INDEPENDENCE DAY, BIRTH OF NEW INDIA

The Independence Day is celebrated on August 15 every year to commemorate India’s freedom from the British rule in 1947.
15 August is a day of her re-birth, a new start. At the midnight of 15 August 1947, the British rulers handed the country back to its Indian leaders, ending a remarkable struggle that lasted years. It was 15 August 1947, the historic date, on which sovereign India’s first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru unfolded the tricolour flag of the nation on the glorious Red Fort. The day is significant in the history of India as bringing an end to the British colonial rule in India.
But do you know the struggle of independence started long before you might know.
India’s struggle for independence started in 1857 with the Sepoy Mutiny in Meerut and it gained momentum after the First World War. In 20th century, under the leadership of Mahatma Gandhi, the Indian National Congress (INC) and other political organisations launched a countrywide independence movement and revolt against the oppressive British rule.

During the Second World War in 1942, the Indian Congress launched the Quit India Movement demanding an end to the British rule which prompted colonial rulers detaining many campaigners, nationalists, and ministers including Gandhi.
Our first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, gave a beautifully worded speech starting with the words, “At the stroke of the midnight hour, when the world sleeps, India will awake to life and freedom.”

Unfortunately as India got independence, it was divided into two countries, India and Pakistan. Pakistan celebrates it’s Independence Day on 14th August rather than 15th August though.

And that led to the birth of new INDIA .

ISIS – The Egyptian Goddess

-Aastha Joshi

Isis is an Egyptian goddess who lacked her own dedicated temples but grew as one of the most important deities of ancient Egypt. Her cult subsequently spread throughout the Roman Empire, and Isis was worshipped from England to Afghanistan. She is still revered by pagans today. she was most often represented as a beautiful woman wearing a sheath dress and either the hieroglyphic sign of the throne or a solar disk and cow’s horns on her head. she was a principal deity in rites connected with the dead; as magical healer, she cured the sick and brought the deceased to life; and as mother, she was a role model for all women. Occasionally she was represented as a scorpion, a bird, a sow, or a cow. she is mentioned many times in the Pyramid Text, in which she offers assistance to the dead king. The priests of Heliopolis, followers of the son god re, developed the myth of Isis. This told that Isis was the daughter of the earth god Geb and the sky goddess Nut and the sister of the deities Osiris, Seth, and Nephthys. Married to Osiris, king of Egypt, Isis was a good queen who supported her husband and taught the women of Egypt how to weave, bake, and brew beer. But Seth was jealous, and he hatched a plot to kill his brother. Seth trapped Osiris in a decorated wooden chest, which he coated in lead and threw into the Nile. With his brother vanished, Seth became king of Egypt. But Isis could not forget her husband, and she searched everywhere for him until she eventually discovered Osiris, still trapped in his chest. She brought his body back to Egypt, where Seth discovered the chest and hacked his brother into pieces, which he scattered far and wide. Transforming into a bird, and helped by her sister, Nephthys, Isis was able to discover and reunite the parts of her dead husband’s body-only his penis was missing. Using her magical powers, she was able to make Osiris whole; bandaged, neither living nor dead, Osiris had become a mummy. Nine months later Isis bore him a son, Horus. Osiris was then forced to retreat to the underworld, where he became king of the dead. Using her magical powers, she was able to make Osiris whole; bandaged, neither living nor dead, Osiris had become a mummy. Nine months later Isis bore him a son,Horus, Osiris was then forced to retreat to the underworld, where he became king of the dead. Isis hid with Horus in the marshes of the Nile delta until her son was fully grown and could avenge his father and claim his throne. She defended the child against attacks from snakes and scorpions. But because Isis was also Seth’s sister, she wavered during the eventual battle between Horus and Seth. In one episode Isis took pity on Seth and was in consequence beheaded by Horus. Eventually she and Horus were reconciled, and Horus was able to take the throne of Egypt. Isis was the perfect traditional Egyptian wife and mother-content to stay in the background while things went well, but able to use her wits to guard her husband and son should the need arise. The shelter she afforded her child gave her the character of a goddess of protection. Several narratives tell of her magical process, far stronger than the powers of Osiris and Re. Isis became associated with various other goddesses, including Bastet, Nut, and Hathor, and thus her nature and her powers became increasingly diverse. Isis became known, like other fierce goddesses in the Egyptian pantheon, as the “Eye of Re” and was equated with the Dog Star, Sothis. The first major temple dedicated to Isis was built by the Late Period king Nectanebo II at Behbeit el-Hagar, in the central Nile delta. Other important temples, including the island temple of Philae, were built during Greco-Roman times when Isis was dominant among Egyptian goddesses. Several temples were dedicated to her in Alexandria, where she became the patroness of seafarers. From Alexandria her cult spread to Greece and Rome. Images of Isis nursing the baby Horus may have influenced the early Christian artists who depicted the Virgin Mary with the baby Jesus. In many spells in the Pyramid Texts, Isis and Nephthys help the deceased king reach the afterlife. In the Coffin Texts from the Middle Kingdom, Isis appears still more frequently, though in these texts Osiris is credited with reviving the dead more often than she is. New Kingdom sources such as the Book of the Dead describe Isis as protecting deceased souls as they face the dangers in the Duat. They also describe Isis as a member of the divine councils that judge souls’ moral righteousness before admitting them into the afterlife, and she appears in vignettes standing beside Osiris as he presides over this tribunal. Late funerary texts prominently featured her mourning for Osiris, and one such text, one of the Books of Breathing, was said to have been written by her for Osiris’s benefit. [117] In Nubian funerary religion, Isis was regarded as more significant than her husband, because she was the active partner while he only passivelyreceived the offerings she made to sustain him in the afterlife. Isis continues to appear in modern esoteric and pagan belief systems. The concept of a single goddess incarnating all feminine divine powers, partly inspired by Apuleius, became a widespread theme in literature of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Influential groups and figures in esotericism, such as the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn in the late nineteenth century and Dion Fortune in the 1930s, adopted this all-encompassing goddess into their belief systems and called her Isis. This conception of Isis influenced the Great Goddess found in many forms of contemporary witchcraft. Today, reconstructions of ancient Egyptian religion, such as Kemetic Orthodoxy or the Church of the Eternal Source, include Isis among the deities they revere.

IS DIVORCE RATE INCREASING?

Divorce in India was always seen as taboo. In India, there’s a long process of litigation and a complicated process of hearing and filing which is very unethical and undesirable, so which ways divorce are avoided here. Last year, Despite lockdown and family courts remaining shut for about 6 months or more due to covid-19 average number of 19-20 divorce cases were filed per day. So, the question here is that “is divorce cases in India are on the verge of decreasing or increasing?” well the statics says that in 2011, the total number of cases was something around 7500 and which remain constant to an extent of nine years. In 2019, up to 7,800 divorce cases were filed before the family court. Last year, during covid around 5,000 cases were filed before the family court but rates have increased from 1,280 to 3,480 after covid-19. Thus, there’s an increase in divorce rates. The highest divorces cases are in Mumbai, Delhi on the second number, continues with Bangalore and then Kolkata.
Research says that divorce petitions are most likely filed by men rather than women, the core reasons for getting a divorce are more of modernization, compatibility issues, rising standard of expectations, lack of communication and understanding between the couple. Because both of them are busy pacing their professional life, a career that leads to all these conflicts. Nowadays, women are getting more career orientated and secondly, they have to be at home handling all the domestic chores at home. Some of them either don’t want to get married or some of them want to marry late at the age of 28-30 or more, after building a powerful career and being independent. Earlier girls used to get married around 20-22 and this education doesn’t matter and at this age young mind can be moulded.

Statics shows that lockdown has changed the life of married couples.
1.  In Indian culture, marriage is all about adjustments and compromises, apparently, with the lockdown, the lifestyle and expectations of married life have been changed. Because people are being self-reliant as they are educated and are not independent of others. The journey of ego starts between both husband and wife.
2. Some of them have an extramarital affair whether is it a husband or a wife. Having affairs can ruin the whole marriage and trust.
3. Not giving equal rights or suppressing each other can lead to conflicts.
4. Family conflicts of a family can affect the relationship of husband and wife, which tends to spoil their relationship. 5. Ego is hazardous for the maintenance of every relationship. Ego is good for one those who deserve it but not good for any sort of relationship. In fights, ego is the only thing that comes in between.

There’s this example from the series ‘The Family Men’, where Priyamani (Suchitra Tiwari) is Manoj Bajpayee ( Srikant Tiwari) wife goes for counseling because Manoj Bajpayee was a very busy person, doesn’t use to give enough time to his family, although he tries his best to make it perfect for their family. The personal spaces got refined and squeezed up. Many couples compromised a little bit more than usual with made it more tricky. There’s an increase in couple counseling by 20% as compared to before. Divorce also leads to the separation of a happy family and kids which may sometimes affect their future.

Importance of an Internship

Individuals from different sections of the society often see to get confused with their present career interest or worry about their career goals or want to give shape to their career after a gap. For them, internship exposure can be one of the ways to structure their career.

  • A recent college graduate who could not get a job through college placement and whose resume lacks professional experience can start their career with internship.
  • A mother who took a break from her career to take care of her child and want to start her career again, can join any organisation as an intern to update herself about the market.
  • Internship can be a good strategy for an individual who in his late 30s is planning to switch careers to convert his interest as his profession.

4 ways college students benefit from internships

  • 1. Students can apply their classroom learning in professional environments
  • Students can gain exposure to their chosen field
  • Students can establish critical networking connections
  • Students can gain coveted work experience

“Whenever you are asked if you can do a job, tell ‘em, ‘Certainly I can!’ Then get busy and find out how to do it.”

Shah Rukh Khan

Internships are not limited to college students. Anyone seeking a career change will find that internships introduce them to a new career, help them to explore different skills, and prepare them for new experiences. For college students, summertime is an ideal opportunity to explore career interests while still in school but not actively involved with classroom and homework requirements.

Reasons Why An Internship is Important to All Students

  • Application of education and career exploration. Internships are a great way to apply the knowledge from the classroom to real-world experience. Learning is one thing, but taking those skills into the workforce and applying them is a great way to explore different career paths and specializations that suit individual interests.
  • Gain experience and increase marketability. Having an internship gives you experience in the career field you want to pursue. Not only does this give individuals an edge over other candidates when applying for jobs, it also prepares them for what to expect in their field and increases confidence in their work.
  • Learn how a professional workplace operates. Depending on your major, you may read about how organizations thrive and function in textbooks, hear from guest speakers who talk about organizational structures, or dive into case studies about workplace culture, but nothing compares to living the actual experience.
  • Professionalism. Internships can provide students with the soft skills needed in the workplace and in leadership positions. In a LinkedIn Skills Report (2018), 57% of people rated soft skills as being more important than technical skills. Skills, such as communication, leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork can all be learned through an internship and utilized beyond that experience.
  • Build your resume. Most organizations and jobs that you apply to following graduation want employees to have some sort of professional experience, even for entry-level jobs. In the event that you are a finalist for a position and haven’t had an internship experience but the other finalist has, you may lose out on a job opportunity, so make sure you at least have one internship on your resume before leaving college to give you a leg up on the competition.
  • Figure out what you like and don’t like. While everyone probably wants to walk away from an internship feeling excited and passionate about the experience, there’s a silver-lining to be found if you didn’t enjoy the job: you’ll know what you don’t like. According to an article from monster.com, “figuring out what type of job you don’t want while you’re interning can help prevent you from accepting an ill-fitting job when you graduate.”

Stock Market

Money plays a crucial role in our lives. Every person has a desire to be rich for which people search different paths. One such path is the stock market.A stock market is a place where buying and selling of ownership of a company take place. These units of ownership are termed shares, which collectively are known as stocks.

Many regard it as a Gamble & state it’s an easy fortune for some, for others, it is a  road to doom.
There is some element of risk in this investment but majorly success depends on the person and their analysis of the stocks.

Some key things to consider while buying a share:-

• Face value(FV) of the share– Dividend is paid on the face value of the share. For example, if a share is traded for Rs 1000 with a face value of Rs 2. 100% dividend it would mean a sum of Rs 20 is paid.

•Past performance of the company- A company with a good performance record. Have a growth potential and the chances of price rise are more.
• Any major Change in government policy -Change may have an impact on the business environment. For instance, a policy that bars or regulates new competitors from entry will be a good indicator for the existing players.• ROI– ROI or Return on Investment tries to measure the amount of return a particular investment, relative to the investment’s costs.

Distinct Types of Writing Tone you should have known

The tone of a piece of writing is critical, but what exactly is it? To put it simply, tone refers to how a writer employs a given set of words in a specific way to convey their non-verbal judgments about a particular subject. The writer’s tone is crucial because it allows them to communicate facts with an attitude, personal perspective, and emotion. Tone and the author’s own voice might be utilized interchangeably at times.

However, the two should not be confused; the writer’s voice is just a reflection of their own personality, but the aim of the writer’s tone is to convey a specific attitude toward the subject of their writing.

When tone and voice are blended, a distinct writing style emerges that can be linked to a specific author.Any point of view, attitude, or emotion can be used to establish the intended tone in writing. If you can come up with an adjective, that adjective can be used to describe a tone. To put it another way, if you decide to perceive tone with specificity, you’ll find that you have an infinite amount of options. These endless tones in writing, on the other hand, have been classified into different categories, which include:

Formal:

This tone is frequently associated with academic writing since it necessitates greater reading abilities, disciplined language, and emphasizes facts over the writer’s ideas.

Informal:

The purpose of this tone is to be conversational while expressing the writer’s knowledge of the subject matter.

Optimistic:

There are a lot of terrible things going on in our world right now. However, there is also the notion that our world can and will improve in the future if we all work together to achieve this goal. That is an excellent example of a positive tone in writing.

Serious:

This tone seeks to elicit a sense of dread in the reader. Because the concepts you’re being presented with by a writer are essential, it can help you focus.

Joyful:

This tone emphasizes all of the wonderful feelings that one feels at the time of the deed. When you eat your favorite food, for example, you are happy. You feel delighted when you are shown affection and it is returned. This tone is used by a writer to develop relationships between the reader and the characters he or she has created.

Humorous:

It takes a lot more than just making you laugh to be hilarious. It can also encourage you to consider a range of tough issues in a safe environment.

Pessimistic:

When the world appears to be a dreadful place, it may appear that things will only grow worse and that nothing will ever improve. That kind of tone is an example of pessimism.

Horror:

This tone can be menacing in nature because it speaks to people’s basic, universal anxieties, requiring them to confront them.

It’s crucial to note that just because there are fundamental forms of tone in writing doesn’t mean the writer has to employ only one tone while writing something.

In particular situations, the writer can use all tones in a certain way. So keep these tones in mind, as well as how each tone relates to the voice you’re using.

It’s even more vital to remember this information if you’re a writer; it’ll help you choose the proper style and explain the key points you want to convey to your audience.

How YOGA is an essential part of our life

Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control, and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment. The practice entails low-impact physical activity, postures (called asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation, and meditation. Most people are familiar with the physical poses or yoga positions but don’t know that yoga involves so much more.

Yoga

BENEFITS OF YOGA :

1. Yoga benefits in weight loss

Sun Salutation and Kapal Bhati pranayama are highly useful for losing weight. Moreover, with regular practice of yoga, we tend to become more sensitive to our body and its needs. This, in turn, helps keep a check on our food intake and body weight.

2. Yoga Gives you Better Flexibility and Posture

Yoga must become a part of your daily routine to get a body that is strong, supple, and flexible. Regular yoga practice stretches and tones the body muscles and also makes them strong. It also helps improve your body posture when you stand, sit, sleep or walk. This would, in turn, help relieve you of body ache due to incorrect posture.

3. Yoga Improves Immunity

Our system is a seamless blend of the body, mind, and spirit. An irregularity in the body affects the mind and similarly, unpleasantness or restlessness in the mind can manifest as an ailment in the body. Yoga poses help massage organs and strengthens muscles while breathing techniques and meditation release stress and improve immunity.

4. Boosts Your Self-Confidence

As yoga aims towards improving your mind-body connection, your self-esteem increases. It teaches you to accept yourself and your body without any judgment. This helps in increasing your self-confidence.

5. Brings Positivity in Life

When you perform yoga on a regular basis, there are many hormones in your nervous system that get stabilized and help you calm down. Yoga helps you connect with your inner self, which brings clarity and encourages you to focus on your life goals. You begin to look at your life with a renewed zeal and energy.

6. Yoga helps for inner peace

We all love to visit peaceful, serene spots that are rich in natural beauty. Little do we realize that peace can be found right within us and we can take a mini vacation to experience this any time of the day. Yoga is also one of the best ways to calm a disturbed mind.

7. Improved Concentration

Practicing even basic yoga exercises can help relax the mind and senses. A calm and healthy mind helps focus better. The ability to focus on one thing at a time is imperative to improved concentration. While there are emotional exercises prescribed by psychologists to develop laser-like focus and concentration, science is witness to the finding that nothing works better than an hour devoted to yoga every day.

8. Improves Your Sleep

As yoga relaxes your mind and helps reduce stress, it facilitates better sleep. It also improves your sleep patterns. Once you start a regular daily practice of Yoga and meditation you will see your circadian rhythm stabilize.

9. Helps in Anger Management

You can control your anger issues by performing yoga on a regular basis. The meditation and breathing exercises calm your nervous system, which decreases your anger and irritability. This results in reduced blood pressure and helps you lead a healthy and stress-free life.

10. Builds Muscle Strength and Tone

For the health-conscious, adding yoga to a daily exercise routine can increase strength and build muscle. Though many people practice yoga as an essential weight loss measure, specific yoga poses are designed to enhance body strength and sufferance.
Balancing yourself on one leg or your arms and holding these poses for a specified time helps increase your muscle strength and tone. Also, practicing a series of sun salutation cycles every day shapes muscles in your arms, legs, abdomen and back, and increases your core strength.

Conclusion:

Thus, it can be said that yoga is a miracle and if it is done then it will guide you throughout your life. 20-30 minutes per day Yoga can change your life forever by promoting the balance between your physical, mental and spiritual health.

10 Good communication skills

Being able to communicate effectively is an essential skill. Whether it’s in our business life or our personal relationships, effective communication is the key to our success.

Life coaching for effective communication is a fantastic way to learn and attain this skill. Through a number of communication models, I’ll show you how to get ahead and stay ahead.

Here are my top ten essential skills for effective communication. Master these skills now, and they’ll serve you well for a long time to come!

1. Listening

One of the most important aspects of effective communication is being a good listener.

People do not like communicating with others who are only interested in telling you what they want to tell you, and don’t listen to what you have to say. Effective communication requires active listening, so practice active listening until it becomes second nature to you.

So what is active listening? Active listening involves hearing and understanding what a person is saying to you. Unless you understand clearly what a person is telling you, you can’t respond appropriately. Gain clarification by asking questions or rephrase what you’re being told, so that you’re sure you fully understand the message that’s being conveyed to you. For example, you could say “So, what you’re saying is…”

2. Non-Verbal Communication

The words we choose make up just 7% of the message being conveyed, which makes non-verbal communication all the more important. Body language is an important communication tool. Your body language should help convey your words. Other factors you should consider are things like the tone of your voice, your hand gestures, and ensuring eye contact.

A person is going to be encouraged to speak openly with you if you are relaxed and have a friendly tone. Adopt an open stance position, with relaxed legs and open arms. It is important that you make eye contact with the person you are communicating with, but be careful that you do not stare at them, as this is just uncomfortable. It is just as important that you recognise the non-verbal signals being displayed by the other person. These signals will give you an insight into how that person is feeling.

3. Be Clear and Be Concise

Convey your message using as few words as possible. Whether in person, via telephone, or email, convey your message clearly, concise and direct. If you are excessive with your words, the listener will either lose focus or just be unsure as to what it is that you want. Before speaking give some thought as to the message you want to convey. This will prevent you rambling and causing confusion.

4. Be Personable

When communicating face to face with someone, use a friendly tone with a simple smile, and ask a personal question. These things encourage the other person to engage in honest, open communication. When using written communication (e.g. email), you can achieve this by adding a simple personal message, for example, “How was your weekend?”.

5. Be Confident

Confidence underpins all effective communication. Other people will believe you will do as you say if you sound confident. Making eye contact, using a firm but friendly tone (never aggressive), are all ways you can exude confidence. Remember to always be listening to the other person and looking out for those nonverbal clues.

6. Empathy

Empathy is the skill of being able to understand and share the feelings of another person.

Even if don’t agree with the person you’re communicating with, it’s very important that you understand and respect their view. Simply saying to that person “I understand what you’re saying”, will let them know that you have been listening to them, and that you respect their point of view.

7. Always Have An Open Mind

Being an effective communicator requires that every conversation is approached with a flexible, open mind. This isn’t always easy to achieve, but is very important to communicating effectively. Always engage in active listening, and be sure to demonstrate empathy by acknowledging you understand what the other person’s point of view is. Adopting this approach will always ensure honest, productive communication.

8. Convey Respect

Other people will be more likely to engage in communication with you if you respect them and their ideas. Simply addressing another person using their name, will make them feel appreciated. If communicating via telephone, always keep focused on the conversation and avoid being distracted in any way. When communicating through email, take time to construct and edit your message, taking care to address the recipient by name.

9. Give and Receive Feedback

Giving and receiving appropriate feedback is an essential communication skill, particularly for those of us whose roles include managing other people. Providing constructive feedback, as well as giving someone praise, can greatly increase motivation and build morale.

It is just as important that you accept and encourage feedback from others. Always listen to feedback and act positively on it. If you’re unsure about any aspect of the feedback, simply ask a question to gain clarification from the other person.

10. Consider The Best Medium for The Job!

The final item on my list is knowing what the best form of communication is to use. Being mindful of using the best form of communication will result in your response being a positive one. Consider things such as, who it is you’re trying to communicate with, how important the topic is, and how busy that person might be. For example, asking your boss for a raise is never going to be taken seriously if you do it by text – so consider what’s appropriate!

Law of Attraction

Friends, you must have heard this dialogue from the movie “Om Shanti Om”, “अगर किसी चीज़ को दिल से चाहो तो सारी कायनात उसे तुमसे मिलाने में लग जाती है”. This is called the Law of Attraction as a principle. This principle states that your thoughts become reality, thoughts become things. For example: If you think that you have a lot of money, if you work hard to earn it through a right way, then you will really have a lot of money, if you think that I will always live in poverty, then this also becomes true.

I sincerely hope that you want to try the Law of Attraction and so are interested to know in detail. I believe that nothing in life happens by chance, every little thing is related to each other. So, if you are reading this, then surely some good change is going to happen in your life.

Believe me, if you take information about it with full faith and try to implement it in life, then everything in your life will be meaningful whose dreams you have been dreaming till now.

What is the Law of Attraction:

Law of Attraction Definition– From each of your thoughts an energy flows through which meets the cosmic energy spread in the universe. When both the frequencies meet together, then your idea becomes true in front of you.

This Law of Attraction dictates every person, event, situation and success in your life that you always think about and believe that it will happen.

What is the psychology behind this law?

The Law of Attraction It is a collection of our beliefs and our mental perceptions. Based on this, you can attract more of what you want in your life.

People who believe in the Law of Attraction tend to be highly focused in their lives. Because they know that every single thought of theirs is shaping their future.
Although some people do not agree with this. But the principle of the Law of Attraction is that it works so much for the one who believes in it.

Let me explain it to you by giving an example. Has it ever happened that even before doing any work, you felt that it would not be successful? Tried a lot to make that work successful but failed. Your mind is the most magnetic force in this world.

If something is not feeling right in the depths of your mind, then it will be exactly like that. As our conscience believes, it attracts the same circumstances or things.

History of Law of attraction:

If you look in the pages of history, you will find that Indian sages have been using it for centuries.

Nevertheless, the principles of attraction were first mentioned in a book by writer Helena Blavatsky in 1877. In 1886, author Prentice Mulford first clarified the principles of the Laws of Attraction.

However, many scholars, psychologists and spiritual masters believe that it has existed since the beginning of the world. That’s what I believe too.

If you study all the religious texts or history deeply in search of evidence, you will find that all the great kings, saints or religious gurus used the Law of Attraction in their lives to achieve their goals. had achieved.

Books on the Law of Attraction:

By the way, there are many books in the market which have been written on the topic of Law of Attraction. But the most popular book is Rahasya [The Secret].
The author of this book has met great people of the world and based on their experiences [law of attraction] has been written in a very simple and detailed manner.

He also has a movie called Rahasya [The Secret] which you can watch on YouTube.

How to use the Law of Attraction:

As soon as the frequency of the radio goes to the right channel, its voice starts to be heard clearly, similarly if the frequency of our thoughts and feelings is found, then that thought of yours can change your life.

To match these two frequencies, you should keep repeating these thoughts in your mind. Try not to just repeat the thoughts in your mind, but try to feel how you will feel when that idea of yours becomes true. Things comes out better when you write it on an notebook whether be it rough or fair ideas should come out on paper as clear as possible.

For example, if you want to buy a car, then you should not have such feelings with that car that you do not know whether it will happen or not. Such negative thoughts are harmful.

So, you should have complete faith in your thoughts and feelings. Because faith and unbelief cannot work together. You must have complete faith in yourself. If you have faith and belief in yourself and your dream also you are working for it day and night then I suppose that nothing in this world or in the other worlds could stop you in pursuing them. So, good luck to those fellas who are going to try this concept in their real lives and someday they will achieve their dream.

Covid -19 vaccine

©
Equitable access to safe and effective vaccines is critical to ending the COVID-19 pandemic, so it is hugely encouraging to see so many vaccines proving and going into development. WHO is working tirelessly with partners to develop, manufacture and deploy safe and effective vaccines.

Safe and effective vaccines are a game-changing tool: but for the foreseeable future we must continue wearing masks, cleaning our hands, ensuring good ventilation indoors, physically distancing and avoiding crowds.

Being vaccinated does not mean that we can throw caution to the wind and put ourselves and others at risk, particularly because research is still ongoing into how much vaccines protect not only against disease but also against infection and transmission.

See WHO’s landscape of COVID-19 vaccine candidates for the latest information on vaccines in clinical and pre-clinical development, generally updated twice a week. WHO’s COVID-19 dashboard, updated daily, also features the number of vaccine doses administered globally.

But it’s not vaccines that will stop the pandemic, it’s vaccination. We must ensure fair and equitable access to vaccines, and ensure every country receives them and can roll them out to protect their people, starting with the most vulnerable.

Trigger on DDL statement

This trigger gets fired when DDL statement such as CREATE, ALTER, or DROP command is issued. DDL triggers canbe associated with the database or with a schema. Moreover depending on the time of firing of trigger, this tigger canbe classified into BEFORE and AFTER. Hence the triggers van DDL statements can be as follows: – BEFORE CREATE and AFTER CREATE triggers fire when a schema object is created in the database or schema. – BEFORE ALTER and AFTER ALTER triggers fire when a schema object is altered in the database or schema. – BEFORE DROP and AFTER DROP triggers fire when a schema object is dropped from the database or schema. Example : Let us create a trigger called “no_drop_pass” that fires before dropping any object on the schema of the user with username “jyo”.It checks whether the object type and name. If the object name is ” passenger_det”and object type is table, it raises an application error and presents dropping of the table. The syntax for creating the trigger is as follows. SQL> connect Enter user-name :system Enter password :******* Connected. SQL>CREATE OR REPLACE TRIGGER no_drop_pass 2 BEFORE DROP ON JYO. SCHEMA 3 DECLARE 4 MESSAGE VARCHAR2 (1000) := 5 ‘No drop allowed on’ 6 DICTIONARY_ OBJECT_OWNER || ‘-‘|| 7 DICTIONARY_OBJECT_NAME ||’from’|| LOGIN_USER; 8 BEGIN 9 IF DICTIONARY_OBJ_OWNER = ‘JYO’ AND 10 DICTIONARY_OBJ_NAME = ‘PASSENGER_DET’ AND 11 DICTIONARY_OBJ_TYPE = ‘TABLE’ 12 THEN 13 RAISE_APPLICATION_ERROR (-20905, MESSAGE) ; 14 END IF; 15 END; 16 / Trigger created. The trigger is executed as shown below. SQL>connect Enter user-name: JYO Enter password : ***** Connected. SQL> drop table passenger_det; drop table passenger_det * ERROR at line 1: ORA-00604 : error occurred at recursive SQL level 1 ORA-20905 : No drop allowed on JYO. PASSENGER_DET from JYO ORA-06512 : at line 11

The evolution of Database Management system

The main objective of the database is to ensure that data can be stored and retrieved easily and effectively. It is a compilation of data (records) in a structured way. In a database, the information is stored in a tabular form where data may or may not interlinked. Hence we cam say that basically database is a compilation of database files and each database file is further a collection of records.

The chronological order of the development of DBMS is as follows 1. Flat Files (1970s-1990s) 2. Hierarchical (1970s-1990s) 3. Network (1970s- 1990s) 4. Relational (1980s-present) 5. Object-Oriented (1990s- present) 6. Object-Relational (1990s-present) 7. Web enabled (1990s-present) 1.Flat Files (1970s-1990s) : Flat files database is a database that stores information in a single file or table. In text file, every line contains one record where fields either have fixed length or they are separated by commas, whitespaces, tabs or any records and they cannot contain multiple tables as well. 2.Hierarchical (1970s-1990s) : As the name indicates, hierarchical database contains data in a hierarchically-arranged data. More Perceptively it can parent can have many children but one child can only have one parent i. e.,; one-to-many relationship. Its hierarchical structure contains levels or segments which are equivalent to the file system’s record type. All attributes of a specific record are listed under the entity type. 3.Network database (1970s -1990s) : The inventor of network model is Charles Bachmann. Unlike hierarchical database model, network database allows multiple parent and child relationships i. e., it maintains many-to many relationship. Network database is basically a graph structure. The network database model was created to achieve three main objectives: . To represent complex data relationship more effectively. . To improve the performance of the database. . To improve a database standard. 4.Realationl database (1980s-present) : Relationship database model was proposed by E. F. Codd. After the hierarchical and network model the birth of this model was huge step ahead. It allows the entities to be related through a common attribute. In the table there are alternative keys. This property makes this model extremely flexible. 5.Object – oriented database (1990s -present) : Object-Oriented database management system is that database system in which the data or information is presented in the form of objects, much like in object-Oriented programming language. Furthermore, object oriented DBMS also facilitate the user by offering transportation support, language for various queries, and indexing options. Also, these database systems have the ability to handle data efficiently over multiple servers. Unlike relationship database object-oriented database works in the framework of real programming language like JAVA or C++. 6. Object- relationship database (1990s-present) : Defined in simple teams, an object relationship database management system displays a modified object- oriented user- display over the already implemented relationship database management system. When various software interact with this modified- database management system, they will customarily operate in a manner such that data is assumed to be saved as objects. The basic working of this database management system is that is translated the useful data into organized tables distributed in rows and columns, and from then onwards, it manages data thr same way done in s relational database system. Similarly, when the data is to be accessed by the user, it is again translated from processed to complex form.

Covid-19 and learning Process

Impact of online learning process and only one way of progression during the hard times of human world

Photo by Mat Reding on Pexels.com

During covid-19, virtual learning was effective way of learning as it gives opportunity to various students for exposing there interested areas and it helps in building skills. Not only this, learners came into overt contact with technology. This destabilizing effects all of us but online classes divert the attention of students through knowledge gaining process. Beside this, it has certain de- merits in the life of learners as they become lazy, inattentive and there routine gets disturbed. Simultaneously students take these classes lightly and the procedure of learning gets slow as compared to physical classes. Although, students have social impacts as they are unable to have interaction with there peers, teachers and other members of society which they have while going to school and college. It also hit mentally to the students because of the boundation for going outside the home. Therefore, online classes has both pros. and cons upon students in various ways. Technology has a major role for keeping the holistic growth of learners as it helps in there solace. Virtual learning becomes good source during difficult days of students. Children of every group can enhance himself/herself by the use of technology. As a result, this process leads to efficient and productive learning.

Self Confidence

Confidence is something that can be tough thing to build up. Not every one is born with inbuilt sense of self-confidence. Sometime it can be hard to develop confidence, either because personal experiences, have caused you to lose confidence or because you suffer from low self-esteem.

A confident person does what the believe is right, even if it’s unpopular. If that person is willing to take risks then his/her confidence increase. They also admits their mistakes and learns from them. A confident person will be able to accept a compliment and is also optimistic.

Self confidence is very much important because self-confidence is a feeling of trust in one’s abilities, qualities and judgment. Children with a health sense of self-confidence are able to feel good about themselves and know that they deserve respect from others. For example-if a guitarist know how to play a particular song in front of the audience then that’s self-confidence. Confidence in oneself, one’s abilities etc. A measure of one’s belief in one’s own abilities is also termed a s self-confidence.

Confidence can help you take on the world with more energy and determination, resulting in better relationships, quality work and a feeling of being connected with your surroundings. Self-confident people usually can influence others more easily as well as control their own emotions and behaviors more responsibly.

On the other hand, low self-confidence might make you feel full of self-doubt, be passive or submissive, or have difficulty trusting others. You may feel inferior, unloved or be sensitive to criticism. Feeling confident in yourself might depend on the situation. For instance, you can feel very confident in some areas, such as academics, but lack confidence in others, like relationships. Having low or high self-confidence is rarely related to your actual abilities, and mostly based on your perceptions. Perceptions are the way you think about yourself and these thoughts can be flawed.

Low self-confidence might stem from different experiences, such as growing up in an un-supportive and critical environment, being separated from your friends or family for the first time, judging yourself too harshly, or being afraid of failure. People with low self-confidence often have errors in their thinking.

How to increase your self-confidence

  • Recognize and emphasize your strengths. Reward and praise yourself for your efforts and progress.
  • When you stumble on an obstacle, treat yourself with kindness and compassion. Don’t dwell on failure.
  • Set realistic and achievable goals. Do not expect perfection, it is impossible to be perfect in every aspect of life.
  • Slow down when you are feeling intense emotions and think logically about the situations.
  • Challenge making assumptions about yourself, people and situations.
  • Recognize that past negative life experiences do not dictate your future.
  • Express your feelings, beliefs and needs directly and respectful.
  • Learn t say no to unreasonable requests.
  • Individual counseling can also help increase your self-confidence if you need more help.

Still lack confidence

Sometimes the quick fixes don’t help in the long term. If you’re feeling bad and things just don’t seem to be improving, it’s worth talking to someone who knows how to help you. Professionals like psychologists can help you develop strategies to help you build up your confidence. They may also be able to help you understand any underlying problems that might be causing you to feel bad about yourself.

Science and Technology

Science and technology is like a fire, it can cook man’s food or cook the man himself. As natures law, nothing is harmful until it is used with harmful intentions. In this modern world one of the basic need of of Human beings is technology. Can you just imagine your own life without technologies? your answer would be a big ‘NO’ because you cant even read articles like this without technology.

Science and technology have given man innumerable machines, gadgets, and devices such as TV, AC, computers, vehicles, internet, smartphones, etc. These things have made his life so easy and full of comforts.  Science and technology have the potential to solve all of man’s problems and challenges provided it is put to right use. But this potential is not being explored. Man is busy misusing science. For example, our planet earth has so much of Uranium, Thorium, Plutonium, etc. that if used optimally, abundant power can be generated for all the people living in all the countries of the planet. The sad thing is man’s focus is on creating deadly nuclear weapons out of these wonderful resources given to him by beneficent Nature.

All the problems related to pollution, environmental degradation can be fixed by science. All the cities around the world can be turned into smart cities using science, all the vehicles that emit toxic gases can be converted into zero emission vehicle using science. all the sewage, garbage, effluents, toxic fumes coming out of chimneys can be turned into non-polluting substances using science. However this is being done only in the most advanced countries of the world.

f there is a thing of development of a country or development of a city or a development of specific field, then the development needs Technology. Development in Science and technology is very important to our futuristic world.

And because of futuristic Technologies and Science the humans can stay their life properly and because of which there might be not a problem in the future to leave a people on the earth

We can say that technology, science and development are equally proportional to each other. Development of the science and technology depends on the analysis of technologies and scientific fields.

According to director Taika Waititi, many of the movie dialogues, 80 % in his words, are actually improvised. The “Get Help” scene was improvised on-the-spot by Chris Hemsworth. It went on to become a fan-favorite scene from the movie. The “He’s a friend from work!” dialogue was an input from a child who had visited the set of Thor: Ragnarok through the ‘Make A Wish’ Foundation. The childhood snake scene was once again an improvisation by Chris Hemsworth.

‘Toofan’ review: Farhan Akhtar’s boxer fights the battle of the bulge

Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s boxing drama also stars Mrunal Thakur and Paresh Rawal in pivotal roles.

The progress of Toofan is written on the body of its pugilist hero: light on its feet in the early triumphant phase, heavy in the middle, sluggish during the drudge years but sprightly again after the demons have been chased away.

Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s boxing drama traces the ascent of Mumbai hoodlum Aziz Ali from the pits to the top of the heap. Aziz (Farhan Akhtar) and his buddy Munna (Hussain Dalal) are enforcers for Dongri gangster Jaffer (Vijay Raaz). A chance encounter with sparky doctor Ananya (Mrunal Thakur) sets Aziz on the straight and narrow.

That path leads to coach Narayan Prabhu (Paresh Rawal), who, despite his barely concealed contempt for Aziz on account of his faith, spots Aziz’s talent in the ring. Dongri or Dubai, it’s all the same, Narayan sneers. But he nevertheless sculpts the directionless hunk before him into a match-winning champion.

The setbacks suffered by every screen boxer in the history of screen boxing drive mentor and mentee apart. Toofan – the title refers to Narayan’s nickname for Aziz – is faithful to the cliches of this kind of movie. But it’s saved from being a storm in a teacup by a well-mounted production, committed performances and likable characters.

A regulation boxing film, if done well and kept to a trim runtime, isn’t a bad thing at all. The problem with Toofan is that it doesn’t put enough flesh on a barebones story to justify its extraordinary 162-minute running length.

Toofan is based on a story idea by Farhan Akhtar and Anjum Rajabali’s screenplay. The early portions of the Amazon Prime Video release are fleet and fun, if deeply familiar. Aziz’s encounter with Ananya leads to an old-fashioned romance, filled with idealism, tenderness and Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy songs.

Aziz’s progress is so rapid that it appears that the movie has all but wrapped up within an hour. But a secret known only to Ananya explodes in Aziz’s face, leading to many more minutes of agony until the expected fightback.

A tale of grit and glory with generous lashings of stardust, the movie uses its Mumbai setting to re-introduce us to Gully Boy dialogue writer Vijay Maurya’s keen ear for the city’s unique slang. Mumbai’s famed cosmopolitanism is reflected in the tolerance that marks the Aziz-Ananya coupling. It’s as fairy-tale as they come, but allows a woman to have her own corner of the ring in an overwhelmingly male genre.

External factors explain what needed to have been deeply interior states. Aziz is a benign thug who loves orphans on account of his own hardscabble childhood. Narayan has a reason for using an unspeakable slur to describe Muslims.

The exploration of religious bigotry is laboured, a spanner in the works thrown in just to get Aziz out of the way, The villain that ruins Aziz’s party too comes out of nowhere.

Toofan moves along on the strength of Farhan Akhtar’s immersion in Aziz’s travails and Mrunal Thakur’s winning warmth. Akhtar’s physical transformation, which follows a similar feat in director Mehra’s Milkha Singh biopic Bhaag Milkha Singh, lends the boxing scenes the necessary punch and power.

Paresh Rawal, cleverly cast as a Muslim-hater, makes for a solid grouchy patriarch. The notable cameos include Mohan Agashe as Narayan’s drinking buddy and Supriya Pathak as Ananya’s helpful colleague.

A walk-on part for Sonali Kulkarni, one of the heroines in Farhan Akhtar’s directorial debut in Dil Chahta Hai 20 years ago, indicates that while some things have changed forever in the imagination of the Hindi movie universe, others haven’t. Akhtar still gets to play a young man in a delayed coming-of-age story. Kulkarni, as Narayan’s wife, suggests that some fights are destined to be lost.

Who is a good leader ?

Leadership is a quality which can be inherent in a person or acquired through practice and experience like many other qualities. A leader leads the group and at the same time sets an example for the amount of efforts to be put by each member.

A good leader acts like a catalyst in the group , giving direction to the efforts of members and facilitating effective communication among the people.

He always welcomes all suggestions regarding an issue with open arms without making the members feel that their suggestion is useless or not good as the other member. He considers all the suggestions seriously and tries to include all the members in discussions.

A good leader is a visionary and a strategist who plans ahead and implements in a meticulous manner . He acts as a facilitator and a coach .

At last , a good leader inspires the followers with every action and every word he speaks .

Pareto Principle: A hack to success

80/20 Rule – Vilfredo Pareto was a renowned economist of Italy. Once while he was still studying, he was reading articles on wealth distribution and income in England in 1897. Then he came to know a unique thing, that the occupied land and money of England are in the hands of only a few people. Not only this, he was also surprised to know that only 20% of the people own the entire land of England.

The economist’s curiosity increased as soon as this fact came to the fore, and he studied it very deeply and found out from research, that this principle proved to be true not only about other countries and other times, but absolutely true about things other than money.

This rule states that any work in which we give maximum labor, 80% of the work gives us a good result of 20% of the labor. Whereas, on the contrary, 20% of actions give a person 80% good results i.e. achievement of the goal.

It will be clear from just a small example suppose, in a garden, if 80% of peas are cultivated in a garden, only 20% of pea pods are coming out. In this way this principle was formulated, it is also called Pareto Principle or abbreviated 80-20 principle. It is scientifically applicable to other things as well. Such as business, relationship, studies and health.

Where can we apply Pareto/ 80-20 Principle?

  • From study point of view: – It is generally seen that some students read the entire text material completely. When their exams are near. Even after reading everything, he could not remember a single question very well. he leaves after spoiling the paper.
  • Schedule Your Study Time: – Another thing a student can do is use the 80-20 principle. The first student studies from morning till evening during the examination to fix the proper time of study. Which is absolutely wrong. On the other hand, if we talk about the other students, he gets up at the appointed time and studies in a planned manner. So that his entire attention gets focused towards studies. Apart from other activities are also included in his daily routine. Even after the examination, he does not bring any kind of change in his routine. So that he gets good marks in the examination.

How To Apply Pareto Principle:

First of all, a person should decide the time, which work should be completed at what time. For this, you have to make a list, prepare this list for only 1 week, pay attention to the activities of a week, then you will know that as well as be surprised, you will get only 20% in the routine that went 80 percent of the planned routine. The activity itself is yielding good results.

Now your second task will be that you will reduce 80% of the tasks from your routine, and 20% will be oriented towards the tasks giving successful results, so that you can get 80% good results.

Advantages of Pareto Principle:

1) If you want to become a successful businessman, then to achieve this goal, under 80-20 rule, first of all, give priority to those tasks, so that your business can reach heights.

2) By applying this rule in student life also, the student can achieve his goal. For this you should study with special attention on selected important topics by staying in discipline at a planned time. This will focus the person, as well as The goal will be achieved.

3) Apart from studies, money, relationships are also very important for a person. It is very important to give importance to loved ones along with work. Using the 80-20 Rule, you will find that a successful person gives enough time to his close relatives, who stand like a rock in their sorrow and happiness.

4) It is not that you follow the 80-20 rule only to achieve a particular goal, you can also use it to make your routine effective, for this you will have to give special time to the work that you need Get better results.

Conclusion:

In this way you must have understood, how far Pareto’s 80-20 rule is meaningful in making a person successful. How it can give a person great success in a short period of time. Not only this, it is also very effective in achieving you any goal. Whether it is business, education and relationships, everyone’s only goal is to make a person successful.

Sometimes success is not achieved even after putting a lot of effort, the reason behind this is that the person does not have any effective plan of his own, he wants to be successful only with the help of labor. Whereas for success, a person has to make various changes from time to time. Only then the person gets success. In order to be successful, a person should work in a phased manner with planning and diligence. This is only possible through an 80-20 principal.

Keep the artist alive inside of you!!

We all have an artistic side, sometimes we lose touch with this side of ourselves. Maybe we are busy chasing our dreams, or perhaps, like me, you’ve experienced long periods of time where you swore off your projects or just shoved them away, into the darkness. No matter what the reason remember this is a part of you and will always remain so, all you need is a little tap on the shoulder of genius that fell asleep due to the changing chapters of our lives.

An artist working on his art

There are a million reasons, which can force you to keep the art you wanted to work on for hold, because your priorities changed. Maybe the changing lifestyles – or our daily routines. The new hustler thinking way of life with the trending taglines ” hustle hard , fight back”. Sure hard work is key to success, but so is resting phase which gives us time to collect out pieces, disregarded more often than not.

Some of the this story will relate to my own experience of being a “creative” — in other words, a human being that likes to dabble in some form of artful expression — which applies to most of us. Whether your art be writing, painting, acting, singing, dancing — I’m sure we’ve all had moments where it seemed difficult to “pull off” or reignite that creative spark.

But, you can always find that spark in yourself . It’s never too late or early for anything in life.

Believe in yourself

Time is of essence but your will power is even more important, so have the courage to pick your pencil , to put on your dance costume, to sing once again or whatever you want to do once again.

“Believe you can and you are half way there.”

It is crucial to remember that self doubt is part of our lives, without exception. Thinking “Oh! I’m not good enough at painting, so I should just quit.” or “I can’t write anywhere nearly as good as that guy, so what’s the point?” These thoughts are not uncommon, they’re just hurdles you need to pass to reach the first and the most prominent step to resurrecting your creative genius.

Allow yourself to explore

Give yourself the permission to let loose, once in a while let go of your thoughts. Go on a journey, doesn’t have to be somewhere far but a rather new destination, the lake, the new cafe. Meet new people. Appreciate the beauty of things that you forgot to notice in a hurry. Go on a journey without planning anything. Go with the flow!!

Surround yourself with people who share your interest, your energy. Create a visual of your ideas that you can meditate on often. Put it where you can see it, it will inspire you. De-clutter your mind of unfinished business so you can think more clearly.

Let go and embrace your surrounding

Practice doing nothing

“Follow your heart instead of your deadlines.”

We are constantly on the go. We have things to do, places to be, deadlines to meet, and schedules to keep, going, and doing, and planning. Stop. Take a day or an hour to do nothing, think nothing. Give yourself time to reset the brain wiring that you’re constantly used to.

Think out of the Box

Step out of your comfort zone. Do something completely new and out of character for you. Do something that scares you and feel your self come alive. Yes, creativity is risky stuff. Being creative pushes against boundaries. You must risk. You must make more mistakes. Let yourself make mistakes. Art is not for the safe. If we operate within safety, our creativity suffers.

Take short breaks. Sleep because, “Lack of sleep has serious effects on our brain’s ability to function”. And an important thought there is no failure or success in art. An art is art and it’s worth is determined by the person who is there to evaluate it, therefore it’s relative.

At last, there are so many of us who are still keeping the genius inside us at bay. Bring it to life . Try something new. Risk. Try. Fail. Try something else. Do it all again. Remember to have fun ya’ll!!!!!

NEED OF YOUTH PARTICIPATION IN POLITICS.

Is it important to involve youth in critical activities? Many initiatives have been taken in many colleges, schools among students to enter politics. It is said that the field of politics in India is not as suitable for youth and educated masses. This perception is being changed now, by educating them and changing their mind towards politics, and pursuing politics as a career. To select the political representative, everyone should be included, when young people are given rights to put their thought, voice and their influence to put on some right and generous decision. Because important audiences aren’t allowed to put their voices which is the consequence of the power of political representatives.

To make a difference in the longer term, it is important to engage young personalities to formulate in politics to put their voices forward to make today’s and tomorrow’s politics. Political Participation is not only the basic demographic rights but also to build a peaceful society, developing policies that respond to specific needs of youth. For them, they should be given proper knowledge, education, space to speak up, and they should be known of their rights and also the capacity to perform at all times. India is now in the transition stage, So, if there are any obstacles for youth to enter and perform in the political process, they will feel less confident, powerless because they will think that their voice is not heard and given less importance even after trying there level best to make society a  better one. The problem is general, as politicians lose their interest to respond to the needs of young people, sometimes if there are not being voted by that them. This leads to young people excluding themselves from making decisions, debates related to issues of politics, social-economic issues, even after demanding justice, environmental protection, etc. Youth will also increase the dialogue and talks between leaders and the general public.

In India, all major political parties have young youth as their wings, such as Indian Youth Congress, Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad. There has been an ongoing awareness on the importance of youth camps rights and importance of them to represent the need in the country by Youth India Foundation. They are also working on decrease the age of candidacy from 25 or lower. Rishabh Mukati is the youngest politician who is working for the public and also the slogan of public service.
Thus, bring a dynamic change in society and the current political scenario. It can be said that youth participation is not a desire it is much needed for our nation.

Public Relations in the Pandemic.

The world has always been changing since its formation but at a very slow pace until last year, that is 2020 with the breakout of Covid 19. When all these years we have learnt about man being a social being and that man cannot live without company, now all we hear are words like ‘isolation’, ‘distancing’ etc. We are advised not to come into contact with people unless it is extremely necessary. With the unexpected breakout of Covid 19, the world has changed tremendously. When everything in the world is on the verge of rapid change, so is Public Relations.

What is Public Relation?

Public Relation is the practice of maintaining a healthy relationship between organization and public/ employees, investors, partners and the like. It refers to a convincing communication process where the organization adopts instruments, ideas and strategies to bring about cooperation and understanding between an organization and public.

Impact of Covid 19 on Public Relations

With the Covid 19 situation across the globe, the flow of information has taken a different turn where the strategies and communication policies of Public Relations has taken a faster pace of mobility than pre – covid times.

The two extremely popular applications like Facebook and WhatsApp has become the best friends of the public through which they could connect with the outside world despite of being confined to the four walls of their house. Although these applications are informal source of communication yet business, education related information and even news are disseminated through it. Even government officials, political parties, several brands made use of these apps to maintain relations with the public.

With the horrifying outcome of the pandemic, the PR professionals ought to make sure that the public is served with verified and authentic facts and news rather than taking advantage of the fragility of the pandemic situation and circulating ‘sold’ stories. The PR professionals are endowed with national responsibility to serve the public with relevant information.

The PR professionals need to understand and figure out the wants of the public to maintain their bond. In the recent times, India has witnessed a sudden rise in the trend of binge watching when many popular shows and daily soaps were telecasted. Also, news channels has become the evening tea partners for many. To understand what the public wants has become the need of the hour.

Conclusion

It cannot be denied that Covid 19 has lead to digital acceleration in India and everywhere across the world . Even after the pandemic gets under control, this tendency to digitalisation would stay and leave behind an important legacy.

When the country has faced the cruel waves of the pandemic, the PR agencies are expected to feed the public with what times and public demands. The PR practitioners are expected to adapt to the changing trends in order to maintain healthy bonds with the public.

Co-Parenting: The Equal Responsibility of Both Parents to Look After Their Child

Co-parenting is the duty of both parents to look after their child. Just because a mother has given birth, it doesn’t signify only a mother’s responsibility towards her child. A father is equally responsible for every minute detail of the child. In this way, both the parents can bond with their child and get to know about their baby’s likes and dislikes equally.

Examples of how to co-parent for the father:

  • Changing diapers
  • Feeding the baby
  • Bathing and cleaning up the baby
  • Being present at the doctor’s visits
  • Shopping for the baby
  • Playing with the baby
  • Helping the mother prepare food for the baby
  • Putting the baby to sleep
  • Checking on the baby at night
  • Giving the baby medicines

Co-parenting is helpful for the mother as delivering a baby (through vaginal birth or C-section) is not easy at all. She needs proper rest and nutrition. Like most fathers’ lives don’t change after having a baby, a mother’s life should not change either. If both the parents take care of the baby equally, then the process of raising a baby becomes easy.

Fathers who co-parent become an inspiration for fathers who don’t. Raising a child is a very big responsibility, so it should be shared. There are many parents who have delivered more than one child, so the responsibility increases. It becomes very strenuous for the mother to look after the babies alone. There are many mothers who don’t get help from their family members in raising their children. There are many who cannot afford domestic help/ nanny for the babies. So, a father’s role is very important in this process. A mother tends to feel relieved after the father has stepped in, as she knows that no one will take care of the baby as well as the baby’s father.

There are many women who want to continue with their job/business after delivery. If the father starts co-parenting, the mother can fulfil her dreams even after having a baby.

A salute to all the mothers for delivering a baby (or babies), and to the fathers for co-parenting!

Simple things to do to help the environment.

Unfortunately, people have not always been good custodians of the planet. We must all take proactive efforts toward cleaner living practices in order to conserve the environment and preserve the earth for our children and future generations.

We are the first generation to recognize that we are killing the world, and we may be the last to act. One of the most powerful things you can do is speak up, especially to the appropriate people.

  1. Reuse and recycle are two words that come to mind when thinking about the environment. Recycle Bin Made of PlasticThe largest environmental advantage comes from reducing the amount of “things” you consume. It’s ideal to avoid waste in the first place, so consider your purchases more carefully.Reusing objects saves both natural resources and energy that would otherwise be used to create new ones, as well as money.
  2. Consumption reduction can have a significant environmental impact. The three “R’s”—reduce, reuse, and recycle—get a lot of press, but the earth might benefit from a greater emphasis on the most crucial and overlooked “R”: trash. You say “no” when you refuse, which isn’t always easy. None of the freebies at events, the inexpensive things on clearance, the hot new children’s toys, or the latest devices that claim to improve your life are necessary. And they nearly invariably end up in the trash or in the back of a closet, forgotten.
  3. Instead of ordinary light bulbs, use energy-saving light bulbs. They last longer, saving you money (any little bit helps when it comes to a college budget, right?).Encourage you to turn off lights, televisions, and other appliances while not in use. When it’s not in use, turn down the heat or air conditioning. This is especially true in the transitional period between seasons. In the early fall, consider opening your windows or layering your clothing.
  4. Water is squandered on a far larger scale than we can see. While brushing your teeth, turn off the faucet. Wait until you’re ready to hop in the shower and wash your hair before turning it on. When washing dishes, try to use as little water as possible. It is beneficial to both the environment and your wallet to change old behaviors.
  5. Automobiles are hazardous to the environment. Taking public transportation, walking, or riding a bike to class are all healthier options that assist the environment, save money, and provide exercise! If you do need to drive, compare your schedules and residency locations to those in your classes. You may share the expense of gas and set up alternating driving schedules.

Conclusion

The most important method to help save nature and its species is to encourage others to realize its importance and beauty.

In May, the central government permitted the Indian railways to launch Shramik Special trains for them to travel. Government-provided free food, transportation to the workers as the problems for them haven’t been solved. 2. There was a drug shortage due to this pandemic as 70% of supplies of the medicines came from china, and in the early stage of covid, the situation in China was worse. Later India banned 26 exports of pharmaceutical companies, which led to the global shortage. During the second wave of the pandemic, India faced issues with important medicines of covid patients, which led their families to enter the Black Market, and the prices of the same were doubled up, and also led to the rise of these cost of raw materials for medicines.
3. when covid-19 cases increased in Mumbai in March, so the government declared the closure of schools and colleges. All the exams like CBSE, JEE, engineering exams were postponed and CBSE released the revised timetables including safety precautions for examinations. There was the cancellation of all the regular exams in college and schools and were promoted based on their prior performance. schools, colleges, and institutions have adapted e-learning and many have adopted this trend.
4. the First wave was a major impact as compared to the second wave. Since covid-19 has started the poverty is increased and many lives have been affected. In the first wave the power demand, labor participation, and railway fright were on-demand, and in the second wave, it wasn’t that much. Indian stock exchange has witnessed a big crash in March 2020. On 12th March 2020, the Indian stock exchange suffered a huge loss since 2017. Sensex fell 4000 points (13.15%), NSE NIFTY fell 1150 points (12.98%). Since October the stock market, it is at a normal pace. 5. In March 2020, the government announced that no International flights will be allowed to India. Indigo and Go first started cancelling flights. Later in March 20202, the government announced the cancellation of domestic flights too. Indian railway put many restrictions due to covid, they removed the curtains, they do not provide blankets, bedsheets, and cancelled 3700 trains. Local trains and metro services were banned and are only open to government officials. 6. Due to the emergence of lockdown, people started panic buying, retailers saw their average sale was doubling. This seems like retailers and consumers good firms pay were doubling in numbers. Which is a good thing for them but others were struggling a lot. People didn’t have anything to eat or buy. 7. Several sporting events were cancelled in India and foreign countries. Many film academy awards were postponed, cinema halls were shut, which led to the boom of the OTT platform as all the movies were releasing on it.

India and other countries are still facing covid-19. Rumors say that there is going to be a third wave as there are traces found in many parts of the UK, the USA, and many other places. We all know that the Olympics has begun in Tokyo, a fear of an increase in cases is still a topic to worry about. Covid positive rate is decreasing day by day. We can’t say this all over India because the highest cases are in Maharashtra. Vaccination has started in India has begun since March and millions of people are getting vaccinated in a day. It is a proud and positive thing for us to fight back with this covid situations.

Social Media : A boon or a bane?

Social Media is a virtual interactive platform for sharing ideas, views and information. It has become an inseparable part of our lives as it keeps us aware of the daily happenings around the world. With social media, we are just a few clicks away to access the unknown things. Without a doubt, social media has revolutionised the process of communication and with every passing day, communication game is getting stronger. Social Media applications like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Skype and other such apps has made life way more easier than ever.

Like the two sides of a coin, Social Media too has two sides.

Positive side of Social Media

Through social media, we can communicate with people even from far away places. We can broaden our friend circle through it by constantly interacting with unknown people and keeping in touch with our old friends.

Social Media has become a globalised platform to showcase the talents of people. People with various skills share their talents in the form of videos and post it on social media. It provides them with an opportunity to receive appreciation for their talent that further boost their confidence to carry on with what they excel in.

People can use Social Media platforms for business purposes. This is the most common thing that we witness nowadays. People start their business through social media applications like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc. YouTube is one such popular application that people use to earn money. People post videos on YouTube and gets paid if they fulfill the various criteria of getting paid, for example, crossing a certain number of views count, likes counts or subscribers count. A lot of businesses have flourished on Social Media and are still flourishing smoothly.

Social Media helps students in education too. Teachers can make use of social media to teach their students out of classroom situation. Especially in the time of pandemic when attending classes is not possible, social media applications have taken the place of classroom. Teachers takes online classes through various online meeting applications and share reading materials through other social media applications. Moreover, students can get extra information from surfing through social media.

Although Social Media has connected a lot of people and is making life easy, yet it has its own drawbacks.

Social Media makes people addicted to it when people constantly keeps on using social media. People are seen to spend quite a lot of time on social media ignoring other productive works. Social Media addiction keeps people aloof from real life situation that hampers their social life in the long run.

Social Media takes a toll on human health, be it physical health or mental health. Because a person sticks his eyes to the screen of various gadgets he is exposed to various eye ailments, headaches and body aches. Even his sleep schedule is disturbed when social media use is more than what is required.

Social Media gives us an unrealistic expectations of life and when in real we fail to meet with what we expected we become disappointed. When this disappointment goes on for a long time, we push ourselves to the web of depression. This greatly disturb our mental health.

Cyber bullying, hacking, catfishing etc are taking at a large scale in the present times. Social Media users are the easy targets of these online criminals. Because social media platforms has a thin layer of privacy, personal and private information of the users can be hacked. A person’s identity can be used in a derogatory manner by the criminals.

Social Media can also promote unhealthy competition among its users. Almost everyone on social media races to show how exciting their life is. Even though they lead a simple life yet they fake their lifestyle. When the other users constantly witness a happy and happening life of others, they feel insecured and inferior. In such cases, a person might not appreciate his own life and keeps on complaining about everything.

It can be said that social media is both a boon and a bane. Social Media can be used in both positive and negative ways. It is a great tool if operated with good intentions.

The ART of Writing Poems

Writing a poem is about observing the world around you and then describing it to the readers enabling them to see your perspective and the emotions. You can describe the beauty, the intensity, the desire, the pain and everything you feel through your poems in a beautiful way because remember –

“Poems are paintings which are made up of words.”

The Begining

TIPS FOR POETRY WRITING FOR BEGINNERS

START READING A LOT OF POEMS

If you want to write poetry then start by reading them. You don’t necessarily have to understand the deep underlying meaning behind everything, but try to understand the picture that the poet is trying to show you. Find your own interpretation of the poem and them compare how it differs from the original interpretation. It helps you to understand the very essence of poems and poetry writing.

You can also find your favourite poet, or you can go for the classical ones like Robert Frost, Mark Twain, William Wordsworth etc. Or, you can go for the greatest of all times William Shakespeare.

INCREASE YOUR VOCABULARY

As basic as it could get, but this is one of the most important part which helps you to write and put your imagination and express your thoughts accurately on paper is the correct usage of vocabulary and grammar. You need to avoid cliche in your poems, as it takes the power away because if the phrase is common then so is the emotion you are trying to express.

For example, you may notice you have used the cliche, “she was as busy as a bee” to describe a person in your poem. You may replace this cliche with a more unique phrase, such as “her hands were always occupied” or “she moved through the kitchen at a frantic pace.”

Increase your Knowledge

START SMALL

The first step is the most significant but the most difficult step to take. Therefore, you need to start small to give yourself a feeling of accomplishment which gives a boost to your morale and keeps you motivated. A simple rhyming poem can be a non-intimidating entry way to poetry writing.

Don’t mistake quantity for quality; a pristine seven-line free verse poem is more impressive than a sloppy, rambling epic of blank verse, which took far less time to compose. So keep calm and keep steady.

BE A KEEN OBSERVER

One of the key skill of writing authentic poems is observing your environment and being sensitive to situations. This enables you to express ordinary situation from an extraordinary view point. As with all forms of English language writing, communication is the name of the game in poetry, so if you want to tell short stories in your poems, embrace that instinct.

Learn to Observe

CONNECT WITH OTHER ASPIRING POETS

Find people who share your interest in poetry or in literature in general. Having your own community of people goes a long way in any field including poetry. Poets connect with one another via poetry readings and perhaps poetry writing classes. Good poetry can take many forms, and through a community, you may encounter different forms that vary from the type of poem you typically write—but are just as artistically inspiring. Seek out a poetry group where you can hear different types of poetry, discuss the art form, jot down new ideas, and learn from the work of your peers.

A supportive community can help you brainstorm ideas, influence your state of mind as an artist, and share poetry exercises that may have helped other members of the group produce great poetry.

CONCLUSION

Humans can express their thoughts in so many ways, writing poems is just one of the written forms but it is the most beautiful forms that one can choose to express their emotions and messages for their readers. So start with a new poem today that is yours for the world to read and understand.

India’s biggest conman: Natwarlal

Mithilesh Kumar Srivastava Aka Natwarlal

You must have heard the name of Natwarlal, but do you know this name, which has become the synonym of vicious thugs, was first used for whom. The real name of that thug was Mithilesh Kumar Srivastava who was born in Siwan district of Bihar. Even Tata, Birla, Ambani were not saved from their fraud. He sold the Taj Mahal, Red Fort, Rashtrapati Bhavan and even the Parliament House along with its 545 sitting MPs. That too not once but many times.

He was such a thug who became a legend in his lifetime due to his exploits of thugs. A thug whose village people take pride in fact that he was born in his village. A thug whom thugs across the country considers as their ideal. The name of this thug was Natwarlal which later came to be used for every vicious thug.

Natwarlal was born in the year 1912 in the village of Bangra, which comes under Siwan district of Bihar. Before becoming a thug, he was a lawyer. Natwarlal cheated hundreds of people of crores of rupees during his lifetime and had more than 50 fake names. He was also adept at forging signatures of famous people. He had duped big industrialists whose list included the names of Tata, Birla and Ambani.

Natwarlal stole lakhs of rupees from shopkeepers by giving fake cheques and demand drafts. More than 100 cases were registered against him and the police of 8 states were behind him. He was also caught and sentenced to 113 years in jail but no jail in the country could stop Natwarlal. He managed to escape 8 times from the different jails of the country.

When he last escaped from the prison in 1966, he was 84 years old and used to walk in a wheelchair. He was brought from Kanpur jail to AIIMS Hospital in New Delhi for treatment under police supervision. Natwarlal was last seen on 24 June 1996 and after that police could never catch him.

The way Natwarlal’s life remained mysterious, his death was also mysterious. In 2009, Natwarlal’s lawyer filed an application in the court to quash more than 100 cases pending against him as he died on 25 July 2009. However Natwarlal’s brother Ganga prasad Srivastava says that Natwarlal died in 1996 and was cremated in Ranchi.

A film based on Mithilesh Kumar Srivastava’s life ‘Raja Natwarlal’ was also made in which Paresh Rawal and Emraan Hashmi worked. In 2004, Aaj Tak aired several episodes based on Natwarlal’s life in its crime show ‘Jurm’.

Humans is Racism.

What’s a Racism? On Google one can read “prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism by an individual, community, or institution against a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized”.

Racism is one of the most toxic topic one can talk on and on but is the talker him/her a total sane. Who can different a Racist? No one. Simply, A racist is person who judges a person based on their appearance, how they talk, how they behave, spread non existence deed, ganging up a particular person or group based on differences of culture and appearance. Daily we come across incidents referring to racism. Few weeks back, In America at different states many Asians were being targeted and violated just because they look like Chinese. The victims were not Chinese they were just having their day and suddenly they become a victim of RACISM. Even during start of 2020 Covid pandemic many Asians living in India faced a lot of discrimination just because they were Asian and look like Asian which is Racism only.

Not only comm people but also world famous celebrities and renowned personalities are also victim of Racism just because they look different or they try to change the stereotype of society. One of the most controversial matter is most Popular World wide superstar boy band group from South Korea, BTS. All age of people now knows who BTS is. Seven boy band group member, pure Asian from south Korea. They won Grammy award first time in 2017 during which many American and other countries news reporter covered news regarding how seven slim waist boys sweep the world music industry, they jumped commenting on their looks, referring them females being male though. Pure act of racism yet it is still going on at time.

So where did the problem raised, discrimination faced by those people. Humans. Humans are the cause of pain of others. Racism are lead by we humans only because the other one looks superior, more successful and financially stable than you that’s why they racism on others. Racism can only changed when you decided to sit on other’s seat and feel the situation. When someone else react the same you did to other than you will feel the inferior complexion of yours. Racism victims tend to take drastic steps at deadly end, therefore being a human. Creature created by god as believed do at-least appreciate others if you can’t at least don’t try to discriminate someone or other race or religion because in-front of god everyone is same.

Why Child marraige should be banned ?

Child marraige refers to a marraige ( formal or informal ) of a child aged less than 18 to another child or an adult. In india a third of the global total girl children are married . Although child marraige is banned in india but this practice is still prevalent in many parts of the country like UP , Bihar , Maharashtra etc . It is a global issue as it is also prevalent in countries like Niger , Bangladesh , Mali , Chad , Guinea and Nepal .

Child marraige is primarily a poverty driven practice. A girl child is seen either as a burden or a ‘commodity’ which can be married off or sold for money. Often a girl loses all the future prospects of education after the marraige . Also , girls are forced to become a mother as soon as they get married in many countries. This puts them at a higher risk of STDs , teenage pregnancy , abortion and premature births. They are involved in household activities and have no chance of making a future or career.

A young boy who is put in a child marraige may not be ready to accept fatherhood. He may not be able to earn livelihood for the family.

Often in a child marraige , parenthood is inadequate and the marraige can be unstable . Most of the times there is no legal consent taken from either gender . Child marraige can leave children emotionally and physically traumatised and scarred for their life . In an age where they should study , play , make friends and discover themselves , they are involved in parenting and earning for the family. Child marraige is menace that should be completely erased from the world .

Empowering children by giving them education and spreading awareness among the masses regarding the hazards of child marraige can be done to stop this practice. Laws and practices will also help in curbing this menace. Proper incentives and opportunities should be provided to a poor family so that they do not get their children married off early . Overall , if a society works for completely eradicating this practice , then we can surely save children and teenagers from losing their youth and their future.

Do You Live with Anxiety? Here Are 11 Ways to Cope

Breathe: There are ways to calm your anxiety

Know that feeling of your heart beating faster in response to a stressful situation? Or perhaps, instead, your palms get sweaty when you’re confronted with an overwhelming task or event.

That’s anxiety — our body’s natural response to stress.

If you haven’t recognized your triggers yet, here are a few common: your first day at a new job, meeting your partner’s family, or giving a presentation in front of a lot of people. Everyone has different triggers, and identifying them is one of the most important steps to coping and managing anxiety attacks.

Identifying your triggers can take some time and self-reflection. In the meantime, there are things you can do to try to help calm or quiet your anxiety from taking over.

5 quick ways to cope with anxiety

If your anxiety is sporadic and getting in the way of your focus or tasks, there are some quick natural remedies that could help you take control of the situation.

If your anxiety is focused around a situation, such as being worried about an upcoming event, you may notice the symptoms are short-lived and usually subside after the anticipated event takes place.

Question your thought pattern

Negative thoughts can take root in your mind and distort the severity of the situation. One way is to challenge your fears, ask if they’re true, and see where you can take back control.

Practice focused, deep breathing

Try breathing in for 4 counts and breathing out for 4 counts for 5 minutes total. By evening out your breath, you’ll slow your heart rate which should help calm you down.

The 4-7-8 technique is also known to help anxiety.

Use aromatherapy

Whether they’re in oil form, incense, or a candle, scents like lavender, chamomile, and sandalwood can be very soothing.

Aromatherapy is thought to help activate certain receptors in your brain, potentially easing anxiety.

Go for a walk or do 15 minutes of yoga

Sometimes, the best way to stop anxious thoughts is to walk away from the situation. Taking some time to focus on your body and not your mind may help relieve your anxiety.

Write down your thoughts

Writing down what’s making you anxious gets it out of your head and can make it less daunting.

These relaxation tricks are particularly helpful for those who experience anxiety sporadically. They may also work well with someone who has generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) when they’re in a bind too!

However, if you suspect you have GAD, quick coping methods shouldn’t be the only kind of treatment you employ. You’ll want to find long-term strategies to help lessen the severity of symptoms and even prevent them from happening.

6 long-term strategies for coping with anxiety

If anxiety is a regular part of your life, it’s important to find treatment strategies to help you keep it in check. It might be a combination of things, like talk therapy and meditation, or it might just be a matter of cutting out or resolving your anxiety trigger.

If you’re not sure where to start, it’s always helpful to discuss options with a mental health professional who might suggest something you hadn’t thought of before.

Identify and learn to manage your triggers

You can identify triggers on your own or with a therapist. Sometimes they can be obvious, like caffeine, drinking alcohol, or smoking. Other times they can be less obvious.

Long-term problems, such as financial or work-related situations, may take some time to figure out — is it a due date, a person, or the situation? This may take some extra support, through therapy or with friends.

When you do figure out your trigger, you should try to limit your exposure if you can. If you can’t limit it — like if it’s due to a stressful work environment that you can’t currently change — using other coping techniques may help.

Some general triggers:

  • a stressful job or work environment
  • driving or traveling
  • genetics — anxiety could run in your family
  • withdrawal from drugs or certain medications
  • side effects of certain medications
  • trauma
  • phobias, such as agoraphobia (fear of crowded or open spaces) and claustrophobia (fear of small spaces)
  • some chronic illnesses like heart disease, diabetes, or asthma
  • chronic pain
  • having another mental illness such as depression
  • caffeine

Adopt cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)

CBT helps people learn different ways of thinking about and reacting to anxiety-causing situations. A therapist can help you develop ways to change negative thought patterns and behaviors before they spiral.

Do a daily or routine meditation

While this takes some practice to do successfully, mindful meditation, when done regularly, can eventually help you train your brain to dismiss anxious thoughts when they arise.

If sitting still and concentrating is difficult, try starting with yoga.

Try supplements or change your diet

Changing your diet or taking supplements is definitely a long-term strategy. Research shows certain supplements or nutrients can help anxiety reduction.

These include:

  • lemon balm
  • omega-3 fatty acids
  • ashwagandha
  • green tea
  • valerian root
  • kava kava
  • dark chocolate (in moderation)

However, it can take up to three months before your body is actually running on the nutrition these herbs and foods provide. If you’re taking other medications, make sure to discuss herbal remedies with your doctor.

Keep your body and mind healthy

Exercising regularly, eating balanced meals, getting enough sleep, and staying connected to people who care about you are great ways to stave off anxiety symptoms.

Ask your doctor about medications

If your anxiety is severe enough that your mental health practitioner believes you’d benefit from medication, there are a number of directions to go, depending on your symptoms. Discuss your concerns with your doctor.

When is my anxiety harmful?

Identifying what sort of anxiety you’re dealing with can be somewhat challenging because how one’s body reacts to perceived danger can be entirely different compared to another person.

It’s likely you heard anxiety as a blanket term for that general feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease. It’s often a feeling grown in response to an upcoming event that has an uncertain outcome.

Every person deals with it at one time or another, because it’s part of our brain’s response to a perceived danger — even if that danger isn’t real.

That said, there are times anxiety can get serious and turn into anxiety attacks that initially feel manageable and then gradually build up over a few hours. (This is different from a panic attack, which is out of the blue and subsides.)

Signs of an anxiety attack

These are some of the more common mental and physical symptoms of anxiety:

  • feelings of danger, panic, or dread
  • nervousness or restlessness
  • rapid heart rate
  • sweating
  • trembling or chills
  • tiredness or weakness
  • gastrointestinal problems
  • difficulty focusing
  • hyperventilation

It’s also possible to experience an anxiety and panic attack simultaneously. The quick coping strategies mentioned above may also help with a panic attack.

Other mindful strategies to cope with panic attacks include focusing on an object, repeating a mantra, closing your eyes, and going to your happy place.

Symptoms of a panic attack

  • fear of dying
  • feeling like you’re losing control
  • a sense of detachment
  • heart palpitations
  • shortness of breath
  • chest pains or tightness
  • nausea
  • feeling lightheaded or dizzy
  • numbness or tingling in your extremities
  • feeling hot or cold

What causes anxiety?

If you notice that quick tips haven’t been working, you may want to consider seeing a professional for help. Especially if you believe you have GAD and its interfering with routine activities and causing physical symptoms.

A mental health professional can help with streamlining the process of identifying your triggers, maintaining long-term strategies through behavioral therapy, medications, and more.

For example, if your anxiety stems from a trauma you experienced in your past, it can be helpful to work through that with a licensed therapist. On the other hand, if you’re brain chemistry predisposes you to chronic anxiety, you may need to go on medication to manage it.

Anxiety may always be a part of your life, but it shouldn’t overtake your day-to-day. Even the most extreme anxiety disorders can be treated so that the symptoms aren’t overwhelming.

Once you find what treatment works best for you, life should be a lot more enjoyable and a lot less daunting

IMPORTANCE

Why do we need trees ?Its easy we need trees for several reason – it gives us oxygen , stores carbon , stabilizes soil and protects from soil erosion .Trees hold an important value in our lives . They surround our houses and provides us shade . They increase the quality of our life . If a region doesn’t have sufficient amount of trees , that area doesn’t have enough rain . It causes the land to turn into a barren land . So the land losses its fertility with time. As stated by US department of agriculture “One acre of forests absorbs six tons of carbon di oxide and gives out four tons of oxygen .Trees control climate , they provide warmth and act as an shield during rain .

SUPPLIER

Oxygen is the key factor which makes it possible for humans to survive on earth following by water and food. We humans take everything for granted . If we have anything in large amount we waste it , even if we don’t have it still we waste it .21% of air in our environment is oxygen 78% nitrogen and rest are other gases .

DEFORESTATION

Cutting down trees in a large amount and decreasing the forest area is known as Deforestation .What are the causes of deforestation ?

  • Increasing population – As the population is growing , demand for houses are increasing and forests are decreasing
  • Increase of agricultural land .
  • Construction – As number of buildings and factories are increasing , forest land is decreasing

HELP

We need help of everyone to make sure that our earth remains green and healthy . Campaign for protection of trees should be started . If not us than who . Because we are the youth of our nation and we are its last hope .

DOWRY!!

Is the dowry System still a part of India? Yes, although it is banned by the government but still in some places these practices are still going on. Dowry is a transfer of valuable property or a thing which is given to a bride by the groom or to a groom by a bride, or by the parents of bride and groom to each other. In India, the dowry system is transferring durable goods like cash, movable property, goods, jewelry, furniture, electrical appliances, along with the bride from the bride’s family to the groom’s family as a condition of marriage, to the newlyweds which help in setting up their household.  Dowry is also called Dajeh.

The Dowry system can make major differences in a family in means of financial issues or a burden to the family. In some cases dowry system leads to crime against women like, emotional abuse, injury and can also lead to death in some cases. Dowry has been banned in India under a specific law, the Dowry Prohibition Act of 1961, sections 304B and 498A. Article 3 of the prohibition act of 1961 says that giving or taking presents at the time of marriage to the groom or bride without any demand doesn’t have to pay a penalty for it. In some places, dowries are still demanded and marriages are still finalized based on dowry. If the dowries aren’t fulfilled according to the groom’s side of the family, they end up sending the bride to her place or torturing the bride and her family.

This dowry culture is so popular in some parts of India, but not only in rural areas. Even the educated families living in high-class societies and metropolitan cities are also part of these unethical practices and harassing women for not giving proper money and gold. In 2020, 17 cases of abuse and harassment of women for dowry and was mentioned in The New Indian Express.
In India, this system is still in go because of the patriarchal society and thinking, the values of men are high than women. In this society, boys are seen with the higher card, this is dependent on how much price the bride’s family is paying upon a marriage. Another reason for this system is deeply rooted in the Indian culture, but this mindset is unchangeable as this is normal. Even today people have been reminded about this system, though they ignore it and some of the families do practice it willingly or unwillingly in the fear of judgements and being criticized for not following the customs. It is known that women’s marriage is a big and important event. But if the marriage requires this kind of thing to secure her’s life after marriage or marriage is very unethical and abrupt. This is the major discrimination women are facing but it is never seen as a crime even though it is banned by the government.

The imprisonment of breaking the anti-dowry is 5 years and a fine up to Rs.15000 on the value of dowry given. Although Indian laws have been made against the dowries which are intact. But are ineffective in many states and cities in India, but deaths and murders continue to happen and the government isn’t taking a big step regarding it. This should be focused on the news so that a women can stay without any discrimination
and with safety.

HOW TO GET STARTED AND TEACH YOURSELF A NEW LANGUAGE

Learning something new can be a daunting task, but it is rewarding and adventurous at the same time. Learning a new language is the same way, it’s challenging but fun.

Major languages of the world

STEP 1 : FIND YOUR REASON

Before you decide to learn a new language find out why you want and what language you want to learn first.

There could be diverse reasons such as,

Want to put a rush on this “leaning a new language” trend?

Or, so you can take new job responsibilities abroad.

Or, so you can read your favourite novel in the language it’s written in?

Or, so you can understand the country and culture better.

Or, Maybe for the upcoming trip.

So, there can be many reasons for you to learn a language but it’s important to have one. It helps you to remain motivated and focus on learning the language.

STEP 2 : SET GOALS – REALISTIC ONES

Setting goals can take us a long way. We can set long term, short term and daily goals. Keeping the goals realistic is very important because achievable goals motivate you to keep going but if it is too difficult it can actually discourage us. For example, “I will learn how to introduce myself today.” is a good example of setting daily target. Write down your goals, unconsciously it tells our brain that it is important.

Set your goals

STEP 3 : LEARN THE BASICS

Learn a few greeting words in the language before you learn the alphabet. This helps you develop initial understanding of the language. Also, this way when you learn the alphabets you are already familiar with some basic words. For example: Hello, Goodbye, Thank you, Good night, My name is ______? What is your name? etc.

STEP 4 : NEXT IS ALPHABET AND VOCABULARY

Learn the alphabet of the language it will help you to understand the language structure better. It will make it significantly easier for you to learn the language and you will be able to read and pronounce words, which will help you memorize better . Plus, it is better to be sounding the words out rather than looking at the romanization of the words.

Alphabets and their writing styles

STEP 5 : STUDY EVERYDAY

People often claim to have studied a language “for years” and still not be fluent. But when they say years, they probably mean that they studied the language for only a couple of hours a week over that entire time period.

Language learning is based on repetition – revise it until you can’t forget it. Hammering something into your brain over and over again until you remember it. If you break too long between study sessions, you are much more prone to forget what you learned last time and you will waste valuable study time going back over what you’ve already learned.

CONCLUSION

So learning a new language can be tough and daunting but remember it is just a language and if you put in hard work and smart work you can learn any learn any language you wish to learn. Happy learning!!

Think and Grow Rich by Napolen Hill

Napoleon Hill, a young special investigator for a well-known business journal at the time, was dispatched to meet with Andrew Carnegie. Carnegie quietly hinted to a master power he utilized during the interview—a magical law of the human mind, a little-known psychological principle—that was amazing in its strength. Carnegie proposed to Hill that he base his concept of all personal achievement on that idea, whether measured in terms of money, power, position, status, influence, or wealth growth. That portion of the interview was never published in Hill’s magazine, but it did set the young author on a twenty-year research quest.

Author

Napoleon Hill was a New Thought development writer who was one of the first makers of the current classification of individual achievement writing and is broadly viewed as one of the extraordinary essayists on progress. Slope’s works centered around the significance of individual thoughts in accomplishing individual accomplishment. From 1933 until 1936, he filled in as a counselor to President Franklin D. Roosevelt.

Lessions

“Think And Grow Rich,” written in 1937 following a 25-year study of some of the world’s wealthiest people, is one of the most widely recognized personal development classics (more than one hundred million copies sold worldwide, according to recent estimates). The philosophy of the book is based on the belief that success may be achieved via mental vision and imagination in any effort. To put it another way, you can become everything your mind believes is possible; as a result, your mind becomes the only thing that can either stop or propel you toward becoming your best self. The most important lessons from the book are outlined and discussed here.

Thoughts are really powerful.Hill argues in the opening paragraph that thinking, rather than money, education, or specialized understanding about something, is more conducive to success. The man who “believes” he can do anything has already taken a step toward the finish line. However, thinking may be an overly broad phrase. As a result, Hill defines thinking as a combination of initiative, faith, resolve to win, and resilience.

Desire. How much do you desire it?

Of course, we each have our own set of objectives and dreams, but have you ever asked yourself this question? It may appear unnecessary at first, but it is only when we truly desire something that we will go to any length to obtain it. As a result, desire is the one stage that connects thoughts and actions in a hypotethic scheme.

Faith is the visualization of and belief in achieving one’s desires.

You can build the emotion of trust, which is required for transmuting your aspirations into physical or monetary equivalents, by using affirmations or repeated reminders to the subconscious.

AUTO-SUGGESTION The Subconscious Mind’s Influence Medium

In an attitude of unwavering faith, the principle of auto-suggestion conveys our desires straight to the subconscious mind.We can regain complete control over the material that reaches our subconscious mind by repeating our conscious thoughts and desires (as mentioned in the “Faith” section above) to ourselves on a regular basis. This allows us to exercise control over our decisions, feelings, and actions.

Personal Experiences or Observations: Specialized Knowledge

General knowledge, such as that taught in schools, and specialized knowledge, on their own, will not help you accumulate wealth. Rather, once you’ve acquired knowledge, you’ll need to learn how to arrange and apply it. If you lack the particular knowledge needed to grow your business or achieve your objectives, you can form a “Master Mind” group to enhance your own knowledge with that of others.

The Mind’s Workshop: Imagination

The imagination is humanity’s one-of-a-kind ability to mold, create, and act on desire. Hill distinguishes two modes of imagination: the synthetic imagination, which does not create but rather arranges old concepts, ideas, or plans into new combinations; and the creative imagination, which picks up thought vibrations from other humans and the ether, connects with Infinite Intelligence, and develops new ideas when stimulated by strong desire.

The Crystallization of Desire into Action through Organized Planning.

You must create a specific, practical plan and put it into action in order to translate desire into its physical or monetary counterpart. This chapter explains how to create plans and make sure they’re working for you.

The Mastery of Procrastination is a decision.

Failure is frequently caused by procrastination and indecisiveness. Wealthy men and women, on the other hand, have the ability to make firm decisions rapidly and then alter their views slowly. This chapter teaches you how to avoid being swayed by others’ opinions and instead rely on your own (and your Master Mind group’s) judgment to make solid, productive decisions that will secure your success.

Persistence: The Consistent Effort Required to Inspire Faith

At the first indication of disagreement, the majority of individuals will give up. Willpower mixed with desire, on the other hand, is required to achieve one’s goals. Hill outlines four methods for building the habit of perseverance, which serves as a form of failure insurance.

The Master Mind’s Power: The Motivating Force

Individuals can gain and use power by forming a Master Mind group, which is an alliance of people with varied abilities and views who pool their knowledge and efforts to achieve a specific goal. Master Mind groups provide both financial (wealth) and psychological benefits.

The Link Between the Subconscious and the Conscious Mind

The subconscious mind, according to Hill, serves as an intermediate between man’s finite intellect and Infinite Intelligence, allowing individuals to tap into the Universal Mind’s forces. He underlines that it is the only means of converting mental impulses into spiritual and bodily forms.

Thought Broadcasting and Receiving Station: The Brain.

“Every human brain is capable of picking up vibrations of thought which are being released by other brains through the medium of the ether, in a manner similar to that utilised by the radio broadcasting principle,” Hill says. In this chapter, he discusses how external vibrations influence the mind and provides a strategy for increasing the mind’s sensitivity to these sensory impulses by employing emotions.

The Temple of Wisdom’s Door: The Sixth Sense

The Sixth Sense is a subconscious capacity, also known as Creative Imagination, by which humans receive communications from Infinite Intelligence without exerting any effort on their own.

How to Outsmart the Six Fearful Ghosts

To put these thirteen success principles into action, you must first prepare your mind to accept the idea. The first stage in priming your mind is to research, evaluate, and comprehend the three foes you’ll be fighting: hesitation, uncertainty, and fear. This chapter outlines and explains how to overcome the six basic fears that hold people back in their pursuit of wealth, despite the fact that they are often hidden in the subconscious: the fear of poverty, the fear of criticism, the fear of ill health, the fear of losing love, the fear of old age, and the fear of death.

summary

One of the best-selling books of all time is Think And Grow Rich (1937). It investigates the psychological power of thought and the brain in the process of advancing your profession for financial and personal gain. Take a look at the overview of this timeless self-help classic!

Impact of corona virus on global economy

COVID19 impact on India to be more than $40.9 billion in first ...

The first ever coronavirus case was traced in the month of november in china. Nobody then knew that this virus would cause so much havoc in the world and it will force the countries with largest economy to impose lockdown . The virus has affected almost 200 countries and territories and almost 16 million people got infected with this virus among which 644k people died . The virus has not only affected the life of people directly but has also caused indirect effects on the life of people.

countries like India, Uk , China , France , Italy, New Zealand and Poland have imposed world’s largest and most strictest mass lockdown for the safety of their people. Lockdown no doubt has played a great role in saving the lives of people but it is not considered as an ideal solution as it has also indirectly affected the lives of people by worsening the economic condition of their countries.

Countries are now facing the worst economic slowdown ever which has resulted in job loss. The service sector and the business sector has been badly affected due to the lockdown as the companies are unable to perform their business activities due to which they fail to reach their target. Companies are now forced to drop employees and workers to manage their financial position. This pandemic has forced some major companies as well to downsize their work forces. Companies such marriott international, Air Canada, Scandinavian airlines, Ola , Zomato and many more are forced to layoff their staffs. This situation has boosted the unemployment rate.

Ross Community Action and Chillicothe-Ross Community Foundation ...

Tourism industry of many countries were also affected. Some countries depended upon their tourism revenues but due to the lockdown tourists are unable to visit which has declined the revenues generated from this particular sector. Also due to consumption slowdown many sectors such exports and import business are also affected. But unfortunately this a common stuff which keeps most of the countries connected and helps them in improving their economy and many people who are involved in this type of business are badly affected.

Coronavirus has hit various business sectors badly but this deadly virus has proved to be beneficial for certain industries and sectors such as pharmaceutical industries and hygiene product manufacturers. Though countries are trying hard to revive their economies but some researchers claim that it will take few years to get back the economy to the right track.

COVAXIN phase-1 trails completed

Coronavirus, Covid-19 Vaccine COVAXIN Latest Update: Rohtak PGIMS ...

Till now corona virus has affected more that 200 countries and has infected more than 16 million people. Due to the complications developed by this virus around 644k people have lost their lives. It not only causes fever and cold but also develops critical infections in the body which affects the lungs and makes breathing a difficult choice. So far many scientists are working on this virus and are trying hard to understand them. But in order to save the lives of people, many countries were forced to impose lockdown since there is no other option left to reduce the fatality rate.

Also many researchers have developed few medicines such as remdesiver to cure mild and moderate corona symptoms but they are still unable to treat the critical patients and sometimes such medicines also don’t work for mild symptoms as well. So basically there is no proper and fixed treatment for this virus. The only thing which can be game changer is a vaccine which yet to be developed.

Many countries including India is already in the race of producing a valid vaccine which can generate antibodies against the virus. India’s first indigenous covid-19 vaccine known as COVAXIN was developed by bharat biotech in collaboration with ICMR ( Indian council of medical research ) and NIV ( national institute of virology ). The vaccine initially got a nod from DCGI ( Drug controller general of India ) to perform phase I and II human clinical trails. Also the phase I trail started in the early month of july and successfully completed the first part of phase -I trail.

The first part of phase – I trail of COVAXIN was completed on saturday at the PG institute of medical sciences, Rohtak. And fortunately all the results were found to be encouraging which gave COVAXIN a positive nod to go froward for it’s 2nd part of phase – I trail.

The pros and cons of e-learning

Opinion: How to succeed in teaching online | The Educator K/12

Covid-19 pandemic resulted in the rise E-learning. This situation led schools and colleges to go for Online classes which is accepted by some set of students where as it got difficult for the rest of the students to le

It’s been four months to the lockdown and since then schools and colleges remained closed. But in order to cope up with the curriculum syllabus educational institutions had no other option left other than having online classes. But as they something is better than nothing, It is absolutely a great step to keep the students in touch with their subjects. Though students couldn’t attend their schools and college but this pandemic didn’t stop them from learning and this was only possible by going online.

E-learning has been proved to be great because it is easily accessible as it can be accessed from any corner of the world. So doesn’t matter from which place a student belongs to he/she can access the education through e-learning. And also incase any student who lacked confidence in physical class rooms can feel confident through e-learning because there will be no people around him/her to break their confidence. They can also save the videos or lectures given by their teachers which can later be used to revise it. Also students can gain knowledge while travelling so basically they need not worry about the environment around them as e-learning can be done by any means from any corner.

Since almost every student is now making use of e-learning to cover up their courses and to learn new things some students fail to learn in this pandemic because of e-learning. There are many students who do not have proper access to internet which is why they are unable to access e-learning. E-learning does not give the scope to the students to connect well with their teachers which affects the overall development of the students. Also e-learning can harm the health of the students as it can affect their eye sights and can also affect their mental health to some extent as looking into screens for too long will increase their irritation.

So these are some advantages and disadvantages of e-learning but since we don’t have any other option e-learning will still be the best option till schools and college reopen.

Should celebrities be allowed to join politics

India is a democratic country so any individual of the country has the right to join the politics . Joining politics in India doesn’t even require a minimum level of education, any person from any background has the right to join the politics in our country. We have seen some really great politicians with good educational background where as some politicians who have never been to school and also some politicians who earlier belonged to entertainment industry.

Almost everyone have their favourite celebrity whom they consider as their idol and love them for their talent and always support them in their work. But how many of we really support our favourite celebrity when they join politics ? I agree some of us support them because of the craze we have for them and some of us don’t support them because we feel that their job is to entertain people but not to rule as a leader.

Most of the people believe that celebrities should not be allowed to join politics because they belong from an entertainment background and they don’t have enough knowledge about politics . some celebrities join politics to become more popular or to acquire more fan followings. Since they already have a mass following it becomes very easy for them to influence people and they often misutilise their power to manipulate decisions. Many parties intentionally appoint celebrities to run campaign because they know their followers can get them a lot of votes. many believe since they don’t have real knowledge on how to run a country or how to handle political or economical crises they shouldn’t be allowed to join politics.

where as some believe like any other citizen, celebrities too have the right to join politics. Their influential image can be used to deal some real issues of our country such as child marriage, child labour, poverty and many more. Celebrities can use their power to make some good decisions for any good cause. Their voice can make fast changes than any other normal politician since they are already known by the people. Their popularity can be used to bring changes.

well no matter who ever becomes a politician but there should be some basic criteria to become one, like minimum educational qualification. Even if they are celebrities they should have enough knowledge about politics and then they should be allowed to join it.

Is India ready to go 100% cashless ?

Is India ready to go cashless?

It’s been years where India is trying to make it’s economy go cashless. It has taken some major initiatives to promote cashless transaction such as demonetization, BHIM, direct benefit transfers, UPI and many more. By now many people are into online payments since they find it very easy but do you really think that India is ready for a 100% cashless economy ? and if yes then why are the disadvantages of cashless transaction still valid ?

cashless payments through various digital payment apps has made our life easy. Such medium is especially used the youngsters and is not so popular among the old people. Middle aged people still any how get to know the use of such apps but the old people of our country are not yet ready for a cashless economy. The idea behind this concept is to reduce corruption and money laundering cases but how far is our country prepared for it ? I know it’s easy to use various online platforms because i am young and i am acquainted with such stuffs but the older generation finds it difficult to use and understand it which proves cashless economy a major advantage for the older generation as well as for the illiterate people who have no knowledge about online transactions. The major disadvantage for such people is they can easily become the victim of online fraud since they have less idea about the system. So the disadvantage of online transaction is that certain information can be easily exposed and can be misutilised by fraudsters.

Also cashless transactions require good internet connectivity which is something that cannot be accessed by every person from every corner of the country. Technology problem is one such problem which might prevent India from going 100% cashless.

But we can’t deny the fact that using online payment modes will save a lot of time as it just requires one click to perform any transaction. Now we don’t require to go to bank and stand in long queue to get our transactions done. But still there is a lot of time for India to have a 100% cashless economy and India is not yet ready for it.

Climate change the greatest threat

Drought and Climate Change | Union of Concerned Scientists

Every other year we face various challenges due to climatic change. The human community is not the only living thing who are facing the problem rather, each and every living organism in the planet is affected due to the climate change. Some scientists have claimed that climate change was first noticed in 19th century when natural green house effect was first identified. Thomas edison was the one who initially voiced concern for climate change and spread awareness for renewable energy. Since that day many people and organisation came forward to promote renewable energy and various steps to reduce the rate at which the climate is changing.

The biggest threat of climate change is global warming. climate change leads to global warming and everybody knows about it but how does it actually affect our planet ? Well the global warming increases the average temperature of the earth due to which the glacier sheets melt and end up increasing the sea level which can submerge majority of the land and it will not only affect the human habitation but also affect the animals life as some animals do not have the capability to handle high temperature.

It can affect the economy as well, as the change in climate might result in droughts and can affect the cultivation of crops which will affect almost every human from every background. Due to climate change many natural resources are also depleting due to which the price of such resources are touching skies and it might become almost impossible for any normal human to afford it. Also pollution is another reason which is affecting the health, not only of humans but also of animals and plants. And who do you think is responsible for this ? obviously we humans are behind this destruction and only we have the power to stop this. Governments can only talk about the possible solutions and it’s implementations but it lies in our hand whether we are implementing right steps to reduce climate change or not. Atleast we are able to raise our voice against it but think about the poor animals who are suffering because of our deeds and can’t even fight for their rights to live in a healthy environment. So next time when you throw a plastic search for a dustbin first. I know such acts won’t have an immediate impact on environment but it really does have long term positive impact on environment.

Chinese apps banned in India

Government Bans 47 More Chinese Apps

India banned Fifty nine chinese apps including the top social media platform such as Tik Tok, We chat and Helo citing threat to the national security and the privacy of indian citizens under the section of 69a of IT act, 2020. This action was taken after the clashes in Galwan valley . Some experts say this action was to taken by India to retaliate, as 20 indian soldiers were killed by the chinese soldiers. Major media outlets have always repeatedly reported chinese military incursions into indian territory which has always been a threat to India. But this time India has taken a major decision to affect china by banning their apps.

The government earlier issued an explanation that these apps of china are illegally exporting information of indian citizens to the locations outside India, so basically these apps are a major threat towards the privacy of every indian citizen. Though the government has given a chance to these app to prove that they are not a threat to this country. But how will this move affect India ? Well the answer to this that it can have both positive and negative impact.

It did affect many people of our country who were earning with help of such apps. One such example is Tik Tok, many influencers and artists were a part of this app and were able to earn good enough by using it. Also many comapnies used Tik Tok as a platform to promote their products since this app was well popular among the indians. But this can be a very good scope for indian developers and indian start ups who at this point of time can build similar apps to fulfill the needs of indians and to replace the popularity of chinese apps. This move will definitely promote the make in India concept and would surely make people realize the worth of indian products. This has definitely affected certain communities but nothing is more important than the security and privacy of indians. Apart from india, some other countries including USA are planning to do the same. So this time India did not go for a surgical strike rather it went for a digital strike on china.

Are coaching centers destroying the education of school kids ?

No Borders For India's Young, Hungry Engineers | KUOW News and ...

I am sure most of us have been to coaching centers during our school days and also some of us joined such centers during our college days as well and such educational institutions became a mere part of our life. People blindly believe in this so called concept of coaching centers. They believe that coaching centers provide way more better education than schools and parents also want their children to focus more on their coaching centers than their schools.

But you must be thinking that when did coaching centers became this important ? Well only then when they started advertising their centers by making various promises regarding the student’s development. Parents also for the sake of their child’s improvement believed in such publicity. In order to make their child an ideal student parents invest a lot of money in coaching institutions. I don’t blame every coaching center for implementing such strategies to gather more students, there are certain well reputed coaching centers as well who actually focus on the child’s development but i also accept the fact that most of the coaching centers are in the motive of profit making and do not bother about the student’s education.

I agree some schools do not provide quality education due to which the students have to go to the coaching centers and it is absolutely okay to do so, but my question is, is it right for a 4 year child to invest his childhood in coaching centers ? as in today’s date going to coaching centers has become a trend , parents now have started forcing their little kids to go to a coaching center in order to stay ahead in school. Don’t you think schools are just enough for children with tender age ?

Coaching centers have forced students to depend on someone else to learn something new, students have now lost the capability to study or learn on their own. They fail to understand new subjects without the help of their coaching centers, they are now completely depend on their coaching centers for their education. Students now don’t believe in self study, and that’s the problem because self study is something which makes a student understand a topic but not just learn or by heart it.
