“ON KILLING A TREE” is a poem written by Gieve Patel. This poem is highlights deforestation and exploitation of nature by man in a cruel way to satisfy his needs. The poem gives a vivid picture of the brutal act of killing a tree. The poem compares the killing of a tree to a murder.
“It takes much time to kill a tree,
Not a simple jab of the knife
Will do it. It has grown
Slowly consuming the earth,
Rising out of it, feeding
Upon its crust, absorbing
Years of sunlight, air, water,
And out of its leprous hide
Sprouting leaves.”
The poem starts with the poet starting to describe how difficult it is to kill a tree. It cannot be killed with just a quick blow of a knife because it had grown this huge and is deep rooted in the soil. It rises out of the earth’s crust and absorbing years of sunlight, water and air. The tree also sprouts leaves from its discoloured bark.
“So hack and chop
But this alone wont do it.
Not so much pain will do it.
The bleeding bark will heal
And from close to the ground
Will rise curled green twigs,
Miniature boughs
Which if unchecked will expand again
To former size.”
In stanza 2, these lines state that even though human being chop the tree, it doesn’t mean the tree is destroyed. Just like how we get cuts and bleed and finally heal, the tree also releases sap when chopped. The bleeding bark will heal back itself and grow again from the ground. Green twigs grow and when left unnoticed, it grows back to it’s former size.
“No, The root is to be pulled out —
Out of the anchoring earth;
It is to be roped, tied,
And pulled out — snapped out
Or pulled out entirely,
Out from the earth-cave,
And the strength of the tree exposed
The source, white and wet,
The most sensitive, hidden
For years inside the earth.”
In the above lines, the initial step to destroy a tree is described. The initial step is uprooting the tree. To destroy a tree completely, first it needs to be pulled out from the earth which was holding and sustaining it. The earth nurtured the tree for many years but now roped, tied and pulled out entirely. ‘Earth cave’ is maybe referred to deep hole that is created by pulling out the tree. It is only when the act of pulling the tree out of the earth is done, it’s real strength is revealed. When the tree is uprooted, the most sensitive, white and moist part of the tree, the roots come out from the earth which was deep down the soil for years.
“Then the matter
Of scorching and choking
In sun and air,
Browning, hardening,
Twisting, withering,
And then it is done.”
And after the tree is uprooted, it is destroyed by other elements of nature such as sunlight and air. The climatic and environmental changes play a role in browning and hardening of the tree. It dries and twists and finally withers. By this stage, the tree is destroyed once and for all.
This poem conveys a social message to all stating the importance of trees and destroying them is a crime. The nature has provided man so much but man becomes greedy and exploits nature. Man should realize that destroying nature is destroying himself.
A writer only begins a book, a reader finishes it.
It is indeed true that, when we start reading a book, we find ourselves transformed to another world, where there are things that are purely of our imagination and nothing else. That world is what we perceive to see in the real world, but we can’t. So we relish what is fantasy.
A good reader devours a book within days, even hours even. But there are also readers who take their time and savor each and every word, sentence, paragraph one by one. It doesn’t really matter how we read it, as long as it satisfies the person concerned, reading is alive and reading wins.
It is the exact reason why books are still around and there are lakhs of readers who are devoted fans of book reading. It is skill even, when we consider that we adapt ourselves to the perception to each and every author, adapt to each of their mindset and understand every book as the writer had wanted us to.
There is a reason why paperback books are still in the market. Else the publishing business would be long wound down among the e-books and Kindles and what not. Many people actually prefer hard copies of their favorite books, because nothing can compare to the fresh scent of a new book. That, and also the fact that we spend almost all our time staring into screens and reading an actual books gives us a break.
So, are you considered as a “Book Worm” only if you read large and mighty books? Never. Do you enjoy reading a good novel? Do you enjoy reading a good story book? Do you enjoy reading newspaper early in the morning? Or Do you enjoy researching on the homework given to you? It doesn’t matter what you read, if you read to improve your knowledge, or to find pleasure and you do it consistently, then voila, you’re officially a member of reading community.
People shouldn’t be judged for reading a particular genre of books. Though it is good to stray outside of our comfort zones for a while and discover what the world has to offer. You may be surprised with what you might find. You might find someone who shares the same interests as you. Sometimes you might find a writer who puts your thoughts exactly into words.
Reading is a very good habit to enhance our knowledge. From British Classics like Jane Eyre, Plays like Romeo and Juliet, to American classics like The Great Gatsby to the great hits of Nicholas Sparks, or to the novels of Robin Sharma for self-motivation or really philosophical books like The Alchemist. There is nothing really that isn’t a classic. No book is a failure until it reaches the perfect reader. So start your reading, maybe from an article daily from the newspaper and get absorbed into the reading community. Happy reading!!
Yoga is Plain and simple, yoga is the union between the body, mind, and spirit. That’s the origins of yoga and that’s how it is practiced in the East,” says Miriam Amselem, yogi of nearly 30 years. “It is a place of discovery and connection with your own body that encompasses balance, proper stretching techniques, breathing, meditation, centering the mind and spirit that’s yoga in its real form.” However, you’ll find that every type of yoga has a slightly different definition or interpretation. That is why we see things like goat yoga popping up alongside traditional forms like Iyengar and ashtanga. But above all, yoga ignores the “no pain, no gain” philosophy that’s rife in fitness communities. Yoga is not a place to push through, go beyond your edge, or ignore your body. The primary tenet is ahimsa, or non-harming, and that starts with choosing the right type of yoga for you.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga yoga consists of six series of specific poses taught in order. Each pose and each series is “given” to a student when their teacher decides they have mastered the previous one. This is a very physical, flow-style yoga with spiritual components you might remember it as the type Madonna did in the late ’90s. Ashtanga teachers give hands-on adjustments, and in Mysore-style studios (named after the city where the practice’s guru, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, lived and taught), each student has a unique practice.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slower style of yoga in which poses are held for a minute and eventually up to five minutes or more. It is a type of yoga with roots in martial arts as well as yoga, and it’s designed to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. The practice focuses on the hips, lower back, and thighs and uses props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to let gravity do the work, helping to relax. While other forms of yoga focus on the major muscle groups, yin yoga targets the body’s connective tissues.
Power Yoga
Like vinyasa yoga, power yoga traces its roots to ashtanga but is less regimented and is more open to interpretation by individual teachers. “Power yoga is generally more active and is done at a quicker pace than other styles of yoga,” says Chun. Power yoga can be hot yoga or not, and some studios offer a mix of power and slow flow yoga to ease students into this intense practice. Fans of power yoga may also like buti yoga, which is just as physical but also includes tribal dance, primal m asana for glowing skin. It helps in improving skin texture and quality by promoting blood circulation towards your face.
Mountain Pose
there is a lot going on, even though it may look like just standing. The heels root down, the muscles of the legs are engaged, the bones are stacked with the shoulders directly over the hips, the shoulder blades slide down the back, and the crown of the head rises. Don’t forget to breathe.
Yoga is a popular exercise that focuses on breathing, strength, and flexibility. Practicing yoga may provide many physical and mental health benefits.
Women are murdered all over the world. But in India a most brutal of killing female takes place regularly, even before they have the opportunity to be born. Female foeticide , the selective abortion of female fetuses is killing upwards of one million females in India annually with far ranging and tragic consequences. In some areas, the sex ratio of females to males has dropped to less than 8000:1000. Females not only face inequality in this culture, they are even denied the right to be born. Why do so many families selectively abort baby daughters? In a word: economics. Aborting female fetuses is both practical and socially acceptable in India. Female foeticide is driven by many factors, but primarily by the prospect of having to pay a dowry to the feature bridegroom of a daughter. While sons offer security to their families in old age and can perform the rites for the souls of deceased parents and ancestors, daughters are perceived as a social and economic burden. Prenatal sex detection technologies have been misused, allowing the selective abortions of female offspring to proliferate. Legally, however, female foeticide is a penal offence. Although. Female infanticide has long been committed in India , foeticide is a relatively new practice, emerging concurrently with the advent of technological advancements in prenatal sex determination on a large scale in the 1990s. While abortion is legal in India, it is a crime to abort a pregnancy solely because the fetus is female. Strict laws and penalties are in place for violators. These laws, however, have not stemmed tide of this abhorrent practice.
CAUSES OF FEMALE FOETICIDE
Female feticide has been practice foe periods especially for the families who have a preference only male child. Several religious, social, financial and emotional are the reason for female foeticide. Therefore the time has been changed how much However, many reasons and beliefs are ongoing in some families. Some main reason for female foeticide are:
Generally, parents don’t want a girl baby because they have to give a big amount as a dowry at daughters marriage.
There is a faith that girls are always consumer and boys are the only producers. This parents understand that son will earn money for the whole life and care their parents however girls will get married a day and will have a separate family.
There is a belief that the son will carry the name of the family in future however the girl has to Carry the husband’s family.
This is a prestige issue in society for parent and grandparent to have a boy baby in the family besides having a daughter.
There is a stress on the new bride of the family to give birth to male child so she is enforced to go for sex recognition and abort if girl baby.
Illiteracy, insecurity and poverty of people in society are also major reasons for girl baby burden.

Addresses received from the manufacturers were also sent to concerned states and to launch prosecution against those bodies using ultrasound machines that had filed yo get themselves registered under the act. The court directed that the ultrasound machine/scanners be sealed and seized if they were being used without registration. Three associations viz., The Indian Medical Association [IMA], Indian Radiologist Association [IRA], and the Federation of Obstetricians and Gynecologists Societies of India [FOGS] were asked to furnish details of the members using these machines. Since the supreme court directive 99 cases were registered and in 232 cases ultrasound machines, other equipment and records were seized. Today there is an estimated 2509 ultrasound machines in the country, of these 15000 have been registered. State governments havve communicated to the central government in writing the according to official reports received, they are satisfied that sex determination services are no longer being provided in their respective states.
However, it is widely believed thaat while these services are no longer openly available their clandestine availability and utilization continues all over the country. The observation of the National inspection and Monitoring Commission confirm this situation and endorse the need for stricter enforcement of laws.
Impact of female foeticide on the sex ratio
ratio denotes the ratio of females to male in a specific region. Many practices like female foeticide and female infanticide ( killing a baby girl after her birth) have been had a contrary influence on the sex ratio. Thus it rises and promotes many social evils.
As per the decennial Indian census, Sex ratio of India is 107.48. It means 197.48 males per 100 females in 2019. Therefore India has 930 females per 1000 males. So, India has 48.20%female population compare to 51.80% male population
EFFECTIVE MEASURES TO CONTROL
Some measures are:
1. There should be registration of all the nursing homes and rigorous action should be taken against the defaulters.
2. Government must deploy national wide campaign to spread cognizance among the people. They should aware the people about the importance of girls and should not consider them as stigma to their families.
3. More reservation should be given to the girls in education. Government should provide financial support to those families who are not able to educate their children. Proper measures should be taken to implement anti dowry law and culprits should be punished. Government should provide financial support for the marriage of girls belonging to poor families.
4. Emphasis should be given to women empowerment. Women education will help in eradicating this problem. As the women will become independent, they can take decision according to their volition.
5. There is a need of remove the myth of sin preference from our society only then this problem can be tackled.
LAWS
1. The constitution of India, 1950
Section 312 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 read wIth the Medical termination of pregnancy Act, 1971 where all the restrictions imposed therein, including the time limit of 20 weeks, other than the ones to ensure good medical conditions, infringe the right to abortion and the right to health, which emanate from right to life as guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution. Right to abortion is a species of right to privacy, which is again proclaimed a continuance of the right to life under Article 21 of the Constitution.
2. The Indian Penal Code, 1860
Sections 312-316 of the Indian Penal Code deak with the miscarriage and death of an unborn child aand depending on the severity and intention with which the crime is committed , the penalties range from seven years of imprisonment and fine to life imprisonment
3. The medical termination of pregnancy Act, 1971
The Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971 was conceived as a tool to let the pregnant women decide on the number and frequency of children. It further gave them the right to decide on having or not having the child. However, this good intentioned steo was being misused to force women to abort the female child. In order to do away with the lacunE inherent in previous legislation, the Pre- natal Diagnostic Techniques ( regulations and prevention of Misuse) Act was passed in sex of the foetus and stipulated punishment for the violation of provisions thereof. It also provided for mandatory registration of genetic counseling centers, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, etc
POINT OF VIEW
These unscrupulous murders of female or girls is justified on two grounds. First, it reduces the population and second is that ghe loor parents will be saved from the expamses which thay would have to incur in the marriage of their daughter if she had born. So the murder of a female foetus is considered to be a solution to two major problems i.e. population problem and dowry. But how far are thse grounds justified . India was the first country to adopt family planning as an official programme to reduce the birthrate. But population of the country is still growing. One of the reasons for the growth of population in India is the desure for a son
Today the sex determination tests have provided an easy way out to know whether or not a woman will get a son
None of the arguments given in favour of the continuance of sex determination tests holds good. It is true that people should have every right to plan their families. If a man has a daughter and he wants son let have it. But difficulty lies if he wants son only. How far is correct to permit him to do do. The sex determination test is used to destroy the female foetus than to control the number of children or to have a child of the sex of one’s choice. In India the choice is always male child and it is the female only that is unwanted child.
CONCLUSION
“Yatra Naranthya Pujyathe Raman The Tatra Devatha” has been our culture. In our country a girl is worshiped as a Devi on one hand and denied ger existence on the other as if she has no right to live. Time has perhaps come for us to get rid of male chauvinism and treat children as gifts of nature regardless of their gender. We cannot imagine a society in the future where there will be only males and no females. The society will be full of crimes and evils. Only if legislations enacted in this behalf are not sufficient. Orthodox views regarding women need to be changed. The PNDT Act should penalize and punish the violators of this crime strictly. The pernicious acts of females foeticide and coercive abortions have to end before women becomes endangered species.

It can cause frustration on both ends when the deliverables are not completely in line with what the department needs.
As a leader, it is your responsibility to provide not just clear instructions to your team, but also to help them see how their tasks contribute towards achieving the company’s overall objectives. Keeping them informed of how their efforts impact the organization can motivate them to perform at their best while considering their own obligations.

Constant growth of workers is more vital than simply completing tasks because at the end of the day, they are still the main driving force towards the company’s success. International Olympics Day is observed on June 23 per annum to celebrate sports and health. The day aims at promoting sports and spreads the message of constructing sports as a vital part of life. The creation of the modern-day Olympic Games is inspired by the traditional Olympic Games held in Olympia, Greece. In 1894, the 8th century BC to the 4th century AD, Baron Pierre de Coubertin founded the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and laid the inspiration for the Olympic Games. Olympic games have a history of about twenty hundred years. There were first played near mount Olympus in Greece in 778 B.C. in honor of the Greek god Zeus. The Olympic Games were revived in 1894 by the effort of a French nobleman, Pierre-de-Coubertin. Olympics were held in (Greece) in 1894. From then onwards the modern Olympic games are being held once every four years. There was a break, however, during the period of world war-1 and world war-2. The 20th Olympics were held in 1972 in Germany. Later Olympics were held in Montreal, Moscow, Los angles, Seoul and Barcelona. The 1996 Olympics were held in Atlanta. The 2000 Olympics had held in Sydney, Australia. In 1947, Doctor Gruss, a world Olympic member in Czechoslovakia, presented a report within the 41st Session of the International Olympic Committee in Stockholm and proposed to look at every day to celebrate Olympic Day. One year later in 1948, the organizing committee finally decided on June 23 because of the International Olympic Day to honor the International Olympic Committee’s foundation at the Sorbonne, Paris. The first Olympic Day was celebrated within the year 1948. The day was proposed to push the Olympic idea and encourage more and more participation within the games. World Olympic Day of 2021: What is the Significance & Theme of that day?
The day is well known to encourage more people to participate in the Olympic Games and spread awareness about the event and promote the Olympic Movement. The main concept is to move, learn and discover concerning no age, sports background, or sporting ability. In some countries, the event is incorporated into the varsity curriculum, while many NOCs have included concerts and exhibitions as an element of the Olympic day in recent years. Recent NOC activities also included meetings for youngsters and kids with top athletes making it easier for people to become a part of Olympic Day. The theme for this year is to remain healthy, stay strong, stay active with the OlympicDay workout on 23 June.
Olympic games attract all the athletes from different parts of the countries, all over the world. It shows the symbol of international friendship and brotherhood. The Olympic symbol consists of 5 rings or circles linked together. The five rings represent five different continents –Europe, Asia, Africa, and America. The linking represents unity. The five rings are of different colors. They are blue, yellow, black, green, and red. The torch is first lit at Olympus in Greece and then taken to the place of meeting by relay runners.
In modern times, the winners are awarded medals and certificates with recognition for those who won first, are awarded gold medals. Those who second and third are awarded silver medals and bronze medals. Competitions are held generally in the following games and sports:
Bank of England policymakers generally kept pace with developments in other countries over the last several decades and kept the pound more valuable than the U.S. dollar. The British pound was traditionally worth more than the us dollar, but it declined during much of the 20th century. This decline reversed during the 1980s, and the British pound regained its old advantage over the U.S. dollar.
4. Jordanian Dinar: 1 JOD = 1.41 USD
Like the Cayman Islands Dollar, the Jordanian Dinar was pegged to the U.S. dollar at a higher value. The idea was that a stable exchange would help to attract U.S. investment in Jordan. It is crucial to remember that any country can peg its currency to the dollar at any value. However, the currency must keep its value relative to the U.S. dollar to maintain that peg. Jordan successfully did that during the first two decades of the 21st century.
3. Omani Rial: 1 OMR = 2.60 USD
Oman is yet another country that pegged its currency to the U.S. dollar at a fixed exchange rate. The Omani rial maintained its value against the dollar due to Oman’s historically tight monetary policy and financial restrictions. Omani policymakers have generally restricted the money supply to protect the country against war and conflict in the Middle East. That has impacted the country’s inflation rate, and lending practices in Oman tend to favor risk-averse companies and business ventures.
2. Bahraini Dinar: 1 BHD = 2.66 USD
The Bahraini dinar was pegged to the U.S. dollar at a slightly higher value than the Omani rial. The Bahraini dinar’s yearly average has remained close to its current exchange rate since 2011, despite the significant effect that low oil prices had on Bahrain’s economy. Bahrain’s inflation rate was also modest and relatively stable.
1. Kuwaiti Dinar: 1 KWD = 3.26 USD
The Kuwaiti dinar was the most valuable government-backed currency as of 2020. Some currencies not backed by governments, such as gold and bitcoin, were actually worth far more. Substantial oil production helped augment Kuwait’s wealth and support the value of the Kuwaiti dinar. Over the years, Kuwait amassed a significant soverign wealth fund. The kuwait investment authority manages this fund and helps to ensure that Kuwait remains prosperous.
Women emporwerment s one of the most critical and essential things that everyone should support. It is when women are given the most power and right to make decisions for themselves. Women have been subjected to injustice through decades. They have been treated as non-existent for decades.
Women were else was always making decisions for them. This is one of the biggest reasons for women’s empowerment. It was one of the essential things which were the need of the hour. Women were made aware of their rights. Along with their rights, women were taught how to be self-independent in all aspects of their lives. They were taught how to create a space for them where they can grow and become the people they want to be.
The men always had all the rights. However, the women didn’t have any of these rights, even a small right like voting. Things changed when women realized that they, too, need equal rights. This brought along the revolution by the women demanding their rights. It spread the awareness that gender shouldn’t be the reason for that things go in their favor.
Countries all over the world called themselves, ”progressive countries” but every one of them has a history of ill-treating the women. Women in these countries had to fight against the systems to get the freedom and status that they have achieved today. However, in India, women’s empowerment is still lagging. There is more awareness that needs to be created for the awareness to spread.
India is one of the countries which is not safe for women, and there are several reasons for the same. One of the reasons for their lack of safety is the danger of honor killing. Families think that it’s the right to kill the female if they have brought shame to the family and reputation of the family.
Another big problem that women face is that there’s a lack of education. Women are discouraged from pursuing higher education in the country. Along with that, they are married early. The men dominating the women think that the role of women is limited to work for them. They don’t let these women go, and these women have no freedom.
We often think about pollution in terms of where it can be detected: pollution of air, water or soil. However, there are also some very specific types of pollution that harm people and wildlife.
At least one in five Europeans is currently exposed to road traffic noise levels considered harmful to their health. This number is even higher in urban areas and the problem is widespread across most cities in Europe. Road traffic is by far the top source of noise pollution in Europe, according to a recent EEA noise report that looked at noise from roads, railways, airports and industry. These sources are in line with the Environmental Noise Directive, which does not cover noise from, for example, domestic activities or neighbours, or noise in workplaces.
Noise can be bad for your health
An estimated 113 million Europeans are affected by long-term exposure to day‑evening-night traffic noise levels of at least 55 decibels. In addition, 22 million Europeans are exposed to high levels of noise from railways, 4 million to high levels of aircraft noise and fewer than 1 million to high levels of noise caused by industries.
What many people may not know is that long-term exposure to noise, even at the levels we are used to in urban areas, has significant health impacts. In most European countries, more than 50 % of people living in urban areas are exposed to road noise levels of 55 decibels or higher during the measured day-evening-night period. Long‑term exposure to this level, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), is likely to have negative impacts on health.
The EEA estimates that long-term exposure to environmental noise causes 12 000 premature deaths and contributes to 48 000 new cases of ischaemic heart disease every year across Europe. It is also estimated that 22 million people suffer chronic high annoyance and 6.5 million people suffer chronic high sleep disturbance.
According to WHO evidence, these health impacts start to occur even below the 55 decibel noise level for the day-evening‑night period and the 50 decibel noise level for the night period, which are the reporting thresholds set out by the EU’s Environmental Noise Directive. Therefore, these numbers are likely to be underestimated. Furthermore, the information provided by countries under EU law do not cover all urban areas, roads, railways and airports, nor do they cover all sources of noise.
In the past few weeks, I started to write a series of articles about Technology. Specifically, I like writing about Artificial Intelligence. The proliferation of AI both fascinates me and terrifies me. I love researching real applications of AI and analyze current trends. I also write about programming. Although I’m still catching up on the latest technologies in Data Science, I write about the technologies that I know and love. I try to write about programming in a way that will add value to the reader. My reader may be a software engineer, a data scientist, and a researcher. They may also be a student, an enthusiast and someone who doesn’t program at all.
Due to writing technology articles, I end up reading a lot all over the internet for my research. This research can be other people’s articles, research papers or news articles. Combining tricks that I’ve learned from reading other people’s articles with my own, I can now provide you with a list of tricks to do. Along with that, there are also pitfalls to avoid.
If you are looking to write articles about technology, I hope this list will be helpful to you.
Technology Articles Can Be Personal
I love writing personal essays. Writing personal essays in the first person comes naturally to me. I love writing details, descriptions and putting my emotions behind my writing. When I started to write about technology, I thought I had to stay objective. I couldn’t bring any emotional component to writing a technology article. That is such a myth.
Nowadays, if you read technology essays from the Atlantic, the New York Times or the Wall Street Journal, you will notice that these articles often speaks to the reader in some personal way. The article uses a lot of research. But, behind the research is a writing voice that speaks to the reader personally. Sometimes, you will find that personal experience is staggered along the lines to give the essay subjective evidence.
Strategic management is a versatile and self explanatory concept. It is the need of the hour in todays dynamic corporate environment .
Strategic Management , where the word strategy means a plan of action designed to achieve a long-term or overall aim. Strategic management is about managing and organizing the business work strategically.
The overall objective of strategic management is –
1.To create competitive advantage over other firms or business.
2.To guide the business throughout any changes that occurs due to dynamic environment.
Strategic management provides a visionary and accurate approach to move ahead successfully in everchanging corporate world . In order to survive for a long an organization must have strategic manager . Through proper implementation of this, changes due to technological development, globalization and de regulation can be easily managed .
In other words , strategic management is a managerial process of developing strategic vision ,setting objective, strategy implementation and evaluation and finally initiating corrective actions. It is cyclic in nature and is never ending process. this process mainly carries out the planning, formulating, implementing policies and evaluating the external and internal environment dynamic environment. It helps in identifying the threat and opportunities for the organization .
In layman’s view, let us know about the fashion in our daily lifestyle. Fashion comes and fashion goes but or the style designer remains forever. Allow us to at the onset of this the name given to the mode of dress and makeup at any given time. Fashion is not anything that’s static or stays for any length of your time. When people have forgotten the past. Like everything else, Fashion also keeps changing and this alteration is that the backbone of all-time fashion. However, what we’ve to know about fashion is that, how far can fashion change. Let us for example take the dress of girls, which is that the most important thing within the modern times of today. As an example, take the Dress of saree and a blouse. A blouse changes from full sleeves, to three-Quarter sleeves, to half sleeves, and sleeveless. Once this circuit of change is over in a very particular length of your time, the style comes back to full sleeves and continues on the identical path yet again. Sometimes it’s seen that the black isn’t there, sometimes the front is changing in shape. With these Variations within the blouse, decades surpass and therefore the fashion comes back to the Orginal position from where it started. Regarding the saree, this is often even originally a very versatile dress. Every state of India includes a different type of wearing it and draping it around. This is only one piece of a dress that we see of change. In point of fact, all dresses need to go through changes so as to suit the pattern of the most recent in fashion. Another example we can see in men’s wear the pant. At just once it accustomed be broad from top to bottom, Loose fit. uninterested in a loose fit came the bell-bottoms with the length of the pant being fit, but being bell-shaped and lose sort of a bell at the underside, and hence named bell bottom. After ages, the loose bell gave thanks to tight pants not only tight but I have to say they were skin-tight, called drainpipe trousers which were actually shaped absolutely straight sort of a drain thus named drainpipe trousers. Now, the most recent could be a change from pants of any pattern and size to jeans. The pant has now taken the position of formal wear. In the major and commonest dresses, we’ve got noticed how patterns keep changing. In the world of fashion, there has got to be a continual change. However, there’s still a limit to the extent, fashion can go, within the given scenario. But, nowadays of exposure to the body, even there’s a limit so, fashion designers must keep changing the portion of the body that should be exposed. Sometimes and in some dresses, the legs are shown, and in others, the front or back is shown. it’s only within these permutations and combinations that the designer needs to work. The day when the complete body is sparingly covered or dressed is not very far. Regarding a following for the style setters, they are doing not need to worry the least bit this aspect, for, it’s been noticed time and again that, the style designer just must bring out something new, something different, and therefore the public, yes all of it follows it. This is often because it is a thing of pride to decorate like all others. It’s this attitude of the general public that has made the World of fashion a really lucrative business /profession.No matter what the change introduced in a dress, the general public is guaranteed to follow it as, to be in fashion is thrown resolute the winds, and anyone Who isn’t dressed as per the newest code of the planet of fashion is backward, orthodox, and just not fit to move in society and this offers a lift to the business of fashion. With this attitude towards fashion, the industry of fashion has a heyday. Though being in fashion is a rich hobby, most people wish to stay in fashion and follow the newest trends. In this regard, I feel that since fashion keeps on changing which also in no time, rather than a private following it, it’d be more interesting for fashion to require a full circle and came back for me to suit within the slot. In my view, we must always wear a dress that suits us and is comfortable. Certainly, a time will come when whatever we prefer to wear is going to be in fashion on behalf of us.
Cinema plays a major entertaining role in all of our lives. Right from doing actions of our favorite celebrity or dialogues or even music, it had created impact in all children to old aged people. However, today it’s somewhat losing its value for a large number of reasons. Impact of cinema: When we enter a classroom we see the teacher using visual aids to show the kids in their class. Why we use visual aids for teaching? Are the lectures of the teachers not enough for the taught to grasp what’s being explained? the solution is, the lectures of the teachers aren’t enough. Rather than lectures, or providing any aid to teaching, this visual picture can leave a long-lasting imprint on the kids, they comprehend it better and may commit it to memory also for an extended time. Thus, after we utter the impact of cinema in India we are attempting to grasp and analyze what the effect of cinema is on the viewers. Since it’s all right accepted that visual features a great impact not only on the kids but even on the adult mind, though to a limited extent. However, this impact is more applicable and visual within the young and therefore the unlettered people. This is because the young have an immature mind and may be influenced by what they see very easily. On the unlettered adult also the impact is clear and, this can be because he doesn’t know the facts and might be influenced by whatever he sees. He doesn’t have an analytical mind so, he thinks what sees is simply the proper thing to try and do. thus the image of the cinema screen is seen to possess an indelible mark on the young and therefore the unlettered. However, this can be not happening which is why we see the scenes of the cinema halls being experimented with in the world by the 2 categories just mentioned. The effect of the cinema’s trash is being rediscovered by the kids and therefore the lower categories of our population. Once they’re out of the hall, they fight to remember what they saw and check out it comes in their own lives. The cinema is teaching the 2 important things which are ruining the material of society. The 2 things most typical to most movies are vulgarity and violence. When kids see all this they’re naturally tempted to repeat all, and also the result’s here for all folks to work out. this contemporary trend of Indian cinema may be a pure imitation of the west and Hollywood. Some kind of violence has a really negative impact on the youngsters, who copy it all and thus destroy the normal Indian culture of shyness and goodness. Besides all this being copied, what has harmed most is that the glamour seen on the silver screen. This gain harms the young and class. The young want all they see of glamour. For this, their demands from their parents go skyrocketing, and when the oldsters are unable to meet their wishes for a life stuffed with glamour they have an inclination to be frustrated. The young g are at risk of new thinking so, once they see all the show business, they begin thinking that, this can be life and when the truth is proved to contrary, they get depressed. this can be a really negative role in the cinema of the young. within the exact same way, the uneducated adults also see their glamour and money and therefore the proven fact that crime is usually rewarded or, a minimum of not punished they also, want to measure a lifetime of affluence and learn to be violent or criminals. Thus the impact of Indian cinema on our people is gigantic. our budding generation is getting wrong notions of what life is and maybe. Violence and vulgarity are making space for themselves in every home. The impact of Indian cinema is completely disastrous for the long-run generation. They like to achieve all that their heroes and heroines have, and within the bargain, they lose track of even a straightforward happy and satisfying life. The cinema and also those working during this line must take it as their responsibility to assist generate human values instead of imbuing in us Unindian and unethical standards. Movies teaching and depicting what India was, what it’s become, and what it should be within the future would be clean themes for brief movie stories. even as this visual aid is corrupting the people, that neat and clean cinema will surely enhance our ethics and morals. For that, visuals will surely leave a bearing. Today, popular good cinema has become a rarity. This is often because, the filmmakers use this platform to earn money, so cinema rather than being treated as a learning material is now treated as a commodity that, when sold will fetch rich dividends. What the impact of cinema is, and can always remain is, for us to ponder. A change within the trend of Indian cinema is long overdue. If the people involved have any loyalty and a way of responsibility, the assembly of unpolluted entertaining cinema must start forthwith.
Our mother Earth showers so much love and warmth for the human beings living on it. It is a beautiful world where everything is balanced and cheerful. Several things live together and creates a positive environment which includes trees, animals, birds, human beings, micro-organisms. Trees provide us the necessary oxygen, food, wood, etc. for the survival of any human being or animal. The benefits we get from plants are very hard to ignore. Environmental balance needs to be maintained for healthy lifestyle. On Earth, every organism, human being, plants are there for a reason.
Without plants, Pollution level and global warming increases which creates several problems with each passing day. Many industries set up their factories by cutting down the forest and trees for their own benefit. It creates an imbalance between nature and human beings. Global warming occurs due to deforestation. It creates a whole in the ozone layer through which ultraviolet rays comes on the Earth. It can cause severe diseases like skin cancer, damage the eyes, etc.
By adopting the method of afforestation, we can contribute to the Earth by saving it from the upcoming disaster. Afforestation is a great way to heal mother Earth by planting more and more trees and spreading awareness about the harmful effects of cutting down the trees. It is our duty to be more responsible and create a healthy life for our upcoming generation. They too deserve to live a healthy life without being scared and hiding their faces under mask from the Global warming and Pollution. Life is all about accepting the changes and moving on. Development is necessary for the world but cutting down the trees in not any solution. We need to innovate new ideas through which nobody gets any kind of harm and can coexist on this plane
Let us first take into consideration what power really means. Power means the flexibility and also the energy to try to do something spectacular. Power will be categorized as per group of things or persons. for instance, there’s muscle power, money, power, youth power. Of these power to reckon with and everyone works wonders as and when required. When any of these three energies are put to action they’re called power.
Like the other powers, youth power could be a power of sorts that will generate achievements galore, this can be the ability of youth to realize. The power of the youth is incredibly great, it’s the potential of achieving targets. Though this power is undoubtedly great, it has to be harnessed and channelized. Once the facility takes its momentum, there’s no looking back or stopping. Now, who is to channelize this enormous power? It’s the elders, like teachers, parents, and every one elder they see around them in their lives. If this power of youth is correctly directed, it’s wonderful if there might be any task difficult for them. they only need sober and mature guidance from elders, and off they’re going ahead to realize. This can be because their minds are still not mature enough to grasp the intricacies of all they are doing. They have to be told the reactions of whatever they are doing that, they’ll choose following the proper path. If this guidance is given properly there’s no reason why we’d not see wonders being achieved.
The power of the youth is so immense because they all need the qualities required for achievers. They are for one bubbling with enthusiasm, they need the requisite desire to attain and above all, they’re a storehouse of physical energy. If all this gets a meaningful and proper direction, the youth have the capacity which nobody else can match.
Direction to youth will be ascertained once we see a number of the misdirected youth doing all types of heinous crimes, becoming terrorists, and resorting to other malpractices this can be because the youth is either not being guided or being positively misguided by adults for his or her own interests. This happens simply because the youth cannot even imagine the repercussions of what they are doing, as they are doing not know much about life. So, if they’re misguided, they follow their teachers, and if they’re properly guided they will follow their masters.
When we hear people talking from pulpits and platforms about service to humanity, I feel rather than taking such a lot to an audience of older people they must apply this strategy to the youth. We must always lead them to figure out for humanity of which they’re apart. I dare to say their achievements would be beyond our comprehension if the youth is brought into the mainstream of working for others. This may help the country take huge strides towards progress and growth.
The youth will hear what they’re lectured but the effect is the ability to see their elders following whatever they’re lecturing. Here is that the catch. If the youth are engaged in such works, they’re going to not get any time for any frivolities like vulgarity and violence. If the elders try and fix youth power, we can see them work wonders in any field. This is often a terrific force that must be encouraged, harnessed, and led to getting the required results.
And every year 12th of august is celebrated as an international youth day. Youth power may be a power that will be wonders of work if they led properly and make blunders if they are left out without mature leaders.
Difference between the way men and women are treated in society.
• Technology is merely a product of the social set up – gender gap has percolated into technology.
• Global System for Mobile Communications (GSMA) estimates, over 390 million women in low- and middle-income countries do not have Internet access.
• In India, only 14.9% of women were reported to be using the Internet – women don’t get access to digital devices. Health access denied. Education services denied.
• Technology are created by men and so made for men.
There are about two million apps, most of which cater to young men. The numbers of apps that cater to women specific needs are not many.
• Need of adoption of feminist technology or fem-tech.
• Feminist technology – An approach to technology and innovation that is inclusive, informed and responsive to the entire community with all its diversity. In the 1950s, dishwashers and washing machines were promoted as a method of emancipating women.
• UN Women + ICT – initiatives like EQUAL, Girls in ICT. To rope more women into STEM. Aims at transforming the making process of tech inclusive.
• Women and girls are the largest consumer groups left out of technology -could be major profit drivers.
International Telecom Union
• United Nations specialized agency for information and communication technologies – ICTs.

Cryptocurrency is the most trending topic nowadays and the industry is also booming very much in this digital era. You must have listened about this everyone has different opinion and conception about it, now the questions arise what is crypto and why it’s so trending cryptocurrency is a digital currency or virtual currency which doesn’t exist in physical form or hard cash and is typically not issued by a government or any central authority. It is based on a blockchain system that works as a public financial transaction database.
The first decentralised cryptocurrency was bitcoin and it came into existence in 2009, when the bitcoin became popular than many other cryptocurrencies like ethereum, litecoin, stellar and the most heated dogecoin. since cryptocurrency came into existence it’s been facing legality issues and every country has its way of dealing with cryptocurrency. Many countries have allowed their use and trade without any legal issues and while other countries have banned or restricted this kind of activity. Cryptocurrencies face criticism for many reasons which include the usage of crypto in illegal activities like its the main source of money transfer in the dark web and other illegal hacking activities. They are also praised by many for their inflation resistance, transparency and it’s becoming a great mode of investment nowadays. People have not started using it as a currency but buying it for investment which has resulted in the inflation of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. The most popular cryptocurrency is bitcoin which was created in January 2009 it was the first cryptocurrency or the first decentralized currency.
Recently, El Salvador became the first country to accept bitcoin as everyday currency in June 2021. In El Salvador, you can buy anything with bitcoins just like normal hard cash. Many countries have banned this mode of transaction and many have restricted its use. Countries like Algeria, Bolivia, Egypt, Iraq, Morocco, Nepal, Pakistan, and the United Arab Emirates have already banned this mode of transaction completely and countries like Bahrain, Bangladesh, China, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Indonesia, Iran, Kuwait, Lesotho, Lithuania, Macau, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Taiwan have allowed this kind of activity with some restrictions on it.
India has not officially announced anything about its legality but till now it’s legal to trade in cryptocurrency, now and then rumours have been spread that India is going to ban it or not but any official authorisation has not given any statement about it. If you are an Indian citizen or living in India so it is completely legal to trade in it but there’s no regulation on crypto till now, which means you are free to invest or trade in cryptocurrency but it is not regulated by any government authority to protect your money.
During the 2021 West Bengal gathering decisions Didi over and again utilized the motto Joy Bangla. A non-Bengali saw the same old thing about the trademark and thought it’s anything but a territorial motto. That is till I talked with a senior Bengali companion. Joy Bangla was actually the authority motto of Bangladesh’s battle for opportunity during the 1970s. This was authored to underscore the ethnic/phonetic way of life as against the ravaging West Pakistan armed force and government who needed to stifle Bengali culture, language and so forth by compelling Urdu as true language. The Joy Bangla motto represents this viewpoint.
The utilization of this trademark recommends uncannily a similar expectation of featuring Bangla as against the mastery of non-Bengali culture and different powers from Delhi where BJP Rules. Basically put the motto inferred, BJP are outcasts very much like the Pakistan Army was in East Bengal who wish to force their language on the Bengalis and along these lines stifle Bengali language, culture. The word utilized by Didi to depict the BJP is “Bohiragoto”. As per a tweet by political pundit Sandip Ghosh ‘Bohir implies outside, agoto significance coming from.
The story of outcasts being constantly continued draws out this undercover goal. The persistent refrain is we won’t permit control of our territory by pariahs and encroach on our language and culture. This is plainly like what occurred in Bangladesh that is the reason the trademark Jai Sri Ram causes outrage and interruption of political action, despite the fact that Sri Ram is loved in West Bengal.
What the TMC is passing up is a great opportunity that Kolkata is a cosmopolitan city. By ideals of being the capital of British India sooner or later, it pulled in individuals from everywhere India. Bhabanipur is known for its Gujarati and Punjabi Sikh populace. Chinatown is the place where for the most part Chinese live. Jews, Armenians and Anglo-Indians live in Kolkata as well.” Not to fail to remember the Marwaris. An inhabitant Indian however non-occupant Bengali says these networks have gotten more Bengali than him. They have gotten Bengali as the state’s way of life and language has developed on and turned into a natural piece of them.
In this political race networks living for ages have become pariahs in West Bengal. This could unfavorably influence social security in the city. As indicated by this ANI report of March 29 “Didi charges that Bengalis would be driven out of Bengal if BJP wins.” Such explanations could spellbind local people against the rest. Alternately, TMC has not offered expressions of their being outcasts against unlawful Rohingya foreigners who have gotten comfortable in the New Town region or against the illicit Bangladeshi settlers. Maybe, on the grounds that they are Bengali.Over the years illicit penetration from Bangladesh has made three regions to be specific Malda, Murshidabad and West Dinajpur Muslim larger part. Not a word about these pariahs. More about this later.
The Hall effect is the production of a voltage difference (the Hall voltage) across an electrical conductor, transverse to an electric current in the conductor and to an applied magnetic field perpendicular to the current. It was discovered by Edwin Hall in 1879. For clarity, the original effect is sometimes called the ordinary Hall effect to distinguish it from other “Hall effects” which have different physical mechanisms. The Hall coefficient is defined as the ratio of the induced electric field to the product of the current density and the applied magnetic field. It is a characteristic of the material from which the conductor is made, since its value depends on the type, number, and properties of the charge carriers that constitute the current.
A Hall effect sensor is a device that is used to measure the magnitude of a magnetic field. Its output voltage is directly proportional to the magnetic field strength through it. Hall effect sensors are used for proximity sensing, positioning, speed detection, and current sensing applications. A Hall effect sensor is a transducer that varies its output voltage in response to a magnetic field. Hall effect sensors are used for proximity switching, positioning, speed detection, and current sensing applications.
Working:
Hall Effect Sensors consist basically of a thin piece of rectangular p-type semiconductor material such as gallium arsenide (GaAs), indium antimonide (InSb) or indium arsenide (InAs) passing a continuous current through itself. When the device is placed within a magnetic field, the magnetic flux lines exert a force on the semiconductor material which deflects the charge carriers, electrons and holes, to either side of the semiconductor slab. This movement of charge carriers is a result of the magnetic force they experience passing through the semiconductor material.
Hall Effect Sensor
As these electrons and holes move side wards a potential difference isproduced between the two sides of the semiconductor material by the build-up of these charge carriers. Then the movement of electrons through the semiconductor material is affected by the presence of an external magnetic field which is at right angles to it and this effect is greater in a flat rectangular shaped material. The effect of generating a measurable voltage by using a magnetic field is called the Hall Effect after Edwin Hall who discovered it back in the 1870’s with the basic physical principle underlying the Hall effect being Lorentz force. To generate a potential difference across the device the magnetic flux lines must be perpendicular, (90 degree) to the flow of currentand be of the correct polarity, generally a south pole.
The Hall effect provides information regarding the type of magnetic pole and magnitude of the magnetic field. For example, a south pole would cause the device to produce a voltage output while a north pole would have no effect. Generally, Hall Effect sensors and switches are designed to be in the “OFF”, (open).
Advantages of Hall Effect Sensor:
Hall Effect sensors are not affected by ambient conditions, such as dust, humidity, and vibrations and are due to are insensitive to some ambient conditions based on the principle that these sensors display a constant flow of an electrical current making their characteristics constant over time.
Hall Effect sensors do not have contact with neighboring mechanical parts, making these sensors strong and sensitive enough to detect movement. These sensors do not wear over time thus maintain quality and unlimited use.
Hall Effect sensors are built from semiconductor material that display low carrier density, hence conductivity is smaller and their voltage is larger.
Hall Effect sensors depends on carrier mobility, which eliminates any perturbations due to surface elements; thus, making these conductors reproducible and highly reliable.
Production of an output voltage signal independent of the rate of the detected field.
Disadvantages of Hall Effect Sensor:
The Hall Effect sensor is not capable of measuring a current flow at a distance greater than 10 cm; however, use of a magnet strong enough to generate a magnetic field wide enough may make this possible.
Hall Effect sensors work on the principle of a magnetic field, making it possible for external magnetic fields to interfere with this and bias the measurement of a current flow.
Temperature affects the electrical resistance of the element and the mobility of majority carriers and also the sensitivity of Hall Effect sensors.
Even with well-centered electrodes, the offset voltage still presents as an output voltage in the absence of a magnetic field.
An offset voltage occurs when there are physical inaccuracies and material nonuniformities. It can be as high as 100 mV for a 12V source. To solve this problem, an additional control electrode would need to be added and through this a necessary current can be injected to obtain a null output when no magnetic field is present.
Applications of Hall Effect Sensor:
Hall Effect sensors are considered as magnetic sensors with a wide range of applications. Some of the most popular and effective ways of utilizing Hall effect sensing devices are listed below for both analog and digital output sensors. Analog output sensor applications include:
Focusing on issues like juvenile issues, desires, peer pressing factor, and fellowship points
Hip Hip Hurray! was quite possibly the most mainstream Hindi TV programs during the 1990s. The sequential was a success, particularly among the more youthful crowd. There were two seasons to this TV show. The previously was communicated on Zee TV in 1998, trailed continuously in 2001. The show broadcasted 135 scenes altogether, with 80 and 55 scenes in the first and second seasons, separately. Hip Hip Hurray follows the existences of understudies in the twelfth grade at DeNobili High School.
The arrangement depicts the entirety of the stages that an average juvenile goes through, just as their cooperations, associations with their folks, educators, and companions, just as issues like dating, tests, heartbreaks, sufferings, and delights. Every understudy’s highs and lows are extraordinary.
Purab Kohli, Rushad Rana, Kishwer Merchantt, Peeya Rai Choudhary, Vishal Malhotra, Nilanjana Sharma, and Zafar Karachiwalla were among the rookies featured in HHH.
Not at all like other TV shows at that point, the show’s idea was unique and novel, as per Suchitra, who adds, “The show was a distinct advantage.” Everything about it was forward, from the manner in which it was shot to the story and reason. Alaknanda’s demeanor and character were present day, and the entirety of the characters were legitimate. The unit all in all got along great, and that was a large portion of the fight battled. Every entertainer proceeded to have a decent vocation, and we’ve stayed in contact consistently.”
The show didn’t shy away from anything, from young drug addiction to student mental health difficulties.
The show’s treatment of emotional wellness issues was excellent. Teacher exhorted a child experiencing misery because of difficulties at home to counsel a specialist. This understudy is reluctant, and we notice the extraordinary strain that an individual with emotional well-being concerns has, the most huge of which are mental difficulties related with the idea of insane in Indian culture. It likewise showed how even the most joyful individual can be depressed, and that psychological well-being issues are not brought about by one’s age or the ideal second. We experience the treatment meetings too, which show how typical and mending they can be.
A side story was a school peon who was unable to send his child to school since his daily income were insufficient to afford the school’s monthly expenses. Later in the show, a kid whose desire of pursuing a college education became a distant reality due to his destitute upbringing was introduced in a similar tone. All of these disclosures astounded the other pupils, because according to what they had learned, education was a right that every child in the country possessed. However, reality differs from what is taught in books, and the audience, as well as the pupils, are confronted with this reality.
For most of the show, one of the teacher was in a live-in relationship. Maybe of depicting it’s anything but a particular focal point, the show endeavored to standardize it. Both the children and different teachers examined maybe it’s anything but a typical homegrown circumstance. This live-in relationship finished in resulting scenes, when the teacher found she was pregnant. While a few guardians fought to having such an teachers in the school, it was simply the children who put forth a functioning attempt to talk the issue through with their folks.
In the show, there was a character who was seduced into a relationship by an online persona. Yes, Hip Hip Hurray addressed the issues that the virtual world provided and depicted a student getting catfished long before catfishing became a widespread phenomenon. Peer pressure was similarly depicted in a realistic manner. In truth, the show revealed the wide spectrum of negative consequences of peer pressure, from being encouraged to use drugs to appear cool to hiding financial troubles from peers in order to stay in the group.
The concept of the show was unique on Indian television. It filled the void left by a youth-oriented programme.
It’s anything but a wide scope of points, including test pressure, parental issues, first kisses, first dates, and first positions, just as occasions that were occurring the nation over however that nobody was discussing. Maybe it was one of the first show, when kids didn’t wear make-up and everything was extremely natural. Furthermore, the performance was quite naturalistic and realistic.
Hip Hip Hurray paved the way for many secondary school shows on TV, including Just Mohabbat and Remix, however the majority of them couldn’t get to accomplish a similar degree of achievement. Tragically, with the present TV shows, the enumerating occurs in the initial not many scenes, and from that point onward, it’s anything but a lucrative thing for the makers.
Thermal imaging is the technique of using the heat given off by an object to produce an image of it or to locate it.First developed for military purposes in the late 1950s and 1960s by Texas Instruments, Hughes Aircraft and Honeywell. In recent times it is being used in firefighting, law enforcement, industrial applications, security, transportation, medical and many other industries.
It is the technique of using the heat given off by an object to producean image of it. Works in environments without any ambient light and can penetrate obscurants such as smoke, fog and haze. Normally grey scale in nature: black objects are cold, white objects are hot and the depth of grey indicates variations between the two. Some thermal cameras, however, add color to images to help users identify objects at different temperatures. An image generated from a Thermal Imaging Camera. The persons skin (as a heat source) is shown as ‘white hot’ whilst the background (which is cold) is shown as black.
Thermal Imaging Camera: A thermal imaging camera records the intensity of radiation in the infrared part of the electromagnetic spectrum and converts it to a visible image.
Thermal Imaging Camera, Thermal Image, Spectrum
Working of Thermal Imaging Camera:
A thermal imaging camera consists of five components: an optic system, detector, amplifier, signal processing and display.
All objects emit infrared energy, known as a heat signature. An infrared camera (also known as a thermal imager) detects and measures the infrared energy of objects. The camera converts that infrared data into an electronic image that shows the apparent surface temperature of the object being measured.
Image processing is any form of signal processing for which the input is an image, such as a photograph or video frame and the output may be either an image or a set of characteristics or parameters related to the image.
An infrared camera contains an optical system that focuses infrared energy onto a special detector chip (sensor array) that contains thousands of detector pixels arranged in a grid.
Each pixel in the sensor array reacts to the infrared energy focused on it and produces an electronic signal. The camera processor takes the signal from each pixel and applies a mathematical calculation to it to create a color map of the apparent temperature of the object. Each temperature value is assigned a different color. The resulting matrix of colors is sent to memory and to the camera’s display as a temperature picture (thermal image) of that object.
Many infrared cameras also include a visible light camera that automatically captures a standard digital image with each pull of the trigger. By blending these images it is easier to correlate problem areas in your infrared image with the actual equipment or area you are inspecting.
Types of Thermal Imaging Cameras:
COOLED THERMAL IMAGER: Cooled detectors are typically contained in a vacuum-sealed case and cryogenically cooled. Cooling is necessary for the operation of the semiconductor materials used else they would be blinded by their own radiation. Cooled infrared cameras provide superior image quality. Bulky and expensive to produce and run. Cooling is power-hungry and time consuming hence the camera needs time to cool down before it can begin working again.
UNCOOLED THERMAL IMAGER: Un-cooled detectors use a sensor operating at ambient temperature or a sensor stabilized at room temperature using control elements. Resolution and image quality tend to be lower than cooled detectors. Smaller and less costly to produce and run. Fast operation and consumes less power.
India is a country surrounded by water on its three sides, which makes it a peninsula, which provides coastal area of 7516.6 km. Coastal environment plays a vital role in a nation’s economy by virtue of their resources, productive habitats and rich biodiversity. This region also plays an important role in not only contributing towards GDP but also providing Livelihood to around 200 Million people. With the rise in Population, development and accelerated growth, protection of the coastal zones have become very important. With the Intention to amplify the protection of coastal regions, the Union Government Enacted Coastal regulation zones Notification, 1991 (CRZ) under the Environmental Protection Act, 1986. Since its enactment, it has provided hopes to the people dependent on Coasts for their livelihood and Environmentalists who are concerned about the health of the coasts. But in essence, the regulatory authority established under the said notification has not been able to act with due diligence in matters pertaining to violation of CRZ. According to several reports, more than 27000 violations of CRZ were reported in the state of kerela, and the numbers were able to be published in public domain only because the same was asked by the Supreme court in one of the case filed by filmmaker Major Ravi regarding CRZ violations. Recently, concretisation work was being carried out on Vainguinim beach, Goa in stark violation of CRZ rules, and even Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority failed to act to the several letters addressed to it stating such violations. Such Negligence have potential to convert these beautiful beaches into Human less desert. It is not a new phenomenon that courts have come up to rescue when the relevant statutory authorities have not been able to perform their functions efficiently and their negligence was leading to disasters. According to CRZ, for any construction near the coast within 500 metre from the high tide line and the same distance from a low-tide line, a permission has to be sought from the Coastal zone management authority, and if the same is not sought, any erected building could be labelled as illegal and would be demolished. Such demolition orders are not new from any court. Supreme Court in a landmark case ordered for demolition of Buildings in Maradu, Kerela and subsequently around 1800 structures were finalised by the state government as illegal and demolition of the same were proposed. Yet Again, the issue of vanguinim beach CRZ violation has revealed the sorry state of affairs for the protection of Coastal regions. Within Past few months, India has been striked with two strong cyclones, “tauktae” and “Yaas” and we find some relation between the aggregating natural disasters in southern region with change in land patters along its coastal regions. Reports suggest that States like Tamil nadu and West Bengal have lost significant amount of Mangrove forests, which are known for having complex root systems efficient in dissipating sea wave energy and protecting coastal areas from tsunamis, storm surges and soil erosion. The Impact of such changes could in future be devastative for the Coastal states. Till date, the authorities have somehow managed to save several coasts from illegal construction but the loopholes has to be filled and actions have to be made swift, which will then fulfil the objectives of Environmental Protection act, 1986.
Thus, Strong implementation of CRZ is very important.
The practice of child marriage is common in many parts of the world. As the world is advancing at a rapid pace, there are a number of the region does not seem to be up with the times. What’s sad is the dark reality of being a child of the marriage, it is not to be considered as it is often. The practice of child marriage is, in reality, it is a formal or an informal wedding, a child-with or without their consent, who are not at least 18 years of age. In most cases, it’s a boy or a man who is older than the age of the child. As a child, a marriage, a term paper, we will shed some light on this issue.
The causes and consequences of child marriage The practice of child marriage is not to be less than that of the operation of the act. In almost each room, the child must be at least 18 years of age or older in order to be allowed to marry. So, the marriage, the children prior to the age of the exploitation of their rights.
One of the most common reasons for child marriage is a tradition that has been in practice for a long period of time. In many places, ever since a girl is born, they see her as someone else’s property.
The elders would like to work on their addition to the family, so that they can get married with the young pigeons, to the characterization of their state. And, more importantly, to the poor of the people, and the practice of child marriage, in order to get rid of the loan, the taxes, and, own,, and more.
The consequences of child marriage, it can be life-changing for children, especially little girls. The responsibility is going to fall on the babies. They are not mentally or physically prepared for that, but that’s on them.
So much so that people have come to expect, it is the smaller of the boys to carry the financial responsibility of, the girls are expected to look at the house and the family. The freedom to learn and to play, has been removed.
In addition, their health is also at risk due to the contraction of sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV / aids, and more. Especially the girls who got pregnant at a very young age, it will harm both the mother and the baby.
How To Eliminate The Practice Of Child Marriage Ending the practice of child marriage is the need of the hour. At the end of this social evil in all of us, from individuals to the leaders of the world, and the challenge of traditional norms. In addition, we are in need of some ideas to enhance the girls are less than boys.
We need to ensure that children, especially young girls, to be their own agents of change. In order to achieve this, they should have access to high-quality education, enabling them to take their studies so that they are able to live an independent life later on.
Safe spaces are important for children to be able to express themselves and to let their voices be heard. Therefore, it is of vital importance for the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women, in order to ensure that all have equal value, and protection.
Conclusion In short, this is a wedding should be a sacred union between the adult and it is not a logical approach, and put at risk the future of our children. This issue needs to be addressed at the root level, which begins with an end to poverty and lack of education. In this way, the will of the people is to learn to be better and do better.
This is a word you might have heard of in the news or in the movies. It is a crime in which children are forced to work at a very young age. It is to be expected that the children will be to carry out responsibilities such as working and fending for themselves. There are some guidelines, restrictions, and limitations of the work.
The average age for a child to be appropriate, in the work are considered to be at least fifteen years old or more. Children at this age will not be allowed to enjoy any kind of work is very impressive. Why do we do this? As a child, taking away the children from having a normal childhood, a good education, and the physical and mental well-being. In some countries, it is illegal, but in the end, it’s a long way from being completely wiped out.
Causes of child labour Child labor, for a number of reasons for this. While a few of the reasons as to why this may be used in some countries, there are a number of reasons that are specific to certain regions and territories. However, if we look at the root causes of child labour, and we’re going to be in a position to fight, the better it will be.
First of all, it is the countries with high rates of poverty and unemployment. If a family does not earn enough, and they are the children of the family, so that they do not have enough money to survive. However, as the adults in the family, the unemployed, and the young people who work for them.
In addition, if people do not have access to education, they are going to have on their children to work. The manual only care about the profit, in the short term, and this is the reason why they have to do things so that they are able to survive in them.
In addition, it is save to save the setting out of different industries, which is one of the most important causes of child labour. They are the children, since they are then they will have to pay less for the same work, but as a grown-up. As children, more than adults, and even fewer wages, they prefer children. They can easily influence and manipulate them. They only see their profit and this is the reason why you have to involve the children in the factories.
The abolition of child labour If we want to eradicate child poverty, and we need to make some of the most efficient and effective solutions that will save our kids. It will also help to improve the future of the country are dealing with these social problems. To begin with, there could be a number of trade union organizations, who are working to prevent the occurrence of child labor. This should help a child to engage in this work, the punishment of those who are with them.”
In addition, we need to keep parents in the loop as they learn the importance of education. If we, free of charge to the education, training and awareness, in which we are going to be able to educate more and more children do not have to do with the child. In addition, in order to make the people aware about the harmful effects of the use of child labour, it is a must-have.
In addition, to the family of the control measures that must be taken into account. This will help to lessen the burden so you have fewer mouths to feed, and her parents are going to be enough to get them to work, rather than a child. In fact, each and every family in need of in order to get a promise of a minimum income to the government in order to survive.
In short, the government and the people need to come together. Of the jobs that could be given to those who are in abundance, so that they are able to earn a living, rather than having to put their children to work. The children are the future of our country, and we can’t expect them to be, in order to maintain the economic conditions of their families, instead of having a normal life.
Chhichore was directed by Nitesh Tiwari and the characters were played by Sushant Singh Rajput, Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Sharma, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Prateik Babbar, Naveen Polishetty and Tushar Pandey beautifully. The genre of the movie is comic with a strong message to the audience. It is a ride of emotions which makes you nostalgic and happy. The movie gives us humour with a great meaning of life. It is a relatable and relevant must watch movie with your friends.
The story is takes us in the past showcasing six friends and their journey from losers to choosers. Anni (Annirudh) and Maya are divorced parents who inspire and teach their kid in different ways to ace his exam. While Anni pleases his son (Raghav) with guidance and things he would do if he passes the exam, Maya guides him and tells him to be relaxed about it. Raghav who was very stressed about not being able to pass the exam decides to rather take his life than to be a ‘loser’. Anni and Maya rushed to the hospital and are broken by the fact that their son is in I.C.U., Maya blames Anni for his high expectations and behavior towards his son that made him take his life. Raghav’s friend tells Anni how he was scared that people would call him loser and what a big disappointment he is as a person whose parents were college toppers. Anni on hearing the word loser suddenly remembers his hostel and college life which gives him a brilliant idea. Anni goes back home and returns the very next day with his college album.
Anni narrates his college memories, the incidents and their journey from losers to choosers. When he was a fresher in the college he was sent to the wing which belonged to the losers where he learnt the meaning of friendship. Together with Varun Sharma (Sexa), Tahir Raj Bhasin (Derek), Naveen Polishetty (ACID), Tushar Pandey (Mummy) and Saharsh Shukla (Bevda) he makes his way out of the title losers. Not only they get rid of the term losers but also got a great lesson of life how we chose to be a loser and how it depends on us if we want to be the choosers. Raghav, one day gets out of the coma and asks who was Sexa and slowly the bad incident turns into a college reunion as all the friends joins Anni where they altogether teach Raghav more about life than any subject. With the climax of the movie we are left with very precious life lessons. One is that no one is a loser and we are losers if we don’t try and one that any examination is not bigger than one’s life.
Meaning of Life
The movie Chhichhore teaches us that life just doesn’t ends on failing an exam. In today’s society as the population increased so the competition for jobs has increased. To ensure a job everyone wants to complete their studies with good marks and that too from an esteemed institution. Now these circumstances have made students very pressurized about studies and a person who is not very capable of the same is considered a loser. The movie teaches us that our life is not only about passing exams but about living life and failing once does not mean that our life ends.
Anni’s son felt so pressurized due to the pressure of society, parents, and about his future that he starts to over think about his exam results. According to him, if he failed in the exam, his entire life would be a failure. He was scared to face his parents but forgot the love and attachment with people; he completely forgot what he will do to the person he is leaving behind. One thing we should all remember is that we only fail in exams not in real life. Every examination leaves a person either with success or with a great life lesson. Life is not only about a single examination. By the time we have came to know that the person who failed once, twice or many times became the most successful and respectful people. Bill Gates, Thomas Edison and more have failed many times but at the end became someone who everyone looks up to. Life is not about achieving but living the achievement. The road is more important than the destination because we learn the most there.
The movie gives us a very important lesson that is to make a plan not only after success but also after failures. The society has given us the tag of a loser, no one is born with it and no one needs to carry it forever. It is our choice to get rid of the tag of ‘loser’ just as Anni and his gang did. A loser is not the one who fails but a loser is the one who doesn’t tries. Life is more than just winning and losing, it’s about living it to the fullest. Every person has come with some motive and every person is important for this world. No one is useless and cannot do anything so, suicide is never an option to escape the world’s misery. Results doesn’t matter but the journey does so, enjoy the journey not the results.
How Raghav finds happiness in the movie?
Raghav who is Anni’s son was disappointed that he could not pass the entrance exam for the college. His disappointment was so deep that he couldn’t even believe the fact he has failed. He thought everyone will call him a loser especially when both his parents were college toppers and decided to get rid of this tag by trying to take his life. This is because he had planned what to do after passing the exam but didn’t even consider the fact that he could fail. Anni took great use of this opportunity by telling his son how he got rid of the tag of loser and that he was once himself a loser.
Anni starts to narrate that he was the part of a hostel wing that was declared losers by the whole college. They were losers because they continued to live by the tag instead of getting rid of it. They believed that they were infact losers but once they started struggling and trying. They were no more the losers but the choosers. Even if they could not win the championship over the other wings but still they weren’t called the losers. Because they were no more the same people who didn’t want to try. Anni told Raghav that they stopped being the loser the moment they started working. Raghav while listening to all this realized where he was wrong. He realized that failing didn’t mean he became the loser but when he decided to jump off the balcony, it was then he decided to remain the loser and live with failure.
Towards the end of the movie Raghav finally realized what he did wrong. He realized that failing the exam didn’t make him a loser but accepting it and not trying further made him one. Also he learned that there were people who would stay by his side and help him to overcome every difficulty in his life as he will climb the ladder of success.
A LOSER IS NOT THE ONE WHO FAILS BUT THE ONE WHO DOESN’T TRY.
Global warming is a term that we all are aware of. However, the significance of this, it is still not clear to most of us. Let us start with knowing what global warming actually is. Global warming means the increase in the Earth’s temperature gradually because of greenhouse gases. There are a number of different activities, which will increase the temperature gradually. Global warming, melting of ice from glaciers up quickly. This is very damaging to the earth, as a human being. It is very challenging to control global warming, but it’s not going to be a difficult one. The very first step in solving a problem is to identify the root cause of the problem. Therefore, we need to first understand what the root causes of the global warming of the earth, and that will help us to continue to deal with them. In this paper, the global Warming of the planet, we must find the causes and solutions of global Warming in the face of the earth.
The causes of global Warming Global warming has become a serious problem, and needs serious attention. It didn’t matter that may occur as a result of a single cause of action, however there are a number of reasons. For these reasons, both natural and man-made. The natural causes include the release of the greenhouse gases that are not in a position to move away from the earth, causing the temperature to rise.
In addition, the volcanic eruptions were also responsible for the global warming of the earth. That is to say, these eruptions release tons of carbon dioxide, which contributes to the global warming of the earth. Also, methane is also a major concern, and are responsible for the warming of the earth.
After that, the excessive use of cars and burning fossil fuels, which results in an increase in the levels of carbon dioxide. In addition to his activities as a coal mining and cattle-breeding are very harmful to the environment.
So, that is one of the most important sources for the absorption of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, it’s just going to go away, and it is going to be something to take care of is the gas. Thus, it will result in an overall warming of the earth. These steps need to be taken in order to halt the global warming of the earth, and the earth well.
The Global Warming Solutions As mentioned above, it can be a challenge, but it’s not out of the question. Global warming can be stopped, if there’s a concerted effort. For private persons and the authorities of both the action to be taken in the direction of achieving it. We should take steps to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases in the environment.
In addition, they will monitor the use of the fuel. Switching to a hybrid car, as well as to reduce the emission of carbon dioxide. In addition, people can opt for public transport or a car together. Then you are recycling should be encouraged.
For example, if you are going to buy, carry your own bag. Another step you can take in order to reduce the consumption of electricity, in order to prevent the release of carbon dioxide. For the government to be a part of it, they’re going to be in the control of industrial waste and the emission of harmful gases into the air. Deforestation should be stopped immediately, and the planting of the tree of life, and should be encouraged.
In short, each and every one of us should be aware of the fact that the earth is not a good sign. It’s going to be treated, and we are able to help with the healing. The current generation needs to take responsibility to stop the global warming of the earth, in order to prevent the suffering of future generations. It is, therefore, in every step, no matter how small, is a great deal of weight, and it is very important to stop the warming of the earth.
Knowledge is the exclusive preserve of the learned and the wise. They are thus able to use this very effectively for acquiring power for themselves or for helping others stay in power.
Not only knowledge makes one wise but also makes him more humane and modest. Thus, we mostly find that such people are able to explain their point of view very convincingly and dynamically, thereby attracting a huge following.
There is no denying the fact that knowledge is power and this comes from extensive reading. ‘Read not to contradict but to weigh and consider’.
Therefore, by gaining knowledge people are able to command power, for his actions are justified and supported with reasoning. There in lies the essence of his power.

Is it really important to join as an intern especially after you join college? Is there any real benefits of pursuing an internship? Does it add value to your resume? All these question will be answered below.
An internship is a short term work experience a person receives to gain practical knowledge from an organization. It helps a person to gain real life experiences and professional contacts. They time duration for an internship maybe for a few days, weeks or months. Some companies also provide payment to interns for their work in the form of stipend. Internships are pursued by students from colleges and universities to have the actual exposure to their field of interest. It naturally adds much weightage to that student’s resume. Generally internships were confined only to specific subjects or fields. But now, internship became a necessity for almost all fields.
In this highly competitive world, the more you qualify the more your standing. An individual will be placed unique in a crowd where others have just gained knowledge through books. For instance, when you go for an interview in an organisation or company with a resume carrying various internships that you pursued related to the job you are applying, you stand a better chance to get employed because the aim of each and every employer is to choose from the best. Also the employer needn’t train you because you already have on field experience which saves their cost of training. Thus it adds some weightage to your resume. Students choose a path as a career when they join college. However it might not be of their interest or comfort. Internships are a great way to explore your career path and aid the intern to know whether the field is suitable to him/her. Some internships help you bring out the talents from the inside that you never knew. Internships also help people to assess themselves by testing their subject and understanding it through practical application. There are also things that can never be learnt by reading. It is all about observing and following the same. University learning can only bring you to a certain level. A student can develop professional touch in his work only through internships. An internship is also used as a chance to prove oneself to be efficient, hard working and clever. There are also possibilities for the company to offer you a job in the near future because they know they are employing the right person with the perfect skills needed for a certain position in an organisation. Going through an internship, a person may encounter and establish a lot of professional contacts who can be very useful in career advising and job recommendations. In a field say marketing, an intern is hired for work in various departments such as product designing, product promotion, pricing etc. it exposes an intern to various departments and help the mentor to assess the capacity of the intern and aids him to delegate responsibilities to the intern. Finally, it is a safe environment to learn and mistakes can be corrected before you enter into your first job.
Suicide affects all people. Within the past year, about 41,000 individuals died by suicide, 1.3 million adults have attempted suicide, 2.7 million adults have had a plan to attempt suicide and 9.3 million adults have had suicidal thoughts.
Unfortunately, our society often paints suicide the way they would a prison sentence—a permanent situation that brands an individual. However, suicidal ideation is not a brand or a label, it is a sign that an individual is suffering deeply and must seek treatment. And it is falsehoods like these that can prevent people from getting the help they need to get better.
Debunking the common myths associated with suicide can help society realize the importance of helping others seek treatment and show individuals the importance of addressing their mental health challenges.
Myth: Suicide only affects individuals with a mental health condition.
Fact: Many individuals with mental illness are not affected by suicidal thoughts and not all people who attempt or die by suicide have mental illness. Relationship problems and other life stressors such as criminal/legal matters, persecution, eviction/loss of home, death of a loved one, a devastating or debilitating illness, trauma, sexual abuse, rejection, and recent or impending crises are also associated with suicidal thoughts and attempts.
Myth: Once an individual is suicidal, he or she will always remain suicidal.
Fact: Active suicidal ideation is often short-term and situation-specific. Studies have shown that approximately 54% of individuals who have died by suicide did not have a diagnosable mental health disorder. And for those with mental illness, the proper treatment can help to reduce symptoms.
The act of suicide is often an attempt to control deep, painful emotions and thoughts an individual is experiencing. Once these thoughts dissipate, so will the suicidal ideation. While suicidal thoughts can return, they are not permanent. An individual with suicidal thoughts and attempts can live a long, successful life.
Myth: Most suicides happen suddenly without warning.
Fact: Warning signs—verbally or behaviorally—precede most suicides. Therefore, it’s important to learn and understand the warnings signs associated with suicide. Many individuals who are suicidal may only show warning signs to those closest to them. These loved ones may not recognize what’s going on, which is how it may seem like the suicide was sudden or without warning.
Myth: People who die by suicide are selfish and take the easy way out.
Fact: Typically, people do not die by suicide because they do not want to live—people die by suicide because they want to end their suffering. These individuals are suffering so deeply that they feel helpless and hopeless. Individuals who experience suicidal ideations do not do so by choice. They are not simply, “thinking of themselves,” but rather they are going through a very serious mental health symptom due to either mental illness or a difficult life situation.
Myth: Talking about suicide will lead to and encourage suicide.
Fact: There is a widespread stigma associated with suicide and as a result, many people are afraid to speak about it. Talking about suicide not only reduces the stigma, but also allows individuals to seek help, rethink their opinions and share their story with others. We all need to talk more about suicide.
Debunking these common myths about suicide can hopefully allow individuals to look at suicide from a different angle—one of understanding and compassion for an individual who is internally struggling. Maybe they are struggling with a mental illness or maybe they are under extreme pressure and do not have healthy coping skills or a strong support system.
As a society, we should not be afraid to speak up about suicide, to speak up about mental illness or to seek out treatment for an individual who is in need. Eliminating the stigma starts by understanding why suicide occurs and advocating for mental health awareness within our communities. There are suicide hotlines, mental health support groups, online community resources and many mental health professionals who can help any individual who is struggling with unhealthy thoughts and emotions.

The entertainment industry is changing at a rapid rate in the twenty-first century. The introduction of over-the-top technical platforms or video streaming platforms in India has boosted the entertainment industry’s growth.
Nearly 60% of film revenue was earned via theatre screenings at the start of the decade, with the remainder coming from other sources such as CD/DVD release, DTH rights, and other international rights. However, as the demand for video streaming platforms grows, this pattern is rapidly changing.
These services are eliminating the need for new content from theatres, CDs, and DVDs. They broadcast both traditional TV channels and web shows that are only available on these platforms.
According to a recent study, web series are the most popular material on these platforms. On these platforms, over 34% of viewers watch web series. On these platforms, 16 percent of people watch movies and news, 13 percent watch reality TV shows, and ten percent watch live sports events. These platforms are primarily used to watch Hindi material (above 80%).
REASON BEHIND RAPID RISE OF OTT PLATFORM
These platforms are well-known among viewers for a number of reasons. It is primarily used for recreational purposes. People spend their free time on these platforms watching their favorite web series, news, sports, and other content. It has a lot of motion. The shows can be viewed while travelling, during lunch, or during downtime, and they can be accessible anywhere and at any time. These platforms make their services available on mobile devices that are easy to use. Users may now view web series and other online material on their mobile devices at their leisure thanks to the low cost of bandwidth.
The programmes that provide these materials on phones are really simple to utilize. They don’t require the use of a set-top box, a satellite dish, or even a television. All you need is a smartphone and access to the internet. Furthermore, content on these channels is available on demand. An individual can use the OTT application and begin watching whatever show they like. They are not required to wait for specific times during the day when the show will be available to them. These platforms are also budget-friendly. They are free to download and have a relatively cheap monthly subscription charge as compared to traditional set-top boxes or movie theatres.
The content on these platforms can be customized, and the existing content can be seen in any language of one’s choice. They’re also known for their frequent upgrades. Unlike set-top boxes and movie theatres, where new shows and movies are released after extended periods of time, shows on internet platforms are updated often. On-demand content covers a wide range of genres. With a single monthly cost, people may view horror, comedy, drama, classics, romance, epics, and a variety of other genres on one platform. All of these elements have combined to fuel the growth of these internet platforms in India.
NO REGULATION OVER WEBSERIES CONTENT
Traditional satellite channels provide broadcasters the freedom to air whatever programming they want. The government is in charge of evaluating whether or not a certain piece of content is appropriate for public consumption. Because of the rise of online streaming, the government’s regulatory role has shrunk. Television providers are regulated by rules and regulations, but there are no checks and balances in place for the newly developing internet streaming companies. The tailored subscription-based content available on these platforms also decreases the amount of surveillance that can be implemented. These self-regulatory OTT services that stream a variety of web series are self-regulatory. They’ve signed their own censorship code, which forbids them from presenting certain types of content and established a grievance resolution system for consumer complaints. However, this code has not been signed by all platforms. As a result, many of these web shows are still unregulated, and their content isn’t vetted before being broadcast. Though the government has stated that online content will be regulated, the guidelines are still unclear.
PROS OF CENSORSHIP AND REGULATION
The web series and related content distributed via digital media were successful in reaching a larger audience. However, explicit and violent content reaches our youngsters, having negative consequences for their attitudes and lives. Censoring and regulating internet web series content has a number of benefits.
It safeguards people’s right to free speech and expression because watching a web series is also considered expression and speech. Censorship and control can protect people, especially children, from violent and sexually manipulative content that could expose them to pornographic materials and other sorts of discrimination. As a result, the freedom of one community is balanced against the freedom of the other.
Censoring and controlling this type of content might help people avoid becoming victims of abuse or violence, as well as perpetrators. Children can be affected, which can lead to undesirable changes in their behavior for others.
It restricts some religious and societal groups from seeing these web series because of the offensive material. The type of content that is eye-catching and involves controversy is frequently presented on web series. This is disseminated in order to attract as many subscribers and views as possible. Regulating this type of stuff, which is both religiously and socially inappropriate, is one way to keep the culture in check.
It would also help to avoid violent crimes and the spread of abusive culture in Indian society. Many online shows thrive on violent and uncensored criminal scenes, which have a particularly negative impact on young people, who become involved in these types of activities at a young age.
Censorship and certification will increase the quality of content broadcast on various internet platforms in the form of web series. In contrast to the current western impact on these platforms, more relevant content for Indian society can be created.
In addition, regulation will limit the unfair advantages that OTT platforms showing web series have over traditional television. As a result, on these platforms, it will provide fairness and healthy competition.
Indian online gaming industry has grown at an exponential rate over the past few years and it is expected to grow further with India’s digital revolution. The beginning of online gaming industry in India is traced back to 2000s when PC gaming and console gaming brought several middle income group Indians on digital gaming platform. The international developers provided a base to the Indian gamers whereas the Indian gaming developer’s ecosystem primarily acted as service providers. As India’s smartphone user base and internet penetration increased, online gaming grew very fast with an estimated 120 million gamers online now.
The fast spread of low-cost cellphones among rural and urban populations has been a major driver of growth in the Indian online gaming business. In India, there are around 400 million smartphone users. Though India’s internet penetration is low, it is predicted to reach over 53% of the population by 2021. New technology at accessible prices, an increase in the number of local developers, and other factors will all contribute to this growth.
INDIAN GAMER’S PROFILE
According to a Google India survey, the average Indian gamer is under the age of 24. In comparison to females, males make up the majority of gamers. Male gamers make up 83 percent of the gaming population, which is concentrated in the country’s urban areas. Under the influence of their peers, these individuals begin gaming. Another motive for starting online gaming is for entertainment and time management.
Gaming is also used by some people for stress release and social engagement. Mobile phones are the most popular gaming platform, with 85 percent of games being played on them. Puzzle games, action games, and adventure games are the most popular genres among Indian gamers.
REASON FOR RISE OF ONLINE GAME IN INDIA
INTERNET-Internet Adoption With an expected 650 million online users by 2030, India is the world’s second largest online market. When compared to a decade ago, internet penetration in India’s rural and urban areas has steadily increased. In terms of user base, New Delhi, India’s capital, and its neighboring areas have the most internet depth. This is owing to the low cost of data in comparison to other countries. All age groups have actively used the internet for various objectives. Furthermore, there is still a lot of room for new individuals to join. As a result, the popularity of online gaming has skyrocketed.
Higher Living Standards– The income of the middle and upper middle classes has expanded significantly, improving their level of living. They may now spend more time on leisure activities and spend their free time doing so. They have been drawn to online gaming by rising living standards and more free time, which takes only a small investment in a smartphone and an active mobile internet connection.
A Rise in Smartphone Adoption By 2022, India’s smartphone population is expected to reach 820 million people. In both rural and urban areas, the number of smartphones has increased. This is owing to the introduction of lower-cost smartphones in Indian markets. Smartphone adoption has surpassed 25%, with the rate being substantially greater in metropolitan areas.
India’s youth India is a young country in terms of demographics, with 50% of the population under the age of 25 and 65% under the age of 35. This age group enjoys online gaming and is more informed about smartphone and online gaming platform trends.
Technologies that are within reach In India, new technologies such as virtual reality and augmented reality are far more affordable than in previous years. These technologies facilitate online gaming and improve the gaming experience.
Developing a Developed Ecosystem in the Community Previously, Indian gamers received games from multinational developers. Indian developers, on the other hand, have risen to prominence on a global scale as their skills have improved. Local developers have begun to create games in India.
Games that are completely free– The majority of games in the gaming ecosystem are available for free. Users do not have to pay to download or play games. The expansion of India’s gaming environment has been boosted by the rise of freemium games. The games are free to play in this approach, but the user must pay the creator for some premium features. This does not prevent consumers from downloading and playing free games without purchasing the premium version.

Smartphones are increasingly being utilized for everyday chores such as cooking, travelling, learning, and schooling. In India, mobile gaming has been growing for over two decades. While it has provided some with a sense of fulfilment, it has also been linked to social anxiety, loneliness, and even despair. It is critical to regulate gambling at all levels, from the household to the national level. India has a sizable demographic dividend if it is reaped and appropriately utilized in a timely manner. Gaming addiction has emerged as a significant impediment to realizing this demographic dividend. Though the internet gaming industry has developed in leaps and bounds, it has also created a slew of issues for young people and their families. The trio of roti, kapda aur makan are the three essentials of a good life. In India last year the largescale migration of workers from urban areas back to their villages stole the headlines of the newspapers. These migrant workers were amongst those who lacked these essentials of life. This raised an important issue of urban housing, especially for the downtrodden sections of society. These people inhabit the slums that are plagued with congestion and poor sanitation. The government has taken a few initiatives to give a fatherly hand to the urban poor. These include the following.
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana- Urban: It was launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urbanpoverty alleviation in 2015. It targets the aim of providing housing for all by 2022 when India completes 75 years of independence. The mission was designed to deal with the issues arising out of slums. Slums are informal settlements with high population density characterized by substandard housing and lack of hygiene. It also aims at promoting affordable housing through credit linked subsidy of 6.5% on housing loan for 15 years. Construction of a house or its enhancement can be undertaken by the loan amount. Public private participation model will be used. The beneficiaries include economically weaker sections (EWS) and low income group (LIG) categories who will be granted rupees 1 Lakh rupees. Additionally, 1.5 lakh rupees will be given to all eligible urban poor for construction in urban areas or the renovation of existing houses. the scheme has three phases that will continue till 2022.
Affordable rental housing complexes for urban migrants was envisioned in 2020. It targeted workers who migrated from rural areas to urban areas. Under this government funded houses across cities that were not allotted yet, were converted to rental housing complexes. This conversion was to be done through concession agreements for 25 years after which they will be reverted to Urban local bodies (ULBs).
In June this year, the cabinet gave a green signal to the India-Japan memorandum of cooperation in the field of sustainable Urban Development. The Ministry of housing and urban affairs and the Ministry of land, infrastructure, transport and tourism signed the agreement. This program will generate employment opportunities while planning a sustainable urban landscape.
These initiatives by the government will accrue affordable housing to the poor. The major issue is that the progress is slow. Lockdown compounded this problem since infrastructure development was stalled during the pandemic. However, the government is sanguine about the progress of the projects. Affordable housing and congestion have been addressed on global platforms like Habitat for Humanity summit III in Ecuador. The “New urban agenda” was a product of the summit. Giving slum dwellers upgraded housing with basic services by 2030 was envisioned in the document. According to experts, congestion is a major contributor to the housing shortage. The United nations habitat defines overcrowding as when one habitable room is occupied by more than three people. The pandemic further highlighted the threats from congestion. Physically distancing and home quarantining created new standards. These new developments need to be incorporated into future city planning.
Water pollution, or water pollution, refers to the loss of purity by human activities such as lakes, rivers, oceans, and groundwater. Water pollution is caused by changes in the physical, chemical, and biological properties of water. This affects the animals and plants that live in those water bodies.
Natural phenomena such as volcanic eruptions, alkaloids, storms, and earthquakes also cause major changes in water quality and its ecological conditions. However, water pollution is the state in which the water is polluted by human activities and becomes unfit for human use and life. There are many causes for water pollution and it is of many natures.
The main causes of water pollution can be divided into two categories depending on the source of the pollution. The first is called point-source pollution. The other is non-point source pollution. The first type includes contaminants formed by mixing pollutants with water from a single source.
The second type of pollution does not originate from a single site. It is formed by pollutants that accumulate little by little over a wide area. So there is a high level of vulnerability to humans and animals. The Government of Tamil Nadu Water Resources Authority has released a map showing the effects of polluted water on the human body. This map gives the effects on each part of the human body. Water is polluted due to excessive discharge of essential human wastes.
Microbial contaminants

We all remember watching the movie – Bhaag Milkha Bhaag when we were young. We all fancied Milkha Singh; we used to dance to the songs; act like him; gradually, he became a hero for us. Today in the tribute of this unforgotten hero, let us revise his past life. His endurance concurred with a new nation locating its foundation and slowly gaining wheels and rising to full glory after heart-trenching bloodshed. Milkha witnessed the terrifying situation during the partition and escaped death with a minor margin. Milkha Singh rose likewise India from the ruins of a turbulent partition of the country to mature into the most celebrated legends. Milkha Singh belonged from a small village of Gobindpura which, is now in Pakistan. Milkha’s forefathers hailed from Rajasthan. Milka Singh was the second youngest child in the family; he lost his 14 siblings to poor health as his family failed to afford medical care. Milkha Singh led a life of poverty and grief. Two days after the partition, Milkha’s parents and only brother got murdered by the rioters. Milkha’s heart shattered in pieces; he had lost all his hope and passion. He survived the year on two-square meals and stealing rations from government trains. This struggle brought his enthusiasm back. On his third effort, he finally joined the Army. After completing 4th at the 1956 National Games, he performed it to the Melbourne Olympics, achieving the last qualification. In 1958, Milkha won 400m and 200m gold medals in Tokyo Asian Games. He broke Asian record holder Abdul Khaliq finishing in 200m, clocking 46.6 seconds. He was extremely popular during the 1960 Rome Olympics. Gradually, his simplistic entry would make the crown yell in glee. However, Rome saw the association of top athletes, yet no amateur could induce as much acknowledgment from the masses as Milkha Singh. He is a genuine inspiration because he related to a period when no coach gave him training, no award for any accomplishment, and no job security to keep him going. Milkha ran for himself, his nation, his beloved family, and that is what matters. He represented India in three Olympics from 1956-1964. He got the Padma Shri- India’s fourth-highest civilian honor, in recognition of his sporting achievements. The one thing that we all admire about him that he was a common man, from an ordinary child to a representation of our nation- Milkha came a long way. He inspired us to believe in ourselves; all heroes rise from dust and ashes. Even after becoming the Flying King, Milkha led a life of an ordinary man with his wife. His majesty sparked in his heart, not in his lifestyle. Even when he is gone, his story would be an inspiration for thousands of lost and broken souls. The world would never succeed to forgot this legend, gem of our nation. Remember to give it time, maintain discipline, and it will be all worth it. Milkha’s demise is a shock for the whole nation; let us honor him by learning something from his life story.
Medicinal herbs have been used around the world since ancient times to treat diseases. These have been found to be used not only by humans but also by animals. It is known that in case of diarrhea, allergies, etc., the tiger does not look for prey but only certain plants and fasts until it is exhausted.
Traditional Indian medicine, Siddha, Ayurveda, Chinese and Tibetan medicine have given priority to medicinal herbs. The basic premise of all traditional medicine is how food is created for the needs of living things in the world, as well as medicines for the diseases that can cause them.
Before using these herbs directly, you need to know some details.
In Siddha and Ayurvedic systems, not only the characteristics of the plants, but also the ‘transcendental forces’ embedded in these plants according to the planetary position at certain times are considered to be the most important attribute. Therefore, the timing of collecting these plants for medicine, the body cleansing of the collector, the internal cleansing, the things to be pronounced while collecting and preparing the medicine, etc. should be known by the selected specialist.
Before receiving the benefits of many herbs, the antidote must be removed so that those benefits can be obtained directly in the required amount. For example, pepper is something we normally use in our diet. But before using it for medicine, the pepper should be soaked in fermented whey for 3 hours and dried to remove the antiseptics (according to the medical – toxic).
Herbs are usually free of side effects. We also use many herbs in our daily diet. But since there are many subtleties to be followed when using in medical methods, it is best to follow the guidance of the chosen expert to achieve the full benefit of the herbs.
Some of the medicinal plants we are using in our daily life:

Gratitude has a greater impact on our lives than we think. In this article we will look at what positive psychology has to say about the habit of giving thanks. Related article: “Gratitude has a greater impact on our lives than we think. Let’s see in this article what positive psychology says about the habit of giving thanks.Every year, on different dates, the United States and Canada celebrate Thanksgiving, originally called Thanksgiving.
Americans celebrate it on the last Thursday in November, on Canadian soil, the second Monday in October. Its Origin In Plymouth, in 1621, a group of pilgrims shared their autumn harvest with the Vampanok Indians, thanks to whom they were taught farming and hunting techniques.
The celebration of reconciliation and gratitude between pilgrims and Native Americans lasted three days. Many years later, in 1863, President Abraham Lincoln declared that distant event a national holiday to be celebrated on the last Thursday in November. However, it was not until 1941 that it was officially established by the North American Congress under President Franklin Roosevelt.
To this day, this tradition includes meeting at the table as a family and having a turkey for dinner, fried or baked, which is the main dish; In addition, salads, breads and cakes work well with it. That night, families enjoy a special moment where each member shares their blessings and gives thanks for it.
From an ethical and philosophical point of view, gratitude is defined as a moral virtue that refers to good behavior (McCallock, Gilbotrick, Emmons and Larson, 2001); According to the Royal Spanish Academy, this is a sense of value that leads us to reconsider the benefits we have been given or wanted to do. However, gratitude develops in us more than wanting to reconsider a good deed.
Positive Psychology is the scientific study of all that provides psychological well-being, beginning research in the late 1990s on the effects of gratitude, by Robert Emmons of the University of California and Michael McCullough of the University of Miami. This study involves creating three groups that are approximately assigned with the indication of having a weekly diary. The first group should write in their journal the things they are thankful for; Second, he would write everything that made them angry; The third group will focus on neutral events. Ten weeks later, those who wrote only the approvals that the results revealed were in better health than the rest of the participants.
Northrup (2012) says that when we look at something with gratitude, no matter how small, we maintain that gratitude for 15 to 20 seconds, as our body undergoes various subtle and beneficial physiological changes, for example: lowering stress levels and strengthening the immune system; Better blood flow;
The heartbeat synchronizes and breathing deepens, thus increasing the amount of oxygen in the tissues.Cultivating gratitude requires will and discipline just like any other activity, so continuous training produces physical and emotional benefits. In this way, the grateful can see the positivity even in moments of suffering, evaluating these elements to integrate with their existence.
So gratitude includes a balanced view of the positive and negative aspects of the experience (Moyano, 2011). Facing life situations, the reflection of gratitude can be an adaptive psychological strategy, i.e., an ability to adapt to such situations, as well as an important development in which the person can positively interpret their everyday experiences.
You can start by spending a few minutes before you go to sleep, thinking about everything that happened to you during the day, maybe for a meeting with your friends, for having a coat that protects you from the cold when you leave home, for the message that keeps you in a good mood, for family, that you are alive and healthy. For all of those experiences and decisions that led you to this moment; Because, even from the bad experiences you learn, you get mature, they strengthen your character and prepare you to make better decisions tomorrow. As long as identifying the blessings around you is part of you, you can do this practice whenever you want.
Not only does it build a good relationship with you and others, but thanksgiving in a real and honest way opens the door to better health. So give thanks every day, beyond the second Monday in October or the last Thursday in November.

Atlantis may be a myth, but the mysterious Nazca Lines are real. This majestic geography of arid coastal Peru depicts spiders, monkeys, plants and other artifacts. They date back to about 500 B.C. But they are much appreciated by the wind (although everything can be seen from the ground). No one knows why prehistoric Nazca culture went in an attempt to create Earth Cliffs, although they may have had a ceremonial role or may have been associated with stars in the sky.
Loch Ness
Beautiful Loch Ness is remarkable even without the monster sights that have become a global name. This lake, located in the Scottish Highlands, is the largest Scottish Loch. It reaches a depth of 755 feet (230 m) and covers an area of 21.8 square miles (56.4 sq km). This mammoth size may have been part of leading to rumors of a large beast lurking in the lake. Loch Ness Monster first made headlines in an article in 1933, which suggested that a disturbance between the ducks on the surface of the lake might be a fight. However, this was enough to provoke rumors, especially in 1934 when a photo of a long-necked lake monster was released.

It is not yet understood whether the construction was an event, or whether the pyramids were man-made. During numerous studies, scientists have been able to establish the approximate age of objects – they are over 10 thousand years old. If it is possible to prove that buildings were erected by unknown civilization, then the whole of humanity

All the people of the planet know about this place. It symbolizes its mystery, magical beginnings, and myths. The Stonehenge Megalithic System is about a hundred meters in diameter, located in the Salisbury Plain. India is a country with 28 states and 8 union territories made up of people following 9 main religions and speaking more than 22 languages across the length and breadth of the country. To assume that everything is fine in a country with 140 crore population and so much of diversity is not only illogical but also an unprecedented amount of ignorance on our part.
There are plenty of social issues that India faces and in this essay on social issues, we are going to discuss the main issues pertaining to India
What are the social issues that India faces?
The following are the mainstream social issues that India faces even in 2020
Communalism: The political class of India has always followed the divide and rule policy. This policy was inherited from the British and is unfortunately followed by the ruling class even today. And what is more unfortunate is people fall into this trap every 5 years during the election time. Dividing people of the basis of caste and communal lines in usually referred to as communalism. Inciting hatred and bigotry between different sections of people by hate-mongering and provocative speeches lead to violence and unrest. India has seen some worst communal riots in recent times like the 1991 Mumbai riots, Ayodhya riots, 2002 Godhra riots and the 2020 Delhi riots.
Poverty: There are millions of Indin who are BPL (Below Poverty Line) cardholders. While the government has been trying to provide them with food, every government since the time India achieved her independence, has miserably failed to lift people out of poverty. Crores of families in India are daily wage labourers who can easily be trapped into the poverty of they don’t work even for one day. The issue of poverty has been highlighted and been flashed into our faces during the COVID-19 pandemic when the country was under lockdown for 2 months. Millions of people, with lack of livelihood and food, were on the verge of starvation.
Gender Discrimination: The pay gap between a male and a female employee, lack of adequate representation of female leaders in parliament, dowry harassment, lack of equal opportunities both in private and public sector jobs and social stereotypes and stigmas attached with the concept of gender has been a challenging problem for our country from many years. In spite of a separate ministry formed for empowering women in the country, due to lack of educational and social awareness, women have been mistreated in the country both in public and private spaces.
Given below is a long essay on music consisting of about 500 words. This essay is suitable for students of classes 7, 8, 9 and 10, and also for those who are writing competitive exams.
Music is something that we all enjoy in the course of our lives. It is the sound that is brought together through a harmony of instruments and singing voices. It is something that is part of us ever since we enter this world. Our mothers, fathers and grandparents sing us lullabies so that we can sleep peacefully. In the mornings, we listen to the birds chirping and the leaves of plants and trees rustling, and even this is like music to our ears. Music is everywhere, and all you have to do is open up your ears to hear it.
Those who know how to create music using instruments and their own bodies are called musicians. There are different kinds of instruments – percussion, string, brass, woodwind and piano/keyboard. Percussion instruments include drums, bongos, the triangle, tambourine, tabla, dholak, etc. and they are the ones responsible for giving the main beat to a song. String instruments include the harp, guitar, cello, violin, etc. and they give rhythm to the music.
Brass instruments refer to those that you have to play with your mouth, such as the trombone, trumpet, the French horn, etc. In these instruments, you blow air into the instruments to create vibrations. Woodwind instruments follow a similar concept using air/wind, except that these instruments are made of wood and the sound profile is higher pitched than brass, for example, the flute. The piano/keyboard consists of a set of keys that have a range of pitches.
When musicians put one or more of these sounds together in harmony, it creates what we know as music. However, that’s not all to it; music can be even one of those instruments, such as the strumming of a guitar, a melodious tune on the piano, a catchy beat on the bongos, etc. When you add another voice to an instrument, it is called singing and is a vital part of the music. When people who play different instruments come together to play them together, it is called a band.
There are many different genres of music, too, such as rock, pop, classical, blues, jazz, R&B, hip-hop, etc. All of these genres of music are characterized by how the instruments work together. For example, rock music is often louder and has more pronounced percussion and string instruments, while jazz is a genre where the saxophone is very prevalent. In today’s world, we see a lot of combinations of genres such as pop-rock, classical rock, etc. One of the newest genres of music is electronic dance music (EDM) which consists of loud percussive beats and is very popular to young people.
They say that music is a universal language, meaning that you don’t necessarily need to understand the words in a song to enjoy the music. In this way, music connects people all over the world with its universal language. I love listening to music especially because of this reason. Music has the power to unite people, make us feel at peace, make us feel understood; it is something to dance to, bond over, and even listen to when alone. Music is not just sound, it is its own language and it communicates so much; it is a beautiful thing.

Writing everyday can benefit everyone, not only writers. It improves your memory, builds vocabulary, and refines your communication skills. Not to forget that writing can be very relaxing, especially if you lead a busy and stressful life. You can either start a dream journal, write down your daily adventures, or simply put the pen to the paper and see where it leads. There are no specific rules, just creating a habit of writing every day. And perhaps you will pen the next great novel. There are five reasons to give it a try:
HELP WITH WRITER’S BLOCK – Every creative individual knows how difficult it is to face writer’s block. It is a terrible thing to deal with, and some writers don’t know how to get past it. Perhaps you are used to producing high quality text for your blog, but cannot even complete one paragraph without feeling unmotivated. Or you stopped working on your short story because of the thought of continuing to write is terrifying. You need to reduce the pressure, regardless of your current situation. and the best way to do so is to start writing a couple of sentences everyday. Many writers rely on that spark of imagination which inspires them to write. Some might even ask for help to get them going. So choose a time of the day when you will sit down and write. It might be difficult at first, but do your best not to feel stressed and write as relaxed as possible. Don’t be too concerned about the quality of your work because you can always come back later and edit it. Writing will become natural if you persist, which will do wonders for you productivity in the future.
RELIEVE STRESS – Journalism is a form of writing that reduces stress, and there are several psychological studies that prove it. Putting down the events of your day on a piece of paper or even writing a life story about yourself will give you a better perspective of your current situation, and you will probably feel better once you share your emotions with a journal. This can have a positive effect on people who are very closed up and tend not to share their feelings with their friends and family. You can also use journaling to track your moods and this can give you an excellent overview. So after finishing a daily entry, don’t forget to add how you are feeling at that particular time. You might be able to recognize the reasons why you feel a specific emotion and learn how to cope with it in the future.
MAKE A PROFIT – There are so many online jobs opportunities for writers that will provide the ability to earn some money while doing exactly what you love. If you always wanted to be blogger, now might be the time to publish your first post. However, if you want to attract an audience to your articles, you need to post often, and your work should be engaging. This means you need to practice writing and get better at you craft. The more readable and educational your work is, the more your audience will stop by.
BECOME A BETTER WRITER – Consistency is the key when it comes to improving your writing skills. Stephen King, who is one of the most productive writers ever, claims that writing every single day is the reason why he is capable of completing more than one book a year. So the more you write, the stronger your writing skills will become. You will be able to communicate daily with your readers and discover your style. Writing daily can introduce you to different techniques that might be very fun for you, and ignite your imagination. You may try poetry because it can teach you even more about the creative process. Plus, this is where your vocabulary will come into play, because you will be able you use more obscure words and explore the meanings.
EXPAND YOUR VOCABULARY – It doesn’t matter if you are professional writer or not, having good vocabulary can help you out in numerous situations. Now that we are in era of online communication, everyone is searching for shorter and easier ways to share our thoughts with the world, which makes our vocabularies smaller and smaller. If you notice that you cannot find a right word in a business meeting or while writing an email, it might be time to start writing more. You can begin by learning one new word every single day and making a habit of using it in your writing. If you are worried that you might forget the words after a couple of days, dedicate a single page of your journal to making a complete list of the ones you used in the past. You can revisit the list and throw in a couple of expressions into your current project.
