The contribution of Dr B.R. Ambedkar in Indian Democracy is not to be forgotten. As a Chairman of the Constitutional Committee, he gave a shape to our country of a complete Sovereign, Democratic, Republic based on an adult franchise. In the Constitution of free India all the citizens have been guaranteed social, political and economic equalities.
Baba Saheb BR Ambedkar’s name is written in gold letters throughout Indian history as the creator of social justice. Not only was he the creator of the constitution, but also the creator of social justice and the messiah of the oppressed. If Mahatma Gandhi gave us the direction and lesson of morality, then Baba Saheb shaped the social aspect without exploitation. It had, in the truest sense of the word, a democratic and antiquated goal. He spent his whole life promoting the poor, exploited untouchables. and classes with problems. It has been a gloomy historic fact of Indian society that lower castes have been exploited and subjugated upon by the upper castes and for that reason the lower castes have mostly also been the lower classes economically and vice versa.
During the freedom movement there were many leaders and movements throughout India. The most protruding voice of and for the lower castes bad emerged in the person of B.R. Ambedkar who came from the untouchable Mahar caste in what is today Maharashtra. Even today Ambedkar is a hugely influential symbol who is followed by many political forces throughout the length and breadth of India. Ambedkar’s aim in his own words was to get justice for the ‘last, the lost and the least and he emerged as a sort of revolutionary leader of India’s Hindu untouchable and other castes. His intention was to fight for their equality and seek better-quality living conditions for them and reach education among them and get suitable representation for them in elected bodies and in government services.
During the freedom struggle. Ambedkar’s emphasis on issues related to social justice forced the leaders of the national movement to take these up as part of the agenda associated with the main demand for unshackling the country from the chains of colonialism. Ambedkar was a highly educated person with great academic accomplishments and a lawyer by training. His views on social justice are to be found in his books and speeches. His most important works are Annihilation of Caste (1936). Who were the Shudras (1946) and The Untouchables (1948). Also, his writings like What Congress and Gandhi have done to the Untouchables. He put forward vivid well researched attacks on the exploitative Hindu caste system chiefly with respect to how untouchables were treated and struggled all his life to secure legal and constitutional safeguards for their rights. It is stimulating in spite of the fact that he had attacked Gandhi’s Congress Party’s views and attitudes on the caste system quite harshly and in a scathing manner in his writings, despite of that Gandhiji suggested Ambedkar’s name to head the committee to draft the Constitution.
Ambedkar in his work “Who Were the Shudras?” questioned the whole Hindu social order and tried to create a theory that the Shudras were not a separate varna or caste but were originally Kshatriyas who in a struggle with Brahmins were manipulated out of the kshatriya caste by the Brahmins and were deprived of the sacred thread. He proposed a hypothesis that the untouchables were originally disciples of Buddha and were Buddhists but the Hindus led by the Brahmins to try to undermine Buddhist influence and stop its spread put the untouchables in a corner and started branding them untouchables. He believed the root of all lack of social justice in India was the caste system that created the environment for exploitation of man by man- of the Shudras and untouchables by the brahmins and other higher castes. He believed that democracy cannot be achieved in India without first establishing social justice through the annihilation of the caste. Hence, he took a position that contradicted both the position of Congress and Gandhiji, who first wanted political reform and independence from the British colonial government, and the socialists and Marxists who wanted economic equality also established themselves first.

Charles Spencer Chaplin was one of the greatest artists of the world who was born in London, England, on April 16th, 1889.
Charlie was named after his father, a British music hall entertainer. His mother, Hannah Hill Chaplin, a talented singer, actress, and piano player, spent most of her life in and out of mental hospitals; his father, Charles Spencer Chaplin Sr. was a fairly successful singer until he began drinking. After his parents separated, Charlie and his half-brother, Sidney, spent most of their childhood in orphanages.
Charlie Chaplin
Having inherited natural talents from their parents, the youngsters took to the stage as the best opportunity for a career. Charlie made his professional debut as a member of a juvenile group called “The Eight Lancashire Lads”.
In 1914, Chaplin made his film debut in a somewhat forgettable one-reeler called Make a Living. To differentiate himself from the clad of other Chaplin decided to play a single identifiable character, and “The Little Tramp” was born, with audiences getting their first taste of him in Kid Auto Races at Venice (1914).
Chaplin made 14 films, including The Tramp (1915) during his first year in the industry. Generally regarded as the actor’s first classic, the story establishes Chaplin’s character as the unexpected hero when he saves the farmer’s daughter from a gang of robbers.
“A day without laughter is a day wasted”
– Charlie Chaplin
During the 1920s Chaplin’s career blossomed even more. During the decade he made some landmark films, including The Kid (1921), The Pilgrim (1923), A Woman in Paris (1923), The Gold Rush (1925), a movie Chaplin would later say he wanted to be remembered by, and The Circus (1928).
The latter three were released by United Artists, a company Chaplin co-founded in 1919 with Douglas Fairbanks, Mary Pickford, and D.W. Griffith.
Chaplin spoke even louder in The Great Dictator(1940), which pointedly ridiculed the governments of Hitler and Mussolini. “I want to see the return of decency and kindness,” Chaplin said around the time of the film’s release. “I’m just a human being who wants to see this country a real democracy . . .“
He soon became a target of the right-wing conservatives. Representative John E. Rankin of Mississippi pushed for his deportation.
In 1952, the Attorney General of the United States obliged when he announced that Chaplin, who was sailing to Britain on vacation, would not permit him to return to the United States.
The incensed Chaplin said goodbye to the United States and took up residence on a small farm in Corsiersur-Vevey, Switzerland.
By the 1970s times had changed, and Chaplin was again recognized for his rich contribution to film. He returned to the United States in 1972, where he was honored by major tributes in New York City and Hollywood, California, including receiving a special Academy Award.
In 1975, he became Sir Charles Chaplin after Queen Elizabeth II (1926–) of England knighted him. Two years later, on December 25, 1977, Chaplin died in his sleep in Switzerland.
This definitely is a very vast topic but there are some things that we need to ask ourselves. What would we do without technology? Would we be happier? Would it all be very simple? Would we never evolve? I mean when we think about it lots of thoughts intrude our minds. Let me break it down to you and let us figure out how our lives have been changed this much.
Right now, we have lots and lots of technologies, we can actually do every single duty in our day-to-day life online. We wake up, we go to work/college. Of course online! If we are hungry, we can buy food online! If we want to buy clothes, we can buy them online! everything has evolved. Science and technology have expanded to every single field like medical, education, manufacturing, businesses, and so on. But let us stop and think, life was much much simpler when there was no technology when everything was offline. In the race of human life, evolution has become very important and everyone is running for it.
Now I would like to break down the advantages and disadvantages of technology to you.
Disadvantages
The disadvantages are quite obvious. We are sunk into this virtual world and fail to notice the real world.
We rely on all these inventions and fail to accept that we have become so lazy. Of course, not everybody, People who make wise use of technology will never become lazy.
The human mind has both negative and positive sides. Such negative humans even misuse science for their own good. We are always told that the internet is not a safe place which is very true. As you become more of an internet person, you should not fail to look after the real world. We use the phrase “science took over humans” because one should never let science get possession of them.
Introducing science to children is a horrible concept according to me. Mobile phones have become pacifiers for children nowadays. The other day I was at a store and a child was crying. Her mother literally said to her other kid “Take her outside and give her a mobile phone”. This concept scares me the most. First of all, screen time should be completely avoided for kids. They shouldn’t get so fond of the virtual world even before they enter the actual world.
Advantages

Life becomes simple. Yeah I said before that life is simpler without technology. Either way it is simple, but one is nothing and simple, other is we have everything and technology makes it simple for us. To look on the brighter side, evolution of human life is very important. Technology really made a great contribution to that.
Technology improves our lives in a lot of other ways. Everyone in this world is getting benefited because of this.
I put disadvantages first and advantages second to let us remind ourselves despite all the disadvantages how much science has helped us improve ourselves. It is all about how efficiently we use this and not misuse it.
conclusion
This article’s main purpose is to pause and think how much we are sunk into technology. We must update ourselves according to the pace of evolution as well as use it wisely. There is good, there is bad, our duty is to stay on the good side and make this world a better place to live in.
The term pollution refers to any change in the natural quality of the environment brought about by chemical, physical or biological factors. Thus, environmental pollution refers to any unfavourable alteration of our surroundings, wholly or largely as a byproduct of man’s actions.
TYPES OF POLLUTION
Pollution can be classified as follows: On the basis of the part of the environment where it takes place- atmosphere, hydrosphere and lithosphere , it is known as air pollution ,water pollution and soil pollution, respectively.
AIR POLLUTION
Air pollution is the excessive concentration of foreign matter in the air which adversely affects the well beings, animals, plants and their environment. Air pollution takes place through the pollutants of gas, solid and liquid particles of both organic and inorganic chemicals .Gases such as sulphur dioxide, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulphide , pollens from plants etc. are continuously added to the air thereby, lowering its quality. Thus, the natural composition of the air is disturbed by natural or by man made sources.
WATER POLLUTION
Water pollution can be defined as alteration in physical, chemical or biological characteristics of water, making it unsuitable for designated use in its natural state. WHO has defined water pollution as any foreign material either from natural or other sources that may contaminate the water supply and make it harmful to life. Pollution of water leads to reduction of normal oxygen level of water, causes aesthetically unpalatable effects and spread of epidemic diseases.Water pollution impacts the entire food chain and affects human health as toxins from contaminated fishes, prawns etc, get deposited in human tissues. This leads to cancer, birth defects or long term health problems.
SOIL POLLUTION
Soil is the upper layer of earth’s crust which is formed by weathering of rocks.Organic matter in the soil makes it suitable for living organisms. Soil pollution is defined as the change in physical, chemical and biological conditions of the soil throghs man intervention resulting in degradation in quality and productivity of the soil. The pollutants enter the food chain at the plant level and get magnified as we move up the food chain. Also soil pollution differs air and water pollution as the pollutants remain in soil for longer period.
NOISE POLLUTION
Noise pollution is defined as an unwanted sound that is an irritant and a source of stress. Sound is the means of communication and entertainment. A low sound is pleasant but a loud sound is unpleasant and is often referred to as a noise. Noise is a physical form of pollution which is not directly harmful to the life supporting systems namely air, water and soil. Its effects are more directly felt by the receiver .Most of the noise originates from modern industrialised urban life. The main sources of noise pollution are industrial sector ,transport sector ,household sector defence sector ,loud speakers etc.
The most difficult task to do , is probably making a decision . Now , we are afraid to make decisions as we are worried about it’s consequences . The whole process of deciding is an ordeal .We become indecisive . But indecision is also a decision . Here are a few ways to stop being indecisive ;
THERE NO WRONG OR RIGHT CHOICE – The main reason why we are so miserably indecisive , is because of us labelling our choices as good or bad . We are so afraid to make a wrong choice that it makes it impossible for us to make a decision as we fear our ‘wrong ‘ choices will have lethal consequences . But the truth is , there is no wrong choice . We make decisions in accordance to the level of information available to us at that particular place and time. All we need to do is , re programme our brains into thinking that each decision that we make , will be give us valuable lessons to learn form . This can seriously help us become more decisive .
TAKE YOUR TIME – When required to make a decision , we must take our time to do so . It is often believed that decisiveness means taking quick decisions , but thinking a decision through is really important . While making a decision we must take time to analyse it . So , take your time .
DON’T OVERTHINK IT -Another reason why we find it difficult to make decisions is our overthinking it’s consequences . We keep thinking about all the possible outcomes of our decisions without realising how unpredictable the future is , and that there is no point pondering about it . Just confidently make a decision and know that it will all make sense in the end .
DO WHAT SCARES YOU THE MOST – While making a decision , you must go for the one that scares you the most . If you don’t take the leap of faith , and get out of your comfort zone , you won’t grow . So if something scares you , take that as a good sign and choose that to get the best outcomes .

Recommend this book to read
In this story, there may be only one or two things which are quite easy for the readers to get suspicious. I won’t say the crime or investigation will blow your mind but you will definitely enjoy reading it and framing of the crime is well enough. I personally found the sarcastic comments made by Keshav funny and witty. It’s a novel which you wants to complete in just one sitting. If you want to read something written in simple English and which has crime, love, friendship and humour in it, this book will quench your thirst.
Throw on some headphones, crank up the tunes, and what happens? Your toes and fingers start to tap. Maybe your head and shoulders begin to bob. Pretty soon, you might be on your feet, busting a move, joyously belting out the lyrics. Music has taken over, and your body is now along for the ride.
While it may be obvious that music impacts you physically, understanding how music and the brain interact requires deep study and an ability to probe the mysteries of the human mind. The result is a fascinating picture of the role music can play in brain development, learning, mood, and even your health.
One of the first things that happens when music enters our brains is the triggering of centers that release dopamine, a neurotransmitter that makes you feel happy. This response is so quick, the brain can even anticipate the most pleasurable peaks in familiar music and prime itself with an early dopamine rush.
Beyond simply making you feel good, however, there’s evidence that music can even be good for your health. Research has shown that listening to music is associated with upticks in immunity-boosting antibodies and cells that protect against bacteria and other invaders. Music has also proven to be effective across a variety of treatment scenarios for conditions ranging from depression to Parkinson’s disease.
Even in terms of brain development, music can play a key role. Training to play an instrument, for instance, is believed to increase gray matter volume in certain areas of the brain, not unlike how physical exercise can tone and enlarge muscles. As a result, musicians often experience improvement in brain functions like:
If you’re ready to learn how to play a new instrument at home, start by finding a new or used instrument that interests you. Look up free tutorial videos online to start learning. Some great online resources available to teach you how to play the instrument of your choice include:
YouTube
GarageBand
Yousician
Simply Piano
Or, my personal favourite “guitar”.
Does Genre Matter?
Many of the beneficial effects of music on the brain are not limited to any single genre. Whether you’re listening to the smooth jazz styling of Billie Holiday on vinyl, the classic country sounds of Johnny Cash on YouTube, or The Beatles and their powerful British Invasion rock music on Spotify, different styles can produce the same results – as long as they align with your musical preferences. In this way, it’s the brain’s relationship with familiar and favored music that is key.
In other cases, the style of music can play a role. When it comes to the best music for learning, for example, experts recommend different genres for different purposes. Upbeat music, including songs with positive lyrics, can provide an energy boost and get your brain primed for learning. Once it’s time to buckle down and concentrate, however—like when you need to read, write, or study your course materials, instrumental music and soothing genres can help you stay calm and focused. Ultimately, however, each person may develop an approach to studying and music that’s uniquely suited for them.
Some places you may be able to find new music include:
There are several other ways you can learn about new music without plugging in your headphones. Take part in any of the following activities to explore different types of music in new ways:
Go to open mic nights in your community
Attend local concerts in your area
Ask your friends and family for music recommendations on your social media and have them share their favorite songs, playlists, or genres
Use different tools like Pandora, Spotify, MoodFuse, to find new music
Whether you play an instrument, listen to your music streaming app, or enjoy going to live concerts, music is having an active influence on your brain. So, put in your headphones, start your favorite album, and feel your dopamine levels rising. So keep jamming in to your choice of music !!!

On the 6th of August 2021, the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi tweeted that the Government of India would be renaming India’s highest sporting honour from the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna to the Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna. This announcement came on the heels on the Men’s Indian Hockey team winning the bronze medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. This is significant due to the greatness and impact Major Dhyan Chand left on the sport especially in India. Nicknamed The Wizard and The Magician of Hockey, he was renowned worldwide for his superior skills and extraordinary ball control skills.
Earlylife
Major Dhyan Chand was born on the 29th of August 1905 in Allahabad in what was then known as the United Provinces of Agra and Oudh in British-India. His father was a member of the British Indian Army. Major Dhyan Chand grew up with hockey right from his birth; his father used to play hockey for the Army. However, apart from playing casual games of hockey with his friends, according to Major Dhyan Chand, he did not have any serious interest in hockey. He joined the British Indian Army on his 17th birthday.
Major Career Achievements
Major Dhyan Chand started playing hockey competitively after joining the British Indian Army. Initially he played only tournaments within the army. His first international competition was in a tour against New Zealand. He was selected to be a part of the Indian hockey team for the 1928 Amsterdam Olympic Games. Despite it being the debut Games for the hockey team, they dominated it and ended up winning the gold medal. Major Dhyan Chand was the top-scorer in the whole tournament. This was the Games which lead to his nickname The Magician of Hockey. In the 1932 Los Angeles Olympics, he was once again a part of the hockey team as they once again won the gold. In 1934, he was appointed as the captain of the national team. In the 1936 Berlin Olympics, Major Dhyan Chand captained the team into winning its third consecutive gold medal.
Post-Retirement
Major Dhyan Chand continued playing hockey even after retiring from the competitive field. He used to regularly teach hockey in coaching camps at Mount Abu in Rajasthan. He was appointed to the position of Chief Hockey Coach at the Patiala branch of the National Institute of Sports and had a tenure of many years there. He passed away on the 3rd of December 1979.
Legacy
The Government of India declared his birthday, the 29th of August as National Sports Day. It is also the day when sports-related awards are conferred. India’s highest award for a lifetime achievement in sports was named the Dhyan Chand Award. The National Stadium in Delhi, a field hockey stadium, was renamed as the Dhyan Chand National Stadium. On the 6th of August 2021, India’s highest sporting award, the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna was renamed to the Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna in highlight of the contribution and impact Major Dhyan Chand left on hockey both nationally as well as internationally.
All Eyes of the Football Pundits and Fans were on the Argentinian Superstar ‘La Pulga’, as called in Spain none other than Lionel Messi. After winning Copa America, he was seemed to be the favorite of the Ballon dor, though rumors were there he was about to complete the renewal of his Barca Contract until 2026 this July, things went Unfortunately in 24hrs and left all the Barca Fans in tears and heartbroken.
Lionel Messi
Barcelona has reported being in over 1 billion Euros in debt, a massive number considering all the marketing and brand value Barcelona has. Nonetheless, the financials of the club have fallen apart and no better has that been on display than the Messi Gate Situation and later in the transfer market.
Barcelona has been oddly quiet this offseason in the market, looking to let go of players rather than sign any. While they continue to toss their name in the mix for players like Erling Haaland and a possible return for Neymar, the reality is, the club cannot afford big-time contracts or transfer fees. The announcement that the greatest player to ever wear the Barcelona uniform, Lionel Messi, is leaving the club for not being able to come to terms on a new contract is further proof that Barcelona is not the club they once were.
President Bartomeu & Lionel Messi during the player’s contract extension in 2017
The Ex-Barca President Bartomeu is indeed directly pointed as the reason by, a side of Barca fans. After the Remontada against PSG Neymar, who carried the whole team in the knockout stage, was Shadowed by Messi which made Neymar leave the Catalan club to PSG. After this, Barcelona struggled to replace the place Neymar. They signed Dembele for a record fee of €100M + a €40M bonus which the money went in vain and, he never reached the potential he had instead, he was injured constantly was more in the Hospital than on the Barca bench. This made the Catalan club sign the Liverpool star who was in the form of his lifetime, for a club-record fee of €160M. After signing him, it seemed as Neymar’s Childhood friend has replaced him, but this didn’t go well he lost his place at starting level because of his poor performances. He had a nightmare at the Catalan club. So he was loaned to Bayern, where he won Bundesliga and Champions League and returned in a good rhythm to Barcelona.
But because of his transfer clause with Liverpool, if he wins UCL after his move to Barca, they have to pay a bonus to Liverpool after some appearance, so to reduce this financial burden, Barca had to imply that he’s injured to make him out of the squad. All these poor signings in the transfer window and letting club legends Suarez and Rakitic cheap in the transfer window and joining the Super League made Bartomeu sacked. But though his departure problems didn’t end, It went on a BOOM as Messi leaving.

Every person on this earth wants to be successful in their life, but very few reach that point as not everyone has what it takes to be successful. It demands some basic characteristics which separate achievers from others. These characteristics can be developed over time, if a person has the willpower for it. Time management is one of the most crucial quality, a person needs in order to keep up with their goal. It means carefully planning out the tasks to be completed over a specified time frame. This would include prioritization of certain tasks which may be more important or urgent, or they may be just the prerequisites for others. As soon as I wake up everyday, I carefully list down the tasks and activities of the day. It may not be exact as always some unexpected things pop up, but that can be adjusted so it’s just a rough estimate for the day. For me, it gives a sense of satisfaction and completion at the end of the day. And it helps me to keep a track of what I have to do and what has been done. So, after I finish up all the tasks of the day, it is easier to carry on an analysis of my efficiency, strengths and weaknesses. There will always be room for improvement and next day I can add what has been left and deduct what is redundant. “Choosing to be positive and having a grateful attitude is going to determine how you’re going to live your life” – APJ Abdul Kalam. It is said that attitude is what defines your next move. Winners don’t do different things, they just do those things in a different manner. For me, having a positive attitude is like the backbone to my accomplishments, there are days when life is hard upon us, there are struggles, there are moments when being cheerful isn’t easy. It is hard to maintain that energy level and dedication to pursue our goals. But if one has the positive insight into it, an attitude which says ” yes I can do it”, then things become exponentially easy. For me the source of inspiration and positivity comes from reading books and novels. Even some electronic media sources like YouTube and selective entertainment content has helped me to sail through hardships. It very much depends upon what you grasp in these things. A positive attitude is not something that can be bought as a package from some institution or college, it is something we need to develop, and our surroundings, what we eat, what we watch, what we read affects it a lot. Past experiences may also create a strong influence on it accordingly

A few years ago all celebrities were the only once, considered as influencers, they were paid to promote their brand and attach their equality. The term celebrities include actors, musicians, and athletes. This is nearly impossible to accept the change in relationship over a few years. It has changed the way of approaching the talent of people. With the change in generation, selection habits, and wants, influencer marketing is taking a high pitch with a new level of potential to navigate the leverage of third-party audiences. Influencers are the new celebrity, they are godly followed by a new generation, ‘The gen Z’s’. They have new tastes with modern twists to attract young and powerful consumers. Research says that almost all of the young crowd are following multiple influencers on social media sites.
There are tons of videos regarding fashion trends, make-up tutorials, what is in trend and whatnot, etc. The reason for watching and following them is inspirational, gaining knowledge about new trends and being exposed to fun, interesting content will increase your confidence and will also let you know about pros and cons. Another reason is people and young crowds are interested in how they live, what do they do in their lives and how much wealth do they have. Nowadays, watching all these influencers and their influencing videos is inspiring tons of people not only teenagers and young ones but also includes adults, kids. Amongst this, most of the men prefer gaming videos, the influencers of the same are also available and getting on a high pitch. And most of the women/girls here are majorly into make-ups, latest fashion trends, cooking, etc. For an influencer to impact consumer’s choice they must be authentic as in appearance, should have an engaging personality, fan following must rank high and with genuine care and interest in people’s choices. These all are the traits that ought to have in an influencer to influence.
For Gen Z, YouTube influence, an Instagram influencer is more popular than major celebrities. Influencers and YouTubers like PewDiePie, Kylie Jenner, Bhuvan Bam, Komal Pandey, Ashish Chanchlani, Mostlysane, Dixie d’amelio, etc, are quite famous for their specific genres. It does say that influencers are more trusted than celebrities. There are many pages on Instagram and Facebook, where they sell clothes, bags, footwear, bags, and many more shopping items. These are worn by Influencers and accordingly get famous and known, from where people buy as they trust the Influencers. Eighty-eight % says that consumer learns about the product through social media. Consumer themselves has expressed to be an influencer. A category of Influencer is, one should have followers of 5,000 to 10,000 or more. Becoming an influencer is easy than a celebrity. Though no work is easy. Brand partnering with celebrities is nothing new, it is more crucial because of the rising of Influencers. Thus, the decision-making should be strong enough that how to combine both celebrities and Influencers mix.
We are living in odd times. Scientists are making significant progress on recording people’s dreams, and they’re a lot closer than you might believe.
Moran Cerf, an Israeli neurologist at Northwestern University, researches decision-making processes in both awake and sleeping humans. Cerf said he is putting electrodes on the brains of persons undergoing brain surgery as part of his research to “listen to activity of specific brain cells.” This allows him to get a sense of what individuals are thinking. “We may assume you dreamed about your mother and father,” said Cerf, a Tel Aviv University alumnus. “However, we’re not sure what your mother was wearing.”
Those visuals may get clearer in the near future. Kyoto University’s Yukiyasu Kamitani is a Japanese researcher. Using a gadget that detects brain activity, he has already begun reconstructing images from a waking person’s mind. He wants to use the same technology to record his dreams.
And scientists don’t need to go into your skull to figure out what’s going on. You’re paralysed during REM sleep, so you can’t act out your dreams. When you dream about running away from a dinosaur, though, your brain still sends electrical signals to your legs instructing them to move.
“Nerve impulses are still travelling to those muscles,” said Daniel Oldis, a lucid dream researcher at the University of Texas who collaborated with David M. Schnyer, an American neuroscientist. These signals are being measured by Oldis and Schnyer. They’re also looking at the signals in people’s lips and throats to see what they’re saying in their dreams.
So, when will you be able to witness your fantasies come true? This will most likely happen in stages. According to Cerf, you could have a device that tells you what you dreamed about in a general sense in a few months to a year. You’ll probably have to wait decades for a true dream cinema.
Naturally, this poses a slew of concerns. Will you be able to peek into other people’s dreams? Will businesses begin to place advertisements into our dreams in the near future?
Fifty-seven-year-old London Carter takes us back to his teenage life in North Carolina, where he still lives. He is a son of a Congressman and a complete stranger to his father. Jamie Sullivan, daughter of Hegbert Sullivan, is misunderstood by all the kids of her age. Fate brings them together through unexpected turns and events. The religious fanatic falls for the young naughty Landon and changes him. Eventually, they promise to accompany each other in life’s walk. Nicholas Sparks does not fail to make the readers cry. Jamie Sullivan is found to be ill. Did death steal her else did a miracle save her? Either way, their walk is to be remembered forever…
“First you will smile, and then you will cry — don’t say you haven’t been warned.”
– Nicholas Sparks, A Walk to Remember
Youth is never fun without mistakes, but there comes a time when incidents strike your heart so hard and make you feel regret. Nicholas Sparks does magic through his words and takes the readers forty years back through Landon’s voice. By this, the readers get to see the development of Landon over the years and his eventful seventeenth year in North Carolina, “one of the beautiful places in the world.” A Walk to Remember is not just a book about love. It is a story about growth and forgiveness in which the protagonist undergoes a massive change after a turbulent youth. Jamie Sullivan is boring and seem to have an uneventful life. As the plot progresses, her real character is revealed, her interests make the readers develop respect for her.
When the universe decides to make hearts collide, there is not a single thing that could stop it. In such a way, Landon and Jamie are thrown together and made to take chances. Even the smallest of the incidents in one’s life make way for a change and how one reacts to the changes is all about growth. Decision-making plays a role in shaping the future. The author reminds the readers that one must listen to his heart while making decisions. Life’s surprises make the heart suffer and heal, but importantly it makes you believe. Love makes one grow a belief in his soulmate, his friends, his family, and himself. The themes, logic, and love must not be missed out while analyzing the text. Landon always tells himself that Jamie is just a religious fanatic. Yet he finds her strangely attractive and, it is all the heart takes to fall in love defying logic. A walk to remember makes the readers smile, love, and weep at the same time.
“I’m sorry she never got her miracle. She did get her miracle, Landon, her miracle, was you.”
– Nicholas Sparks, A Walk to Remember.
A Walk to Remember revolves around love and friendship. This book will strangely attract anyone irrespective of age and specific genre reader. Readers will want to finish the book in a single sitting and get lost in the pages to find themselves. It might be a bittersweet love story, but you will definitely fall in love with the book. I would strongly recommend anyone to read Nicholas Sparks, A Walk to Remember and never forget. Happy remembering!

Afghanistan emerged as a significant U.S. foreign policy concern in 2001, when the United States, in response to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, led a military campaign against Al Qaeda and the Afghan Taliban government that harbored and supported it. in the intervening 19 years, the United States has suffered over 22,000 military casualties in Afghanistan and congress has appropriated approximately $144 billion for reconstruction and security forces there. In that time, an elected Afghan government has replaced the Taliban; improvement in most measures of human development is limited; and future prospects of gains remain mixed.
The United States and its international partners are removing their military forces from Afghanistan as part of a withdrawal announced by President Biden on April 14, 2021, heralding a possible end to the nearly two-decade U.S. military presence in the country. In a February 2020 agreement with the Taliban, the Trump Administration preventing other groups, including Al Qaeda, from using Afghan soil to recruit, train, or fundraise toward activities that threaten the United States or its allies.

security dynamics and the ongoing conflict between the Afghan government and the Taliban.
the social and political gains made in Afghanistan since 2001; and
intra- Afghan negotiations, which began in Doha, Qatar, in September 2020, but appear tp have since stalled.
The report also provides information on question about the future of U.S. development and security aid to Afghanistan.
BACKGROUND : U.S.- TALIBAN AGREEMENT
After more than a year of negotiations, U.S. and Taliban representatives signed a bilateral agreement on February 29, 2020, agreeing to two “interconnected” guarantees : the withdrawal of all U.S. and international forces by May 2021, and unspecific Taliban action to prevent other groups from using Afghan soil to threaten the United States and its allies.
In the months after the agreement, several U.S. officials asserted that the Taliban were not fulfilling their commitments under the accord, especially with the regard to Al Qaeda. U.S. officials also described increased Taliban violence as “not consistent” with agreement. Although no provisions in the publicly available agreement address Taliban attacks on U.S. forces in non- public annexes accompanying the accord. Some lawmakers have raised questions about the executive branch’s decision to classify these annexes.
Arnold Schwarzenegger, Austrian-born American bodybuilder, film actor, and politician who rose to fame through roles in blockbuster action movies and later served as governor of California (2003-11).
Arnold Schwarzenegger is the world most famous bodybuilder. He began bodybuilding at the age of 15. He was awarded the title of Mr. Universe at the age of 20 and went on to win the Mr. Olympia contest a total of seven times.

Greek Mythology has the most interesting set of stories , be it revenge , punishment , love , repent , they literally have it all in the most intense form. Here are few of my picks ,
THE FALL OF ICARUS – Daedalus was a very skillful architect and inventor , who had a son named Icarus . He was the creator of the infamous labyrinth , which he had made for the king of Crete , Minos . This labyrinth was so complex that even Daedalus failed to find a way out , which made King minos angry and he and his son were hence condemned to live in the labyrinth for the rest of their lives . Being the ingenious inventor that he was , he came up with an escape route – a pair of wings . He built 2 pair of wings with wax and feathers . Daedalus gave his son clear instructions – not to fly too close to the sea and nor to fly too close to the sun . Once Icarus had his wings on , he felt euphoric , and started flying too high . The wings gave him so much freedom , he felt invincible , and became completely unaware of his father’s warnings . And as he flew higher , the sun’s heat started melting the wax , and he tragically plunged into his death , in the ocean below .
PROMETHEUS – Prometheus is the titan God of fire . Zeus had ordered him to create man with water and earth which he successfully did , but as a result he started getting found of immortals and did not care much about the Gods anymore . Zeus did not want humans to have any extraordinary powers , but prometheus very much did . He decided to steal one of the powers Zeus was very sensitive about – fire .Prometheus was know for his wit and intelligence and he came up with a plan to steal fire in no time . He targeted the Goddesses , he threw a golden apple into the courtyard which had the words “for the most beautiful goddess “engraved . This created a huge rift between the goddess , and while all of them were busy here , he sneaked in Hephaestus’s workshop and stole fire , and then gave it to the humans . Zeus was infuriated , he had forgiven him plenty of times , but not anymore . He made Hephaestus chain Prometheus on Mount Caucasus , where eagles would eat his liver .
PANDORA’S BOX – Pandora was created as a punishment , because Prometheus had given the humans fire after stealing it from the Gods . She was the first woman created on earth , and was created by Gods who each blessed her with a gift . Hephaestus created her from clay , and shaped her perfectly . Goddess Aphrodite gave her femininity , while Goddess Athena taught her crafts .She was given a special box ( pithos), by the Gods . They told her that this box contained special gifts from them , but she was not supposed to open the box , not under any circumstance . Pandora was very curious ,and unfortunately she gave into her curiosity and opened the box . She was completely petrified as she saw evil spirits coming out , which were basically all the illness and hardships that the Gods had put in the box. She tried closing the box as fast as possible ,and while doing so hope remained in the box .
How are you all feeling ,I hope everyone are safe and doing well in this pandemic. 🙂 So today I am back with a new article .I will give you all a hint about my article ,just try to guess it , today’s article is upon a strongest personality who is otherwise called as the creator of people …..hmmm think think …yes absolutely correct today’s article is on the person who created us and that person is a WOMEN
WOMEN
Women are the sunlight, because they are born to light the world.
Women are the moonlight, because they shows us the way when the whole world is dark.
Women are the gift of god, because of them we are here o hear this lines.
Women are sacrificing themselves to make others happy
Women work to make us comfort, women pray for our well being, women entertain to make us entertain, women plays many roles in a very well manner.
As a Daughter
As a Mother
As aSister
As a Teacher
But why she is not being safe in this world ?
People pray to God Lakshmi for wealth
People pray to God Saraswathi for education
People pray to God Durga for strength
If they can pray these women Gods for happy life then why do they forget to understand that women who is as equal to the great god . A women , too fights for the family, educate people, work for family for a good wealth then why do people ignores the real God who is in front of them and still goes in front of their idols of goddesses for their well being .
A women faces lots of problems in those nine months and gives birth to the child. Still nobody cares for her. There is no safety for her. If she weare salwar she is been raped , if she wear saree she is been rapes and if she wears jeans top she is been raped, then dude the problem is not with women it is with the people who rape , it is the problem with the society who judges women for their grooming , it’s the problem with their mentality who cannot differentiate what is right or what is wrong. No other person is stronger than a women. A women is the idol of love she is the goddess of happiness.
Some men think that if a women is working instead of him then it bring disgrace to him. The society of some men can never understands the Worth of women . For those men women are just a human machine who should work day and night to others comfort. No one cares but the reality is that the whole world is dependent on women. So the society has to update their mentality because the women are not born to work only as a housewife , just try to give her the chance she will definitely bring glory to you as well for the country.
Women are made to be loved not to be surpressed. Women are the actual architect of the society .
“Women came out of a man’s rib not from his feet to be walked on and definitely not from his head to be superior but she is born to be his side equal and walk equally with her equal rights”.
“Respect and love to women is the direct way to respect God”.
An extremely fascinating and inspiring journey of a young scholar from Bluefield, West Virginia, United States. “A Beautiful Mind” is an American biographical drama film based on the life of John Nash, a Nobel Laureate in economics and a math prodigy.
The film is well-directed in and of itself, but the plot is what drew me in the most. It begins with John’s graduation days in Princeton University and proceeds to his wanderings in his research about some particular intriguing areas. John Nash was bright, but others found his anti-social conduct repulsive. Even the colleagues who found him annoying couldn’t deny he was going to make a name for himself. Nash loved to spend his time alone with his ideas, which consisted largely of visualizing mathematical formulas linked with ordinary events. Charles, his roommate at Princeton, and Alicia Larde, one of his pupils at M.I.T. in the early 1950s, were two persons with whom he struck up a friendship. John Nash eventually married Alicia Larde.
Nash’s mental health rapidly deteriorates. He develops hallucinations, perceiving patterns in everyday events and believing he is getting signals from foreign governments and aliens. He begins sending incoherent letters to international authorities, talking about world governance and risks to world peace. Tragically, his conduct became increasingly unpredictable and compulsive just as his career was taking off. After being diagnosed with Paranoid Schizophrenia, his life started crumbling down around him. Alicia, John’s wife stands by his side, helping him to recover.
It’s great to do things you enjoy. But can you go too far with a hobby? And at what point does it become an addiction? That’s the question we should try answering about playing video games.
Even though gaming has been around for almost 50 years, studies about its harms are still in the early stages. Different groups have come to different conclusions about whether problem playing should be called an addiction.
Video games have captured the imagination of human’s since the 1970s, with the introduction of very simple games. Although the graphic features of these basic programs were primitive compared to today’s complex, multifaceted games, many children, teens, and adults quickly became enthralled with this new pastime.
It soon became apparent that video games had the potential to consume a large amount of time as the players tried repeatedly to win. Today, video game addiction has been recognized as a process addiction similar to compulsive gambling, in which the rush of winning becomes one of the primary motivations for playing.
In the early days of video games, most games were available only on arcade machines, which were not accessible 24 hours a day. These days, games are one of the most popular features of social network sites, and they can be played almost continuously on handheld game devices, personal computers, or smart phones.
Video games have become much more elaborate, with rich alternate worlds, multiple characters, and complicated storylines. Introverted children or teens may find that they can avoid interacting with “real”peers by engaging primarily with other online players, in the guise of characters with awe-inspiring gifts and powers.
The source of the addictive quality of gaming is still unknown, but researchers propose that the process of playing and winning these games may trigger a release of dopamine, a brain chemical that elevates mood and provides a rush of energy. Dopamine is the same neurotransmitter involved in other addictive activities, such as alcohol or drug abuse.
Video game addiction is not currently recognized as an addictive disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, the definitive guide to psychiatric illness.
But an obsessive preoccupation with games at the expense of real-life activities or obligations shares some of the characteristics of addictive behavior.
How can we when gaming has stopped being simple entertainment and become an addiction? Here are a few of the key warning signs to look out for:
Poor performance at school, work, or household responsibilities as a result of a preoccupation with gaming
Neglect of other hobbies or friendships
A decline in personal hygiene or grooming
Inability to set limits on how much time is spent gaming
Signs of irritability, anxiety, or anger when forced to stop gaming, even for brief periods of time
The need to spend more time playing games or to play more intensely in order to get the same level of enjoyment
Symptoms of physical or psychological withdrawal, such as loss of appetite, sleeplessness, agitation, or emotional outbursts if the game is taken away
Using video games as a way to escape stressful situations at work or school, or conflicts at home
Children and teenagers aren’t the only ones who can be vulnerable to video game addiction. Adults may also play video games for hours instead of engaging in work activities, pursuing hobbies, or devoting time to their partners or children.
When adults are no longer able to control the amount of time they spend on video games, or when their jobs or relationships begin to suffer as a result of video gaming, they may have crossed the line from recreation to addiction.
Video games have had a tremendous impact — both positive and negative — on the cultural attitudes, psychological development, and lifestyle choices of both children and adults.
While these games can be viewed as a risk to players’ physical or emotional health, they have also been promoted as effective educational tools and have even been used for physical or cognitive rehabilitation in clinical settings. Yet for individuals who have become caught in a cycle of compulsive gaming, video games can become destructive.
The growing popularity of video games has created a new awareness of the problem of compulsive gaming, which in turn has led to the development of treatment programs for this addictive process.
Treatment for video game addiction focuses on behavioral modification therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), that guide the patient away from the obsessive thought patterns and obsessive habits of addiction.
Group therapy is a valuable source of motivation and moral support, especially for individuals who have lost contact with friends or peers as a result of their game addiction. Family or marriage counseling can help educate loved ones about the disorder and create a more stable home environment.

But tales of his adventures are still on the tongue of every cricket lover. He achieved everything that every cricketer dreams in his 16-year career. Apart from being a great wicketkeeper, his captaincy was also excellent. Dhoni played 538 matches for India in his career, in which he scored 17,266 runs with the help of 16 centuries.
‘Mahi’, as Mahendra Singh Dhoni is popularly known, was born on 7th July, 1981 to Pan Singh and Devaki Dev at Ranchi in Bihar (now Jharkhand). Dhoni’s parents had moved to Ranchi from Uttarakhand where his father works in a junior management position in Mecon. He has a sister and a brother.
Lets read why MS Dhoni is the greatest Indian cricketer of all time.
Major ICC Trophies as Captain
MS Dhoni is the only captain in the history of Cricket to win all ICC trophies. Under his captaincy, India won the 2007 ICC World T20, the 2010 and 2016 Asia Cups, the 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup and the 2013 ICC Champions Trophy.
He’s the best captain we’ve had
No cricket captain in the past has been as successful as Dhoni across all formats of cricket. As of today, his captaincy boasts of two world titles in 50-over ODI cricket, one world title in the T20 format besides Champions League and IPL, where he holds two titles in each format. If this isn’t enough for you, remember that it was under Dhoni’s captainship that put us on top of ICC Test Cricket rankings.
He is India’s highest impact ODI player
According to ‘Impactindex’, MS Dhoni is India’s most high impact ODI cricket player, followed by Kapil Dev and Sachin Tendulkar. Purely as a batsman, he stands behind Sachin and Virat. But it’s his varied skill-set that makes him the most impactful player of the lot.
He created the ‘Helicopter shot’
Former India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s helicopter shot has been emulated a number of times by fans and his teammates as well, whether in the nets or during the match. Dhoni’s helicopter shot became a rage in mid 2000s when he first played during his long hair days. Dhoni’s style and flamboyance gave that shot its name and made it famous more than any other cricketer’s signature shot.
The world’s greatest workload
From 2008 to 2014, Dhoni was the captain-cum-wicket-keeper-cum-attacking-batsman of the Test, ODI, T20 teams of India, whilst leading the IPL team Chennai Super Kings. That’s around 300 matches for India and 100 for CSK. Many international players have wilted with just half of this workload and chosen to retire early in the face of such pressure.
World’s greatest wicket-keeper
An oft-overlooked fact: MS Dhoni has a record of 700 international catches plus stumpings in the three formats and no other Indian wicket-keeper comes close. He is always alert and outwits the batsman by hitting the stumps when he sees a player out of the crease – especially after he has taken a spectacular catch and the umpire doesn’t yield!
Team India’s Phoenix
But more than mere records, it is his influence on Indian cricket that will outlive him. His cool-as-a-cucumber attitude has rubbed off on his team. Ganguly’s aggression followed by Dhoni’s “no fear cricket” (in the words of Aussie legend Ian Chappell) have transformed Indian cricket. When we were eliminated in the 2007 ODI WC, Dhoni took us out of the gloom and won us the T20 WC, which arguably ushered in the T20 revolution. In the 2007 Tests at Lord’s too we were on the verge of losing and Dhoni’s 76 off 159 helped us draw the match with one wicket to spare. We won the series and subsequently became Test No 1. Dhoni is the lone Indian captain who made winning a habit. After the debacle of 0-8, the 2013 ICC Champions Trophy and the 4-0 Australia whitewash (which featured his record double century) he brought back Team India’s winning streak after a dark cricketing period. When the opposition had figured out his attacking game, he transformed it to return to the reckoning. They threw stones at his house (not once, but twice), badgered him as captain, dragged him to court over a magazine cover, but he came out of every storm – dignified and unhurt. Dhoni is the most complex cricketer in the world as also the most thrilling – and inevitably the greatest!
Spectacular things that Legendary Cricketers say about MS Dhoni:
“Dhoni Is The Best Captain I Have Played Under.”
Sachin Tendulkar
“Dhoni Is My Hero. We talk a lot about Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, But this boy has as much talent as anyone in the game.”
Kapil Dev
“I Would Go To War With Dhoni By My Side.”
Gary Kirsten
“As Far As One-Day Cricket Is Concerned, Dhoni Is One Of The Greatest Captains Of All Times”
Sourav Ganguly
“I Am Really Gifted To Play Under The Leadership Of MS Dhoni.”
Michael Hussy
“I will pay to watch MS Dhoni Bat. Dhoni is not the next Gilchrist. He’s the first MS Dhoni.”
Adam Gilchrist
“Need A Six In Pressure Situation? Call MS DHONI.”
Ramiz Raja
“If Dhoni plays till the end, one thing is for sure. He will make his team Win.”
Harsha Bhogle
“If 15 Runs Are Needed Off The Last 6 Balls, Pressure Is On The Bowler & Not On MS Dhoni”
Ian Bishop
You can not describe him or cover all his achievements through the words.. He is a Living Legend and you know what is Dhoni’s biggest achievement that even if 37 runs in 6 balls were needed, people used to say “Dhoni Sambhal Lega Yaar!”.

When it comes to the genre of mystery, the name Agatha Christie is one bound to be discussed. She has left a long-lasting impact and influence on the genre with her various works even today. Her creations of the detective Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple are immortalized in the crime novel genre. According to the Guinness World Records, Agatha Christie’s works have sold more than 2 billion copies worldwide, making her the best-selling fiction writer of all time. According to UNESCO’s book translation database Index Translationum, she is the most translated individual author in record. Her mystery novel ‘And Then There Were None’ is the world’s fifth highest selling book of fiction and highest selling crime novel of all time, having sold around a 100 million copies. Her play ‘The Mousetrap’ holds the record for longest running initial run for a play, and ran from the 25th of November 1952 to March 2020, being closed due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Early Life
Agatha Christie was born on the 15th of September 1890 as Agatha Mary Clarissa Miller in Torquay, Devon, England. She was born to Frederick Alvah Miller and Clarissa Margaret Miller and was the youngest of three siblings, having an elder sister and brother. From early childhood, Agatha Christie had an enormous love for books and reading. She wrote her first piece of writing, a poem titled ‘The Cow Slip’ at the tender age of 10.
Career
Agatha Christie started writing at the age of 18. However, it wasn’t until later that she would be successful in her writing endeavours. She wrote a series of short stories and submitted them to various magazines, however, they got rejected most of the time. In 1916, she wrote her first detective novel. It was titled ‘The Mysterious Affair at Styles’ and starred the Belgium detective Hercule Poirot. It was also the first of the ‘Hercule Poirot’ series of her detective novels. Like her endeavours with her short stories, she was initially unsuccessful in getting a publisher to accept publishing the novel. Finally, it was published in 1920 by the publishing company ‘The Bodley Head’ was a change in the climax of the story. This was a turning point in her career and the start of her rise to the summit of the crime and mystery genre. Her second novel ‘The Secret Adversary’, published in 1922 starred new characters, a crime-solving detective couple named Tommy and Tuppence. In 1927, she created the character Miss Marple, an elderly detective woman. Miss Marple would then be featured in various short stories and novels.
Although Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple are Agatha Christie’s most famous detectives, she wrote multiple other crime novels starring other detectives like Tommy and Tuppence, Harley Quin and Parker Pyne.
Christie’s work extended to beyond the crime and mystery novels. She was also a successful playwright and found great joy in it. She also wrote non-fiction works based on her travel experiences around the world. She also published 6 mainstream novels under a pseudonym of Mary Westmacott.

I have been living in Goa at my sister’s place for the last 3 months and I must Goa is so much more than the beaches and alcohol that Goa is famous for.
Goa has changed my way of living and thinking in these last three months in a way that I would have never expected. It is a place where everybody goes to work on the weekdays and enjoy their life at weekends. The people in Goa are so much comfortable in their skin and not caring what others say to them.
Goa as a place is a very chill and calm place where nobody is in a rush and everybody is up for a talk anywhere and everywhere. It is a place with trees and greeneries all around with monsoon season making them look more beautiful. The place looks so beautiful in the monsoon that nobody could imagine though beaches look scary in monsoon.
Every old Goa house has a touch of Portuguese culture and architecture which makes the house so beautiful and cute that you would just want to stay there.
Goan Authentic food is a delight here but if you are a North Indian like me and expect a good Kebab Parantha or Biryani then you will be disappointed as hell. If you are having a meal here, stick to its speciality and you will love it. Bakeries of Goa are the best, you enter the bakery and the smell of freshly baked bread and chocolate will just mesmerise you.
Goa is a place to relax and catch up on your life which you lost in the busy schedule of your metropolitan city. My only suggestion to the people who are coming to Goa is that just don’t sit on the beach and drink beer, please roam about in the city and enjoy its Vada Pav and its trees and especially the roads of Goa.
Print media had been in a decline way before the introduction of the internet in the 1990s. This downward trend began with televison’s emergence in 1950s. The internet rise of the 1990s brought hope with many print companies believing this would be an outer avenue to make profits. However with the rise of google and social media things saw a drastic change. The ability of the search engines to find a particular writer or blog means that it makes the print version of the paper useless. News outlets saw the internet as a new opportunity. Media outlets grew profits by giving out news through online articles via the internet because it was the cheapest and quickest way to make money. According to Michael Barthel’s “Newspaper: Fact Sheet in his research on newspaper sales at the Pew Research Center, weekday and Sunday newspaper circulation fell approximately 7% and 4% respectively in 2015, the biggest decline since 11% and 8% in 2010.TV and internet are the most influential sources of mass media in current scenario, and in the ultra fast paced life television and internet has preceded newspaper in almost all the aspects and has reached out as the most feasible and convenient option. Internet is one of the most hyped technological tool which has been has been declared the most favorable outcome by all the netizens. The consumption rate of internet currently in top notch and it has been an indispensable part of humans these days. Internet helps disseminate a message to a wide ranging audience in a much lucid way. Its one of the most feasible option considering that it is very portable source of information in comparison to other sources. Internet keeps us updated with every chain of events that is happening or has happened around be it current affairs, controversial acts or historic events. It has minimalized human efforts to the utmost level, now in just a span of few minutes we briefly study various things and various topics even while snuggling in our beds. As we have seen internet has increased the spectrum of learning making it limitless, while giving people a great platform to showcase their talent and making learnings lot more convenient by proving students with teaching platform. In the aspects of television we can say it is more leaned towards the interest of audience as it is more visually appealing due to the short clipping ads and auditory effects attached to them catching the sight of people. Visual and auditory effects combined together leads to fast leaning and grabbing more attention. Moving on the same policy TV and internet has lead to a slow death of internet, while newspaper requires full attention of the person reading it and looks pale due to the print making the people lose interest in it. TV on the other hand provides us with the information that is necessary and in brief and is a great source of entertainment. We quite often look that any posters or articles on internet or social media has a vast reach in comparison to newspaper. All the social issues and concerning issues have been bough to light. Internet and television have been used as a great weaponto spontaneously use against culprits of issues for example the increase in number count of raped have been actively talked on social media, awareness ads on women’s rights and education have been rendering all over the social media, internet and television creating a pressure on government to take optimal steps to resolve the problems. Television and internet act as a more sensitive medium to those who are not literate acting out as a possible source of knowledge. The absence of audio and video element makes it dull. It required too many resources, such as paper, ink, and print systems, etc. Also, it needs many delivers to distribute to each home subscribers demanding lot of hard work, time, resource and labour. But with just a click the work done, articles and ads get available to all the population using internet. Internet also provides us with immediate information present. Too much technology and the lack of reading has led to the downfall of newspapers as actual paper articles. Everything is electronic now so people prefer to buying subscriptions instead of a newspaper. Once printed, mistakes are difficult to correct in newspapers but the mistakes can be edited on much easier internet. In newspaper the content is out of date before we actually read it so it loses its value. Internet in comparison to newspaper is more accountable, reachable and gives more freedom to express ones ideas and thoughts giving liberation. It serves multi-lateral purpose and seems to provide much more opportunity in comparison to newspaper for a better growth. Lately lots of journalists have switched to digital media used by internet and TV choosing these non-conventional jobs as a source of their bread and butter for a steady growth in their lives. So it can be said that TV and internet lead to a downfall of newspaper industry.
John Muir was also name as “John of mountains” or “Father of National park”. He was a Scottish American. He was a naturalist, author, environmental philosopher, botanist, zoologist, glaciologist, and early advocate for the preservation of wildness in the USA. His letters, essays, and books describing his adventures in nature, especially in the sierra Nevada, have been read by millions. His activism helped to preserve the Yosemite valley and Sequoia National Park. He was the co founder of Sierra-club which was a prominent America conservation organization. In his later life, Muir devoted most of his time to the preservation of the western forests. John Muir has been considered “an inspiration to both Scots and Americans”. Muir was appreciated for being an ecological thinker, political spokesman, and religious prophet, whose writings became a personal guide into nature for many people, making his name eternal in the modern environmental consciousness. On April 21, 2013, the first John Muir Day was celebrated in Scotland, which marked the 175th anniversary of his birth, paying homage to the conservationist. He lived on Dunbar, East Lithuania. Although he spent the majority of his life in America, he never forgot his roots in Scotland. He held a strong connection with his birthplace and Scottish identity throughout his life and was frequently heardtalking about his childhood in the East Lothian countryside. His strict and religious family has been seen as a reason for his love with nature. Muir soon became convinced that glaciers had sculpted many of the features of the Yosemite Valley and surrounding area. As Muir’s ideas spread, Whitney tried to discredit Muir by branding him as an amateur. But Louis Agassiz, the premier geologist, saw potential in Muir’s ideas and lauded him as “the first man I have ever found who has any adequate conception of glacial action.” During an accident where the tool he was using was slipped from his hand and stuck to his eyes, cutting the cornea in his right eye and then his left eye sympathetically failed. He was confined to a darkened room for six weeks to regain his sight, worried about whether he would end up blind. In his life, Muir published six volumes of writings, all describing explorations of natural settings. Four additional books were published. Muir’s friend, zoologist Henry Fairfield Osborn, writes that Muir’s style of writing did not come to him easily, but only with intense effort. He used to wale up early morning at 4:30am and practice his writing skills. He died on December 24 1914 in California, los Angeles
John Lubbock, 1st Baron Avebury, 4th Baronet, known as Sir John Lubbock, 4th Baronet from 1865 until 1900, was an English banker, liberal politician, scientist, philanthropist and polymath. Lubbock worked in his family company as a banker but made significant contributions in archaeology, ethnography, and several branches of biology. He coined the terms “Paleolithic” and “Neolithic” to denote the Old and New Stone Ages, respectively. He helped establish archaeology as a scientific discipline, and was also influential in nineteenth-century debates concerning evolutionary theory. He introduced the first law for the protection of the UK’s archaeological and architectural heritage. He was also a founding member of the X Club. John Lubbock was born in 1834, the son of Sir John Lubbock, 3rd Baronet, a London banker, and was brought up in the family home of High Elms Estate, near Downe in Kent. The family had two homes, one at 29 Eaton Place, Belgrave Square where John was born and another in Mitcham Grove. Lubbock senior had studied mathematics at Cambridge University and had written on probability, and on astronomy. A Fellow of the Royal Society, he was keenly involved in the scientific debates of the time apart from serving as the Vice Chancellor of London University. In 1845, Lubbock began studies at Eton college. After finishing school, he was employed by his father’s bank, of which he became a partner at the age of twenty-two. Around 1852, he assisted Darwin’s research by examining and illustrating barnacles. In 1865, he succeeded to the baronetcy.
In the early 1870s, Lubbock became increasingly interested in politics. In 1870, and again in 1874, he was elected as a Liberal Party Member of Parliament for Maidstone. He lost the seat at the election of 1880, but was at once elected member for London University, of which he had en vice chancellor since 1872 As an MP, Lubbock had a distinguished political career, with four main political agendas: promotion of the study of science in primary and secondary schools; the national debt, free trade, and related economic issues; protection of ancient monuments; securing of additionalholidays and shorter working hours for the working classes. He was successful with numerous enactments in Parliament, including the Bank. Holidays Act of 1871 and the Ancient Monuments Act of 1882, along with another 28 acts of Parliament. When the Liberals split in 1886 on the issue of Irish Home Ruler, Lubbock joined the breakaway Liberal Unionist Party in opposition to Irish home rule. A prominent supporter of the Statistical Society, he took an active part in criticizing the encroachment of municipal trading and the increase of the municipal debt. Lubbock’s thoughts about the nature and value of politics were deeply influenced by his scientific research, particularly his writings on early human society. He believed that the cognitive foundations of morality could be shaped through political economy, particularly through a national education system that implemented subjects mandated by the state. He held that the minds of children could be shaped in the direction of democracy, liberalism and morality through learning how to read and write. To this goal he was a strong supporter of the national education act of 1871 In 1879, Lubbock was elected the first president of the Institute of Bankers. In 1881, he was president of the British Association, and from 1881 to 1886, president of the Linnean Society of London. In March 1883, he founded the Bank Clerks Orphanage, which in 1986 became the Bankers’ Benevolent Fund – a charity for bank employees, past and present, and their dependants. and he defended the introduction of the national curriculum during the 1870s and 1880s. In addition to his work at his father’s bank, Lubbock took a keen interest in archaeology and evolutionary theory. In 1855, he and Charles Kingsley discovered the skull of a musk ox in a gravel pit, a discovery that was commended by Darwin A collection of Iron Age antiquities Lubbock and Sir John Evans excavated at the site of Hallstatt in Austria is now in the British Museum’s collection He spoke in support of the evolutionist Thomas Henry Huxley at the famous 1860 Oxford evolution debate.. During the 1860s, he published many articles in which he used archaeological evidence to support Darwin’s theory. In 1864, he became one of the founding members of the elite X Club, a dining club composed of nine gentlemen to promote the theories of natural selection and academic liberalism. During the 1860s he held a number of influential academic positions, including President of the Ethnological Society from 1864 to 1865,Vice-President of Linnean Society in 1865, and President of the International Congress of Prehistoric Archaeology in 1868. In 1865 he published Pre-Historic Times, which became a standard archaeology textbook for the remainder of the century, with the seventh and final edition published in 1913. His second book, On the Origin of Civilization, was published in 1870. During 1871, he purchased part of the Avebury estate to protect its prehistoric stone monuments from impending destruction. During the early 1870s, he held the position of President of the Anthropological Institute of Great Britain and Ireland from 1871 to 1872, [13 as well as the position of Vice President of the Royal Society in 1871. During this period he worked with John Evans, the other key figure in the establishment of the discipline of archaeology. He invented the ms “Palaeolithic” and “Neolithic” to denote the Old and New Stone Ages, [14] respectively. He also introduced a Darwinian-type theory of human nature and development. In 1871, he bought land at Avebury to prevent part of the ancient stone circle from being built on. This, and other threats to the nation’s heritage, persuaded him that some legal protection was needed. In 1874, he introduced a parliamentary bill that would identify a list of ancient sites that deserved legal protection. After several later attempts and against some opposition, it was not until 1882 that a much watered down version, The Ancient Monuments Act, came into being. Though restricted to 68 largely prehistoric monuments it was the forerunner of all later laws governing the UK’s archaeological and architectural heritage. In 1893, Lubbock was elected a member of the American Antiquarian Society.
Dystopian movies are movies set in futures where law and order are either absent, or is corrupted. These movies, while characterized with mild to heavy violence, oppression and death, are packed with action, suspense and thrills. For people into these genres, the dystopian genre of movies can be a thrilling watch.
For those with an established love for the genre, as well as first-time watchers and people wanting to get into the genre, here are 5 series to look into:
The Hunger Games series
The Hunger Games series is based on a novel trilogy of the same name by Suzanne Collins. The story is set in a country called Panem, which is divided into the Capitol and 12 Districts. Every year, there is a competition called the Hunger Games, in which a boy and a girl under 18 are selected and made to fight to death till one person remains standing. The story is told through the point-of-view of Katniss Everdeen, a seventeen-year-old from District 12 who along with her schoolmate Peeta Mellark is forced to compete in the Hunger Games.
The Maze Runner series
Similar to the Hunger Games series, the Maze Runner series is also based on a trilogy of novels written by James Dashner. The story follows Thomas, who wakes up amnesiac in the centre of a gigantic maze occupied by other boys who also have no recollection of life before the maze. They discover that the mazes are operated by an organization called WCKD and escape the maze to find WCKD and learn the secret behind them.
The Resident Evil series
The Resident Evil series, unlike most movie adaptations is actually adapted from a Japanese action-horror video game series and loosely based on it. The series follows Alice and her fight against the Umbrella Corporation, an organization responsible for causing a zombie apocalypse. The series was immensely successful, and holds the record for highest grossing zombie series as well as highest grossing movie series adapted from a video game. A reboot of the series more faithful to the game comes out in November 2021.
The Divergent series
The Divergent series is based on a novel series of the same name written by Veronica Roth. The movie is set in a society where humans get classified into five different groups which become their social and personal identity. The ones who cannot fit in are called Divergent are cast off from society. The Divergent series follows the story of Tris, a Divergent and her struggle to blend in with the rest of society.
The Purge series
The Purge is an original movie series created by James DeMonaco. It is set in a dystopic America, which on first glance looks normal, crime-free and idyllic. The truth behind the lack of violence is The Purge, a US Government-sanctioned annual, national holiday in which for a time period of 24 hours, each and any crime becomes legal. The movies follow different groups of people and their struggles to survive The Purge.
The book “rich dad poor dad” states a quite wonderful message. It is not important how much you earn it is important how much you utilize the earned penny. One may earn in crores and if not utilized correctly and wisely may turn his revenue into zero There is a famous quote which goes by “the poor works for money and the rich make money work for them” A person if works for money consumes his whole life dedicated to earning and the day he stops his living might hinder but if a person utilizes his money along with earning in simple words if a person invests his money out of the money earned he might never hinder his and his loved ones giving money being very sensitive to us humans, investing in the right place is very important, balancing the risks and returns a person should invest after taking into consideration the drawbacks of the scheme or investment. There is an old saying in Hindi “4 paise kama lo” we would have often wondered why only 4 and not 5 paise or not 3 paises because out of the money earned the person should use his money in 4 places the first place is for his living, his daily necessary expenses The 2nd paisa is for his own business the part of the earnings earned should be again used in his own business to get greater returns in the future. 3rd paisa stands for investing in gold, in olden times when there weren’t stock markets or mutual fund schemes people used to buy gold as a safe investment which may also come at use at important events of life like marriage. Also, gold has high liquidity which, even today proves to be a promising investment. The 4th paisa stands for land, it has given promising returns in the past. In this pattern according to 4 paise, every paisa should be given equal consideration and all should be kept in balance.
A person if does not invest wisely can wipe out its whole revenue. A person should beware of faulty schemes in the market that offer unbelievable returns When a person who for fast money in the investing stages not investing he is just trading and he may suffer losses example of the same is goodwin jewelers first branch being in Dombivali attracted many customers in the next 12 years the firm introduced 12 of its branches in different cities of Mumbai firm later released a scheme giving its customer whopping 6% interest rate which is more than 100% of what bank offers (8%) Many of its customers the firm built plus other investors due to this attractive scheme invested their hard-earned money in the firm Also the firm had amazing goodwill in the market due to its advertising projects. Shilpa Shetty D many celebrities from the south film industry being the firm’s brand ambassador many people started trusting on the company. Thousands of people invested in the company only to know that the company declared bankruptcy and did not repay a penny. It is said that the jeweler to pays 200 kilos of gold to the market and 30crores worth of diamonds to the dealers in the Zaveri Bazar. Investors should stay away from such faulty schemes. Sock market has proved to be a promising investment if the investor knows roof esteemed easiest thee most efficient way to invest is in gold it will give you returns more than the inflation rate in the long run and is very liquid .n0’s many people due to lack of knowledge invested FD even though banks claim to give them 6% per year they face a loss of 2-3% per year as the inflation increases by 7-8%. This may be shocking to many of us because we haven’t been taught this, w haven’t thought about this as well, one of its reasons being FD is the best income for a bank They get to use the money at 6% and further lend the same money at 9-12% giving them a net income of 3-4% per year which is in hundreds of crores taking into consideration the volume of trade and thee landlady good investment but less firm than gold. The land would stay at the same price for years plus the owner needs to pay property tax and light bills. Of course, there have been instances where people’s fortune has changed because of a piece of land but there are safer investments that rented you returns like the MF.
The fact of the matter is a person may dig his own grave if he doesn’t invest wisely. Before investing in any scheme the drawbacks should be considered and the decision should be taken accordingly Investors while managing their money should keep a balance between risks and returns. Money management, if done effectively by an individual or a firm will proceed in its financial journey.
The Ancient Olympic Games, an athletic festival was originated in ancient Greece and was revived in the late 19th century. The Olympics Games were held every four years at the sanctuary of Zeus in Olympia, Greece until they were abolished in the early Christian era. The revival of the Olympic Games took place in 1896, and since then they have been held every fourth year (except during World War I and World War II
The Modern Olympic Games were held in Athens, Greece, in 1896. The credit to start the modern Olympic games goes to Baron Pierre de Coubertin of France. Having studied political science, he came to know about national and international problems. He thought national and international problems can be easily solved through the Olympic games. It was Coubertin’s imagination to restart the ancient Olympic games at the world level. After many endeavors, Coubertin succeeded in enlisting worldwide support, and the first modern Olympics games were held in Athens in 1896.
In 1896, Athens Olympic games, only nine countries participated in the first modern Olympic games. The number gradually increased and in 1972, Munich Olympic games 122 countries participated.
The Olympic motto was coined by a French educator Father Didon in 1895. It is compromises of three Latin words – Citius, Altius, Fortius which means Faster, Higher, Stronger respectively.
The Olympic flag was created in 1913 at the suggestion of Baron Pierre de Coubertin. The Olympic flag is made of white silk and contains five interlocking rings in five colors representing five continents of the world – America, Europe, Australia, Asia, and Africa. The interlocking of the rings symbolizes cooperation and friendship.
Olympics act as a social force in achieving international brotherhood, fraternity, peace, and solidarity. Olympics provide a broad platform for attaining these values.
Olympic provides the platform for the development of the following values
Free from discrimination
The most important objective of the Olympic games is that there is no discrimination based on caste, race, and religion. Though exceptions are always there. The racial difference was seen during the 1936 Berlin Olympics when Adolf Hilter refused to honor Jasse Owens who got four gold medals in that Olympics.
Fair play
Rules and regulations should be applied fairly to each team. But in fact, there is a gap between the words and actions of the officials. Nowadays every team wants to win by hook or crook. The slogan like “stay out for sports and stay out of courts” and “live by code or get out” have become useless as these are not found in practice. Therefore, it can be said that the Olympic games in this respect are not so successful as they should have been.
International Friendship and Solidarity
Olympic games provide many opportunities to develop international friendships not only among the participants but among the nation also. It also provides ample opportunity to enhance the feeling of brotherhood and unity among various nations.
Harmony
During Olympic games, the various teams belong to different religions, colors, castes, and social backgrounds but even then the harmony is developed between them. They don’t have any ill-will or malice. They believe in the following Olympic deals :
“The important thing in Olympic is not to win, but to take part; The important thing in life is not the triumph, but to struggle; The essential thing is not to have conquered but to have fought well”.
Game-based learning, as the name suggests, is gameplay with defined learning goals, and designed to present subject matter in the form of a game to help learners understand the concepts. Often in a simulated environment and gain experience of their applications in a virtual environment before using them in the real world.
Non-digital gaming develops valuable soft skills. Soft skills can be defined as people skills and management skills, a group of personality traits that can include social graces, communication, language skills, habits, empathy, time management, teamwork and leadership. They may also include other traits such as a growth mindset, self-awareness, and resilience. Participating in a card game allows players to develop these soft skills in a safe and nurturing environment. Players work as a team, practice oral communication skills, and learn to disagree, strategize, build consensus, and achieve a goal.
2. Game-Based Learning Stimulates the Imagination
Game-based learning allows learners and instructors to visualize 3D models in real-time and at scale. This helps to make learning more contextual, more real and therefore more enjoyable and relevant to the learners. A virtually enhanced world encourages the learners to use their imagination and discover new possibilities in a fun and interactive way. Interactive learning facilitates deep learning, increasing the possibility of retaining information for a longer time.
3. Helps With Fast Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving
Most games require children to think quickly. Moreover, they have to utilize their logic in order to think three steps ahead in order to solve problems and complete levels. This is great because it is something which helps children in later life as they develop their logic, their accuracy and their ability to think on their feet and outside of the box.
Learning concepts through visuals leads to better retention power and sharpens the minds of kids. Visual Learning leads to a decrease in learning time, improves retrieval of information that leads to faster concept grabbing for students.
5. Allows students to judge their own potential in a wider peer group
In game-based learning which is implemented amongst a vast audience, the students can understand where they stand among their peers from all over the world. Learners can challenge other learners on various subjects and topics, thus understanding their potential level as compared to other people from their own school, country or around the world.
Conclusion
The aim of an educational institution should be all-round development of learners, and gaming is an important means of attaining that.

Life is a beautiful journey were nothing is certain every day, every hour, every minute and every second is precious. You never know what the next moment brings, so instead of wasting our life in getting wild or being sad, it would be best to enjoy every moment . So how can a person always be happy? Because life has a another name that is problems. This is the general question ,every person has in mind. But if every single person change their perspective of seeing their problems, then there might be a chance of getting a solution. Basically if we see a problem as a problem, then that problem will always be like a problem. It sounds weird right , but if we see the problem as a new adventure of life and start dealing with it like playing a game , then that problem can also be solved and make us happy . So in short you don’t always need a person or reason to be happy ,you just need the guts and belief to create that moment. As I said,”Life is a one time go ,once the time flew away it wont be back”.So live your life to the fullest . Set amazing and adventurous goal ,Don’t just fret over the past, Instead of being greedy, start giving more. Forgive people, forget trash memories and recall happy moments. Give up your best in perfection, Enjoy every simple moments and things. Be practical and socialize, just free your heart from hatred and spend some time with your family. Be your own care taker. Pray and meditate, expect less, whenever you feel low, just take a deep breath and believe in yourself. Embrace simplicity, be humble and kind. Be grateful ,do random acts of kindness. If you think you are not lucky enough to be happy, just visit an orphanage or old age home spend some time there you will eventually feel blessed and happy . The secret of being happy ,is just accepting where you are in life and making others happy.

Have you ever wondered why are birthday cakes round in shape and not rectangular , triangular or any other shape? And how and who came up with the idea of cutting cakes on your birthday ? It is believed that cakes originated in Germany in the 15th century at the festival of kinderfest , and the time period before that cakes were only used for weddings , not birthdays.
Cakes could only be afforded by the wealthy before the industrial revolution and hence was a symbol of luxury . Tracing our steps back to ancient Greece , we can discover more about the history of cakes . Artemis , the Greek Goddess of Moon and the hunt was very much adored and respected . It is believed that people brought cakes in the temple of Goddess Artemis . The cake was round in shape as it represented the shape of the moon , and the candles that were placed on the cake represented the glow of the moon , and the smoke from the candles would carry wishes of the people up to the sky , where the Gods resided. That is why people are asked to make a wish !
Greeks were the first to put candles on cakes .The Egyptians are the ones who started the ‘birthday’ tradition . Ancient Egyptians believed that when Pharaohs were crowned , they became Gods . Hence their coronation day was their ‘birth’ day . Now that’s quite a story behind birthday and cakes !!! There is always a rich and intriguing history behind the most ordinary things , and that is bewildering !
In today’s world, many organizations use the network to store, gather and share information. As more data is gathered and stored, the protection of this information is significant. To protect these data, the field of cybersecurity is introduced. Cybersecurity is a practice of protecting your computers, mobile phones, servers, data, and other electronic devices from malicious attacks. On a personal level, you have to protect your identity, data, and computer devices. At the industrial level, it is everyone’s responsibility to protect their organization’s data. In the modern world, protecting our data and privacy is really important. This field provides a wide range of opportunities due to the increasing reliance on computers and the internet. Cybersecurity can also be called network security, information security, and information technology security. Any information about you can be considered as data. It may be educational, medical, employment, and financial data. Sometimes the data which you stored in your computing device can be profitable to others. By hacking your device, they get access to your data and they may threaten you. So it’s your responsibility to be aware of the cyber world.
CIA TRIAD
The three main principles of cybersecurity are confidentiality, integrity, and availability. (CIA Triad). This provides the guidelines for data security for an organization.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Confidentiality ensures the privacy of data by restricting unauthorized access to the data. So, the term confidentiality can also be termed as privacy. An organization’s policies should restrict the access to data only to the authorized person and ensure that the data is only viewed by those authorized individuals. For example, a Java programmer in a company should not have access to view the personal details of other employees in that company. In addition to this, an organization has to make sure that proper training is given to the employees to protect themselves and company from the cyber-attacks. Some of the methods to ensure confidentiality is data encryption, create strong passwords (a word containing uppercase and lowercase letters, special symbols, and digits with a minimum of 8 characters), multifactor authentication, and be aware of fraudulent emails.
INTEGRITY
Integrity ensures the accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness of the data. Data integrity can also be referred to as data quality. Data undergoes varieties of stages include storage, retrieval, update, and transfer. During these states, data must remain unaltered. The need for data integrity varies among different organizations. For instance, Instagram does not verify its user profiles whereas in the bank and financial sectors data integrity is indispensable, and in the medical field it is the matter of life and death. Loss of data integrity may cause severe problems to the organization. So it is important to ensure data integrity. Data integrity can be compromised by human error (input), transferring from one device to another device, or by any cyber-attacks. Data integrity can be verified using a checksum. It verifies the strings of characters in a file after they have been transferred from one device to another device.
AVAILABILITY
Availability is the principle that explains the availability of data at the point when users needed. Proper mitigation plans should be done in case of sudden attacks to recover from it quickly as possible. The denial-of-service (DoS attacks) can threaten system availability. An organization can ensure its availability of data by proper maintenance of equipment, keeping the software and operating system up to date, mitigation plans, new technological implementations and performing hardware repairs, and keeping backups of data.
This image here speaks a thousand words with making any noise. It’s a fundamental concept with equally difficult mindset to create. We all understand it but find it extraordinarily hard to follow it.
We can achieve almost anything in life…As long as we focus on achieving one thing at a time. It’s a time-tested strategy that’s been shared by many successful people.
But don’t let the simplicity of this idea fool you. It’s one of the hardest things to implement in your life.
That’s because we, human beings, are fickle. Our desires are constantly changing. We pursue new things before we finish our old goals.
We’re dealing with an invisible force that is always trying to confuse us. Instead of focusing on one thing at a time, we set multiple goals, and think we can multitask ourselves to achieving them.
There’s a discrepancy between what we know ( to focus on one thing at a time) and what we do (focusing on everything at the same time).
One Thing per Area of Life
There are various field’s in everybody’s life i.e. career, relationships, education etc. Focus on one thing at a time.
Do not aspire to be the top of your class while creating the perfect body and learning all the skills at the same time. This only creates more confusion and frustration because you won’t be complete even one them.
A simple outcome of the above situation is, suppose you are tired from the class and you decided to give up on going to the gym. You tell yourself it’s just for today. But that’s the division we make of our energy which results in inefficiency to reach out target. This demotivates a person to the length we fail to forsee.
So yes, you can achieve a lot of things…But just not at the same time.
Manage Your Desires
The natural thing to do for most people is to start setting goals or picking one priority they want to focus on. But unless you have trained your mind to focus on one thing, it’s not a smart thing to do.
You must improve your focus muscle first. Otherwise, you set a goal, focus on one thing, and get back to your old behavior within a week.
You want to change your mindset. Go from “I want everything” to “I appreciate what I have.”
All this doesn’t mean we shouldn’t desire to improve our lives. On the contrary, the whole purpose of life is to move forward.
So don’t be afraid to set goals and aim for great things. Just achieve one thing after the other.
Practice Single-Tasking
Now, it’s time to practice. For the next week, only do ONE thing at a time. If you’re a modern human being that is used to technology, that will be very hard. But I guess you like the challenge, otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this.
This is also called being present. Just be less distracted. That’s all. And you can practice with anything by doing only one thing.
Time To Set one Goal Per Area
Only after you have controlled your desires and practiced doing one thing at a time are you ready to apply the “One Thing” strategy to your life.
The reason you want to practice is that life is long. If you take the time to become less distracted by desires, the more reliable you will become.
You will become a person who does what they say. You will become a person who achieves what they set out. And after you start achieving one thing after the other, you will get momentum. Your job is to keep the momentum.
This is how people become happy and wealthy. Both those things add up over time.
Remember to keep the bigger picture in mind. You WILL achieve all your goals. Who cares whether you achieve them now or in the future? What matters is that you are not influenced by desire or outside forces. You are the maker of your own life.
Hi gorgeous, Today I came up with an interesting & important topic “PEACE OF MIND”. But, what does it mean? Peace of mind is a state where you are free from worries and you stay calm. It is a state where you smile from your heart.
Let me tell a story: There once was a King who offered a prize to the artist who would paint the best picture of peace. Many artists tried. The King looked at all the pictures, but there were only two he really liked and he had to choose between them. One picture was of a calm lake. The lake was a perfect mirror, for peaceful towering mountains were all around it. Overhead was a blue sky with fluffy white clouds. All who saw this picture thought that it was a perfect picture of peace. The other picture had mountains, too. But these were rugged and bare. Above was an angry sky from which rain fell and in which lightening played. Down the side of the mountain tumbled a foaming waterfall. This did not look peaceful at all. But when the King looked, he saw behind the waterfall a tiny bush growing in a crack in the rock. In the bush a mother bird had built her nest. There, in the midst of the rush of angry water, sat the mother bird on her nest in perfect peace. Which picture do you think won the prize? The King chose the second picture. Do you know why? ‘Because’ explained the King, ‘peace does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. Peace means to be in the midst of all those things and still be calm in your heart. That is the real meaning of peace. The above story made us to realize what peace really means. Many of us, are really searching peace outside. But actually our peace of mind is in our hands, i.e., in our mindset & perception. *Have we ever tried to be free without any thoughts? *Have we ever felt satisfied with the things and stuffs we posses? No, we don’t. Yes, we all have ‘n’ no.of. commitments, responsibilities. With our busy schedules, we are running to accomplish our tasks and commitments. *Have we ever took time to enjoy the present moment? Many of us are running in a fast forward mode, where we are losing our peace of mind, a good relationship, our health, enjoyment and so on. -Achieving our goal is important. – Earning and saving is important. – Fulfilling family needs are important. After all LIVING WITH PEACE OF MIND IS MORE IMPORTANT. Staying happy and smiling from your heart is more important. *Take time to appreciate yourself. *Take A moment to see the good in all *Take time to enjoy your present moment. Never ever say that ‘because of that person I lost my peace of mind‘. Make sure that no one spoils/disturbs your peace of mind. You have to be the only reason for your peace of mind. My dad always used to tell me that “Never ever give your KEY OF HAPPINESS in the hands of others, that key has to be in your hands”. But many of us are failing to hold our key of happiness with us. Try to hold it tightly In order to stay peacefully let us stop expecting, though it’s human nature to expect, let us try to stop our expectations. Come on everyone, from now on let us enjoy everything that comes in our way. Let’s accept all kinds of situations, let us start to say” I AM SATISFIED WITH WHAT I HAVE”. At the end of the day,it is your decision, whether you gonna live with peace of mind or you gonna live a suffocated life. The choice is left to you. Think twice before you make any decision. Do remember “The moment when you smile from your heart, is the moment where you are really living your life peacefully”. And I do feel very happy for all those people who are smiling from their heart. All the best. Have a peaceful day.
Hiroshima Day is seen on August 6 consistently to bring issues to light of the heart-breaking impacts of the nuclear bomb and the need to advance “harmony legislative issues” among countries. The day is a token of the besieging assault on Hiroshima and Nagasaki by the United States during World War II in 1945, which annihilated practically 90% of the city and killed a great many individuals.
The bombings on the two Japanese urban communities were the first occasion when that a nuclear bomb was utilized for external testing.
