He kept at it and still nothing happened. Finally he gave up from exhaustion and frustration. He threw up his hands in despair. It looked as if he was going to die after all.

Then the man noticed a bottle in one corner of the hut. It was filled with water and corked up to prevent evaporation.

He uncorked the bottle and was about to gulp down the sweet life-giving water, when he noticed a piece of paper attached to it. Handwriting on the paper read : “Use this water to start the pump. Don’t forget to fill the bottle when you’re done.”

He had a dilemma. He could follow the instruction and pour the water into the pump, or he could ignore it and just drink the water.
What to do? If he let the water go into the pump, what assurance did he have that it would work? What if the pump malfunctioned? What if the pipe had a leak? What if the underground reservoir had long dried up?

But then… maybe the instruction was correct. Should he risk it? If it turned out to be false, he would be throwing away the last water he would ever see.

Hands trembling, he poured the water into the pump. Then he closed his eyes, said a prayer, and started working the pump.

He heard a gurgling sound, and then water came gushing out, more than he could possibly use. He luxuriated in the cool and refreshing stream. He was going to live!!
After drinking his fill and feeling much better, he looked around the hut. He found a pencil and a map of the region. The map showed that he was still far away from civilization, but at least now he knew where he was and which direction to go.

He filled his flask for the journey ahead. He also filled the bottle and put the cork back in. Before leaving the hut, he added his own writing below the instruction: “Believe me, it works!”

In the above story, it was the man’s choice, whether to use the water to start the pump or to drink that.
Though he was in a dilemma state, still he chose to use the water to start the pump, which helped him to get enough water.
Like this, in your life, everything is your choice.
Whether,
To love, or not love someone.
– To care, or not to care someone.
– To work, or not to work
– To have faith, or not to have faith.
– To stay positive, or to be negative.
– To help anyone, or not to help anyone.
– To quit, or not to quit.
– To take revenge, or not to take revenge.
– To forget, or not to forget (bad memories)
– To move on, or not to move on. And so on.

Everything is your choice.
One of my friends once told me
“Every individual’s life, is all about the choice he/she gets, and the decision of that choice he/she makes”.
So, make a choice in such a way, so that in future, you will not regret for anything..

Have a good day.

Keep smiling ❣️

TIME KNOWS THE VALUE OF LOVE.

Hi everyone,

Today I am gonna start my writing, with a story.

“Once upon a time, in an island there lived six feelings and emotions: Happiness, Knowledge, Love, Sadness, Richness, and Vanity. One day they discovered that the island began sinking! So all of them built boats and canoes and left, one by one. Except for Love. Love wanted to delay abandoning her beloved island as long as possible.

When the island had almost sunk, Love decided to ask for help.
Richness was passing by Love in a boat. Love asked, “Richness, can you take me with you?”

Richness answered, “Sorry, Love, I can’t. There is a lot of gold and silver in my boat, so there is no place here for you. With both of us in here, we will sink for sure.”

Love next asked Vanity who was also sailing by, but Vanity offered the same answer.
“I can’t help you, Love. You are all wet and might damage my boat,” Vanity answered.

Sadness was close by, so Love asked, “Sadness, take me along with you.”
“Oh . . . Love, I am so sad that I need to be by myself!”, sadness said in a gloomy voice.

Happiness passed by Love, too, but she was so preoccupied with her happiness that she did not even hear when Love called her.

Suddenly, there was a voice, “Come, Love, I will take you.”

It was an elder with a tattered head scarf. An overjoyed Love jumped into the boat. When they arrived at a dry land, the elder went her own way.
Love looked around and saw the Knowledge who was the first to have landed there a while ago.

“Who Helped me?” Love asked.
“It was Time,” Knowledge answered.
“Time? Why time?” Love was surprised.

“Because only Time is capable of understanding how valuable Love is.” The Knowledge smiled.”

Yes, time alone knows the value of love. ‘Many a times we used to take love and care for granted’. But when time comes we all are longing for love and care.. Never ever take love, care and trust of a person for granted because one day life will bring you to that point, where you will be longing for love, care and trust of a person.

Let us, stop to take anything for granted. Let us be sincere. Because we get what we give.
Think about it.

As usual decision is Yours “whether you gonna take it for granted or being sincere”. The choice is left to you. Choose wisely.

Have a wonderful day.

Keep smiling ❣️

BIRD AND THE MAN.

Hi All, Today, I gonna share a beautiful story.

A bird was flying across the sky. It landed on a lawn. The air was fresh, the breeze was light, and the sun was cool. The bird noticed someone crying in the distance, sitting on a lawn chair outside of a house.

When the crying had finished, the bird flew over to the person, who now looked corpse-like on the chair.

“What’s happened?” chirped the bird.

“I’m not sure if I’ll ever get the job I want,” said the person, with a tone of resignation.

“Oh. What’s a job?” asked the bird.

“Just something we do so we can earn money to buy stuff, to pay for food, clothes, houses, cars and stuff like that,” said the person.

“Oh,” said the bird. “So do you have a job?”

“Yes,” said the person. “But I hate it, I really want a different one.”

“Oh,” said the bird. “Where is your job?”

“About fifteen minute’s drive away,” said the person.

“Oh,” said the bird. “So if it’s that far away, why is it making you cry?”

“Because I know I have to go back there again and I really don’t want to,” explained the person, having some patience with the bird who was obviously not intelligent enough to understand his problem.

“Oh,” said the bird. “So don’t go back then…”

“No, you don’t understand,” said the person, now becoming impatient at the bird’s lack of understanding, “I have to go back so that I can pay my bills and buy food!”

“Oh,” said the bird, beginning to understand this person’s dilemma. “So if you have to go back there, and you feel you have no choice to just stop going, then what is the purpose of your unhappiness?”

“I don’t like it there. I don’t like the people or the work that I do.”

“But what is the purpose of your unhappiness, what does it do for you?” enquired the bird.

“Well I…” suddenly the person asked themselves the same question. They began to speak out loud…

“Well the reason for my unhappiness, I thought, was because I hate my job.”

“Yes,” said the bird, “but has the unhappiness helped you to get a new job, or helped you to no longer go to the job you have now?”

“…No,” said the person, slowly “…but, I can’t really be happy about it can I?!” he remembered.

“You don’t have to be anything at all,” the bird said, “but your feeling unhappy does not seem to help you.”

Suddenly the person began to feel lighter, they felt slightly happier, but not through trying to be happy…

“So what about getting another job? How can I do that if I’m happy with my current job?”

“You misunderstand,” explained the bird, “you are not happy with your job, you are just no longer unhappy. You see that your unhappiness is not helping you resolve your situation. Without unhappiness, would you still not want another job?”

“Well, yes, of course, but it is not such a big deal now…and I’ve realised that I’ve been assuming this job will be forever, again and again, but that is not true either…”

“What do you mean forever?” asked the bird.

“Oh…nothing,” said the person, realising the bird did not know what time was. “So, ok, well – thanks,” said the person. “That’s great, I don’t have to be unhappy, and I can still go for another job.”

“Yes, of course,” said the bird, and off he flew, forgetting everything that had just transpired.

Yes, we are all being, same like that man.
Being unhappy, not gonna solve any issues. It’s not gonna help you in any way, instead it will stress you, it will break your confidence, it will break your hope, break your trust .

Instead, if we stay happy and positive it will boost our confidence, automatically we will live happily and peacefully.

Let us all try to be happy, even if you get a small reason to be happy, be happy.

At the end of the day, your life will go as per your choices and wishes. So, As usual, staying happy or being worried, the choice is left to you .

Make a wise choice.

Have a best day

Whether, it’s yes or no, know your reason, that’s important. Kindly, often ask these Questions to your own self. It it important to know about yourself.

Today spend some time to know about yourself.

All the best.

Have a lovely day!!!

Asusual at the end of the day everything is your choice
“Whether you gonna stay with fear or gonna leave your fear, decision is with you”.

Think about it.

Best of luck!!!

Have a good day.

A Short Story To Inspire You To Overcome Fear and Anxiety

PEACE OF MIND.

Keep smiling

Hi gorgeous,
Today I came up with an interesting & important topic “PEACE OF MIND”.
But, what does it mean?
Peace of mind is a state where you are free from worries and you stay calm. It is a state where you smile from your heart.

Let me tell a story:
There once was a King who offered a prize to the artist who would paint the best picture of peace. Many artists tried. The King looked at all the pictures, but there were only two he really liked and he had to choose between them. One picture was of a calm lake. The lake was a perfect mirror, for peaceful towering mountains were all around it. Overhead was a blue sky with fluffy white clouds. All who saw this picture thought that it was a perfect picture of peace. The other picture had mountains, too. But these were rugged and bare. Above was an angry sky from which rain fell and in which lightening played. Down the side of the mountain tumbled a foaming waterfall. This did not look peaceful at all. But when the King looked, he saw behind the waterfall a tiny bush growing in a crack in the rock. In the bush a mother bird had built her nest. There, in the midst of the rush of angry water, sat the mother bird on her nest in perfect peace. Which picture do you think won the prize? The King chose the second picture. Do you know why? ‘Because’ explained the King, ‘peace does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. Peace means to be in the midst of all those things and still be calm in your heart. That is the real meaning of peace.
The above story made us to realize what peace really means. Many of us, are really searching peace outside. But actually our peace of mind is in our hands, i.e., in our mindset & perception.
*Have we ever tried to be free without any thoughts?
*Have we ever felt satisfied with the things and stuffs we posses? No, we don’t.
Yes, we all have ‘n’ no.of. commitments, responsibilities. With our busy schedules, we are running to accomplish our tasks and commitments.
*Have we ever took time to enjoy the present moment?
Many of us are running in a fast forward mode, where we are losing our peace of mind, a good relationship, our health, enjoyment and so on.
-Achieving our goal is important.
– Earning and saving is important.
– Fulfilling family needs are important.
After all LIVING WITH PEACE OF MIND IS MORE IMPORTANT. Staying happy and smiling from your heart is more important.
*Take time to appreciate yourself.
*Take A moment to see the good in all
*Take time to enjoy your present moment.
Never ever say that ‘because of that person I lost my peace of mind‘. Make sure that no one spoils/disturbs your peace of mind. You have to be the only reason for your peace of mind. My dad always used to tell me that “Never ever give your KEY OF HAPPINESS in the hands of others, that key has to be in your hands”.
But many of us are failing to hold our key of happiness with us. Try to hold it tightly
In order to stay peacefully let us stop expecting, though it’s human nature to expect, let us try to stop our expectations. Come on everyone, from now on let us enjoy everything that comes in our way. Let’s accept all kinds of situations, let us start to say” I AM SATISFIED WITH WHAT I HAVE”.
At the end of the day,it is your decision, whether you gonna live with peace of mind or you gonna live a suffocated life.
The choice is left to you.
Think twice before you make any decision.
Do remember “The moment when you smile from your heart, is the moment where you are really living your life peacefully”.
And I do feel very happy for all those people who are smiling from their heart.
All the best.
Have a peaceful day.

A CHANCE.

HI TO ALL THE BEAUTIFUL SOULS,
Today, I thought of writing a context regarding CHANCE.
What is a CHANCE?
An opportunity, a Trump card, a luck, God’s blessings and so on. Based on the people’s perception the word “chance” Carries it’s meaning.
Each and every one of us here are getting a chance of doing something better than done before.
It is human nature to look for a chance every now and then, but when we get one we often fails to utilize it.  Not everyone here is missing their chances, but most of us do miss our wonderful chance because of our fear, laziness, hesitation, lack of knowledge, carelessness etc.
Whenever we miss a chance, obviously we will be having our own reasons, which actually is an excuse for not using our chance.
*A student would have missed his/her chance of getting 1st prize.

*An employee would have missed his/her chance of getting promoted.
*A  friend Would have missed a chance of getting his/her friend back (after a misunderstanding)
*A lover would have missed a chance of convincing his/her better half.
Every soul here, has missed many chances. Some of them would have been their last chance.

That’s okay, let us not worry for our missed chances, and let’s focus on our upcoming chances.
Life is all about getting a chance from others and giving others a chance. So, when you get a chance make a proper use of it, because the chance which you got now might be your last chance. Later on, praying to God saying “if I get another chance, will be doing great” Which is a mere waste one!!
At the end of the day, it’s up to you, whether you are going to make use of the chance you got or not.

The choice is yours.

Think and make a wise choice.

Best wishes.

Have a good day!
