AYURVEDA VS ALLOPATHY
This conflict between Allopathy and Ayurveda is very old. It is believed that the use of modern medicine in India i.e. Allopathy started in the 16th century. At that time there were no doctors. Rather Acharya, Vaidya, Rishi and Hakim used to treat people and the methods of treatment were also quite different.
It is said that during that time millions of people died due to numerous diseases spread. It was only due to these diseases that Allopathy found its way into our country and gained people’s trust. Since then the conflict between Ayurveda and Allopathy started, which continues till today.
Ayurveda, one of the ancient methods of treatment, is considered to be 3 to four thousand years old. It is made up of two words from the Sanskrit language Ayur and Veda. Ayur means life and Veda means science. That is, Ayurveda means the science of life.
There are 114 verses in the Atharvaveda which refer to treatment by Ayurvedic method.
Many major diseases have been described in the Atharvaveda such as fever, cough, abdominal pain, diarrhea and skin diseases.
Apart from this, 67 medicines are also mentioned in the Rigveda, 82 medicines are mentioned in the Yajurveda and in the Samaveda, some mantras related to Ayurveda are described.
While Allopathy is the modern method of treatment, Ayurveda is the ancient method of treatment. One of the major reasons for the conflict between the two is that Ayurveda is seen to be associated with religion.
The British were well aware that the expansion of Allopathy in India would not be easy. Earlier, when smallpox spread in India, it was treated by Ayurvedic method. But then in the year 1796 the smallpox vaccine was developed and the British started using this vaccine in India. This smallpox vaccine saved the lives of people and thus won the trust of people.
It is said that the Acharyas and Vaidyas opposed it, but the British suppressed this opposition.
Today there are a total of 69 thousand government and private hospitals across the country, while the number of Ayush hospitals is just 3600. These include 2 thousand 827 Ayurvedic hospitals, 252 Unani hospitals, 264 hospitals of Siddha system of medicine and 216 hospitals of Homoeopathy.
It is said that Allopathy saves 20 lakh people every year in the world and it is estimated that between 2000 and 2030, 7 crore deaths due to 10 diseases will be averted due to allopathic medicines. Apart from this, the market of Allopathy is also very big.
This is why today people want to become doctors but do not want to become doctors of Ayurveda.
While allopathic treatment has so far saved the lives of crores of people all over the world, yoga and Ayurvedic treatment have also taught people about having a healthy lifestyle.
Both are efficient methods for medical treatment. Every method has its own importance. The bitter truth is that there is a conflict between the interests of human beings regarding these systems.

Quality of Education decreased during Pandemic
Livelihood of human being has been mostly affected during the times of Pandemic. The natural reason for the negative impact is due to lockdown and safety measures taken by the government to keep health of every human being safe and secure. During this time, Students have suffered a lot in terms of getting the proper education . Parents have become a slave of school, they have to pay the hefty amount of fees to school. They don’t have an option to do anything against the school and education system. Online classes is the only way to continue our education in the lockdown. Many problems have a single solution i.e., new ways to continuously learn and grow without wasting any single year.
Online classes do have multiple benefits as it is the only choice left for us. Schools and colleges were shut due to the fear of spreading virus rapidly. Despite of several advantage, It has made our education system more lazy towards fulfilling their duties and responsibilities. Even students have lost their interest due to virtual classes which give us performing multiple task simultaneously. Being at home, It is nearly impossible for everyone to follow the time table set by schools and colleges sincerely. Both Teachers and students have faced many challenges as some doesn’t had proper system for taking online classes like Laptop, Internet, Tripod, etc.
Quality of education has decreased due to the pandemic. Many students are not able to focus and learn virtually. Even the online exams conducted by schools and universities have given students several chances of not studying properly. There are so many ways to cheat in the online exams. In the upcoming future, Our Education system needs to think more ways to provide the best education to the students. The government needs to take more strict actions in implementing the education compulsory and easily available for all. Due to pandemic, Our lives have taken a u-turn which is not leading us to our brighter future. It will take a lot of time for us to overcome the negative impacts it is leaving .
Education sector needs more attention and strictness. In order to keep the students think new and creative ideas, We should encourage them in pursuing what them dream to do in the right direction.

Uniform Minimum Corporate Tax Rate
Worlds richest nations group G7 (Group of 7) have agreed that MNCs operating anywhere across the globe will be obliged to pay a minimum tax rate of at least 15%. This would be a change in global tax system that has existed so far. This would close loopholes using which MNCs could shift the profits and tax revenues to low taxing jurisdiction.
MNCs always prefer countries that charges the lowest of lowest tax to set their firm and it has always been that governments attract foreign investments to their country by lowering the tax rate they have to pay. According to U.K based Tax Justice Network, India suffers annual loss of $10.3bn from global tax abuse.
Global Minimum Tax Rate
It is the tax rate that will apply for profit made overseas, the local government of country in which the business is operating in can fix whatever corporate tax rate they want but the minimum tax rate will be met by the company by paying extra tax in their home country. Minimum Tax rate will be fixed for every MNCs, so that shifting of profits and tax revenues to low tax countries and escaping higher tax payments in home country will be blocked.
The minimum tax rate proposal was agreed but the rate of tax have not been fixed yet. The pandemic has hit the world worse and countries are trying to revive their hard hit Economy. The world economy is estimated to have shrunk by 3.5% in 2020 which has made most of the countries to use wealth from coffers to Support the economy. The G7 has also agreed on allocating equitable tax rights, with market countries awarding taxing rights on at least 20% of profit exceeding a 10% margin for the largest and the most profitable entities.
Why COVID-19 vaccines should be free for all in India?
The second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic is wreaking havoc in India, devastating especially on the not so affluent sections of our society. The intermittent lockdowns and the resultant economic fallouts have left the poor to fend for themselves. With the enormity of numbers that we are witnessing in the second wave, even the capacity to afford private healthcare is becoming increasingly immaterial. The entire system is getting crushed under the rapidly rising toll of the pandemic. Swift and widespread vaccination of almost the entire adult population could thwart this catastrophic wave of sickness and death. Though the Union government has allowed vaccinations of everyone above the age of 18 from May 1, there still linger some genuine concerns.
Allowing everyone above the age of 18 to get vaccinated and making the vaccines available on such a large scale is not the same thing. Furthermore, affordability is one of the major concerns. A survey conducted by Gaon Connection, a rural media platform, found that the paramount concern for a large section of the population in rural India was the issue of affordability, with about 36% of the respondents of the survey expressing their unwillingness to pay for the vaccine. Since the question of affordability is one of the primary reasons for vaccine hesitancy, it needs to be addressed with urgency.
Many states have announced that vaccinations will be provided for free through state funded hospitals and health centers. Whether they’ll be able to keep their word depends on whether they can procure sufficient doses. As for private hospitals, the Union government has taken a free-market approach, by allowing them to procure vaccinations directly from the manufacturers.
A single dose of vaccine could be free, or could cost anywhere between Rs 700 and Rs 1,500 depending on where you get your vaccination and which vaccine you choose. The lack of a holistic approach and a uniform strategy in terms of vaccination has resulted in chaos, and the system is breaking down under the stress of policy incertitude. There is no clarity on how the manufacturers will handle the supply chain distribution between the state governments and private hospitals. Most state-owned hospitals, where the vaccines can be administered free of cost, are facing a dire shortage of vaccines. This has put the poorer sections of our society at a distinct disadvantage in our fight against the pandemic. Apropos of this, there is an increasing debate on whether the right to such lifesaving vaccinations should be part of basic human rights.
If we look at the issue from a political perspective, it is evident that a modern day Welfare State should ensure the protection of basic human rights. It should provide social services to its citizens, including in the matter of public health. All citizens, irrespective of their financial status, must be beneficiaries of these services. Consequently, the political actions of the government should among other things, be aimed at facilitating social policies for disease prevention and cure.
In India, the right to health is not explicitly referred to under the Constitution as a fundamental right, but the apex court of the nation has many a time emphasised the importance of this right. Through its landmark judgments in cases like Bandhua Mukti Morcha v Union of India & Ors, Consumer Education and Research Centre v. Union of India, and Paschim Banga Khet Mazdoor Samity & Ors. v. State of West Bengal, the Supreme Court had interpreted the provision of Article 21 of the Constitution as including a right to health. Even from the economy’s point of view, there is a case to be made for providing free vaccinations. A healthy population is fundamental to a healthy economy. Perhaps this is the reason why even nations favouring free market capitalism like Switzerland are providing free COVID-19 vaccines for their residents.
The counterargument oftentimes is that India does not have the financial or economic means to execute such a large scale welfare program. This argument lacks substance, considering we as a nation have time and again in the recent past splurged sizable resources on several vanity projects. India’s poor track record of healthcare spending is well documented. It is estimated that the public spending of our country in the health sector has remained stagnant at just above 1% of the GDP for the past decade, which is one of the lowest in the world. The National Health Policy of 2015 estimates that more than 63 million people are faced with poverty every year due to healthcare costs. Surely, free vaccinations for all the citizens would be a bare minimum that is expected of the government to make amends to these derelictions.
In addition to the sickness many have contracted, the repercussions of the economic slowdown due to the pandemic in India have left scores of people without a means of livelihood. If the government aims to rehabilitate the general population and help them get back on their feet, the first step would be to ensure free vaccination for all its citizens.
Pandemic Affecting our Mental Health: Coping up with Stress
“Mental health…is not a destination, but a process. It’s about how you drive, not where you’re going.” – Noam Shpancer, PhD

The coronavirus pandemic has affected all of us in one way or the other. This pandemic is not just about a viral infection or a disease phenomenon but has caused people to suffer from serious mental health issues like anxiety, stress, stigma, and xenophobia. This widespread COVID-19 resulted in the enforcement of regional lockdowns, social distancing, closure of educational institutions, workplaces, entertainment venues, etc. all this led to one thing which is isolation. Isolation in turn causes anxiety and stress.
Unfortunately, how this pandemic affects one’s mental health has not been studied at length. At the moment, all the focus is on understanding the epidemiology, clinical features, and ways of transmission.
Stress does not only cause anxiety, sadness, or a feeling of frustration but, is known to cause a lot more like fear, anger, and even numbness. Stress can lead to a change in appetite patterns, lack of and interest, difficulty in concentrating and making decisions, difficulty in sleeping, nightmares, and physical reactions such as headaches, body pains, stomach problems, and even skin rashes.
The use of substances like tobacco, alcohol, and others is also observed.
People who are in quarantine or self-isolation suffer more from such issues of mental health. A review published in The Lancet said that separation from loved ones, loss of freedom, boredom, and uncertainty can cause a deterioration in an individual’s mental health status.
Stigmatization
Pandemic is known to bring about stigmatization which affects individuals, authority figures, and health care professionals, etc. People who are released from quarantine, doctors, nurses, hospital staff, and people of Asian descent especially Chinese can experience stigmatization and xenophobia. They could be made to feel differently about themselves when they returned fully recovered and experience a different welcome by society or even by their family members. There have been cases when people come home fully recovered and the members of the family exercise social distancing from them because of the nature of transmission of this viral infection.
Such people may develop sadness, anger, or frustration because of the constant isolation and the fear that other people hold against them that they may contract the infection from them even though they have been determined not to be contagious. This situation results in a lot of stress and panic.
Ways to cope up with Stress
1. Take a break from watching, reading, or listening to news stories
Constantly listening to the increase or decrease in the number of cases, can be upsetting. You can disconnect him/herself from phone, tv, and newspapers in order to avoid stress. You can watch movies and read books.
2. Give attention to your body
Exercise and meditate regularly. Give your bodies adequate amounts of sleep and water.
Avoid excessive consumption of alcohol and tobacco.
3. Engage yourselves in different activities
Try to make time for activities that you enjoy like reading, singing, dancing. Such activities take your mind of the current situation and help you gain back your energy and interest.
4. Connect with people
Talk to people you trust about your worries and concern. Share your feelings.
Conclusion
The COVID-19 outbreak has created fear in society. We must ensure help people around us and be civil, courteous, and rational towards those who have recovered and the front-line workers. We should try to communicate with people and should offer our full support that we all are in this together.

Role of private hospital of vaccination
Role of private hospital of vaccination
The Supreme Court was worried about the role of private hospitals in COVID-19 vaccination, saying whether they would prefer profit over public health. The court’s anxiety is real and present as Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s speech on Monday revealed that private hospitals would retain their capacity to buy 25% of vaccine stock from the manufacturers. The court had advised the government to maintain a strict vigil over private hospitals in a May 31 order. It had raised an apprehension that private hospitals would sell the vaccines they procure at higher prices unless they were “regulated stringently”. It had reminded the government that private hospitals, though they provide public health service, have profit at the core of their existence.
A Bench of Justices D.Y. Chandrachud, L. Nageswara Rao and S. Ravindra Bhat said, “Further consequences of vaccination by private hospitals under the liberalised vaccination policy relate to a simple issue at the core of their existence: that while they provide a public health service, they still remain private, for profit entities. Consequently, they may sell the vaccine doses procured at a higher price, unless regulated stringently. The court was also worried about transparency. “Private hospitals also may not sell all their vaccine doses publicly through appointments on CoWIN, but rather sell them for lucrative deals directly to private corporations who wish to vaccinate their employees it said.Access to private hospital to those who live in small cities and villages, have limited access to private hospitals. “Private hospitals are not equally spread out across and are often limited to bigger cities with large populations. As such, a larger quantity will be available in such cities, as opposed to the rural areas it However, the court clarified that it was not against private hospitals playing a role in the vaccination drive. It accepted the Centre’s point that they would reduce the burden on government facilities. The Centre was providing private hospitals with vaccines in the inoculation of those above 45 years of age. These hospitals were in turn allowed to charge patients a nominal fee .The Prime Minister said private hospitals could only charge up to ₹150 as service charge over the cost of the vaccine. In its May 31 order, the court wanted the Union to detail the “manner in which Central Government will monitor the disbursal of vaccines to private hospitals, specifically those who have hospital chains pan India”.

LOVE
LOVE :

INTRODUCTION :
In some ways, I am an incurable romantic. I don’t care for realism in movies; I just want everyone to live happily ever after. I want the good guys to be noble and honorable, and the bad guys to see the error of their ways, becoming good guys themselves. I am easily moved to tears, especially over sweet things. I am grateful God made us to experience romantic love, and I enjoy the realities of romantic love in a God-ordained relationship. On the other hand, the huge emphasis of romantic love on Valentine’s Day always makes me think of how incomplete this form of love really is.
We are told this love is of God. This is how He loves us, and how He calls us to love others. This kind of love is not normal or natural. In fact, it is supernatural. Romance is sweet and fun, but this fullness of love is what we long for and were created for. It is much better than romance alone. This love provides a context for romantic love to be given in its fullest expression, and to be experienced in the most complete way. True love originates in God and will ultimately glorify God. It is far better than roses, or chocolate, or even the best jewelry. So, when Valentine’s Day comes, give the card, send flowers, and share candy, but don’t forget to give TRUE LOVE.
FADELESS LOVE :
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.
Love encompasses a range of strong and positive emotional and mental states, from the most sublime virtue or good habit, the deepest interpersonal affection, to the simplest pleasure.
EXAMPLE OF LOVE :
the love of a mother differs from the love of a spouse, which differs from the love of food. Most commonly, love refers to a feeling of strong attraction and emotional attachment.
DEPRESSION
The silent killer that takes lives without warning, punishment, or any sympathy; depression is truly one of the most prominent mental illnesses in the world. Depression is defined as a mental illness inducing a severe and staunch feeling of sadness. The term depressed is coined in English as a temporary sadness that everyone experiences in their life. Despite that depression is more active in women, it is still one of the most common mental illnesses in the world. It affects anybody, regardless of sex, race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic standing. Regardless of all these facts, surprisingly little is known about depression, however, scientists have been able to hypothesize major causes, effects, and treatments for the disability.
The things that help the most are the things that are the most difficult to do. There is a big difference, however, between something that’s difficult and something that’s impossible. While recovering from depression isn’t quick or easy, you do have more control than you realize—even if your depression is severe and stubbornly persistent. The key is to start small and build from there. You may not have much energy, but by drawing on all your reserves, you should have enough to take a walk around the block or pick up the phone to call a loved one, for example.
Taking the first step is always the hardest. But going for a walk or getting up and dancing to your favorite music, for example, is something you can do right now. And it can substantially boost your mood and energy for several hours—long enough to put a second recovery step into action, such as preparing a mood-boosting meal or arranging to meet an old friend. By taking the following small but positive steps day by day, you’ll soon lift the heavy fog of depression and find yourself feeling happier, healthier, and more hopeful again.
CASTE
CASTE :

Caste is a form of social stratification characterized by endogamy, hereditary transmission of a style of life which often includes an occupation, ritual status in a hierarchy, and customary social interaction and exclusion based on cultural notions of purity and pollution.
Its paradigmatic ethnographic example is the division of India’s Hindu society into rigid social groups, with roots in India’s ancient history and persisting to the present time.
However, the economic significance of the caste system in India has been declining as a result of urbanization and affirmative action programs. A subject of much scholarship by sociologists and anthropologists, the Hindu caste system is sometimes used as an analogical basis for the study of caste-like social divisions existing outside Hinduism and India. The term “caste” is also applied to morphological groupings in female populations of ants and bees.
Caste, any of the ranked, hereditary, endogamous social groups, often linked with occupation, that together constitute traditional societies in South Asia, particularly among Hindus in India. Although sometimes used to designate similar groups in other societies, the “caste system” is uniquely developed in Hindu societies.
BIRTH OF CASTE SYSTEM :
This is the debatable issue and each one has different theories regarding the establishment of the caste system in India. Manusmriti is one of the oldest legal books of Hindu law. As per the religious theory, the caste system originated from Brahma, and further, the caste system is divided into four categories that are Brahman, Kshatriya, Vaishya’s, and Sudras.
VARNAS :
It is essential to distinguish between large-scale and small-scale views of caste society, which may respectively be said to represent theory and practice, or ideology and the existing social reality. On the large scale, contemporary students of Hindu society recall an ancient fourfold arrangement of socioeconomic categories called the varnas, which is traced back to an oral tradition preserved in the Rigveda (dating perhaps from between 1500 and 1200 BCE). The Sanskrit word varna has many connotations, including colour, description, selection, and classification.
In the varna framework, the Brahmans have everything, directly or indirectly: “noble” identity, “twice-born” status, sacerdotal authority, and dominion over the Vaishyas and the Shudras, who accounted for the great majority of the people. This is not surprising, for the ancient Brahmans were the authors of the ideology. The four varnas, together with the notional division of the individual life cycle into four stages, or ashramas (brahmacharya, the years of learning and extreme discipline; garhasthya, householdership; vanaprastha, retirement; and sannyasa, renunciation of all worldly bonds) may at best be considered an archetypical blueprint for the good, moral life. Indeed, the Hindu way of life is traditionally called the varnashrama dharma (duties of the stages of life for one’s varna). The varna order remains relevant to the understanding of the system of jatis, as it provides the ideological setting for the patterns of interaction that are continuously under negotiation.
JATI GROUP :
Jati, also spelled jat, caste, in Hindu society. The term is derived from the Sanskrit jata, “born” or “brought into existence,” and indicates a form of existence determined by birth. In Indian philosophy, jati (genus) describes any group of things that have generic characteristics in common.

CONCLUSION OF CASTE SYSTEM :
The caste system had a great affect on the Indian society. All of India’s people played a role in their society and had certain jobs. The former caste members are now more tolerant of other castes and sub-castes‘ people, and the divisions in the society are gradually diminishing.
SUPERSTITION
SUPERSTITION :

India and Superstitions:
India has a long history of superstitions. There are many superstitions which people in this country follow. When someone sneezes during the time of departure, people consider it unlucky.
Similarly, when you hear long mewing of a cat, people consider it a bad omen. Alternatively, offering curd before the start of any journey is auspicious. A group which follows superstitions a lot are students appearing for an examination.
Weeks before exams, the visit to temples starts to grow. Some of the students also get a taveez with a lucky stone to help them out. Further, some students place their stationery for the exam in the prayer room.
Most common superstitions include not cutting nails at night, not using the broom after sunset, not opening the scissors without cutting anything, not looking at oneself in a broken mirror and many more.
Even some political leaders in India believe in superstitions. For instance, they wait for an auspicious day to file their nomination or take an oath. In other words, even in the highest places, people do follow superstitions.
Origin of Superstitions :
The man started to believe in superstitions when he got a feeling that humans are at the mercy of natural elements. Similarly, some superstitions were also created because of social values. As a result, people worship forces of nature for a long time.
The Greeks and Pagans used to worship elements of nature in the form of Gods and Goddesses. Same is the case with Indian tradition. People continue to worship the sun, moon, stars, planets, plants and more believing these things have the power to influence our lives.
You might have heard ‘it is because of the impact of some evil star’ and more when a disease overtakes or disaster strikes. Even the people in the West have been believing in them. You will find instances in Shakespeare’s plays where he includes things like omens, witches and more.
In fact, ever since a long time till date, people still consider the number 13 to be unlucky. Similarly, salt spilling over the dinner table is also an ill-omen. In India, people consider the black cat crossing the way to be unlucky. Similar is the case of an owl hooting or a dog wailing.
EXTRACTS OF SUPERSTITION :
As a result of these notions numerous godmen ministers, alleged stargazers, palmists and mediums are having thundering business. The simple and eccentric individuals crowd their shops and enthusiastically get hoodwinked. Strange notions have different structures and signs. At certain spots it tends to be found in the love of snakes, creatures, trees and the act of witch makes. At others it is seen as creature and human penances. Here and there an odd individual doesn’t stop for a second even in forfeiting his own child or little girl to appease a divine being or goddess. There is no restriction a. odd individual can go as far as. Quite a bit of dogmatism and zeal have their foundations in our notions. Commonly a lady is scorched alive as a witch or sorceress. It helps us to remember Jaon of Arc of France who was singed to death since she was viewed as a witch by the attacking English armed force.
In numerous towns and towns there are houses, places, trees and sinkholes accepted to be spooky by apparitions. The cemeteries should be regularly visited by these spirits, and ought to accordingly be kept away from, around evening time and at odd hours. On the off chance that anyone dares to go there at odd hours, the individual will undoubtedly be moved by the underhanded spirits. The lone cure accessible is soundness and logical temper. The more the information dependent on realities, the lesser the shades of malice of strange notions. We should kill obliviousness, dread of the obscure, the thoughts of presence of abhorrent spirits through scattering of logical information and edification to uncover odd notions from our psyches.
In India there are numerous notions. Convictions in phantoms, witches, signs, spirits, age old spoiled traditions and customs are to be discovered wherever in India. For a great many individuals in India odd notions are synominous with religion since they are frail leaning and objectively not created. They are survivors of the notions and unreasonable spoiled beliefs in the pretense of religion, customs and ceremonies. In the no so distant past little pox was considered as the consequence of the rage of a goddess. Still in numerous towns and towns the goddess Shitala is venerated as the creator of little pox. Essentially, sniffling toward the beginning of a work or a movement is considered as an insidious omen. The intersection of a feline while you are going for some work is additionally viewed as similarly unpropitious. In such an occasion it is assumed that the work makes certain to end in disappointment. The yelping of a canine, the crying of a feline, the yelling of a jackal and broying of an ass are additionally taken as unpropitious. Yet, a man or lady, with a pitcher loaded with water, crossing your direction, a sweeper clearing the street before you, are viewed as favorable.
There are sure days and hours which are promising. Individuals of India have set convictions and need to perform work appropriately. They counsel a celestial prophet or a cleric for a propitious development to begin a significant work or an excursion. The time and date of a marriage, initiation, establishment laying of a house, beginning of a business, and so on, are fixed by the places of the planets and stars. There are sure foreboding days and months when nothing but bad and significant work can be embraced.

CONCLUSION :
If we look at it closely, there is no logic as such behind the beliefs in superstitions. However, they have grown age-old and despite all the scientific advancement, they are not going anywhere soon. However, it is better to subject ourselves less to them otherwise each moment of our life will be on the edge.
“BUILDING VS BUYING A HOUSE” – WHICH ONE IS A BETTER OPTION?
BUILDING VS BUYING A HOUSE – WHICH ONE IS A BETTER OPTION?
Everybody wishes for a private place where they can loosen up and enjoy a happy life. One of the most contentious issues in the real estate market is whether to build our own home or buy one that is already built.
Each alternative has its own collection of benefits and drawbacks. We’ll go through all of these advantages and disadvantages in this article so you can make an educated decision about your home.
BUILDING A HOUSE
Building a home necessitates beginning from the ground up. You just have a small plot of land to work with. Starting the foundation of your home can be a thrilling experience, particularly for those who have always desired their own dream home.
It’s also a great choice for those with a vivid imagination who want to create something themselves.
However, there are some advantages and disadvantages to building a home.
ADVANTAGES OF BUILDING A HOUSE
There are many benefits to constructing a home. Among the benefits are the following:
The demand for readymade homes is extremely high, especially for high-ranking properties. On the other hand, when you build your home, the rivalry steadily diminishes.
Customization is one of the most appealing aspects of home construction. You can customize the design of the house to your taste and preference, unlike ready-made houses. You can easily customize the architecture, interior, paints, fixtures, and the house’s theme, as well as the lights and the garden.
For example, since many ready-made houses do not come with a basement, building your own house gives you the freedom to build one.
The most recent building standards are used in new homes. When people build their own homes, they strive to make them as modern and functional as possible. As a result, it’s fair to assume that newer homes are more energy efficient and secure. People are now installing the most up-to-date smart devices in order to make their homes more secure and effective. These features are not present in older homes.
You won’t have to worry about repair and maintenance costs for a few years after you build a house. A leaking roof, a faulty heating system, or a clogged drainage system aren’t causes for concern. There are a plethora of construction companies that provide high-quality construction services at a fair price.
DISADVANTAGES OF BUILDING A HOUSE
Aside from the numerous advantages, building a home is a very complicated operation. In short, there are disadvantages to building a home as well.
A house takes between seven to eight months to build minimum. As a result, if you need a place to live right away, building a house might not be an option.
According to statistics, building a home is more expensive than purchasing one. When building a home, it’s easy to overspend on items you don’t need. For example, costly tiles or a filthy kitchen. All of these factors add up to make building more costly. To summaries, constructing a home is a difficult activity.
When buying a home, there’s a good chance you’ll have to negotiate the price. This is not the case when constructing a home. Since there is no third party involved, you are unable to compromise and reduce the total cost of the land.
BUYING AN EXISTING HOUSE
Is it really money well spent of your hard-earned cash to buy a home?
ADVANTAGES OF BUYING A HOUSE
Buying a house has a number of advantages, the most prominent of which is that it is much cheaper than constructing it from the ground up. When building a house, you must first purchase land and then choose a home design, among other things. You’ll have to think about every last detail of the building. When you buy a home, however, all of these things have already been taken care of for you.
Consider purchasing a house if you don’t want to spend countless hours worrying about its design. It takes less time and is less exhausting. You can choose an already built house if you are a busy person who does not have time to supervise the building.
When purchasing a home, you have a good chance of negotiating a lower price. If you aren’t a natural negotiator, hire a professional real estate agent to assist you in getting the best deal possible.
If you need a place to live right away, purchasing a house is a viable choice. People typically move into their new home within a month of purchasing it.
Buying a house is more cost-effective and budget-friendly, according to statistics. When you buy a home, you save a lot of money because you don’t have to pay for items like raw materials, an architect’s fee, and so on. You can also easily upgrade your home based on your budget and preferences.
DISADVANTAGES OF BUILDING A HOUSE
Building a house is simple and stress-free, but it does have some disadvantages, such as the possibility of having to deal with maintenance problems, as old houses are prone to leaks and other problems. However, you should always seek the advice of a licensed home inspector when it comes to maintaining your home. They will find the problems and save you a lot of money.
Yes, you can improve the building, but you won’t be able to dramatically alter it. As a result, your renovation choices are limited.
The house does not have the most up-to-date features and technology, such as security systems and energy-saving systems, to help you save money on your utility bills.
So, these are some of the most important considerations to make when constructing or purchasing a home. In the end, the decision is purely based on your personal preferences and financial situation.

” 5 DAILY EXERCISES TO STAY FIT FOR LIFE”
“5 DAILY EXERCISES TO STAY FIT FOR LIFE”
To maintain a healthy lifestyle, everyone must do some daily exercises. A daily habit of exercising strengthens the muscles of the body and enables the human body to perform the daily tasks effectively. Daily small physical activities normalize the heart rate and boost the metabolism rate in the body which is compulsory for the maintenance of health. Moreover, the habit of exercise in daily routine ensures the smooth flow of the blood in the whole body, helps in digestion and lubricates the joints. Therefore, fitness and well-being are dependent on daily physical activities. Some of the important daily exercises are highlighted here.
WALK-OUT PUSH-UP
This exercise accelerates the heart rate by the integration of multiple planes of movement. To perform this exercise, one has to stand straight, stretch the hands straight in the air and start bending slowly. Keep bending the body until the hands touch the floor. Afterward, one has to move his body in a forward position until the body gets parallel to the floor. It will be the right position to start the pushups. Do a set of pushups and start again. It is a healthy, easy and effective exercise because it stretches the body and strengthens the back and vertebrae.
LUNGES
Improvement in functional movement is essential to perform daily routine tasks. Lunges exercise is effective for functional movement. It improves the strength of the legs and glutes. Intelligence and Creative Thinking
What does it take to unleash your creative potential?
As I mentioned in my article on threshold theory being in the top 1 percent of intelligence has no correlation with being fantastically creative. Instead, you simply have to be smart (not a genius) and then work hard, practice deliberately.
As long as you meet a threshold of intelligence, then brilliant creative work is well within your reach. In the words of researchers from a 2013 study, “we obtained evidence that once the intelligence threshold is met, personality factors become more predictive for creativity.”
Creative Thinking: Destiny or Development?
Creative thinking requires our brains to make connections between seemingly unrelated ideas. Is this a skill that we are born with or one that we develop through practice? Let’s look at the research to uncover an answer.
In the 1960s, a creative performance researcher named George Land conducted a study of 1,600 five-year-olds and 98 percent of the children scored in the “highly creative” range. Dr. Land re-tested each subject during five year increments. When the same children were 10-years-old, only 30 percent scored in the highly creative range. This number dropped to 12 percent by age 15 and just 2 percent by age 25. As the children grew into adults they effectively had the creativity trained out of them. In the words of Dr. Land, “non-creative behavior is learned.”
Similar trends have been discovered by other researchers. For example, one study of 272,599 students found that although IQ scores have risen since 1990, creative thinking scores have decreased.
This is not to say that creativity is 100 percent learned. Genetics do play a role. According to psychology professor Barbara Kerr, “approximately 22 percent of the variance [in creativity] is due to the influence of genes.” This discovery was made by studying the differences in creative thinking between sets of twins.
All of this to say, claiming that “I’m just not the creative type” is a pretty weak excuse for avoiding creative thinking. Certainly, some people are primed to be more creative than others. However, nearly every person is born with some level of creative skill and the majority of our creative thinking abilities are trainable.
Now that we know creativity is a skill that can be improved, let’s talk about why—and how—practice and learning impacts your creative output.
The Role of No
Saying no is sometimes seen as a luxury that only those in power can afford. And it is true: turning down opportunities is easier when you can fall back on the safety net provided by power, money, and authority. But it is also true that saying no is not merely a privilege reserved for the successful among us. It is also a strategy that can help you become successful.
Saying no is an important skill to develop at any stage of your career because it retains the most important asset in life: your time. As the investor Pedro Sorrentino put it, “If you don’t guard your time, people will steal it from you.”
You need to say no to whatever isn’t leading you toward your goals. You need to say no to distractions. As one reader told me, “If you broaden the definition as to how you apply no, it actually is the only productivity hack (as you ultimately say no to any distraction in order to be productive).”
Nobody embodied this idea better than Steve Jobs, who said, “People think focus means saying yes to the thing you’ve got to focus on. But that’s not what it means at all. It means saying no to the hundred other good ideas that there are. You have to pick carefully.”
There is an important balance to strike here. Saying no doesn’t mean you’ll never do anything interesting or innovative or spontaneous. It just means that you say yes in a focused way. Once you have knocked out the distractions, it can make sense to say yes to any opportunity that could potentially move you in the right direction. You may have to try many things to discover what works and what you enjoy. This period of exploration can be particularly important at the beginning of a project, job, or career.

How to overcome writer’s block
Ever felt overwhelmed and stuck in the writing process without being able to move forward and write new things? Staring at a blank page for a long, long time, struggling to find words to pen down, can make you feel frustrated – but know that you are not alone – any writer – faces a writer’s block – in which the writer is unable to produce new work. There might be a creative slowdown as well. This creative hiccup is not the commitment issues or lacking writing skills, it is just the inability of an author to compose new, original material. It’s typically said as artistic constipation. Frustration, fear, anger, dread, and different robust emotions typically accompany it.
“Writer’s block is almost like the equivalent of impotence. It’s performance pressure you put on yourself that keeps you from doing something you naturally should be able to do…The reason you don’t get writer’s block as a writer is because you have a deadline. It has to be in. You have no choice. But, if you sit there, and you think, “This piece has to be the ultimate article, the ultimate book ever written; my entire selfish being is wrapped up in this; and, this is me.” – The bigger of a story you make up about what you are doing, the bigger the block will get. It has nothing to do with the talent of writing or the skill of writing. It’s completely performance anxiety.” — Neil Strauss
Writer’s block is triggered by a variety of things, reckoning on the individual. Some individuals believe that writer’s block stems from an absence of ideas or perhaps talent. However, that’s typically not the case.
Self-doubt is really an enormous part of writer’s block. Triggers and causes of writer’s block include:
1. Apathy – These writers are bound by the rules and are unable to see the creative side of it.
2. Anger – These writers cannot take criticism and cannot stand it when their work goes unnoticed.
3. Anxiety – These writers are overthinkers and are always worried whether their work is good enough or not. They often are unable to believe in themselves.
4. Issues with others – These writers hate being compared to other writers.
5. Distractions – These writers get distracted and it becomes incredibly hard to concentrate on writing for them.
6. Physical illness – These writers may have faced a physical illness because of which they are unable to write.
7. Bills piling up – Bills can definitely trigger anyone, and it piling up means stress piling up which leads to a lack of focus on writing.
8. Procrastination – Tomorrow never comes, and these writers are unable to do the task at hand as soon as they should have.
9. Intimidation – Some writers also get extremely overwhelmed and intimidated by the amount of work needed to be done.
Overcoming writer’s block could be a delicate process that’s usually extremely subjective and depends on the individual itself. But, at the end of the day, it is about overcoming self-doubt and knowing that your hard work will pay off. To help overcome writer’s block, try these ideas:
1. Read
Reading is a decent cure for writer’s block. You will gain inspiration when you check out another writer’s work whether it is your favorite writer or someone new. Reading motivates you to keep the creative juices flowing.
Reading different styles and voices that have nourished generations of creatives gives you in-depth knowledge and experience. Writer’s block indeed gloms onto the idle, not the well-read.
2. Take a break
Writing can be exhausting sometimes and it is best to take a break in such a case. If you are intimidated, the best thing you could do is to take a break and start afresh after that.
3. Jump ahead
Slow progress is progress too, and you should jump ahead of what is intimidating you.
4. Just write
Do the opposite of writer’s block – Write – you can always edit your work by coming back to it. Even if you temporarily copy words from a source, it can fuel you into writing again. Practice and train your mind to just write as even if it is unusable, you eventually overcome that block.
5. Pretend that you have never read your work before
Read your work from the beginning with an open mind.
6. Do something else
Going for a walk, or staying calm for a while can make you inclined towards writing.
7. Create a deadline for yourself
This shall help you overcome procrastination.
8. Make your process more visual
Making your process of writing visual can definitely help you in getting more motivated to write.
9. Do something mundane
10. Freewrite
Write without pausing to worry about sentence structure, grammar, spelling, or whether or not something makes sense or not. Just write while not second-guessing something. While most of it’ll be unusable, it is a nice way to break through the block.
11. Pomodoro technique
Decide on what you would like to write. Set a timer for 25 minutes and write until the timer rings. Finally, take a five-minute break and repeat as much as you can.
These are some ways you can overcome writer’s block. A writer’s block can be very difficult to overcome but once you do it, there is no going back.
DataScience is all about the world’s topmost deciding factor?
Data science is something which is all about the connecting between Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence ,though they are similar in terms but way dissimilar in conditions. Last few years it has showered with lots of improvement thus providing a scope of many engineers or B.com pursuers that it is the deciding factor of topmost job providing resources, and again advanced python coming into the picture we can learn many thing with strategical provisions taking lead hence in a way we can say thet data science is all about ”what computer’s should do”
Development of Technology is curse or cure
Now we are in era of 21st century there is massive development in technology .But the worst thing that we are using the technology for all the bad and bane thing ,there is no scope for improvement. With the technology development people are using it as curse that society especially the youngsters who are acting like rulers never understand that the tech they are are misusing is actually the 8th wonder of world but they can use it as cure they can use it as a platform to prevent disease, to make it easy for tacking crimes that are preplanned to create chaos in the country.to create a monitor to see the digital education taking place at its right place or not. To build strong enforcement to maintain the company at its place. this all can be one with tech
so finally conclude use technology as a pure source of cure rather than the curse
MARRIAGE
MARRIAGE:

INTRODUCTION:
It is considered a cultural universal, but the definition of marriage varies between cultures and religions, and over time. Typically, it is an institution in which interpersonal relationships, usually sexual, are acknowledged or sanctioned. In some cultures, marriage is recommended or considered to be compulsory before pursuing any sexual activity. A marriage ceremony is called a wedding.
Individuals may marry for several reasons, including legal, social, libidinal, emotional, financial, spiritual, and religious purposes. Whom they marry may be influenced by gender, socially determined rules of incest, prescriptive marriage rules, parental choice and individual desire.
Marriage has historically restricted the rights of women, who are sometimes considered the property of the husband. Around the world, primarily in developed democracies, there has been a general trend towards ensuring equal rights for women within marriage (including abolishing coverture, liberalizing divorce laws, and reforming reproductive and sexual rights) and legally recognizing the marriages of interfaith, interracial, and same-sex couples.
Some poetic features of marriage:
This kind of ritual is basically called registering their love to the public and exchanging their hearts under the government protocols.
Crossing their life span like a conjoined twins with lots of love, care and understanding.
Leads to a boundless satisfaction and happiness of togetherness.

“A successful marriage requires falling in love many times, always with the same person.”
OBJECTIVES OF MARRIAGE:
- Directly at the start, we have expressed that connection marriage and family are inseparably joined with one another. In our conversation on connection we have truth be told examined about marriage and family. In practically all social orders marriage is a standardized social relationship of critical importance.
- It is by and large connected with various other significant social connections. There are various kinds of conjugal associations. These have suggestions for populace organization, property relations, legacy, and so on Further, there are different guidelines and restrictions related with marriage and sexual relations.
- The most well-known conviction even today is that the dad ought to offer his girl while she is still nagnika (in a real sense stripped), the age prior to accomplishing adolescence. Unquestionably, such a conviction has come about into kid marriage, and pre-adolescence marriage was considered devout, and it turned into a piece of Brahmanical social ethos. Virginity of a young lady turned into the focal worry of the two sides. Pre-adolescence marriage subsequently got elitist recognition and social honor. Another contributory factor, as seen by K.M. Kapadia, is the hypothesis of samskara.
- The entire existence of both man and lady is loaded with samskara, starting from pregnancy till death. A decent number of these customs allude to cleansing and a young lady before achievement of adolescence is viewed as devout and deserving of marriage.
- The social ideal of monogamy additionally added to early marriage. Hypergamy was no less a factor preferring kid marriage. The lower positions have not been truly worried about thought of pre-period, yet they have imitated the ideal of kid marriage from the upper stations considering it as a Sanskritic act and pointer of social distinction. Raja Ram Mohan Roy, Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar and Malabari all saw newborn child relationships terrible as well as believed that it prompted the horror of widowhood.
Importance of Scrutiny
The word “scrutiny” is derived from the Latin Manus, meaning “to happen”. Therefore, the management refers to the management of a particular business. It refers to the process of determining a specific, clear goals, and achieve them, by making best use of resources.
This will help the Group to achieve its Goals, the framing of factors of production, to collect and organize resources and to promote the effective integration of resources to achieve the goals . It will guide the group’s efforts to achieve pre-determined goals.
1. The Optimal use of resources:

INDIAN POLITICS
INDIAN POLITICS:

Governmental issues, basically talking, alludes to the exercises encompassing a nation’s administration. With regards to an enormous popularity-based nation like India, governmental issues turn out to be truly muddled. This Indian governmental issues paper will illuminate the legislative issues of India.
Background of Indian Politics:
Governmental issues in India, similar to some other vote based nation, includes the decision party and the resistance. In India, the arrangement of ideological groups has occurred based on a belief system. Besides, the Indian ideological groups have a place with the left and the privileged political range.
Radical legislative issues depend on the upsides of secularism, progressivism, and resistance. Interestingly, conservative legislative issues favor the benefits of being supportive of the government, methodical, moderate, and customary.
There are no meanings of left-right legislative issues anyplace in the Indian constitution. Moreover, these terms were given by analysts, creators, and writers. Additionally, it has been seen in India that a few lawmakers can change their ideological group and belief system.
In fact, for a steady popular government, it is vital that both political belief systems, the privilege and left, work next to each other. Accordingly, a few times, the nation might be under traditionalist impact while liberal goals may rule at some other point. The two significant ideological groups in India, BJP, and Congress, obviously exhibit the two distinctive political ranges of both ways separately.
Problem with Indian Politics:
For a vote-based system to work appropriately there should be a legitimate division between the political philosophies. Be that as it may, in India, the boundary between these belief systems will in general get foggy, consequently bringing about the superimposition of one philosophy over the other. This is surely not a sign of a developed majority rule government.
The political arrangement of India endures because of the conflict of various political belief systems. Besides, such conflicts can end up being very terrible. Generally essential, such conflicts are negative to the improvement of the country overall.
Different issues influence Indian governmental issues like contempt, foul play, debasement, insatiability, and bias. Because of every one of these issues, Indian legislative issues are known as a filthy game. Such issues can likewise drive numerous scholarly and prominent people to avoid Indian governmental issues.
Some of the time the Indian lawmakers may pick an ideological group, not on account of the philosophical position, but instead because of the triumphant likelihood in the races. This is a truly miserable truth of Indian governmental issues. Also, it shows that such government officials care more about their very own advantages instead of the interests of ordinary citizens.
Conclusion of Indian Politics:
Indian politics is a colourful drama and, according to some, its the great circus of the country. Despite such negative connotations, no one can doubt the enormously important role that politics has played in India. Most noteworthy, it is a crucial aspect of Indian democracy.
What We’ve Learned From Over a Year of COVID ?
=>In the year since COVID-19 emerged, the world has seen 85 million cases of the disease and counting.
=>The pandemic showed the power of collaboration to create solutions quickly.
=>Such collaborations can help protect the world against the future crises.
On 31 December 2019, the world welcomed a new year unaware that several cases of viral pneumonia of an unknown cause had emerged in the Chinese city of Wuhan. Forty-four people were ill, 11 – severely – and those cases were reported to World Health Organization’s Country Office.
Those few cases of COVID-19 grew to a few hundred and then to a few thousand until that trickle became a flood, spilling out of mainland China and spreading across the globe. Just one year later, we’ve amassed 85 million cases and counting.
We’ve learned a lot during the past year about how to address global crises, but in my mind, one lesson cannot be ignored: The need for more strategic collaborations across institutions and sectors.
The power of collaboration was proven again and again. Shortly after the virus got its name, Chinese researchers published the first sequence of its genome. To widen its use, IBM scientists later processed all sequenced SARS-CoV-2 genomes, resulting in more than three million sequences – genomes, genes, proteins and other molecules. They added this data to IBM’s Functional Genomics Platform – a repository for researchers working to identify molecular targets for drug design, test development and treatment.
That platform now sports more than 300 million biological sequences extracted from various microbial genomes, with the coronavirus’s genome the newest kid on the block. It’s all open source – another key ingredient for success, along with collaborations.
Nearly a year after the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 to be a global pandemic, we have been hearing more hopeful news as governments have begun distributing vaccines to certain priority groups, including healthcare providers, first responders and at-risk individuals, including those over the age of 65 or under 65 with certain underlying conditions.
Current Treatments for COVID-19
There have been several breakthroughs this past year in how doctors treat COVID-19. Remdesivir, for example, is an antiviral given by intravenous infusion in the hospital and was the first drug the FDA approved to treat COVID-19. It has been shown to shorten the time to recovery in several patients with severe COVID-19.
The FDA has also granted an emergency-use authorization for the rheumatoid arthritis drug baricitinib to treat some cases of the virus by reducing inflammation. Emergency-use authorization was also granted for convalescent plasma therapy to treat COVID-19. Convalescent plasma is blood donated by people who’ve recovered from COVID-19, and doctors use it as a type of immune-based therapy.
Common Symptoms of COVID-19
There has been a lot of discourse about all the symptoms associated with COVID-19. Over the last year, the CDC has compiled a list of the most common ones people reported, including:
*Fever or chills
*Cough
*Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
*Fatigue
*Muscle or body aches
*Headache
*New loss of taste or smell
*Sore throat
*Congestion or runny nose
*Nausea or vomiting
*Diarrhea
If you or a loved one start to experience any of these symptoms 2-14 days after potential exposure to the virus, it’s vital to take a test and begin self-isolating immediately.
What to Do If You Are Sick With COVID-19
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have symptoms and are awaiting test results, the best thing to do is stay home and take care of yourself. It’s also important to notify everyone with whom you have been in close contact. An infected person can spread the virus up to 48 hours before they start showing symptoms.
While you are isolating at home, be sure to stay rested and hydrated. Additionally, clean and disinfect surfaces every day and avoid sharing personal household items, such as dishes, towels, and linens. It’s also highly important to monitor your health. Call 911 if you or a loved one experience any of the following symptoms:
*Trouble breathing
*Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
*New confusion
*Inability to wake or stay awake
*Bluish lips or face .
When to End or Reduce Quarantine ?
Whether you tested positive without experiencing any symptoms or you no longer feel sick, there are several situations in which you may be wondering if it’s safe to leave your home after self-isolation. By ending your self-isolation correctly and safely, you protect not only yourself from reinfection but also those around you from the spread of the virus.
A Wondrous Tale by R.J Palacio
“My name is August.
I won’t describe what I look like.
Whatever you’re thinking,
it’s probably worse.”
This is what is written on the back of the book named ‘Wonder’ by R.J Palacio. It’s a powerful book about a simple boy, with a family going to school watching movies, playing games just like all the other kids. The only difference is how he looks.
“His eyes are about an inch below where they should be on his face, almost to halfway down his cheeks. He doesn’t have eyebrows, and the top of his eyelids are always closed. He doesn’t have cheekbones. Sometimes, people assume he’s been burnt in a fire.” – Via, Part two.
August Pullman is a ten year old buy who has certain facial anomalies since birth. He is an ordinary boy who loves playing XBox and is a die hard fan of Star Wars. He even sports a Padawan braid, inspired by the movies. But despite the 27 operations done on his face, he will never look normal. This story is a breathtaking and emotional journey of how August survives high school and faces the ups and downs during the year, owing to his face, and many people overlooking his intelligence and funny personality just because of his external features.
If you read the book, you will be hooked from the very start. It explores the different habits and pet peeves of August and how his family always cheers his up and makes him burst into fits of laughter. Initially, August was scared to go to school, afraid of how people would react. He had been homeschooled since birth and this would be a new change for him.
This book is a story about a boy who is judged at, stared at, mocked at by society. At first, I thought it would be a sad book, describing the mental and physical challenges this boy faced in every day things. But, it’s much much more than that. The book is infused with humor and kindness and it leaves you feeling inspired.
August us bullied in school by a bunch of guys, but his true friends stick to him till the end. It shows that true bonds can make all the bad go away. This story also has different point of views. One important aspect of this story was Via, August’s older sister. She has always been protective of August, and get’s angry whenever people start pointing and staring at him. But at the same time, she also feels like a child not receiving any attention from her parents because they are so busy looking after August. It shows the bittersweet relationship between sibling and despite all the fights and arguments, this bond stays stronger than ever.
This book clearly states that there are no good guys or bad guys. There are just people, and the way they are shaped. Everyone’s conscious always says the right thing, the difference is what voice they listen to. The bully in this story makes fun of August and mocks him due to his face and his braid, but this stems from his own feelings of resentment and anger. August was just a medium to get it all out. In the end, he is just a kid trying to figure out life.
I would recommend this book to all people. This book traverses all boundaries of age, gender, religion and makes us believe in humanity again. An intriguing book about loyalty and friendship, this book is will always be my favorite. Hope it creates an impact of anyone who reads it.

Is marriage the end of career ?
Marriage is a custom which is followed by every section of our society.. It is a tradition to connect two people with rituals performing at the marriage by the priest or their religious head. In India, Marriage holds a very high importance in everyone’s life. It is considered that marriage is not only of two people but of two families. Families who connect with each other and have common view points. Everybody wants their daughter’s to get married to a person who is responsible, respectful and have money to fulfill their daughter’s wish. Instead of Parents forcing their child to get married, they should push them in the direction to pursue their career ahead and shine brightest among all .
Marriage is a responsibility which puts a lot of pressure on two young ones who are not at the stage of handling it. The Education makes us more qualified to know the difference between our responsibility and desire. It gives us a power to take right decisions at the right time. Since very long time girls in India were prepared to make her groom and his family happy by being just a housewife. They were not allowed to dream for what they want. It should be a girl’s choice either she wants to be a housewife or a working women. If we provide them support and love then they can reach several heights. In Today’s generation, Lots of young girls are pushing themselves and making a marks in their respective fields which no one expected them to achieve. Women has a lot of substance in themselves, who can make the world or break it. Life is all about accepting changes and moving ahead without thinking about what perception society will have about you.
Marriage is not the end of someone’s career. It is a desire of two individuals whether they want to spend their life together or not. If a man can pursue his dream even after marriage and children, then why not a women can do the same ? . It is a matter which most of us try to ignore and avoid, but We need to accept the reality of having a happy married life with achieving the best in our career too. Our dreams are not made to crush by the single decision of our life . It is our life to decide the future of it. Nobody has a right to choose what is better for us. Nobody’s permission is needed for young girls to fulfill their dreams. As It’s one life, live it to the fullest.

It also stated that the company received most of its income through government subsides, Green carbon tax credit from the government of the countries it operates in. The video also mentioned the complaints of Tesla employees for extreme working environment, working of young children in lithium mines in South African to produce lithium.
“You may think you are the smartest person in the room, but now you have met your match. We are Anonymous! We are Legion! Expect Us.”- warned Anonymous.

DARKWEB- A WORLD AWAY FROM WORLD
As with the early Internet, the dark web has also gained a reputation as a haven for illegal activities. The dark web, like the web before it, is frequently implicated in horrible crimes, such as child abuse and murder for hire. While the dark web has unfortunately played a hand in both illegal and unethical transactions, it has also provided a social outlet for people who may otherwise be persecuted for their identities or political beliefs. It has also provided legal authorities with additional tools to apprehend the perpetrators of unethical activities.
It is crucial to avoid confusing the dark web with the cryptocurrencies often used to make purchases there. The dark web makes it easier to set up and access websites that offer a high degree of anonymity for everyone involved. Many of these sites contain only information, with no ability to buy or sell anything. It is true that cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin and Monero, are often used for transactions on the dark web. However, one does not have to use the dark web to use cryptocurrencies.
The dark web and the deep web are also often erroneously used interchangeably. The deep web includes all the pages that don’t pop up when you run a web search. The dark web is just one part of the deep web. The deep web also contains everything requiring a login, such as online banking, pay sites, and file hosting services.
Advantages of the Dark Web
The dark web helps people to maintain privacy and freely express their views. Privacy is essential for many innocent people terrorized by stalkers and other criminals. The increasing tendency of potential employers to track posts on social media can also make it difficult to engage in honest discussions publicly. Finally, the popularity of the dark web with criminals makes it a perfect way for undercover police officers to communicate.
Disadvantages of the Dark Web
The dark web empowers ordinary people, but some people will inevitably abuse that power. The dark web can make it easier to commit some of the worst crimes. For example, the combination of the dark web and cryptocurrencies theoretically makes it much easier to hire someone to commit a murder. While the dark web promises privacy to its users, it can also be used to violate the privacy of others. Private photos, medical records, and financial information have all been stolen and shared on the dark web.
How to Stop Worrying
If you want to stop worrying, then you need to stop thinking so much. Thinking is a good thing of course but when you focus a lot of time over analyzing things, it can cause a lot of stress. Sometimes worrying is a good thing because it’s your mind’s way of acknowledging the importance of the situation. However, many times we worry excessively for invalid reasons. This article will give you a couple of different ways to help you to worry a little bit less.
When we worry, what we are actually doing is projecting our mind out into the future. We picture negative scenarios and images. We think about the worse possible situations. Students may spend a lot of time worrying about how they did on the test they just took. The person who is running late and is stuck in traffic is worried about what people will think of him when he shows up to the meeting late. The employee watches the news during his lunch time in the break room and sees that unemployment rate is climbing starts to worry about the security of his job.
In all of these situations, the person is worried about something that hasn’t happened yet. Not only that, they are worried about something that they have no control over at the present moment. If you want to know how to stop worrying, then you need to learn how to be in the moment. Realize that the majority of things people worry about coming true, never come true. You can spend a great majority of your waking life worrying yourself to the point where you start to lower your happiness level. You may even start to draw back from life because you’re afraid of every possible negative situation that you have imagined in your head coming true.
So
how do you just stop worrying about everything? Here’s a simple rule. If you can’t do anything to improve the situation at the moment, let it go. Stop worrying so much about things that you have no control over. The student who is worried about what score he got is just wasting his time because what’s done is done. Whether he spends his time worrying or having fun, it’s not going to change the outcome. The employee who sees the unemployment rate increasing can worry about his job and perhaps start working harder but at the moment, during his lunch, he can’t do much about it so there is no point in worrying.
A great book about this topic that you should read is called, “How to Stop Worrying and Start Living” by Dale Carnegie. The book offers a lot of great ways to help you reduce your habit of worrying. You can try writing down the things you are worried about and find out what percentage of those things actually come true. Once you realize that there was really no point in stressing over things you can do anything about and stop worrying about everything, you will start to enjoy life a lot more.
Poverty
Poverty refers to a situation in which a person remain underprivileged from the basic necessities of life. In addition, the person does not have an inadequate supply of food, shelter, and clothes. In India, most of the people who are suffering from poverty cannot afford to pay for a single meal a day. Also, they sleep on the roadside; wear dirty old clothes. In addition, they do not get proper healthy and nutritious food, neither medicine nor any other necessary thing.
The rate of poverty in India is increasing because of the increase in the urban population. The rural people are migrating to cities to find better employment. Most of these people find an underpaid job or an activity that pays only for their food. Most importantly, around crores of urban people are below the poverty line and many of the people are on the borderline of poverty.
Furthermore, there are many reasons that we can say are the major cause of poverty in India. These causes include corruption, growing population, poor agriculture, the wide gap of rich and poor, old customs, illiteracy, unemployment and few more.
the rich are growing richer and the poor are getting poorer creating an economic gap that is difficult to fill up.
Poverty has various effects that include illiteracy, reduced nutrition and diet, poor housing, child labor, unemployment, poor hygiene and lifestyle, and feminization of poverty, etc. Besides, this poor people cannot afford a healthy and balanced diet, nice clothes, proper education, a stable and clean house, etc. because all these facilities require money and they don’t even have money to feed two meals a day then how can they afford to pay for these facilities.
illiterate people should be given the required training so that they can live a better life. To check the rising population, family planning should be followed, providing proper facilities to farmers.
Besides, measures should be taken to end corruption, so that we can deal with the gap between rich and poor.
it is necessary for us to act quickly and correctly. Poverty is a major problem in the World and it have to be solved on a serious note. Our government is taking a large number of steps to reduce poverty. Eradication of poverty would ensure a sustainable and inclusive growth of economy and society. We all should do our best to help alleviate poverty from our country.

” FIVE HARMFUL EFFECTS OF COSMETIC PRODUCTS ON THE BODY”
” FIVE HARMFUL EFFECTS OF COSMETIC PRODUCTS ON THE BODY”
Cosmetic products have become an essential utility for ladies. Almost all women are fond of it but the side effects of make-up that appear later are largely unknown. This article discusses the 5 harmful effects of cosmetic products on the body.
All ladies love to wear make-up to look pretty and flaunt their gorgeous looks as this is their nature. Some cosmetic products are made-up of special natural products that are harmless but then many contain a high amount of different chemicals that are full of harm. In Pakistan, many low rated cosmetic products are easily available at low prices but their buyers do not know the side effects of those products containing chemical ingredients.
Some of the harmful side effects of make-up products on a human are as follows:
Skin aging:
Chemicals used in cosmetic products are the reason for premature aging of the skin. Minerals, vitamins and natural oils in the skin get dried when these chemicals react with the skin. This reaction starts forming dry patches and wrinkles on the skin. The reason behind it is the clever marketing strategy of cosmetic companies. They first create such make-up products that give aging effect and wrinkles to the face and then they market anti-aging products and this how their business goes on. Pakistan imports some of the high-quality products that are too expensive that no common man can buy and that is why women do not even know the originality of real cosmetic products.
Poisoning of lipstick:
Almost all lipsticks contain chemicals and such oils that dry the lips. Moreover, it contains lead that is highly harmful if consumed. The ingestion of things in lipstick causes brain damage. Ladies wear lipsticks and most of them consume it from their lips unintentionally by eating something or in any way. This causes different diseases in their immune system.
Allergies of skin:
Make-up is the foremost reason for skin allergies. Cosmetics like deodorants contain alcohol which causes redness. Itching and irritation that leads to pigmentation of the skin. Moreover, make-up closes the skin pores and block the sweat gland which causes many different types of allergies.
On the other hand, fairness creams are highly in use, especially in Pakistan. Men and women both are highly conscious of their complexion and with their fair complex they tend to buy different type of fairness creams that contain highly toxic and dangerous chemicals that give a fair appearance at the start but later it starts showing the side effects on skin and in this way many people do loses their natural skin foundation color.
Skin specialists never prohibit using cosmetic products rather they recommend using original and natural product-based cosmetics. They do not have harmful effects.
Causes cancer:
The excessive use of low-quality products ultimately leads to skin cancer. Lipsticks contain lead and aluminum that causes anemia and glucose intolerance. And other make-up products contain sulfate and zinc oxide that is toxic which fails organs like kidney or liver. To preserve cosmetics, Parabens are heavily used in products that cause severe cancer.
Permanency of dark circles:
This side effect is also included in the 5 harmful effects of cosmetic. According to experts, less make-up should be applied around the eyes as the area is sensitive compared to the rest of the face. Chemicals easily and quickly affect that particular area. The cosmetics should be applied around the eyes after all it leads to the dark circles and bags under eyes. Dark circles once appear there are fewer chances to get rid of them.

Sustainable Home: Economical and Environmental Living
“Sustainable development is the pathway to the future we want for all. It offers a framework to generate economic growth, achieve social justice, exercise environmental stewardship and strengthen governance.” – Ban Ki-moon
Climate change is real. And the need of the hour is to conserve our renewable resources and switch to sustainable development to protect our environment. Green-building practices help us reduce our dependency on non-renewable resources and limited environmental pollution.
One of such green-building practices is sustainable housing or sustainable homes. Sustainable housing enables efficient use of resources and energy which helps in causing minimum impacts on the environment. Energy efficiency is one of the key features of this green-building practice. Some of the features of a sustainable house are: solar panels, foam insulation, low-emissivity windows, sealed attic spaces, advanced framing techniques, and energy-efficient heat pumps, etc. are some features which make a house sustainable.
What is a sustainable home?
A home that is energy efficient and is economical to run is called a sustainable home. It is build using raw- material which doesn’t harm the environment. This goes for the waste material, which is generated in the process of building such a house too.
The choice of material is very important. The materials should be durable so that the cost of replacing or renovating can be avoided. It should include sustainably sourced timber, low volatile organic compounds finishes, and other material which can be recycled. Thermal mass can also be one of the considerations for materials because of their ability to absorb and release heat.
Types of eco-friendly sustainable house designs
TINY HOMES
Tiny homes are economical and use less energy, materials, and space than the average-sized home and environmental solution to living simply and sustainably. These are usually between 100-400 square feet, although some can be a bit larger or smaller. These can even be mobile, fitting on a trailer, and can be moved to different places.
PREFABS
Prefabricated homes are known to be built off-site and ahead of time and these are made using fewer materials, energy, and space than the average-sized home parts shipped and assembled on the site. There are two kinds of prefab homes which are Panel build and Modular. The construction of both varies greatly. These create less waste than the regular site-built homes.
STRAW BALE
Straw bale homes are made using bales of straw as an actual structural component or for insulation. Straw is a natural material that releases no harmful chemicals. Building straw bale homes is quite sustainable. Also, turning straw into something useful rather than burning it into waste helps in reducing the environmental pollution.
ZERO-CARBON
The annual net carbon footprint of a zero-carbon home is zero. These are still tied to the grid but are so airtight, insulated, and need low energy, that these have become carbon-free. These homes balance out any energy costs by producing enough renewable energy.
EARTHSHIPS
An Earthship is completely self-sustaining which is constructed using both natural and recycled materials. Some of its features include heat and cool themselves naturally, collect wind and solar power, harvest water, etc.

Most of them live in the countryside and keep afloat with odd jobs. The lack of employment which provides a livable wage in rural areas is driving many Indians into rapidly growing metropolitan areas such as Bombay, Delhi, Bangalore or Calcutta. There, most of them expect a life of poverty and despair in the mega-slums, made up of millions of corrugated ironworks, without sufficient drinking water supply, without garbage disposal and in many cases without electricity. The poor hygiene conditions are the cause of diseases such as cholera, typhus and dysentery, in which especially children suffer and die.
Poverty in India impacts children, families and individuals in a variety of different ways through:
• High infant mortality
• Malnutrition
• Child labour
• Lack of education
• Child marriage
Poverty is linked with negative conditions such as substandard housing, homelessness, inadequate nutrition and food insecurity, inadequate child care, lack of access to health care, unsafe neighborhoods, and underresourced schools which adversely impact our nation’s children.
Conclusion:
we can avoid poverty in India with-
• Education
• skill development

Understanding our body.
In today’s tiring and stressful life, people have been neglecting their health constantly. Be it clocking in less hours of sleep, or being under intense amount of stress, leading to behavioral changes and changes in food habits. Every day brings something new to the table, but what should remain constant is our lifestyle and our daily nutritional intake.
As Denis Waitley once said, “Time and Health are two assets that we don’t recognize and appreciate until they have been depleted.” We only become more conscious and aware of our lifestyle, when there are some fluctuations in our body.
As a society, we need to become more aware about the food we eat, the type of nutrients we consume on a daily basis, and for that, we need to understand our body first. Every person has a different nutritional requirement according to their body type. For someone performing resistance training or looking to build muscle mass, protein intake has to be significantly higher than the normal amount. For someone opting for high endurance training, high carbohydrate stores should be present in the body.
So let’s start with the basics of nutrition. Few of the important things we need in our body are proteins, carbs i.e. carbohydrates, fats, fiber and vitamins. We will not delve into details for all of them, but the basic working of these will be explained below.
Carbohydrates, proteins and fats, all of these can provide us with energy in the form of ATP. However, carbohydrates is the most used form for ATP. Depending upon an individual’s basal metabolic rate, the requirements are different.
For Indians, if I assume a person is having a proper lunch including roti and rice, our carbohydrate and fat diet is pretty up to the mark. However for many people, especially vegetarians, protein sources are less. Hence, it is important to consciously eat more protein rich foods such as soya milk, tofu, paneer, dal and nuts. We need 0.8g protein for every kg body weight and hence protein intake should be at least 80% of the optimal requirement for normal bone growth and a healthy body.
One important aspect of diet that we usually overlook is fiber. Fiber helps for normal passage of food through our body and also helps in digestions. One should include fruits like apple and oranges, breakfast cereals, barley and oats along with beans and potato for fiber intake.
The next aspect of a diet is water. One should drink at least 6 glasses of water daily. Many people only drink water after exercising or during extreme thirst. One should make it a point to continually be sipping water throughout the day to keep the body hydrated and to flush out all the toxins from the body. Drinking water also helps keep the skin fresh and glowing. So, instead of looking at beauty regimes or when tackling skill problems, the first step should be to drink water.
The most underappreciated aspect of diet is sleep. Our body needs at least seven hours of sleep, and for kids, nine. Adequate amount of sleep ensure our body cells get regenerated and our brain gets rest. These are a few simple aspects of life that should one follow daily, and these show fast results, with improvements being seen from the very start.
coffee that rules the world
coffee is an emotion for many like me.
so talking about me ,in my past days when i used to visit a coffee house quite often not just for a coffee also for the sound of people laughing chatting , their laughter and the different and interesting characters in the room .
i always loved to stare at people and wonder what secret stories they are hinding deep within .i like to admit it that i am very good at judging people so even a slight change in their style used to bother me , i secretly used to guess the stories of the people i see there and pretend to know everyone around even if i have never talked .
so when you feel down , stressfull or a problem you cannot slove go grab a coffee .i am not saying that your life will be perfect by doing so but atleast for a little while you can be in your own world of fantasies with your lovely coffee and come back to reality fresh with a lot of new ideas and solution .
i ofen believe that as long as there was coffee in the world ,how bad could things be ? if you really messed up with someone and words cannot help try to convince him for a coffee and i am 90% sure that he will be on your side after that .welcome in advance because i already know that this is going to work
so all i want to say is that dont be stressfull go have a coffee be happy make the atmosphere cheerfull .cummon just five cups of coffee is not going to kill you or maybe but the ultimate goal was to be happy so anyway you will reach the target so chill have a coffee date and kick your boring day ahead.
Coviedshield vs Covaxin
Coviedshield vs Covaxin
Two doses of Covishield vaccine produced more antibodies than Covaxin doses, but there were relatively fewer instances of ‘breakthrough infections’ after the latter, reports a study of healthcare workers in India.
The study is being peer-reviewed and has been submitted to a journal but appears as a preprint in MedrXiv, an online repository, and is among the few studies of the real world effectiveness of vaccination in India. The study, by a collective of doctors, shows that none of the participants, who were also all doctors and got both doses of vaccines, were ill and only about 6% tested positive at different points of the vaccination schedule. While both vaccines were protective, there were differences in the protection accorded by a single dose of the vaccines. 515 healthcare workers from 13 States and covering 22 cities were evaluated from January to May 2021. Their blood samples were also tested for the presence, quantity of antibodies produced and levels of the specific antibodies that are directed to the spike protein of the virus, widely held to be a proxy of protection. A single dose of Covishield elicited about 10 times the antibodies than Covaxin whereas a second dose narrowed the gap somewhat, with Covishield-triggered antibodies about six times that of Covaxin-stimulated ones, the study found. Though the spike protein remains the key target of most vaccines, ICMR and Bharat Biotech, the makers of Covaxin, have previously said that being a vaccine made out of an inactivated virus, it elicited a ‘broader immune’ response, meaning antibodies aimed at different parts of the coronavirus to neutralise it. T cell immunity, that is reported to elicit a longer lasting protection wasn’t measured in the study. While real world efficacy data of Covaxin and India-centric data on Covishield isn’t public yet, recent studies have shown that most vaccines including Covaxin and Covishield have reduced response to some coronavirus variants such as them .
The study authors also evaluated the relationship of immune response to gender, a history of testing positive for COVID prior to vaccination and co-morbidities. Dr A.K. Singh, of the GD Hospital and Diabetes Institute, Kolkata and among the authors of the paper, said the greater number of infections after the second wave was probably due to the increased number of cases after April and the high exposure of the study participants all doctors in COVID hospitals to patients during the second wave.

Pollution
Pollution in India is a very familiar word to each one of us . We were borne with it and we are facing it . If we want our future children not to suffer from what we are suffering today we have to remove the pollution . Now the question arises how can we do the same ? There are a few measures following that can help us with the same :
Use of Eco friendly products = A lot of products that we use in our daily lives can cause a lot of damage to our nature . Such activities should be stopped as soon as possible .
Reducing dumping of waste = A lot of waste should be recycled instead of dumping in the rivers and drains which can cause immense dangerous effects to the aquatic life . This should be stopped as soon as possible .
Using Bicycles = We all must use bicycles in place of vehicles that consume petrol or diesel which can damage the environment .
These are some steps if we follow can change our lives to the extreme way and should be practiced as soon as possible .
ANIMAL CRUELTY
Animal cruelty is a big deal to people all across the world. The meaning of animal cruelty is inflicting pain and causing suffering to any type of animal. Animal cruelty is growing worldwide in today’s society, and the most common identified cruelty’s is scientific research, abandonment, and mistreatment. There are animals all throughout beaten and starved by their heartless owners.
The sadness, pain, and feelings animals have are all the same feelings that humans have when they are treated with cruelty, neglect, and abuse. Animal cruelty is a terrible crime that can lead to serious harm or even death of innocent animals. There are many organizations that are looking to seek help against animal cruelty.
Animal cruelty may not only occur when an owner beats or assaults their pet, but also during animal testing. Some owners are ignorant and do not even realize when they are abusing and neglecting their animals. In most cases though their are owners that are intentionally beating and starving animals. They do not have a voice like we do. It is time to stand up and make a change.
Stricter animal cruelty laws are necessary to prevent and stop the horrendous crimes committed against defenseless animals. Animals are abused in many different ways and it happens way too often.
It is up to us to bring awareness and help animals. All living things have a right to live on this Earth but we become insensitive to their pain, only because animals can’t speak the language of humans.
We see abuse towards animals, but most of us never actually did anything because it is not our “responsibility”. You should not ignore it and you should report it to the police.
Depression is the next cancer
there is a lot of misconceptions about depression these days .
there are total four types of depression which are
1.situational
2.biological
3.psychological
4.existential
ohh dont worry i am not going to explain all four in detail.
depression includes sadness ,irritablity ,loss of intrest in their usual activities and much more .
now, let us understand what causes depression
many life events like long term unemployment or loneliness ,prolonged work stress or loss of a family member .
and ya depression also can be genetic .
and the best thing about depression is that it is treatable
many a times just talking to the right person helps to curb this thing .
yes ,i agree that now a days our parents dont believe that depression a real thing .it is because they have been born and brought up in joint families with a lot of cousions whey they always had anyone to speak with and there were people who understood them and now there are nuclear families and workholic parents they hardly get any time to rest so talking with their child is way too much stress for them .they are always in search of more money more oppurtunities and they even forget about the mental health of their children .the funfact is that it is not even their fault .it is the generation gap where they lost the emotional touch with their kids in search of money.
parents must understand every second matters when they are with their kids anything they say can trigger the child towards depression ,maybe the parents might say something out of work stress and raise voice on their child and they dont even remember but they never know how much a child overthinks it and cries about it for years .
so a humble request for all the parents do find some time for your children talk with them understand their problems listen when they want to talk you might save a drowning life bring that emotional touch never dare to say that their problems are very silly ,the child must have prepared a lot and collected a lot of confidence to speack with you about the problems dont make them think that they wasted your time ,let me tell you that if you ever make your chgild think this way then dont ever think that your child will ever again speack to you about their personal problems .
listen to the crying souls who needs help
we ALL HAVE LOST SO MUCH IN THIS PANDEMIC so we cant afford to loose more save the children from depression .
Why vaccination is Important ?
India is dealing with the second wave of COVID-19 which have destroyed many families. It is expecting that upcoming third wave will spread more disaster and ruin several families if we can’t control it on time. COVID-19 was an unexpected virus which was first discovered in Wuhan,China. In India, The first case of COVID-19 was found in January 2020 since the time our country is fighting it with strength and unity. It is a global pandemic through which every country in the world has suffered. The developed countries were not even able to control this virus. India has a 2nd highest population in the country and being a developing country and working hard to reach at the position of developed countries. It was very hard for us to maintain the balance between the economy and health.
Since 2020, Every country was working towards finding a vaccine which can help them overcome from the deadly virus. India has also developed two vaccines which is Covishield and Covaxin which passed all the stages of testing. First, It was available for those who were above the age of 60 years . After some months, Government allowed every person who is above 45 years to get the vaccine and fight strongly against the virus. Since, 1st May 2021 Government has allowed people above 18 years to get their vaccination done. It is a very tough job to vaccinate everyone in a country where the amount of population is massive. Many rumours have started since the time vaccine has been developed which created a new challenge in front of government to convince everyone for getting their vaccination done.Rumours can be spreaded very easily and have a huge impact on people who are not educated enough to know the difference between fake and real news. When the journalist asked some people , Several people have different reasons for not taking the vaccine. Influencing other’s mind in India is very easy. Multiple techniques have been practicing around spreading all the false information regarding the impacts of vaccine.
Everybody needs to understand that Vaccine was developed to help us fighting the battle with COVID-19 easily. It is a vaccine which provides your body a shield and develop stronger immunity in fighting the COVID-19. It is a life saviour medicine which can never harm you, It has gone through several stages of testing after approval by several authorities then any vaccine is approved for use. Now, It become our responsibility to spread awareness about the importance of vaccine and help them in every possible way. Being an Indian citizen, It is important to not spread any news before verifying it on any of our social media accounts. Health is very important and Vaccine is giving us a chance by providing a shield in protecting us and our loved from the virus. Take care of your family and friends.
busting the myths associated with online education
okay,so everyone will be very much familier with online education “a 21st centuary approach to education ” and you all may have your own opinions about it .
due to the global pandemic of corona virus the education system is going online and there are many stereyo type thinking about it .you will be surprised to hear that you are one too.i bet there surely will be a myth that you believed but not anymore .
#myth no 1. online education is ineffective in providing actual education
if a student actually want to learn something and has a thirst for it then he will anyhow succeed in it weather online or offline . there are so many lazy students who take the umbrella of this myth and say that they dont provide actual education .well you should think again if they dont provide actual education why would even students opt for that .everything has it own struggles you cannot just escape by saying it is not worth .unless you are willing to do hardwork for it you are never gonna get it .
#myth no 2 . online classes are easier
if you think this than you are great good hardworking person .online classes are not actually easier they tend to be more demandind and require more time . it often becomes monotonous by time . it is not that easy to commit for a long time .
#myth no 3.students lose intrest during e learning
this dont seem fair ,students can lose intrest even while sitting in front of the teacher in a classroom .this has nothing to do with screen presence but more to do with the mental presence of students .
#myth no 4. technology is tough
aaplications and online learning platforms are very difficult to understand ,well thats not always true . this is the 21st centuary and the applications are quite user friendly and secondly if your institution is giving online education it will definately provide you enough knowledge about the application they are using .
#myth no 5. employers dont value online education
if you are worring about this point you can relax employers may ask why did you choose online education but ultimately your skills matter and nothing on your diploma or transcripts will indicate you are an online student if taken from a valuable university unless you tell them .so take a chill pill and stop worrying
Importance of money
Money give you more freedom to cover your own path and have lass constrants on your choise .money is important because it mean being able to ive your family and children the best education the best healthcare and best start in your life .money is important because it means fewer finicial worries .money is an essentiakcommodity that helps you run your life .exchanging goods for good is an older practise and without one money .money have gained its value because people are trying to save wealth for future needs .The most important fuction of money is to serve as a medium of exchange of money .money is important because it enable you to control your life.
NCC – Elective course
National Cadet Corps (NCC) the world’s largest voluntary uniformed youth organization formally established on 15th July 1948, under XXXI Parliamentary Act. It Consists of 3 wings- Army wing, Air Wing (raised in April 1950), Naval Wing (raised in July 1952) which represents the all the three Defense Service. So far NCC has been considered as a club activity or extracurricular activity. Now the Government has taken the decision to NCC as General Elective Credit Course (GECC), this decision was taken as per the New Education Policy 2020, where students can choose their subject of interest not confined to the ones offered by the institution alone.
NCC will be GECC under Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) in at least 91 Universities and not as extracurricular activity. This happened as a result of letter passed by the UGC (University Grants Commission) to all the Universities on April15.
The ‘B’ and ‘C’ Certificate exam syllabus has been designed as per CBCS of NEP 2020 which provides a total of 24 credit points for 6 semesters. The students will be receiving 4 credits in semester one and two, 10 credits for third and fourth semester and rest of 10 credits for fifth and sixth semester. The current strength of NCC cadet is about 14.2 lakhs who receive basic military training under the organization.
By making NCC as an elective course it would reach out to more youth in the nation and help them get more opportunity to explore many activities.

How to Stay Motivated
I recently finished Steve Martin’s wonderful autobiography, Born Standing Up.
Martin’s story offers a fascinating perspective on what it takes to stick with habits for the long run. Comedy is not for the timid. It is hard to imagine a situation that would strike fear into the hearts of more people than performing alone on stage and failing to get a single laugh. And yet Steve Martin faced this fear every week for eighteen years. In his words, “10 years spent learning, 4 years spent refining, and 4 years as a wild success.”
Why is it that some people, like Martin, stick with their habits—whether practicing jokes or drawing cartoons or playing guitar—while most of us struggle to stay motivated? How do we design habits that pull us in rather than ones that fade away? Scientists have been studying this question for many years. While there is still much to learn, one of the most consistent findings is that the way to maintain motivation and achieve peak levels of desire is to work on tasks of “just manageable difficulty.”
How can we prevent the next pandemic?
We can start by learning from countries that have limited pandemic deaths much more successfully – like Taiwan, South Korea, Germany, Denmark and New Zealand. Here are eight lessons we can learn from them:
Be Prepared
Make sure we have a Pandemic Plan we’ve tried, tested and learned from (not simply shelved if we didn’t like the results).
*Ensure we’ve got the capacity to respond. In a pandemic, countries all over the world will be competing to source diagnostic tests, PPE (personal protective equipment) and ventilators. This means we need a stockpile of equipment – plus UK based diagnostic and equipment companies, so we can be self-sufficient if we need to.
*Make sure we have enough CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) masks. They are a lower cost, less invasive aid to breathing compared with ventilators, although ventilators will still be needed for the most serious cases.
*Involve logistic/emergency planning experts (from the military, private sector or disaster relief charities) from day one, to ensure policies are deliverable and to oversee successful implementation – like making sure the right PPE gets to where it is needed, when it is needed.
*Hospital beds probably aren’t an initial priority. That’s because prevention is always better than cure and we now know how to turn exhibition centres into hospitals at short notice if we need to.
*What we can’t do at short notice is turn people into doctors, nurses and public health professionals from scratch. So, we need to start training more health professionals now. Given recent NHS winter crises we’ll probably need them for years ahead anyway.
Take Public Health Seriously
What COVID-19 has illustrated is that in pandemics people with underlying health conditions are usually most at risk of dying – and with COVID-19 that includes people who are obese.
A doctor currently working in an ICU unit with COVID-19 patients advises us, ‘Unfortunately COVID patients with obesity don’t usually do well. I’ve personally seen this on multiple occasions. Obesity affects pulmonary function and lowers lung compliance, which negatively affects ventilator management.’ Patients like these are most likely to require weeks of expensive, time consuming intensive care and put huge strain on the NHS and its doctors and nurses. Some health conditions are unavoidable and we don’t want to start victim blaming – but the risk of many health conditions can be reduced by following a healthy lifestyle. Importantly, as we have identified as a health charity, there’s much more governments, businesses and employers can do to make healthy choices the easy choices for people.
If people are healthier this won’t stop pandemic deaths – but it should reduce them. This means that instead of cutting funding for Public Health, the front line in disease prevention, the government should be investing in prevention.
Don’t Waste Time – Respond Quickly
When a new virus emerges there’s a chance that its true extent and impact will initially be under-reported in the country of origin, whether to save face politically or because of difficulty diagnosing the virus. That’s the first potential delay. Then, there’s likely to be a time lag while scientists try to identify the virus, its speed and spread of infection, its effect on health and how best to contain it – and while politicians consider the implications.
Border Control
Pandemics don’t respect national boundaries. International travel by land, air or sea (including cruise ships) can help the rapid spread of pandemics. So, it makes sense to close borders early (and arrange for returning Brits to go into quarantine).
Build and maintain public confidence
This is important if action like nationwide social distancing needs to be introduced and then sustained. Our advice to government is:
*Promise less, deliver more – so you build credibility
*Lead by example – visibly do what you’re telling the public to do.
*Ensure you’ve got the right experts working with you (including logistic experts and experts in the immune system), so you can agree the right policies and then deliver on them.
*Share the advice you’re receiving with the public, so they can understand what they are being asked to do and why.
Conclusion
What we have learned from the rapid spread of COVID-19 around the world is that, as in most aspects of health, prevention beats cure. That means:
*Be prepared for a pandemic (in reality not just on paper)
*Take public health seriously – because a healthy population will usually be more resistant to infection
*Don’t waste time – respond quickly, including border controls
*Track, Trace and Isolate – to deprive the virus of the human hosts it needs to spread
*Stop hospitals and care homes spreading infection – by taking the action needed to reduce the number of cases needing medical treatment in the first place while ensuring there’s enough PPE for staff when cases do need treatment.
*Build and maintain public confidence – leading by example and delivering what you promise.
“REASONS WHY TOO MUCH SUGAR IS BAD FOR YOU”
“REASONS WHY TOO MUCH SUGAR IS BAD FOR YOU”
Consumption of a high amount of sugar causes several diseases. Sugar is a sweet poison that is bad for you and it damages the body gradually from the inside. 52 percent of the whole population is suffering from serious diseases and the consumption of sugar is directly or indirectly reason for the contraction. Indian’s use sugar in almost everything. Sweetened tea is the main source because many people drink tea many times a day. The awareness among people about the diseases caused by sugar is, therefore, the need of the hour.
Some of the risk factors caused by the consumption of sugar are as follows:
DIABETES:
Diabetes is the most common disease caused by sugar. One of the strongest risk factors caused by too much consumption of sugar is obesity. Obesity then causes diabetes. Moreover, it causes insulin resistance. This resistance increases the blood sugar level that increases the more risk of diabetes type 2.
According to a survey, the core reason for increasing diabetes worldwide is the high consumption of beverages like soda, cold drinks, and packed juices. People who prefer more sweet beverages are more likely to get diabetes than others.
SKIN AGING:
Skin aging is a natural process but one can get wrinkles and pre-mature skin aging at a young age because of the consumption of high sugar. The reaction between sugar and protein is formed by advanced glycation end products. This reaction causes a key role in skin aging.
Consumption of the products high with carbohydrates and sugar leads to many other skin problems. According to a survey, women who consumed more sugar developed wrinkled and dark circles quickly than those women who did not consume high sugar.
Lower consumption of sugar gives fresh and better skin appearance.
CANCER:
Excess of anything is bad, so excessive sugar consumption is also bad for you. It increases the risk of cancer. High consumption of sugar through foods and beverages increases the chance of cancer.
Over 430,000 people were found with cancer due to the consumption of sugar. Due to sugar, they developed esophageal cancer, small intestine cancer, and pleural cancer.
A survey showed that women who consume sweet buns, cakes, and cookies 3-5 times a day have more chances to develop endometrial cancer. Women who take a normal amount of sugar and consume less sugary products have been observed as healthy and better in shape.
HEART DISEASES:
The number one cause of death worldwide is heart diseases. High sugar consumption leads to obesity first, then diabetes and then inflammation in the body. It causes blood sugar and high blood pressure which ultimately attacks the heart. Moreover, the trend of consuming too many beverages like sweetened drinks and sugary juices; causes atherosclerosis. This disease causes artery-clogging deposits.
A research was conducted in which 30,000 people were observed, among them those who consume 17-21 percent of calories from sugar had a 40 percent high risk of death from heart disease.
